HB6128一2003前言本标准代替11B6128一1987《航空仪表用游丝》。本标准与HB6128一1987(以下简称原标准)主要变化如下:a)将原标准中的机械仪表游丝和导电游丝的转矩范围扩大,转矩公差按A类和B类游丝分别给出,增加了标准的可操作性;b)11B6128一1987中的游丝铜座尺寸((D3.0-03.6)范围窄,修订后的游丝铜座尺寸范围扩宽到(D2.0-05.0,并取消了原标准中对游丝铜座小槽的要求,便于加工;c)取消了原标准中对钗青铜游丝脆性的要求;d)技术要求中游丝形状在自由状态下,增加了螺线的线轮廓度公差、垂直度公差、平面度公差及有座游丝的同轴度公差。本标准由中国航空工业第二集团公司提出。本标准由中国航空综合技术研究所归口。本标准起草单位:中国航空工业第五二一厂、中国航空综合技术研究所。本标准主要起草人:安晓玲、席俭、余明芬、刘鹏、舒振杰。本标准干1967年12月首次发布,1987年4月第一次修订,2002年9月第二次修订。

HB6128一20035.2.2.3转速表游丝连铜座转速表游丝连铜座扭紧至最大工作角度时,圈与圈不得相接触,允许凸起值应符合表4的规定。5.3外观5.3.1游丝表面a)游丝表面应清洁,无脏物、油脂;不应有裂纹、夹层、毛刺、机械损伤和锈蚀、腐蚀痕迹等缺陷;b)游丝表面不允许有影响游丝各项性能参数的压痕及氧化斑点等。5.3.2表面粗糙度游丝、游丝铜座表面粗糙度见图1一图705.4游丝连铜座的装配5.4.1铆接游丝与铜座应铆接牢固,游丝内端不得露出游丝铜座的装配槽。5.4.2焊接游丝与铜座应焊接牢固,游丝内端不得超出带拨杆铜座的拨杆焊接部位;焊接部位应光滑,无明显的机械损伤和氧化痕迹。5.5稳定处理游丝、游丝连铜座应经过稳定处理。5,6电测最指示仪表游丝及转速表游丝的磁性电测量指示仪表游丝及转速表游丝应无磁性。5.7转速表游丝连铜座的弹性后效值转速表游丝连铜座扭紧至最大工作角度时的弹性后效值应符合表7的规定。表7转速表游丝连铜座弹性后效值序号最大工作角度a精度级别弹性后效值1精密级(A级)簇15"36002普通级(B级)墓17"3梢密级(A级)(22,54004普通级(B级)毛26"5.8转速表游丝连铜座的转矩线性误差值转速表游丝连铜座的转矩线性误差值为最大工作角度时转矩的士0.2%。将游丝连铜座装在转矩线性测试仪上,每扭紧45‘时测量一次转矩,或按技术协议要求的角度测量。转矩线性误差按JJF(航空)009一1983中的最小二乘直线法计算。5.9游丝和游丝铜座的材料5.9.1游丝材料游丝材料应符合以下规定:a)QSn4一3游丝材料应符合GB/T14955一1994的规定;b)QBe2,QBe2一0.1游丝材料应符合(>B/T3134一1982的规定;c)3J53游丝材料应符合YB/T5254一1993的规定;d)5J11游丝材料应符合GB/T4461一1992的规定;e)不锈钢游丝材料应符合GB/T4240一1993的规定。5.9.2游丝铜座材料游丝铜座材料应符合以下规定:。)铜座材料HPb59一1应符合GB/T14953一1994的规定;
HB6128一2003b)H62应符合G1习T2060一1989的规定。6检验方法6.1检测环境条件检测环境条件应符合以下规定:a)环境温度:20℃士5r-b)相对湿度:45%一75%6.2基本尺寸及参数6.2.1基本尺寸游丝基本尺寸和参数按表1一表4规定的项目,检测方法如下:a)游丝外半径和内半径在20倍的投影仪上测量;b)游丝宽度用分度值为0.01二的千分尺测量;c)游丝圈数用目测法检测。6.2.2基本参数a)游丝转矩用转矩仪扭转90。进行检测;b)游丝的转矩线性用精度0.2%的转矩线性测试仪,在游丝工作转角内,每隔450测量转矩进行检测6.2.3游丝铜座基本尺寸检测游丝铜座基本尺寸按表5一表6规定的项目检测,检测方法如下:a)游丝铜座外径、厚度用分度值为0.01mm的千分尺检测;b)游丝铜座内孔直径用塞规检测。6.3形状和位置公差6.3.1游丝线轮廓度的检测:一般用目测法检测其圈距的均匀度。在产品质量有争议时,用样板法在20倍的投影仪上检测。检测无座游丝时要以内圈端点除去1/4圈为起点,外圈端点除去1/4圈为止点。6.3.2游丝各圈构成端面的平面度检测游丝各圈构成端面的平面度,用20倍的投影仪检测。6.3.3游丝各圈构成端面对游丝内孔轴线的垂直度检测游丝各圈构成端面对游丝内孔轴线的垂直度,用20倍的投影仪进行检测。6.3.4有座游丝的阿基米德螺旋线中心对游丝铜座内孔轴线的同轴度检测有座游丝的阿基米德螺旋线中心对游丝铜座内孔轴线的同轴度,用20倍投影仪和样板检测。6.4外观及表面质量6.4.1游丝压延表面粗糙度检测游丝压延表面粗糙度用干涉显微镜检测。6.4.2游丝铜座内孔表面粗糙度检测游丝铜座内孔表面粗糙度用双管显微镜检测。6.4.3游丝铜座及游丝连铜座表面质量的检测在天然散射光线或无反射光的白色透射光线下,光照度不低于300lx,目视检查游丝、游丝铜座及游丝连铜座的表面质量。6.4.4对经表面处理的游丝、游丝座及游丝连铜座的表面质盆的检测对经表面处理的游丝、游丝座及游丝连铜座的表面质量按HB5064一1977的规定检测。6.4.5当怀疑表面有锈蚀时的鉴定方法当怀疑lk面右锈饨时.应按GTB150.9一1986的规定,进行保持48h的湿热试验,如锈蚀处颜色不继
BB6128一2003续加深或扩大,则认为合格。6.5形状6.5.1游丝自由状态下的形状、间距的检测游丝自由状态下的形状、间距,在水平位置用目测检测。凸起现象在垂直位置时目视检测。6.5.2圈与圈接触的检测将游丝或游丝连铜座固定在专用夹具上,将其扭紧至最大工作角度,目视(或用3倍一5倍放大镜)检查圈与圈是否接触。6.5.3检查凸起值将转速表用游丝连铜座固定在专用夹具上,扭紧至最大工作角度,在垂直位置时,用20倍投影仪测量凸起值。6.6装配质最游丝与铜座铆接试验所施加拉力值要求如下:a)机械仪表游丝连铜座:当转矩大于100pN司900时,用专用工具向游丝铆接根部施加5N-10N的拉力,顺槽口向外抽动,直到游丝开始变形为止,此时游丝不应从槽口脱出;当转矩小于100pN时900时,用专用工具向游丝铆接根部施加2.5N-5N的拉力,顺槽口向外抽动,直到游丝开始变形为止,此时游丝不应从槽口脱出;b)转速表游丝连铜座:用专用工具拨动游丝焊接处根部,施加力5N-10N,此时游丝不应脱落。6.7电测互指示仪表用游丝及转速表用游丝的磁性将游丝按图8用0.25mm粗的棉线系住,悬挂在磁通量不小于0.18X10-3Wl〕的磁场内,游丝距离磁极平面距离为2inm-3mm,此时游丝不应被吸动。磁极图8游丝磁性测量6.8转速表游丝连铜座的弹性后效值将游丝连铜座装在精度为3"的弹性后效仪上,扭紧至最大工作角度,在温度为60℃士5℃下保温30min,自然冷却至常温,恢复游丝自由状态,检验游丝不回零的数值,即为弹性后效值。6.9转速表用游丝连铜座的转矩非线性误差值将游丝连铜座装在转矩非线性测试仪上,每扭紧45。时测量一次转矩,或按技术协议要求角度测量游丝转矩。
