高盖山隧道Ⅴ级洞身开挖及支护施工技术交底编制：复核：审核：日期：57\n高盖山隧道Ⅴ级洞身开挖及支护施工技术交底1.工程及地质概况新建向莆铁路FJ-5A标段的高盖山隧道出口位于永泰县富泉乡七际村。本隧道为双洞单线，左线：DK472+640～DK480+345，长度为7705m，出口里程DK480+345，内轨顶面高131.048m；右线：YDK472＋640～YDK480＋347，长度为7707m，出口里程YDK480+347，内轨顶面高131.079m，隧道出口位于半径5000m的缓和曲线上。高盖山隧道出口洞口属于浅埋段，埋深较浅。隧道左线DK480+345～+295，右线YDK480+347～+283段为Ⅴ级围岩，岩性为白垩系寨下组上段（K1z2）肉红色石泡流纹岩，岩体较坚硬，完整性较好，节理裂隙不发育，地下水较丰富。全-强风化厚约1～2m。2.施工方案施工中以“管超前、短进尺、弱爆破、严注浆、强支护、早封闭、勤量测”为原则，确保施工安全，保证工程质量。开挖方式采用人工配合挖掘机开挖为主，弱爆破为辅进行开挖；挖掘机配合小型装载机装碴，自卸汽车出碴。初期支护采用风钻打眼，人工配合开挖平台安装钢拱架、锚杆及挂设钢筋网，湿喷机喷射砼施工。3.施工技术3.1正台阶法开挖3.1.1正台阶开挖法施工工艺流程（1）正台阶开挖法可分为以下主要步骤：①上部台阶开挖，施做拱部初期支护；②下台阶左右错开开挖，施做边墙部初期支护；③隧底开挖，施做隧底初期支护。每部开挖后均应及时支护，隧底初期支护后应及时施做仰拱，尽早封闭成环。（2）正台阶开挖法的施工工艺流程图如下：57\n测量放样↓超前支护↓上台阶开挖，施做拱部初期支护否↓断面检查满足↓围岩稳定性评判、修正支护参数下台阶左右错开开挖，施做初期支护↓分段开挖隧底，施做初期支护↓施做仰拱↓施做仰拱填充正台阶开挖法施工工艺流程3.1.2施工作业（1）采用正台阶开挖法施工，应将超前地质预报纳入施工工序，并根据工程水文地质变化情况，及时调整台阶长度或施工方法，采取相应的技术措施，及早封闭成环，保证施工安全。（2）正台阶开挖法施工应符合下列要求：①以机械开挖为主，必要时辅以弱爆破；②上台阶应沿开挖轮廓线开挖，开挖后及时支护；③下台阶分左右错开平行开挖，平行施做初期支护，初期支护衔接紧密，及时封闭成环；④仰拱紧跟下台阶，及时闭合构成稳固的支护体系；⑤施工过程通过监控量测，掌握围岩和支护的变形情况，及时调整支护参数和预留变形量，保证施工安全；⑥完善洞内临时防排水系统，防止地下水浸泡拱墙脚基础。（3）正台阶开挖法施工步骤第1步，上台阶开挖：在拱部超前支护后进行，开挖上台阶，开挖循环进尺应根据初期支护钢架间距确定，最大不得超过1.857\nm（钢架设计间距为0.8m），开挖后应及时进行喷、锚、网系统支护，架设钢架，在钢架拱脚以上30cm高度处，紧贴钢架两侧边沿按下倾角30°打设一对锁脚锚杆（管），长度为2.5m，锁脚锚杆（管）与钢架牢固焊接，复喷砼至设计厚度。第2、3步，下台阶左、右侧马口开挖：开挖进尺应根据初期支护钢架间距确定，最大不得超过1.8m（钢架设计间距为0.8m），左右侧马口错开最小距离为5m，开挖后立即初喷4cm砼，及时进行喷、锚、网系统支护，接长钢架，在钢架墙脚以上30cm高度处，紧贴钢架两侧边沿按下倾30°打设一对锁脚锚杆（管），长度为2.5m，锁脚锚杆与钢架牢固焊接，复喷砼至设计厚度。第4步，隧底开挖：每循环开挖长度宜为2～3m，开挖后及时施做仰拱初期支护，完成两个隧底开挖、支护循环后，然后及时施做仰拱及二次衬砌。3.1.3爆破设计3.1.3.1设计参数详见专项钻爆设计施工交底3.1.3.2爆破施工流程爆破设计与设计审批→配备专业施爆人员→爆区放样→用机械或人工清除施爆区覆盖层和强风化岩面→布孔→钻孔→爆破器材检查与测验→炮孔检查与废碴清除→装药并安装引爆器材→布置安全岗和撤出施爆区及飞石、强地震波影响区内的施工人员→起爆→清除瞎炮→解除警戒→装、运洞碴。3.1.3.3相关技术要求1、相关作业人员必须严格贯彻执行钻爆设计的主题思想。因围岩变化或其他客观需要调整钻爆参数，必须经过主管技术人员认可。2、光面爆破标准①断面轮廓与设计轮廓基本一致，两茬炮错台不得大于15cm；②57\n周边眼痕迹保存率硬岩不小于80％，中硬岩不小于70％，软岩不小于60％；③杜绝欠挖，严格控制超挖量，使其控制在规范允许范围内；3、周边眼位置必须布设在断面轮廓线上，间距35cm，允许误差±5cm。4、钻眼力求“准、平、齐”确保钻眼深度一致，深度允许误差±5cm。5、爆破工装药应按钻爆设计进行，不得人为随意增减药量，准确控制起爆顺序及周边眼装药量，周边眼必须采用φ25卷，对于围岩坚硬地段可适当增加一卷作为底药，所有炮孔均应用炮泥塞，以保证爆破效果。爆破工装药前应检查钻眼质量，对不合格孔眼有权要求开挖工重钻，直至符合要求为止。6、测量人员必须精确控制断面中线、标高，准确描绘断面轮廓线。3.2正台阶法初期支护初期支护由C25网喷砼、锚杆、钢筋网和钢架等组成，各部分联合受力。初期支护应在开挖后立即施做，以保证围岩的自然承载力，其施工工艺流程：开挖↓清理岩面↓初喷砼封闭岩面↓施做系统锚杆，挂钢筋网↓安装钢拱架↓复喷砼至设计厚度↓量测数据分析、反馈初期支护施工工艺流程3.2.1初喷砼封闭岩面：①初喷砼应在开挖后立即进行。②用高压风自上而下吹净岩面，埋设控制喷射砼厚度的标志钉。③57\n工作面滴水或淋水时，宜采用钻孔埋管做好引排水。大面积潮湿的岩面宜采用粘结性强的砼，通过添加外加剂，掺和剂改善砼性能，也可采用干喷形式快速封闭渗水岩面。④喷射砼必须满足设计强度、厚度及其与岩面粘结力要求。⑤喷射作业应分段分片依次进行，喷射作业从拱脚或墙脚自下而上进行，作业时应避免上部喷射回弹料虚掩拱（墙）脚；先找平凹洼部分。后喷射凸出部分，各部平顺连接。喷头应与受喷面垂直，喷嘴口至受喷面距离宜保持在0.6～1.2m，沿水平方向以螺旋形画圆移动。3.2.2系统锚杆、钢筋网施做应符合下列要求：①初喷砼后应及时施做锚杆，锚杆必须设置垫板。隧道拱部系统锚杆为中空注浆锚杆，边墙采用砂浆锚杆。②钢筋网采用环纵向为φ8mm钢筋，网格尺寸20cm×20cm，搭接长度为1个网格或20cm，网片间采用焊接方式连接。③钢筋网随受喷面起伏铺设，其间隙不应大于3cm，钢筋网应与锚杆、钢架连接牢固，且钢筋保护层厚度不小于4cm。3.2.3安装钢架应符合下列要求：①拱部单元安装工序：放样确定钢架基脚位置→施做定位锚杆→架设钢架→布设纵向连接筋。②墙部单元安装工序：墙脚部位铺设槽钢垫板→施做定位锚杆→对应拱部单元架设墙部钢架单元→布设纵向连接筋。拱、墙部钢架单元宜采用栓接的方式连接。③加强钢架拱（墙）脚锁脚锚杆（管）施工，各台阶每单元钢架拱（墙）脚以上30cm高度处，紧贴钢架两侧边沿按下倾角30°打设4根锁脚锚杆（管），锁脚锚杆（管）与钢架牢固焊接，以控制基脚变形。④钢架拱（墙）脚应架设在稳定的基岩上或底部铺垫槽钢，以保证钢架基础稳固；钢架间距、横向位置和高程与设计位置偏差不超过±5cm，垂直度允许偏差±2°；钢架应与纵向连接筋、锁脚锚杆焊接牢固，钢架与围岩的间隙不应大于5cm。57\n3.2.4喷射砼厚度应符合设计要求，二次复喷砼应分层喷射，每层厚度宜为5～6cm。喷射砼表面应平顺，无空鼓、裂缝、酥松，平整度宜采用2m靠尺检查，允许偏差为边墙5cm、拱部7cm。3.3正台阶法仰拱施工1、隧底开挖应采用全幅分段施工，上面铺设仰拱栈桥，每循环开挖长度宜控制在4m以内。当仰拱施工滞后下部台阶开挖面30～40m时，应停止前方工作面开挖或短距离跳槽进行隧底开挖。短距离跳槽的次数不得多余3次，每次跳槽间隔不得大于10m。2、隧底开挖后，应及时清除虚渣、杂物、泥浆、积水，立即初喷4cm厚砼封闭岩面，按照设计要求安装仰拱钢架，复喷砼至设计厚度，使初期支护及时闭合成环。3、仰拱应超前拱墙衬砌，仰拱砼应分段全幅浇注，一次成型，不留纵向施工缝，仰拱环向施工缝和变形缝应设置止水带。仰拱表面应平顺，不积水。4、仰拱填充砼应在仰拱砼终凝后浇筑，浇筑前应清除仰拱表面的杂物和积水，连续浇筑，一次成型，不留纵向施工缝。填充砼强度达到设计强度的100%后允许车辆通行。仰拱填充表面坡度应符合设计要求，应平顺、排水通畅、不积水。4.施工控制要点1、正台阶法施工应做好工序衔接。工序安排应紧凑，尽量减少围岩暴露时间，避免因长时间暴露引起围岩失稳。⑴初期支护应及时封闭成环，全断面初期支护闭合时间宜控制在15d左右，有条件时应尽量缩短闭合时间；⑵仰拱应超前施做，仰拱距上台阶开挖工作面宜控制在30～40m，铺设防水板、二次衬砌等后续工作应及时进行；⑶二次衬砌距仰拱宜保持2倍以上衬砌循环作业长度，但不得大于50m。57\n2、在满足作业空间和台阶稳定的前提下，应尽量缩短台阶长度，核心土长度应控制在3～5m，宽度宜为隧道开挖宽度的1/3～1/2。3、正台阶法开挖施工应严格控制开挖长度，根据围岩地质情况，合理确定循环进尺，每次开挖长度不得超过1.8m；开挖后立即初喷4cm砼，以减少围岩暴露时间。4、严格按设计要求施做超前支护，控制好超前支护外插角，严格按注浆工艺加固地层，保证隧道开挖在超前支护的保护下施工。5、隧道周边部位应预留30cm人工开挖，其余部位宜采用机械开挖，局部需要爆破时，必须采用弱爆破，不得超挖。施工时应严格控制装药量，减少对围岩的扰动。6、下台阶左右侧开挖应错开，严禁对开，左右侧错开最小距离为5m。7、钢架应严格按设计及规范要求加工制作和架设。钢架应架设在坚实基面上，严禁拱（墙）脚悬空或用虚渣回填。钢架应与锁脚锚杆（管）焊接牢固。8、隧道超挖部位必须回填密实，严禁初期支护背后存在空洞。必要时初期支护背后应进行充填注浆，保证初期支护与围岩密贴。9、施工过程中可采用增加拱（墙）脚锁脚锚杆（管）、增设钢架拱（墙）脚部位纵向连接筋、扩大拱（墙）脚初期支护基础及增设拱（墙）脚槽钢垫板等增强拱（墙）脚承载力等措施控制变形。10、应加强监控量测工作，根据量测结果，及时调整支护参数，确定二次衬砌施做时间，进行信息化施工管理。11、应完善洞内临时防排水系统，严禁积水浸泡拱（墙）脚及在施工现场漫流，防止基底承载力降低。当地层含水量大时，上台阶开挖工作面附近宜开挖横向水沟，将水引至隧道中部或两侧排水沟排出洞外。必要时应配合井点降水等措施，降低地下水位至隧道仰拱以下，确保施工顺利进行。反坡施工时应设置集水坑集中抽排。12、隧道施工应加强洞内通风，作业环境应符合职业健康及安全标准。5.施工质量要求57\n1、在企业职工中树立“质量关系千万家，搞好质量人人抓”的观念，使其认识到质量工作的好坏与企业、个人利益的关系，把质量工作贯穿到施工的全过程中，深入到企业的每个人，形成道道工序齐抓共管理，上下自律，使工程质量始终处于受控状态。2、坚持测量双检制，锚杆、网片等各个工序严格按照设计、规范、交底进行施作，现场监控人员严格把关。3、隧道开挖严格控制超欠挖，超挖部分在施作支护时用同级砼回填密实；拱脚和墙脚以上1.0m范围内严禁欠挖。6.施工安全措施1、利用各种宣传工具，采取多种教育形式，使职工树立安全第一的思想，不断强化全员意识，建立安全保证体系，使安全管理制度化、教育经常化。2、对爆破人员进行爆破技术培训，无合格证者不得从事爆破作业，对爆破器材的运输、检查、试验、加工等特制定专门的安全操作守则，库房设置应取得地方公安部门的同意。3、爆破时发安全信号，增设安全警戒，发现瞎炮，采取安全、可靠的方法由专业人员进行引爆处理。4、爆破完毕爆破员检查后，专职找顶工找顶，对开挖面及其附近加强检查，如可能产生险情时，应急时采取措施进行处理，以保证施工安全。5、施工人员到达工作地点时，应检查工作面是否处于安全状态，并详细检查支护是否牢固、如有松动石块或裂缝，应及时予以处理。6、车辆行驶过程中严禁超车，会车时应做到空车让重车。同向行驶时两车前后保持20米距离。7
