免费标准网(www.freebz.net)标准最全面Gs9289一88以蔗糖为主要成分的糖厂产品的统称。砂糖granulatedsugar砂粒状蔗糖。因颗粒大小的不同,有幼砂、中砂和粗砂之分。因质量和色泽的不同,有白砂糖和赤砂糖⋯等。2.1.2.3白砂糖whitegranulatedsugar甘蔗、甜菜汁或粗搪液用亚硫酸法或碳酸法⋯等清净处理后,经浓缩、结晶、分蜜及干燥所得的洁白砂糖。2.1.2.4赤砂糖browngranulatedsugar棕红色或黄褐色的带蜜砂搪。2.1.2.5绵白糖(绵糖)softwhitesugar将晶粒较细的白砂糖与适量的转化糖浆均匀混合而得的糖。可分精制、优级等。2.1.2.6精制糖(精糖)refinedsugar用粗糖(原搪)或其它糖液,经精炼处理后制成的搪。有精制白砂糖和精制绵白搪等。2.1.2.7方糖cubesugar由粒度适中的白砂糖(或精制白砂搪)加人少量水或搪浆,经压(或铸)制成小方块的糖。有方糖和半方糖两种。2.1.2.8粗糖(原糖)rawsugar甘蔗汁经石灰法清净处理后制成的砂糖。带有搪蜜,呈淡黄色。2.1.2.9非分蜜糖non-centrifugalsugar未经分蜜处理制成的糖。2.1.2.10红搪brownsugar甘蔗汁用石灰法清净处理后,直接煮成不经分蜜的棕红色或黄褐色的糖。包括红糖粉、片糖等。2.1-2-11片糖brownslabsugar由颜色深浅及晶粒大小不同组成的三层片状红糖。2.1.2.12冰片搪goldenslabsugar用冰糖蜜或砂糖加原糖蜜为原料,经加酸部分转化,煮成的金黄色片糖。2.1.2.13冰糖rocksugar砂搪经再溶、清净处理和重结晶而制得的大颗粒结晶糖。有单晶体和多晶体两种,呈透明或半透明状。2.1.2.14单晶体冰糖(单晶冰糖,单晶冰)monocrystalrocksugar单一晶体的大颗粒(每粒重约1.5-2g)冰糖。2.1.2.15多晶体冰糖(盆冰、桶冰)multi-crystalrocksugar由多颗晶体并聚而成的大块冰搪。按色泽可分为白冰糖和黄冰糖两种。2.1.3糖厂2.1.3.1甘蔗糖厂canesugarfactory;sugarmill以甘蔗为原料,生产糖的工厂。2.1.3.2甜菜糖厂beetsugarfactory以甜菜为原料,生产搪的工厂。2.1.3.3精炼糖厂(炼糖厂)sugarrefinery以粗糖(原糖)为原料,生产精制糖或白砂糖的工厂。2.1.3.4粗糖厂rawsugarfactory生产粗糖(原糖)的工厂。免费标准网(www.freebz.net)无需注册即可下载
