边墙基础施工技术交底边墙基础在仰拱填充(有仰拱地段)、找平层（无仰拱地段）施工完成后砼强度达到8MPa后施工。一、施工准备1、施工前各班组进行对技术交底及安全的学习。2、风、水、电准备到位。3、对边墙基础对应的仰拱或找平层顶面进行充充分凿毛。4、初期支护后局部裂隙渗漏水或局部股水的处理：①对于局部裂隙渗水采用钻孔注浆，钻孔间距1.0m，注浆孔径为50mm，采用1:1的水泥浆，注浆压力小于0.3MPa；注浆孔与不出水面尽量大角度相交。示意图如下：②对于局部股水采用埋管引排，将股水通过排管引至隧道侧沟，引排管采用φ80硬塑料管。示意图如下：\n二、边墙基础施工顺序测量放线→排水盲沟预埋→防水板预埋→边墙基础立模→止水条(止水带)预埋→浇筑混凝土→脱模养护。三、各工序施工方法、工艺及质量要求㈠、测量放线施工前准确定出边墙基础的内边线（靠隧道中心一侧）及顶部标高。放样尺寸如下图：㈡、排水盲沟预埋1、环向排水盲管施作方法：在边墙基础外侧应预埋环向盲管，盲管伸入边墙基础顶面以下15cm。隧道拱墙每12m设一道环向盲沟，采用外包土工布的RCP-1605G塑料排水盲管，环向排水盲管应紧贴岩壁安设，在渗水大的地段可适当加密；排水盲管布置应圆顺，不得起伏不平；排水盲管应固定牢固，用水泥钉每隔30cm对称钉牢。2、纵向排水盲管及泄水管施作方法纵向排水盲管沿纵向布设于左、右墙角水沟底上方（边墙基础顶面下15cm），每12m一段，采用外包土工布的RPG-3208G塑料排水盲管。按规定划线，以使盲沟安装位置准确合理，盲沟安设的坡度与线路坡度一致。沿线钻孔定位，孔间距在30cm～50cm。将膨胀锚栓打入定位孔或用锚固剂将钢筋头预埋在定位孔中，固定钉安在盲沟的两侧。用无纺布包住盲管，扎丝捆好；用卡子卡住盲沟，然后固定在膨胀螺栓上。在每段纵向排水盲管中部设泄水管将地下水引入洞内侧沟，采用φ50mmPVC管；泄水管的出口离开水沟内壁一定距离，不得紧帖沟壁表面。3、纵向排水盲管两端及环向排水盲管下端均进行圆弯直接接入隧道侧沟（穿过边墙基础）\n。划线时注意盲沟尽可能走基面的低凹处和有出水点的地方；盲沟与岩面的间距不得大于5cm、盲沟与岩面脱开的最大长度不得大于10cm；集中出水点沿水源方向钻孔，然后将单根集中引水盲沟插入其中，并用速凝砂浆将周围封堵，以使地下水从管中集中引出；盲沟上有接头用无纺布等渗水材料包裹，防止喷混凝土料或杂物进入堵塞管道。㈢、防水板预埋　　在边墙基础外侧应预埋防水板，防水板伸入边墙基础顶面以下15cm。伸出基础顶面防水板与拱墙衬砌时防水板的联接处应位于基面顶面以上1.5～2.0m。防水板的具体安装方法及质量要求参见《二次衬砌施工技术交底》中的防水板的安装。㈣、边墙基础立模边墙基础模板采用5mm钢板制作,每块长度为3m,每组分4块；钢模必须具有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性；模板安装必须稳固牢靠、接缝严密、不得漏浆，特别是内边线的顺直度；模板与混凝土基础面必须清理干净并涂刷脱模剂，浇筑混凝土前模板内杂物积水必须清除干净；边墙基础一次立模12m。模板安装允许偏差和检验方法序号项目允许偏差（mm）检验方法1边墙脚平面位置及高程±15尺量2模板表面平整度52m靠尺和塞尺3相邻浇筑段表面高低差±10尺量4边线顺直度52m靠尺和塞尺㈤、止水条（止水带）预埋1、边墙基础与拱墙衬砌间的纵向施工缝处采用遇水膨胀止水条防水,可采用木条先在基础顶面中间预留宽3cm、深1cm的槽，待拱墙衬砌时将止水条嵌入。边墙基础施工缝与仰拱施工缝对应（每段长度11.9m），在边墙基础施工缝处应预埋止水条，止水条伸入基础项面以下；在明暗洞交接处及沉降缝（围岩变化处）预埋止水带。2、止水带安装完成后的检查：检查止水带安装的横向位置，用钢卷尺量测内模到止水带的距离，与设计位置相比，偏差不应超过5cm。检查止水带安装的纵向位置，通常止水带以施工缝或伸缩缝为中心两边对称，用钢卷尺检查，要求止水带偏离中心不能超过3cm。㈥、浇筑混凝土\n边墙基础采用与二次衬砌标号相同的混凝土浇筑：Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级围岩为C25砼，Ⅳ、Ⅴ级围岩为C30钢筋砼。1、混凝土搅拌及运输混凝土必须严格按照试验室提供配合比拌料采用强制式搅拌机搅拌，搅拌时间不应小于3min，在生产前和生产中经常检查计量部分和自动控制部分，使其处于正常范围，保证砼生产质量。混凝土运输车运至工作面。混凝土运输间歇用时不应超过混凝土的初凝时间。2、浇注混凝土模板定位后，封堵堵头板，堵头板采用3~5厘米厚松木板。木工现场加工并安装。将基底表面粉尘清洗干净，并洒水润湿。采用分层浇注，每层厚度不大于30cm；振捣时间宜为10~30s，避免漏振、欠振、超振，插入式振动棒需变换其在混凝土中的位置时应竖向缓慢拔出不得在混凝土浇筑仓内平拖，下料口应及时移动不得用插入式振动棒振动下料。混凝土应连续浇注，当中断时间超过规定要求时，按施工缝处理。每循环接头处设一道施工缝，下循环施工前要埋设止水条于施工缝处。每衬砌类型处设置沉降缝，沉降缝应使衬砌拱圈、边墙在同一里程上贯通。㈦、脱模养护混凝土强度达到8Mpa以上并经试验室确认后方可脱模。脱模后及时洒水养护，不少于14天。交底：　　　　　　　　　　复核：　　　　　　　　　　审核：\n（英文版）Tworegulationspromulgatedforimplementationisinthepartyinpowerforalongtimeandtheruleoflawconditions,theimplementationofcomprehensivestrictlystrategicplan,implementationinaccordancewiththerulesanddisciplinetomanagetheparty,strengtheninner-partysupervisionofmajorinitiatives.Thetworegulationssupportingeachother,theadheretoapositiveadvocate,focusingonmoralityisofPartymembersandPartyleadingcadrescansee,enoughtogetahighstandard;aroundthepartydiscipline,disciplinaryrulerrequirements,listedas"negativelist,focusingonverticalgauge,drawthepartyorganizationsandPartymembersdonottouchthe"bottomline".Here,themainfromfoursquarefacetwopartyrulesofinterpretation:thefirstpartintroducestwopartyRevisedregulationsthenecessityandtherevisionprocess;thesecondpartistheinterpretationofthetwofundamentalprinciplesoftherevisionoflawsandregulationsintheparty;thethirdpartintroducestwopartyregulationsmodifiedthemainchangesandneedstograspseveralkeyproblems;thefourthpartonhowtograsptheimplementationofthetwo\nregulationsoftheparty.andrevisedthenecessityandrevisedhistoryoftheCPCCentralCommitteetheamendmenttotheChineseCommunistPartymembersandleadingcadreshonestpoliticsseveralguidelines>andcolumn1by2015tostrengthenpartylawsandregulationsfocus.TwopartyregulationsrevisionworklastedaYears,poolingthewisdomofthewholeparty,ideologicalconsensus,drawhistoricalexperience,respectforthewisdomofourpredecessors,whichreflectstheunityofinheritanceandinnovation;followthecorrectdirection,graspthelimitedgoals,adheretotheparty'sleadership,tosolvethemassesofthepeoplereflectafocusontheproblem.Thenewrevisionoftheand,reflectstheparty's18andtheeighthsessionofthethird,thespiritofthefourthplenarysession,reflectingtheexperienceofstudyingandimplementingtheGeneralSecretaryXiJinpingseriesofimportantspeech,reflectstheparty'seighteenyearscomprehensivestrictlypractice.(a)revisedtworegulationsofthepartyneedofinbasedonrevised,thepromulgationandimplementationofJanuary2010,tostrengthentheconstructionofthecontingentofleadingcadresplayanimportantrole.Butwiththepartytomanagethepartystrictlyadministeringthedeepening,hasnotbeenabletofullymeettheactualneeds.Contentistoocomplicated,"eightprohibition,52arenotallowedto"hardtoremember,andalsodifficulttoputintopractice;thesecondisconciselypositiveadvocatedbythelackofprohibitedprovisionsexcessive,noautonomyrequirements;thethirdisbannedtermsanddisciplinelaw,bothwiththepartydiscipline,disciplinaryregulationsrepeatandCriminallawandotherlawsandregulationsrepeat;thefourthisto"clean"thethemeisnotprominent,notfortheexistingproblems,andisnarrow,onlyneedleofcounty-levelleadingcadresabove.isin1997basedonrevision,inDecember2003thepromulgationandimplementation,tostrengthentheconstructionofthepartyplayveryimportantrole.Alongwiththedevelopmentofthesituation,whichmanyprovisionshavebeenunabletofullymeetthecomprehensi
