市政与环境工程系MUNICIPALANDENVIRONMENTALENGINEERINGDEPARTMENT第2章采暖系统设计2.1采暖方案的确定及热负荷的计算2.1.1设计原理及方案的确定在工程设计中,围护结构的基本耗热量是按一维稳定传热过程进行计算的,即假设在计算时间内,室内、室外空气温度和其他传热过程参数都不随时间变化。但实际上是不稳定传热。对室内温度容许有一定波动幅度的一般建筑物来说,采用稳定传热计算可以简化计算方法按基本满足要求。室外热量通过地下土壤传至室外空气的过程与平壁的传热完全不一样,故地下室侧墙传热采用地带法。根据原始资料,长兴大厦共有地上10层和地下一层进行采暖,分为两个区。高低区做垂直单管顺流式系统型式。垂直单管的优点:系统型式简单、施工方便,造价低,可适当地减轻供暖系统中经常会出现的上热下冷的现象。单管跨越系统,立管的一部分水量流进散热器,另一部分立管水量通过跨越管与散热器流出的回水混合,在流入下层散热器。与顺流式相比,由于只有部分立管水量流入散热器,在相同的散热量下,散热量的出水温度降低,散热器中热媒和室内空气的平均温差△t减小,因而所需的散热器面积比顺流式系统大一些。水平串联式。具有以下优点:(1)系统的总造价,一般要比垂直式系统低;(2)管路简单,无穿过各层楼板的立管,施工方便;(3)有可能利用最高层的辅助空间(如楼梯间、厕所等),架设膨胀水箱,不必在顶棚上专设安装膨胀水箱的房间。2.1.2热负荷计算1.围护结构的基本耗热量围护结构的基本耗热量按稳态传热计算,由手册查的:公式(2-1)式中—维护结构基本耗热量,(W);—维护结构的传热系数,[W/(㎡•℃)];—冬季室内设计温度,(℃);-55- 市政与环境工程系MUNICIPALANDENVIRONMENTALENGINEERINGDEPARTMENT—温差修正系数;查手册a取1;—采暖室外计算温度。(1)的确定:会议室:18℃,地下室:10℃,指挥中心:18℃,卫生间:14℃,楼梯间:14℃,办公室:18℃。(2)的确定:根据我国现行的规范采用历年平均不保证5天的日平均温度,长春市冬季室外采暧温度:。(3)地带值的确定:由暖通空调·动力技术措施查得:地带K值的划分,直接铺设在土壤上、地面各构造层材料的导热系数W/(m•℃)的非保温地面,应平行于外墙、从外向内、每2m宽划分地带,并分别取传热系数为:第一地带:K0=0.47W/(㎡•℃)第二地带:K0=0.23W/(㎡•℃)第三地带:K0=0.12W/(㎡•℃)第四地带:K0=0.07W/(㎡•℃)2.围护结构的附加耗热量维护结构的实际耗热量会受到气象条件及建筑物情况等各种因素影响而有所增减,所以需要对其进行修正,这些修正量称为围护结构附加量.附加量有朝向修正、风力附加、外门开启附加和高度附加等。(1)朝向修正耗热量:根据实用供热空调设计手册第二版查得朝向修正率:北、东北、西北,取0~10%;东、西,取-5%;东南、西南,取-10%~-15%;南,取-15%~-30%。当建筑物受到遮挡时,还应根据遮挡情况选取朝向修正率。当窗墙面积比大于1:1时,为了与一般房间有同等的保证率,宜在窗的基本耗热量中附加10%。(2)风力附加耗热量:本工程不考虑风力附加耗热量,风力附加在计算围护结构基本耗热量时,外表面换热系数aw对应的风速约为4m/s因此,在一般情况下,不必考虑风力附加。(2)外门开启附加冷风侵入耗热量:根据手册查得,为加热开启外门时侵入的冷空气,对于短时间开启,无热风幕的外门,外门的布置情况:一道门:附加率:65n%-55- 市政与环境工程系MUNICIPALANDENVIRONMENTALENGINEERINGDEPARTMENT两道门:附加率:80n%三道门:附加率:60n%,n-建筑物的楼层数。最多取修正后耗热量的500%。(2)高度附加耗热量:根据手册查得,由于室内温度梯度的影响,往往使房间上部的传热量加大。因此规定:当房间净高超过4m时,每增加1m,附加率为2%,但最大附加率不超过15%。应注意高度附加率应加在基本耗热量和其他附加耗热量(进行风力、朝向、外门修正之后的耗热量)的总和上。3.冷风渗透耗热量考虑热压与风压联合作用,且室外风速随高度递增时的缝隙计算方法(暖通与空调设计规范规定之方法):公式(2-2)式中—维护结构基本耗热量,(W);—理论渗风量,m3/(m·h);—房间某朝向上的可开启门窗缝隙的长度,m;—渗风压差的综合修正系数;—外窗、门缝隙的渗风指数,据实测得值,一般钢窗可取为0.67。公式b(2-3)式中—外门窗缝隙的渗风系数,m3/(m·h·Pab),由《使用供热空调设计手册》表5.1-10查取;—冬季室外最多风向下的平均风速,m/s;—室外采暖计算温度下的空气密度,kg/m3;m的确定:公式(2-4)式中-55- 市政与环境工程系MUNICIPALANDENVIRONMENTALENGINEERINGDEPARTMENT—热压系数。在纯热压作用下,作用在外窗、门缝两侧的热压差占渗入或渗出总热压差的百分份额,见《使用供热空调设计手册》表5.1-11;—风压差系数。在纯风压作用下,建筑物迎背风两侧风压差的一半。当认为迎背风面的外门、窗缝隙的阻力状况相同,且迎背风面的空气动力系数各为1.0和-0.4时,△Cf可取为0.7。—在纯风压作用下渗风量的朝向修正系数,见《使用供热空调设计手册》表5.1-8;—作用于外门、窗缝隙两侧的有效热压差与有效风压差之比,见下述;—外门、窗缝隙所在高度的高度修正系数,见下述。高度修正系数Ch的计算式:公式(对大城市)(2-5)式中—计算门、窗的中心线标高,m。有效热压差与有效风压差之比C的计算式:化简后,公式(对大城市)(2-6)式中hz—纯热压作用下的建筑物中和界的标高,m,可取建筑物总高度的一半带入;tn’—建筑物内热压竖井内的空气计算温度,℃,当走廊及楼梯间不供暖时,tn’按温差修正系数取值,供暖时取为16℃或18℃;tw—室外供暖计算温度;v0—同式(2-3)把以上诸式合并,讲,代入,得到某朝向上的每米外窗,门缝隙的渗风量L(m3/h·m)的计算式。有了L后,用下式算房间的渗风量:公式(2-7)式中l同式(2-2)。-55- 市政与环境工程系MUNICIPALANDENVIRONMENTALENGINEERINGDEPARTMENT2.2散热器的计算2.2.1散热器的选择查手册并比较各类散热器:选择铸铁散热器,它的优点是:1.结构简单,防腐性好。2.使用寿命长以及热稳定性好的优点。3.柱型散热器有带脚和不带脚的两种片型,便于落地或挂墙安装。4.外形美观,易清除积灰,容易组成所需的面积。柱型散热器有五种规格,经比较,选择四柱813型散热器:散热面积:0.28m2/片质量:8kg/片水容量:1.4L/片工作压力:0.5Mp传热系数计算公式:K=2.237△t0.302(W/㎡℃)(3-1)2.2.2散热器的布置据规范,散热器的布置应符合下列规定:1.本设计的散热器一般安装在外窗的窗台下,当安装有困难时(如玻璃幕墙、落地窗等),也可安装在内墙,不影响散热;2.在双层外门的外室以及门斗中不应设置散热器,以防冻裂;3.在楼梯间布置散热器时,考虑楼梯间热流上升的特点,将散热器尽量布置在地层。2.2.3散热器的面积计算散热器计算是确定供暖房间所需散热器的面积和片数。散热器散热面积F:公式m2(3-2)式中Q—散热器散热量,W;tpj—散热器内热媒平均温度,℃;-55- 市政与环境工程系MUNICIPALANDENVIRONMENTALENGINEERINGDEPARTMENTtn—供暖室内计算温度,℃;K—散热器传热系数,W/㎡·℃;β1—散热器组装片数修正系数;β2—散热器连接形式修正系数;β3—散热器安装形式修正系数。2.2.4散热器内热媒平均温度tpj散热器内热媒平均温度tpj随供暖热媒(热水)←参数和供暖系统形式而定。在热水供暖系统中,tpj为散热器进出口水温的算术平均值。公式tpj=(tsg+tsh)/2℃(3-3)式中tsg—散热器进水温度,℃;tsh—散热器出水温度,℃。2.2.5散热器传热系数K及其修正系数值K值表示当散热器内热媒平均温度tpj与室内气温tn相差1℃时,每1m2散热器面积所散出的热量W。影响散热器传热系数的因素很多:散热器的制造情况(如采用的材料、几何尺寸、结构形式,表面喷涂等因素)和散热器的使用条件(如使用的热媒、温度、流量、室内空气温度及流速)。传热系数K值:公式K=a(△t)b=a(tpj-tn)bW/m2·℃(3-4)式中K—在实验条件下,散热器的传热系数,W/m2·℃;a、b—由实验确定的系数;1.散热器组装片数修正系数β1柱型散热器的修正系数查手册得:表1散热器组装片数修正系数β1值组装片数<66~1011~20>20修正系数0.961.001.051.10注:因测试时是以10片为一组进行的,故大于、小于10片时需进行修正。-55- 市政与环境工程系MUNICIPALANDENVIRONMENTALENGINEERINGDEPARTMENT2.散热器连接形式修正系数β2所有散热器传热系数K=f(△t)的关系式,都是在散热器支管与散热器同侧连接,上进下出的实验状况下整理得出。因此,在上进下出实验公式计算其传热系数K值时,应予以修正,在本次设计过程中,水平串联的β2的值取1.239,垂直单管的β2的值取1.004。3.散热器连接形式修正系数β3安装在房间内的散热器,有种种方式,如敞开装置、加装遮挡罩板等,实验公式K=f(△t),都是在散热器敞开装置情况下整理的。在本次设计中,取β3=1.02。2.2.6散热器片数或长度确定按下式计算所需散热器的总片数或总长度。公式n=F/f(3-5)式中F—散热器散热面积,m2。f—每片或每1m长的散热器散热面积,m2/片或m2/m。计算的结果根据每组片数或长度乘以修正系数β1,最后确定散热器面积。暖通规范规定,柱型散热器面积可比计算值小0.1m2(片数n只能取整数)。对于垂直单管散热器的计算,以三至十层的301房间以上一个立管为例:对于1001散热器:Q=1545.42W,平均温差:tpj=(60+58.125)/2=59.0625℃,所以,△t=tpj-tn=59.0625-18=41.0625℃。传热系数:K=a△tb=2.237×41.06250.302=6.87(W/m2·℃)散热器传热面积:=5.61m2单片散热器面积:f=0.28m2散热器片数:n=5.61/0.28=20(片)当散热器片数为11~20片时,β1=1.05,所以需要修正β1。20×1.05=21(片)因此实际片数为21片。对于901散热器,Q=906.83W,tpj=57.1875℃,所以,△t=tpj-tn=39.1875℃。F=3.50m2,K=6.77(W/m2·℃),单片散热器面积:f=0.28m2散热器片数:-55- 市政与环境工程系MUNICIPALANDENVIRONMENTALENGINEERINGDEPARTMENTn=3.5/0.28=12.5(片)12.5×1.05=13.125(片)0.125×0.28=0.035m2<0.1计算出实际散热器片数n=13片。对于801散热器,Q=698.9W,tpj=55.3125℃,所以,△t=tpj-tn=337.3125℃。F=2.87m2,K=6.67(W/m2·℃),单片散热器面积:f=0.28m2散热器片数:n=2.87/0.28=10.25(片)同上述方法计算出实际散热器片数n=11片。对于701散热器,Q=799.72W,tpj=53.4375℃,所以,△t=tpj-tn=35.4375℃。F=3.52m2,K=6.57(W/m2·℃),单片散热器面积:f=0.28m2散热器片数:n=3.52/0.28=12.57(片)同上述方法计算出实际散热器片数n=13片。对于601散热器,Q=939.26W,tpj=51.5625℃,所以,△t=tpj-tn=33.5625℃。F=4.43m2,K=6.46(W/m2·℃),单片散热器面积:f=0.28m2散热器片数:n=4.43/0.28=15.82(片)同上述方法计算出实际散热器片数n=16片。对于501散热器,Q=1044.11W,tpj=49.6875℃,所以,△t=tpj-tn=31.6875℃。F=5.31m2,K=6.35(W/m2·℃),单片散热器面积:f=0.28m2散热器片数:n=5.31/0.28=18.96(片)同上述方法计算出实际散热器片数n=19片。对于401散热器,Q=1133.38W,tpj=47.8125℃,所以,△t=tpj-tn=29.8125℃。F=6.24m2,K=6.24(W/m2·℃),单片散热器面积:f=0.28m2散热器片数:n=6.24/0.28=22.28(片)同上述方法计算出实际散热器片数n=23片。对于301散热器,Q=991.19W,tpj=45.9375℃,所以,△t=tpj-tn=27.9375℃。F=5.94m2,K=6.12(W/m2·℃),单片散热器面积:f=0.28m2散热器片数:n=5.94/0.28=21.21(片)同上述方法计算出实际散热器片数n=22片。其它房间散热器的计算方法同以上房间。房间编号与热负荷计算的草图编号相同。详细计算结果见表2-1。-55- 市政与环境工程系MUNICIPALANDENVIRONMENTALENGINEERINGDEPARTMENT2.3采暖水力计算本循环采用机械循环热水供暖系统,热源由换热站供给.并且与墙面接触处设置了柔性防水套管,以免管子漏水。与此同时,为了消除或者减轻系统的水平失调,本系统采用同程式2.3.1采暖系统水力计算的基本公式热水供暖系统中计算管段的压力损失,用下式表示:公式△P=△Py+△Pj=RL+△PjPa(4-1)式中△P—计算管段的压力损失,Pa;△Py—计算管段的沿程损失,Pa;△Pj—计算管段的局部损失,Pa;R—每米管长的沿程损失,Pa/m;L—管段长度,m。2.3.2水力计算的步骤1.选择最不利环路,由图4-1可见,进行管段编号。2.确定最不利环路各管段的管径。(1)求单位长度平均比摩阻,根据下式:公式Pa/m(4-2)式中—沿程损失约占总压力损失的估计百分数;—最不利循环环路或分支环路的管路总长度,m。(2)根据各管段的热负荷,求出各管段的流量。公式Kg/h(4-3)式中Q—管段的热负荷,W;tg’—系统的设计供水温度,℃;th’—系统的设计回水温度,℃。4.确定长度压力损失△Py=RL,将每一管段R与L相乘。-55- 市政与环境工程系MUNICIPALANDENVIRONMENTALENGINEERINGDEPARTMENT5.确定局部阻力损失△Pj。(1)确定局部阻力系数,查手册确定各管段局部阻力系数。在统计局部阻力时,对于三通和四通管件的局部阻力系数,应列在流量较小的管段上。(2)查手册,根据管段流速V,可查出动压头△Pd值。公式△Pj=△Pd,(4-4)式中△Pd—动水压头,有手册查出;—各管段的总局部阻力系数。6.求各管段的压力损失△P=△Py+△Pj。7.求出环路总压力损失。8.求出管道的不平衡率。应注意:如水力计算结果和图示表明个别立管供、回水节点间的资用压力过小或过大,则会使下一步选用该立管的管径过粗或过细,设计很不合理。此时,应调整第一、二步骤的水力计算,适当改变个别供、回水干管的管段直径,使易于选择各立管的管径并满足环路不平衡率的要求。例:高区管段2,Q=119971.2W流量:选管径为DN70,管长:L=1.61m,流速:v=0.535m/s,比摩阻:R=57.317Pa/m动压:Pa局部阻力:Pa沿程阻力:Pa总阻力:Pa-55- 市政与环境工程系MUNICIPALANDENVIRONMENTALENGINEERINGDEPARTMENT2.4换热站设计换热站是热量的中转站,是将城市集中供热的一次网热量传递给小区热用户的一种设施;换热站中包括的主要设备有:换热器、循环水泵、补给水泵、除污器、水处理设备、补水箱等。2.4.1换热站位置选择的原则和依据热交换站的位置,一般应考虑下列要求:1)热交换站宜靠近热负荷中心,站房可以独立建筑,也可附设在锅炉房或其他建筑物内。2)当用户需同时建锅炉房和热交换站时,两者合建,可共用水处理设备和辅助用房,且锅炉连续排污热水可用作循环水系统的补充水。本设计中将换热站的位置设置在地下室里,有一专用的换热站房间,换热站内选择四台换热器,分别给低、高两个区供暖。2.4.2设计原始资料1、建筑物修建地区:长春2、建筑面积:0.9万m23、小区采暖热负荷:396kW4、一次管网供回水温度:110/70℃5、二次管网供回水:60/45℃2.4.3设计方案本设计换热站采用间接供暖,高低区各采用2台板式换热器换热,一次网和二次网均采用旋流除污器除污。补水用钠离子交换器软化。高低区循环水泵、补水水泵各一套,循环水泵每套三个,两用一备,补水水泵每套两个,一用一备,设备布置尽量靠墙布置,美观,简洁,便于工作人员维护。2.4.4换热站水力计算在系统图上对各管段进行编号,并注明管段长度和热负荷计算通过每个管段的流量G的值,查阅《供暖通风设计手册》中选各管段的d、v、△Pm的值,算出通过最不利环路的总阻力。流量G的值可用以下公式计算得出:-55- 市政与环境工程系MUNICIPALANDENVIRONMENTALENGINEERINGDEPARTMENT第3章给水排水系统设计3.1给水系统3.1.1给水系统分区本建筑属于综合楼,一般最低卫生器具给水配件处的静水压力宜控制在以下范围内:350~450Kpa。给水系统中,卫生器具处静水压力不得大于600Kpa。根据此原则,故将本建筑分为两个区,1—3层为低区,4—10层为高区。3.1.2给水系统的选择因城市管网常年可资用水头远不能满足高层用水的要求,故考虑到二次加压。由于目前我国消防给水系统临时高压居多,高层建筑一般都设高位水箱。但是屋顶水箱容积过大,增加建筑负荷和投资费用,若水箱容量不足,可能造成上下层同时停水。根据本建筑的特点,给水管路采用低区和高区采用变频调速水泵并联的供水方式。低区和高区的供水干管设置在地下室顶棚,低区用变频泵加压直接送至十八层,高区用变频泵加压直接送至十六层。此种供水方式用水箱储备一定水量,停水时上层可延时供水。其优点是各区供水自成系统、互不影响,供水较安全可靠,各区升压设备集中设置,便于维修、管理,水箱容积小,占地少。但是设备费用较高,维修较复杂。3.1.3给水系统的组成建筑内给水系统由引入管,给水管道,配水装置、用水设备和附件组成。此外还包括地下室水箱加压水泵。给水管道采用PPR给水管,连接方式为热熔连接,管径小于160mm的PPR管材均可采用热熔的方式连接。3.1.4给水系统的水力计算1.根据给水管路的布置,画系统草图。2.根据系统草图选择配水最不利点,确定计算管路。3.以流量的变化处为节点,从配水最不利点开始,进行节点编号,将计算管路划分成计算管段,并标出两节点间计算管段的长度。-55- 市政与环境工程系MUNICIPALANDENVIRONMENTALENGINEERINGDEPARTMENT4.根据建筑的性质选用设计秒流量公式,计算个管段的设计秒流量。由于本建筑的用途主要为办公楼,所以选用的设计秒流量公式为《建筑给排水工程》教材P36-公式(2-9)。5.进行给水管网的水力计算。(1)统计各个计算管段的当量总数Ng。(2)利用下式计算各计算管段的设计秒流量。(4-1)式中:qg——计算管段的给水设计秒流量,L/s;Ng——计算管段的卫生器具给水当量总数;a——根据建筑用途而定的系数,查《建筑给排水工程》教材P36,表2-7得办公楼商场a=1.5。(3)根据生活给水管道流速不宜大于2.0m/s,且管径小于或等于25mm时,生活给水管道的水流速度,可采用0.8—1.0m/s的原则,查《建筑给排水工程》教材P426,附录2.3确定管径DN、流速V、每米管长沿程水头损失i。(4)计算各个管段的沿程水头损失hy=iL。(注:各个计算管段的详细数据见给水水力计算表)(5)累计计算管路的沿程水头损失Σhy,并计算局部水头损失(局部水头损失按沿程水头损失的30%计算)。低区局部水头损失Σh=30%Σhy=0.3×15.56=4.668kPa高区局部水头损失Σh=30%Σhy=0.3×33.03=9.909kPa(6)计算管路的总水头损失低区管路的总水头损失为H2=∑(hy+hj)=15.56+4.668=20.228kPa高区管路的总水头损失为H2=∑(hy+hj)=33.03+9.909=42.939kPa(7)计算水表的水头损失本设计生活给水管网连接水箱,总水表用来计量建筑内总用水量,生活给水管网不单独设置计量水表。(8)校核给水系统所需水压。给水系统所需水压按,《建筑给排水工程》P23公式(2.1.1)计算,(4-2)-55- 市政与环境工程系MUNICIPALANDENVIRONMENTALENGINEERINGDEPARTMENT3.2排水系统3.2.1排水系统选择的原则建筑内部排水系统的功能是将人们在日常生活和工作过程中使用过的、受到污染的水以及降落到屋面的雨水和雪水收集起来,及时排到室外。建筑内部排水系统分为污废水排水系统和屋面雨水排水系统两大类。按照污废水的来源,污废水排水系统又分为生活排水系统和工业废水排水系统,按污水与废水在排放过程中的关系,生活排水系统和工业废水排水系统又分为合流制和分流制两种体制。建筑物内下列情况下宜采用生活污水与生活废水分流的排水系统:1)建筑物使用性质对卫生标准要求较高时;2)生活污水需经化粪池处理后才能排入市政排水管道时;3)生活废水需回收利用时。下列建筑物排水应单独排水至水处理或回收构筑物;1)公共饮食业厨房含有大量油脂的洗涤废水;2)洗车台冲洗水;3)含有大量致病菌,放射性元素超过排放标准的医院污水;4)水温超过40℃的锅炉、水加热器等加热设备排水;5)用作中水水源的生活排水。总上所述,根据本建筑物的结构排水系统采用:①单立管排水系统;②地下室消防电梯机坑、泵房和消防应设集水坑,潜污泵排出;③设备层集中后排出。3.2.2排水系统的敷设原则1、居住小区排水管道最小覆土深度应根据道路的行车等级、管材受压强度、地基承载力等因素经计算确定,应符合下列要求:1)小区干道和小区组团道路下的管道,覆土深度不宜小于0.7mm。2)生活污水接户管道埋设深度不得高于土壤冷冻线以上0.15m,且覆土深度不宜小于0.3m。2、建筑物内排水管道布置应符合下列要求:1)自卫生器具至排出管的距离应最短,管道转管应最少。-99- 市政与环境工程系MUNICIPALANDENVIRONMENTALENGINEERINGDEPARTMENT2)排水立管宜靠近排水量最大的排水点。3)架空管道不得敷设在对生产工艺或卫生有特殊要求的生产厂房内,以及仪器和贵重商品仓库、通风小室、变配电间和电梯机房内。4)排水管道不得穿过沉降缝、伸缩缝、变形缝、烟道和风道。5)排水埋地管道,不得布置在可能受重物压坏或穿越生产设置基础。6)排水立管不得穿越卧室、病房等对卫生、安静有较高要求的房间,并不宜靠近与卧室相邻的内墙。7)排水管道不宜穿越橱窗、壁柜。8)塑料排水立管应避免布置在易受机械撞击处,如不能避免时,应采取保护措施。9)塑料排水管应避免布置在热源附近,如不能避免,并导致管道表面受热温度大于60℃时,应采取隔热措施。塑料排水立管与家用灶具边净距不得小于0.4m。10)排水管道外表面如可能结露,应根据建筑物使用要求采取以防结露措施。3、排水管道不得穿越生活饮用水池部位的上方。4、室内排水管道不得布置在遇水会引起燃烧、爆炸的原料、产品和设备的上方。排水横管不得布置在食堂、饮食业厨房的主副食操作烹调备餐的上方。当受条件限制不能避免时,应采取防护措施。5、排水管道宜地下埋设或在地面上,楼板下明设,如建筑有要求时,可在管槽、管道井、管窿、管沟或吊顶内暗设,但应便于安装和检修。在气温较高、全年不结冻的地区,可沿建筑物外墙敷设。6、排水管穿过地下室外墙或地下构筑物的墙壁处,应采取防水措施。当建筑物沉降可能导致排出管倒坡时,应采取防倒坡措施。7、室内管道的连接应符合下列规定。1)卫生器具排水管与排水横管垂直连接,应采用90℃斜三通。2)排水管道的横管与立管连接,宜采用45°斜三通或45°斜四通和顺水三通或顺水四通。3)排水立管与排出管端部的连接,宜采用两个45°弯头或弯曲半径不小于4倍管径的90°弯头。4)-99- 市政与环境工程系MUNICIPALANDENVIRONMENTALENGINEERINGDEPARTMENT注:1)排水立管工作高度,按最高排水横支管和立管连接处距排出管中心线间的距离计算。2)如排水立管工作高度在表中是列出的两个高度值之间时,可用内插法求得排水立管的最大排水能力数值。3)排水立管管径为100mm的塑料管外径为110mm,排水管管径为150mm的塑料管外径为160mm。5、排出管由立管的总设计秒流量查《建筑给排水工程》P432附表5-1,选择排出管管径,再根据表5-4确定排出管的坡度。6、下列场所设置排水横管时,管径的确定应符合下列要求:1)公共食堂厨房内的污水采用管道排除时,其管径比计算管径大一级,但干管管径不得小于100mm,支管管径不得小于75mm。2)医院污物洗涤盆(池)和污水盆(池)的排水管管径,不得小于75mm。3)小便槽或连接3个及3个以上的小便器,其污水支管管径,不宜小于75mm。4)浴池的泄水管管径宜采用100mm。7、于火灾发生时地下停车场与消防电梯下有水残留,不能及时地排除,故在消防电梯下和地下停车场下设置地漏将残留的污水排出。由于火灾是突发的,也是偶然的,大多时间排水管道处于闲置,但是管道会被侵蚀,埋设在地下不易检修,故此管径设置较大。消防电梯下的排水管采用管径DN100的排水铸铁管,排水干管采用管径DN100的排水铸铁管,排至集水坑,由潜污泵排至室外,排出管管径为DN100。注:排水管路各个计算管段的详细计算见表3-2。-99-
