GB/"r6998-2002前言本标准等效采用国际电工委员会IEC60061-3;2001《灯头、灯座及其检验其安全性和互换性的量规第3部分:量规》中的预聚焦式灯头量规部分。其技术内容与IEC相应部分完全一致。本标准所列量规的编号由三部分组成:(例如:6998-GB/T-81-1)第一组数字为本标准号,其后跟字母GB/T,再之后的数字为灯头量规的编号。本标准与现行标准的主要技术差异如下:1.取消的型号为:P13.5s,P16s,P22s,P22d,P27s,P39s,P30d-10.3,P32s,P32d,P35s,P35d,P42s,P42d,PB24s,PB22d-3(900沐1350)02.修订的型号为:P30s-10.3,P45to3.新增的型号为:PG12一和PGX12,PG13和PGJ143,PX13.5s,P14.5s,PG22-6.35,PK22s,P26s,PX26,P28s,P40s,P43t-38,P43t和PX43t,PY43d和PZ43t,P45t,本标准自实施之日起,代替GB/T6998-1986《预聚焦式灯头的量规》。本标准由国家轻工业局提出。本标准由全国照明电器标准化技术委员会归口。本标准由北京华明电光源工业公司起草本标准起草人:童显海、刘欣、王宁。 Gs/"r6998-2002IEC前言1国际电工委员会(IEC)有关技术问题的正式决议和协议均由各技术委员会制定,所有对此有特殊兴趣的各国家委员会都有代表参加。因此,这些决议和协议在最大程度上表达了国际间的此问题上的一致意见。2.为国际之间使用而出版的推荐标准,在某种意义上各国家委员会均应采纳。3.为了促进国际间的统一,国际电工委员会希望目前还没有相关国家标准的国家在制定相关标准时,在国家条件许可的范围内,各国家委员会应以IEC的推荐标准作为相关标准的基础。4为了加强国际间有关这些问题的意见一致性,需要各国家委员会在本国条件允许的情况下,努力使本国标准与IEC推荐标准相谐调。各国家委员会要为此发挥作用。 中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T6998-2002预聚焦式灯头的量规eqvIEC60061-3:2001代替GB/T6998-1986Gaugesofprefocuscaps本标准等效采用IEC60061-3《灯头、灯座及其检验其互换性和安全性的量规第3部分量规》中的预聚焦灯头量规部分。本标准规定了为保证预聚焦灯头互换性和安全性量规的主要尺寸,其他尺寸由设计者自行确定。本标准中确定的量规的型号,与同规格的预聚焦式灯头的型号完全相同,并与IEC60061中的量规型号相一致。一般要求1.1主要内容本标准规定了预聚焦式灯头量规的型式、基本尺寸和检验方法,用于检验符合GB2800(预聚焦式灯头的型式和尺寸》国家标准中所列各种规格的灯头。1.2引用标准GB1957-1981光滑极限量规GB2800-2002预聚焦式灯头的型式和尺寸(eqvIEC60061-1:2001)2型式和尺寸预聚焦式灯头量规型式、主要尺寸应符合附图和附表的要求。中华人民共和国国家质里监督检验检疫总局2002一08-05批准2003一04一01X96I GB/T6998-2002检验成品灯上PG12一和PGX12一灯头的通规和止规(3)目的:检验相对于尺寸A的最大值的灯头的最大外形、插脚的直径和间距、插脚凸台的直径和间距,凸片相对于与尺寸A有关的P、和F:的径向位置和宽度,以及单个插脚的尺寸F.的最小值和最大值,F的最小值和最大值。检验:将灯头由Z面插人量规,并使基准凸片进人量规的小凹槽(只适用于PG12-1和PGX12-1灯头),直至灯头的基准面接触到量规的0面。此时插脚的末端应与f面共面,或凸出于f,面,但是它们均不得凸出于f:面。将各插脚依次插人e:孔,插脚的凸台应接触到量规的Ziruo插脚(不是指其末端)应不能插人e,孔中。6998-GB/T-81-3
