GB/T11605-2005湿度测量方法范围本标准规定了用伸缩法、干湿球法、冷凝露点法、氯化锉露点法、电阻电容法、电解法和重量法测量气体的湿度。本标准适用于工业、农业、气象、科研等领域的湿度测量。2伸缩法本方法规定了用毛发湿度表(计)测量空气的相对湿度,在一350C-45℃条件下,湿度的测量范围为10%RH-100%RH,2.1方法原理利用毛发等材料的长度随湿度而变化的特性直接指示相对湿度值。2.2仪器毛发湿度表(计)在200C--250C,湿度为30%RH--90%RH范围内,其示值的最大允许误差应不超过士5%RHe2.3测.步骤2.3.1安装2.3.1.1毛发湿度表(计)应垂直地悬挂在支架上或稳固地安置在支架上,支架底座保持水平。2.3.1.2安装地点风速应不大于0.2m/s,其温度不能高于450C.2.3.2测f按当时指针或笔尖指示的位置观测读数,读数取整数。2.4注意事项2.4.1保持毛发清洁。如沾有尘土,应用蒸馏水清洗毛发,待自然干燥后,用标准湿度计校准。2.4.2毛发湿度表(计)在相对湿度为10%以下的环境中长时间放置后,必须置于湿度为95%以上的条件下恢复并经过校准才能使用。2.5精密度a)重复性:在相同测量条件下,两次测量结果之差应不大于1.5%RHob)再现性:在不同测量条件下,两次测量结果之差应不大于7%RHo2.6测f报告遵照附录A的规定填写。3干湿球法本方法规定了用通风干湿表测量空气的相对湿度,在一100C^-45℃的条件下,湿度的测量范围为10%RH-100%RHo3.1方法原理用两支型式和尺寸均相同的温度计,其中一支作为干球温度计,另一支的球部缠上一层洁净纱布,并用蒸馏水保持润湿,作为湿球温度计。在规定的通风条件下,干球温度计指示出气流的温度称为干球温度;湿球温度计则由于球部纱布的水分蒸发吸热,指示出较低的温度称为湿球温度。干球温度与湿球温度之差取决于当时环境空气的相对湿度,从而可利用干球温度与湿球温度来求得空气的相对湿度值 GB/T11605-20053.2仪器通风干湿表(计),在50C--45℃范围内,其最大允许误差应不超过士2%RH,3.3测,步骤3.3.1湿球包扎湿球必须用专用纱布(或棉纱布套管)包扎,只包一层纱布,重叠部分不应大于球部周长的三分之一,用纱布上的棉纱在首尾两处打结,如图1所示。冒包扎后的纱布必须紧贴球部,不能摺皱。围甲曹册。3.3.2安装3.3.2.1通风干湿表(计)应垂直地悬挂在支架上。3.3.2.2安装地点应避免太阳照射或其他热辐射源的影响。3.3.3润湿湿球纱布用蒸馏水充分润湿湿球纱布。3.3.4通风开动通风器。使用机械通风器时,须将发条上满。3.3.5读数在通风器开动2min后读数,先读湿球温度,后读干球温度,同时记录大气压。如果要进行多次读数,对电动通风干湿表从第3min开始读数,每隔1min左右读数一次,到第6min后就必须重新润湿纱布(在润湿纱布时,须暂停通风器);对机械通风干湿表,每次上满发条后只能进行两次读数(即第3min和第4min的读数),然后重新上满发条和润湿纱布,再按规定的操作程序读数。3.4测f结果处理3.4.1计算法3.4.1.1按式(1)计算水蒸气压:e=e*一A·p(t一t=)·············一(1)式中:e—水蒸气压,单位为帕(Pa),e=—在湿球温度t=下的饱和水蒸气压,单位为帕(Pa)。见附录B:当湿球结冰时,取冰的饱和水蒸气压;当湿球未结冰时,取水(包括过冷却水)的饱和水蒸气压。A—干湿表系数,单位为负一次方摄氏度(℃一‘)。在风速为2.5m/s条件下,湿球未结冰时,A=6.62X10-C一,;湿球结冰时,A-5.84X10-41C一,。F—大气压,单位为帕(Pa),t—干球温度,单位为摄氏度(℃)。to—湿球温度,单位为摄氏度(℃)。 GB/T11605-20053.4.1.2参见附录C.1,按需要计算不同单位的湿度值(其余各法同此)。3.4.2查表法3.4.2.1用所得干球温度、湿球温度和当时的大气压,在《湿度查算表》内查到所求的空气湿度值。注:中央气象局.湿度查算表.北京:气象出版社出版,19803.4.2.2也可参见附录C.2,查表得所需单位的湿度值(其余各法同此)。3.5注意事项3.5.1在。℃以下须按特定的操作方法进行测量,除气象部门外,建议在。℃以上使用。3.5.2当湿球纱布被污染或遇风沙后,须更换。3.6精密度a)重复性:在相同测量条件下,两次测量结果之差应不大于2%RH,b)再现性:在不同测量条件下,两次测量结果之差应不大于3写RH,3.7测.报告遵照附录A的规定填写。冷凝跪点法本方法规定了用冷凝式露点仪测量非腐蚀性气体的湿度,测量范围为露(霜)点一750C^-600C,4.1方法原理用等压冷却的方法使被测气样中的水蒸气在露层传感器(冷镜或声表面波器件)表面与水(或冰)的平展表面呈热力学相平衡状态,测量此时的温度,即为该气体的露(霜)点。4.2仪器4.2.1绝热膨胀制冷式或制冷剂制冷式目视露点仪,其最大允许误差应不超过士20C露点。4.2.2热电制冷式自动检测露层的平衡式精密露点仪,其最大允许误差应不超过士。.60C露点。4.3测f步骤4.3.1取样4.3.1.1冷凝式露点仪采用导人式的取样方法。取样点必须设置在足以获得代表性气样的位置并就近取样。典型取样系统如图2所示。流程气臀口1流盆计峪点仪过坟器流t控制阀旁通流量vi流量计薄膜泵排气图24.3.1.2取样阀选用死体积小的针阀。取样管道选用长度不大于2m、内径2mm-4mm的不锈钢管、紫铜管,壁厚不小于1mm的聚四氟乙烯管等。管道内壁应光滑清洁。不允许使用高弹性材质的管道,如橡皮管、聚氯乙烯管等。 GB/T11605-20054.3.1.3增大取样总流量,在气样进人仪器之前设置旁通分道,是提高测量准确度和缩短测量时间的有效途径。4.3.1.4环境温度应高于气样露点温度至少3*C,否则要对整个取样系统以及仪器排气口的气路系统采取升温措施,以免因冷壁效应而改变气样的湿度或造成冷凝堵塞。4.3.2试漏将U形水柱压力计装接于仪器的排气口,调节系统压力,使压差为2000Pa+100Pa,关闭气样,0.5min后观察,1min内压差降应不超过5Pa.4.3.3测f4.3.3.1根据取样系统的结构、气样湿度的大小用被测气体对气路系统分别进行不同流量、不同时间的吹洗,以保证测量结果的准确性。4.3.3.2仪器操作程序按使用说明书进行,并从仪器直接读取露点值。4.4注意事项4.4.1若对露层传感器表面污染误差无自动补偿功能,或者此表面污染严重时,均须用适当溶剂对其作人工清洗4.4.2如果气样中含有比水蒸气先冷凝的其他气体杂质(如某些烃类),或者气样中含有能与水共同冷凝的物质(如甲醇),则必须先采取措施分离之。4.4.3露点介于。℃一一20℃时,露层传感器表面上的冷凝物可能是霜也可能是露(过冷水),此时对目视露点仪必须借助显微镜仔细观察加以区别。4.4.4进气口的过滤器应定期清洗,以保持气路清洁畅通。4.4.5测量有害或可燃气体时,应在出气口接一橡皮管,将气体引至室外。4.5精密度a)重复性:在相同测量条件下,两次测量结果之差应不大于10C露点。b)再现性:在不同测量条件下,两次测量结果之差应不大于3"C露点。4.6测.报告遵照附录A的规定填写。5级化锉露点法本方法规定了用氯化锉露点仪测量空气、氮、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、烃类以及其他不与氯化铿发生化学反应的气体的湿度。测量范围为露点一450C-600Co5.1方法原理通过测量氯化铿饱和溶液的水蒸气压与气样的水蒸气压平衡时的温度,来确定气体的湿度。5.2仪器氯化铿露点仪,其最大允许误差应不超过士30C露点。5.3测f步骤5.3.1根据气体的具体情况,将传感器安装在被测空间或将气体导人仪器,后者按4.3.1进行。5.32仪器操作程序按使用说明书进行。5.3.3把气样流量调到规定范围内,仪器示值至少稳定5min后读数。5.4注惫事项5.4.1气体流速大于。.25m/s时露点要偏低,因此在管道或户外安装时,应对传感器加设防风罩5.4.2避免传感器与硫化氢、无水亚硫酸、无水硫酸、氨、二甘醇、乙醇胺等组分接触。5.4.3用于室外测量时,应在传感器防护罩内壁所结露(霜)消失后读数。5.4.4定期对传感器用蒸馏水进行清洗并予干燥,重新浸涂饱和氯化铿溶液后,方可继续使用。 GB/T11605-20055.5精密度在一150C^-350C露点温度范围内:a)重复性:在相同测量条件下,两次测量结果之差应不大于。.5v露点。b)再现性:在不同测量条件下,两次测量结果之差应不大于30C露点。5.6测f报告遵照附录A的规定填写6电阻电容法本章规定了用湿度计测量空气或其他气体的湿度。在一100C^-80℃条件下,电阻式湿度计的测量范围为10%RH-90%RH;电容式湿度计的测量范围为。%RH-100%RHo6.1方法原理利用湿敏元件的电阻值、电容值随环境湿度的变化而按一定规律变化的特性进行湿度测量。6.2仪器常用的仪器为采用电阻式或电容式湿敏元件的各种湿度计。在25℃条件下,其最大允许误差应不超过士5%RHo6.3测且步骤6.3.1将传感器直接置人气体中适当的部位以获得有代表性的湿度值。6.3.2仪器操作程序按使用说明书进行。6.3.3待仪器示值稳定后读数。6.4注意事项6.4.1湿敏元件的感湿部分不能以手触摸,并避免受污染、腐蚀或凝露。6.4.2在尘土较多的场所使用时,一定要安装外罩或过滤器等装置。6.4.3仪器应按有关规定适时校准。当仪器无温度补偿时,校准温度应尽量接近使用温度。6.4.4不应在湿度接近100%RH的气体中长期使用。6.5精密度在40%RH-85%RH范围内:a)重复性:在相同测量条件下,两次测量结果之差应不大于2%RHo切再现性:在不同测量条件下,两次测量结果之差应不大于6%RH.6.6测f报告遵照附录A的规定填写。7电解法本方法规定了用以五氧化二磷为吸湿剂的电解湿度计测量空气、惰性气体、烃类、氟代甲烷类、六氟化硫及其他不与五氧化二磷发生化学反应、不参与电解的气体的湿度。本方法是低湿测量中使用最广泛的方法之一。测量范围通常为1KL/L^-1000可/L.7.1方法原理气样流经一个特殊结构的电解池时,所含的水蒸气被五氧化二磷膜层吸收并电解。当吸收和电解过程达到平衡时,电解电流正比于气样中的水蒸气含量,从而可通过测量电解电流得知气样的湿度根据法拉第电解定律和气体状态方程式,可导出电解电流与气样湿度之间的关系,见式(2):QPToFV,................·.⋯⋯(2)X103poTV,式中:I—电解电流,单位为微安(PA); GB/T11605-2005Q一一气样流量,单位为毫升每分(ML/min);p—大气压,单位为帕(Pa);Ta—273.15,单位为开(K);F一法拉第常数:96485.309,单位为库每摩(C/mol;V,—气样湿度体积比,单位为微升每升(KL/L);pa-101325,单位为帕(Pa);T—环境温度,单位为开(K);Vo摩尔体积,22.4,单位为升每摩(L/mol),仪器典型流程图如图3所示。洲量流量计电解池图37.2仪器电解湿度计,其引用误差在1t}L/L--30tL/L范围内应不超过士100o;30yL/L以上(含30WL/L)应不超过士5%.7.3测f步骤7.3.1取样按4.3.1的规定进行。7.3.2试漏按4.3.2的规定进行。7.3.3标定流f计当气样种类和室温、气压不同时,须用皂膜流量计对测量流量计进行标定。7.3.4千澡电解池用经干燥的气样吹洗仪器(同时电解),达到仪器规定要求。当采用辅助气(例如经干燥的氮气)进行干燥时,最好以四通阀切换。7.3.5测,本底值气样流经分子筛或五氧化二磷干燥器后导人仪器,并按规定的流量吹洗(同时电解)至达到低而稳定的数值,即为仪器的本底值(通常可达5pL/L以下)。当含湿量较高(500HL/L以上)或不宜采用干燥法时,可采用改变流量法确定仪器本底值:将测量流量分别调节为50mL/min和100ml,/min,旁通流量调节为1L/min,读取相应的稳定示值Vs。与V.,oa,然后按式(3)计算仪器本底值VI.:V,a=2Vs。一Veoa··················⋯⋯(3)7.3.6测f把测量流量准确调定在仪器规定的数值(通常为100L/min),调节旁通流量约1L/min,在仪器示值稳定至少3倍时间常数后读数。 GB/T11605-20057.4测f结果处理7.4.1测,结果仪器示值减去本底值作为气样湿度的测量值。连续两次测量结果之差应不大于精密度的规定。7.4.2状态修正对于精密的测量,若室温和气压不同于仪器所规定的标准测量条件,应考虑作状态修正。最简便的修正方法是在标定测量流量计时按式(4)确定流量计的工作点,以消除室温、气压的影响。_。03228V厄........................(4)’v1式中:t—皂膜推移V所需时间,单位为秒(s);V—皂膜流量计容量管体积,单位为毫升(mL);p—大气压,单位为帕(Pa);丁—室温,单位为开(K)。7.5注意事项7.5.1在分析瓶装气体时,因湿度随瓶压降低而升高,所以应在接近气体生产厂标明的压力下取样。7.5.2气样中应尽可能不含有杂质微粒、油污及其他破坏性组分。7.5.3当气样为有害气体或贵重气体时,应根据情况对尾气作妥善处理或回收。7.5.4当气样中含有少量破坏性组分或清洁度较差以及湿度较高(500pL/L以上)时,宜采用间歇测量法。7.5.5当气样湿度超过仪器测量上限时,可降低测量流量进行测量,此时仪器的测量上限相应扩大。7.6精密度在260pL/L以下时,精密度为:a)重复性:Y=0.069+0.012mpL/L;b)再现性:R一1.08+0.020mpL/I。注m为测量结果的平均值,单位为微升每升(1,L/L)7.7测f报告遵照附录A的规定填写。重t法重量法是在所有湿度测量方法中可以达到最高准确度的绝对湿度测量方法。重量湿度计通常用于进行湿度的精密测量及仲裁测量。8.1方法原理利用五氧化二磷吸收管吸收气样中的水蒸气,用精密天平称取该水蒸气质量,同时测量通过吸收管而被干燥的气体体积,并记录测量时的室温和大气压,即可按式(5)计算气样中的水蒸气质量混合比:刀;,一V.rr一—=..........·..·.···⋯⋯(5)刀a式中:一质量棍合比,单位为千克每千克(kg/kg);m—水蒸气质量,单位为千克(kg);ma—干气质量,单位为千克(kg);V—在室温T和大气压p时的干气体积,单位为立方米(m");‘在室温T和大气压P时的干气密度,单位为千克每立方米(kg/m"). GB/T11605-20058.2测f装置8.2.1典型装it图4所示为重量湿度计的典型流程,吸收管用来吸收气样中的水蒸气;流量计用来测量干气体积;旁通管供取样前气样吹洗系统用。旁通管流量计图48.2.2液化气体m9f装置测量液化气体中水蒸气含量的装置见图5。图58.;测f步骤8.3.1清洗并烘干吸收管。8.3.2校准流量计。8.3.3填装干燥剂,宜在专用手套箱中进行。装填五氧化二磷粉末时,应添加玻璃丝之类的填料,以减少吸收管阻力。操作须迅速。8.3.4立即擦净吸收管玻璃磨口(若粉末进人侧管,也应擦净),涂以少量真空脂,密封。8.3.5用精密天平准确称量吸收管质量并作记录。天平应根据测量准确度的要求选择。8.3.6将吸收管接人系统。8.3.7切换两只三通阀,让气样通过旁通管以选定的流量吹洗取样系统数小时8.3.8切换三通阀,同时打开吸收管的旋塞,使气样以选定的流量通过吸收管,并记录环境温度、大气压、吸收时间、流量等参数。8.3.9切换三通阀并迅速关闭吸收管旋塞,拆下吸收管,再次准确称量并记录8.4测f结果计算见8.1,8.5注意事项8.5.1开始通气吸收及停止吸收时,应注意气路的压力平衡,以防喷粉。如果喷粉,应拆下吸收管并擦净,重复8.3.5及其后的操作。8.5.2根据测量准确度的要求确定适当的吸收量,并根据气样湿度的高低确定吸收时间。 GB/T11605-20058.5.3应戴清洁手套进行操作8.5.4作为精密测量及仲裁测量的重量湿度计须在恒温、恒湿环境下进行8.6精密度根据测量要求和有关规定确定。8.7测f报告遵照附录A的规定填写。 GB/T11605-2005附录A(规范性附录)测t报告湿度与测量条件的关系很大,为了对测量结果进行分析、研究和比较,测量应有详细记录和测量报告。测量报告应包括以下内容:a)测量所依据的标准;b)测量方法;c)被测气体名称和编号;d)湿度计的名称、型号、编号和准确度;e)环境和气样的温度、压力;f>测量数据(列表);9)测量人;h)测量日期;i)其他需要说明的情况。
