'ZMPInSemipalatinskExtractingworkshopspecificationofindoorwatersupplyanddrainageHY418-05-W-01第1章一般说明Chapterone1.1总述1.1Generalspecification1.1.1设计范围:包括提取车间的室内给水、排水和消防给水工程.1.1.1Designscope:includingthewatersupplyanddrainageandfirewatersupplyworkintheextractingworkshop.1.1.2本说明和设计图纸具有同等效力,两者均应遵守.若其中有矛盾时,施工单位应及时提出,并以设计工程师解释为准.1.1.2Thisspecificationshouldhavethesamecoequaleffectiveasthedrawings,bothofthemshouldallbecompliedwith,butifthereissomethingconflictingbetweenthem,theconstructioncompanyshouldpointoutontimefortheanswerofthedesigners.1.1.3提取车间消防设计按甲类厂房设计。1.1.3TheextractingworkshopshouldbedesignedbasedonProductionRiskfulDegreeas1stlevel(1stlevelisthemostriskful).1.1.4工厂的最大消防水量40l/s,水压0.4MPa,火灾延续时间2小时。1.1.4Themostfirewaterconsumptionis40l/sat0.4MPa,durationoffireis2hrs.1.1.5分别设生产、生活给水系统和室内、室外均为高压的消防给水系统。1.1.5Therearewatersupplysystemforproductionandoneforlifeinthewholeplantwatersupply,aswellasthefirewatersystemathighpressurefortheindoorandoutdoor.1.1.6除本说明外,其余均应遵照<<给水排水管道工程施工及验收规范>>(GB50268-97)(以下简称规范).<<建筑排水硬聚氯乙烯管道工程技术规程>>(CJJ/T29-98)<<埋地聚乙烯排水管管道工程技术规程>>(CECS164:2004)<<建筑给水硬聚氯乙烯管道设计与施工验收规程>>(CECS41:2004)要求施工1.1.6Besidethisspecification,theconstructionshouldalsoconformtothefollowingcodes:.Codeforconstructionandacceptanceofwatersupplyandseweragepipelineengineering(GB50268-97)TechnicalspecificationofPVC-Upipewaterforbuildingdrainage(CJJ/T29-98)HunanChemical&PharmaceuticalEngineeringDesignInstitutePage11of11 ZMPInSemipalatinskExtractingworkshopspecificationofindoorwatersupplyanddrainageHY418-05-W-011.3.5室内生活给水管道,其横管安装时宜有0.002-0.005的坡度坡向泄水装置。1.3.5Aboutthewatersupplywaterpipeforlifethehorizontalpipeshouldbeinclinedtothedrainingdirection.1.3.6给水管道上各种阀门必须检验合格后才安装,原则上当DN<50时用截止阀,DN≥50时用闸板阀或蝶阀,但在环状管网上闸门及各种排空泄水阀一律用闸板阀或蝶阀.1.3.6Beforetheinstallationallvalvesshouldbechecked,normallyadoptglobevalvewhileDN<50mmandgatevalveorbutterflyvalvewhileDN≥50,exceptthatvalveorbutterflyvalveshouldbeadoptedaboutthevent&drainvalvesonthecircularpipenet.1.3.7室内排水立管上的检查口,底层和有卫生器具的最高层必须设置,如屋顶为上人平屋顶,能用立管伸顶通气管口清通时,顶层可不设检查口,其它每隔一层(6.0m左右)设置,检查口高出地面一般为1.0m,且应高出该层卫生器具上边缘150mm。1.3.7Checkholesshouldbesetontheindoorverticaldrainpipeespeciallyinthe1stfloorandthehighestfloorwheretherearesomesanitarywaresinit,butintheaccessibleroof,ifcheckcanbedonethrutheventhole,checkholeneedn’tsetthere.Abouttheothercasecheckholeshouldbesetforeachfloor,anditshouldbe1.0mabovethefloorsurfaceand150mmabovethehighestoftheedgeofthesanitarywares.1.3.8排水管道的横管与立管的连接应采用45°的三通或45°四通和90斜三通或90°斜四通,立管底部与排出管连接处,应采用两个45°弯头或采取弯曲半径不少于4倍管径的90°弯头。1.3.8Theconnectionjointbetweenthehorizontaldrainpipeandverticaldrainpipeshouldadoptedoneoftheoptions:45°3-wayjoint,45°4-wayjoint,90°3-wayrampjoint,90°4-wayrampjoint,atthejointbetweenthebottomoftheverticaldrainpipeandtheoutletpipetwo45°elbowsshouldbeadoptedorthebendradiusismorethan4timesoftheDN.1.3.9所有卫生器具自带或配置存水弯,其水封深度不得小于50mm。1.3.9Waterlockshouldbesetforallthesanitarywaresorthesanitarywaresshouldhavebeencompletewithwaterlockwiththem,andthedepthofthewaterlockshouldbemorethan50mm.1.3.10管道支架要求1.3.10PiperackHunanChemical&PharmaceuticalEngineeringDesignInstitutePage11of11 ZMPInSemipalatinskExtractingworkshopspecificationofindoorwatersupplyanddrainageHY418-05-W-012.1.3管道试验水压力:(以首层室内地面作计算基准点)2.1.3Thewaterpressuretestforthepipeline(basedonthe±0.000ofthe1stfloor)管道试验水压力为工作压力的1.5倍,但最小不少于0.6MPa,本工程采用0.9MPa.Thetestpressureshouldbe1.5timesoftheworkingpressureandnotlowerthan0.6MPa,itis0.9MPainthisproject.2.1.4所有管道均暗装于管道井内,吊顶内,墙内或采用建筑局部装修包封处理.2.1..4Allthepipesshouldbeinstalledintheonespaceoffollowingoptions:pipewell,interlayer,inwalls,partialspaceclosedpackedwithPPRsandwichpanel.2.1.5室内给水管及卫生洁具的连接管道在穿过楼板或剪力墙时应配合土建施工预留孔洞.2.1.5Wheretheindoorwatersupplypipeandthepipesconnectingthesanitarywaresperforatethefloorslabprearrangedholeshouldbepreparedcooperatingwithbuildingstructureconstruction.2.2消火栓给水系统2.2Firewatersupplysystem2.2.1管材.热镀锌钢管2.2.1Pipehotzincingtube2.2.2管道接口形式2.2.1Typeofthepipejointi镀锌钢管,衬里镀锌管izincingpipe,liningzincingpipea管螺纹接口(DN<=80mm)apipejointwiththread(DN≤80mm)b焊接(DN>80mm)bwelding(DN>80mm)HunanChemical&PharmaceuticalEngineeringDesignInstitutePage11of11 ZMPInSemipalatinskExtractingworkshopspecificationofindoorwatersupplyanddrainageHY418-05-W-012.2.3管道试验水压力:2.2.3Testpressureofthepipewaterpressuretest消防管道的水压力是以消防水泵的最高压力(即流量为0时的扬程)来计算,当水泵最高压力小于0.6MPa时,试验压力为1.5倍;当水泵最高压力大于0.6MPa时,试验压力为其压力加上0.3MPa;当室内消火栓系统有消防水泵结合器时,试验压力还必须不小于1.4MPa,本工程为1.4MPa。Thetestpressureiscalculatedbasedonthemax.pressureofthepump(thepumpliftat0waterflow),whenthemax.pressureislessthan0.6MPa,thetestpressureshouldbe1.5timesofit;whenthemax.pressureismorethan0.6MPa,thetestpressureshouldbe0.3MPaplusit;andwhenthereiswaterpumpconnectorthetestpressureshouldnotless1.4MPa,thetestpressureforthisprojectis1.4MPa.2.2.4消防箱2.2.4Hosecabineti单栓消防箱内的配备及要求:iSingle-hydranthosecabinetshouldcompletewithfollowingpartsa室内消火栓一个,口径为DN65aonehydrantwhichcaliberisDN65;b直流水枪一支DN65X19bonewatergunDN65X19注:在消防电梯前室的消火栓要用开花水枪note:c消防龙带:口径为DN65chosewhichcaliberis65材质:衬胶material:rubber-liningcanvasHunanChemical&PharmaceuticalEngineeringDesignInstitutePage11of11 ZMPInSemipalatinskExtractingworkshopspecificationofindoorwatersupplyanddrainageHY418-05-W-01工作压力:1.0MPaworkingpressure:1.0MPa长度及条数:25m1条one25mlongofhosed消防软管卷盘(配在消防箱内)一套口径DN19mm,长度20mdonecoilingplateforhose,whichcaliberis19and20mlonge破玻璃手动报警器,电铃,指示灯各一个.eoneglassmanualannunciator,oneelectricalbell,oneindicatorlight2.3生活排水2.3Domesticsewage2.3.1室内管道采用硬质聚氯乙烯管,但有排水温度>45°C的工序排水管采用PPR管。2.3.1DomesticsewagepipeshouldadopthardPVC,butifitsdrainsewagetemperatureishigherthan45°CthepipeshouldadoptPPRpipe.2.3.2管道接口形式:2.3.2Typeofthepipejoint承插排水塑料管的接口,应用粘接剂粘牢.粘接剂的理化性能必须符合产品说明和设计要求Forthesocketdrainplasticpipetheirconnectionshouldadoptspecbond.2.3.3硬塑料排水管道的伸缩节的设置应符合下列要求:2.3.3Thedistributionoftheextensionjointsofthehardplasticdrainpipeshouldcomplywithfollowing:i层高H≤4m,立管每层设一伸缩节;层高H>4m应根据设计伸缩量决定.ioneextensionjointshouldbesetforverticalpipeineachlayerifthelayerH≤4m,thequantityoftheextensionjointshouldbedecidedbythedesignextensionlength.IfthelayerH>4m.HunanChemical&PharmaceuticalEngineeringDesignInstitutePage11of11 ZMPInSemipalatinskExtractingworkshopspecificationofindoorwatersupplyanddrainageHY418-05-W-01ii当横支管至立管距离L>2m时,应设伸缩节,但伸缩节之间的最大间距L≤4m.iiWhenhorizontalpipefromtheverticalpipelengthL>2m,extensionjointsshouldbeset,butthedistancebetweentheextensionjointsLshouldlessthan4m;iii伸缩节承口应逆水流方向.iiisocketchannelshouldberefluenttothedraindirection;iv当立管穿越楼层处固定支承时,伸缩节不得固定,若伸缩节固定支承时,立管穿越楼层处不得固定ivWhentheverticalpipeperforatesthefloorslabonlyoneoftheverticalandextensionjointcanbefixed.2.4管道防腐:2.4Piperust-proof2.4.1埋地铸铁管(若管材出厂时已有沥青层者则不再处理)采用刷热沥青两度2.4.1Theembeddedundergroundcastironpipeshouldbecoatedwithbitumenfor2times.2.4.2衬里镀锌管外壁刷热沥青两度2.4.2Theoutersurfaceofliningzincingpipeshouldbepaintedwithhotbitumenfor2times.2.4.3埋地钢管,除锈后外壁再刷三度热沥青,两度玻璃布.2.4.3Theembeddedundergroundsteelpipeshouldberemovedrustandthenpaintedwithhotbitumenfor3timesandthencoveredwithglassfabric.2.4.4暴露在屋顶金属管道,采用岩棉保温壳保温,保温层厚30mm,外覆铝箔保护壳。2.4.4Themetalpipeexposedontheroofshouldbeinsulatedwithrockwoolinsulationhalf,thethicknessis30mm,coveredwithALfoilasaprotectionlayer.2.5管道埋深及管道基础:2.5Theembeddeddepthandpipefoundation2.5.1埋设在首层钢筋混凝土地面以下的管线,用吊架把管线固定在首层梁.板上,吊架间距及衬里铸铁管吊架参照1.3.10节执行2.5.1ThepipeembeddedunderthefirstRC(reinforcedconcrete)undergroundshouldbefixedonthefirstfloor’sbeamandtheirdistanceshouldrefer1.3.10.2.5.2钢管埋在天然地基的非行车地面下,可不设基础;埋在岩土或半岩土地基中,须铺砂找平,压实再铺管HunanChemical&PharmaceuticalEngineeringDesignInstitutePage11of11 ZMPInSemipalatinskExtractingworkshopspecificationofindoorwatersupplyanddrainageHY418-05-W-012.5.2Thepipeembeddedinthenaturalearthandunderthenon-drivewayneednotequippeditssupport,ifthepipeembeddedintherockandsoil,thebaselayershouldbefilledwithsandtolevelup.2.5.3硬塑料管铺在土壤容重r=1800kg/m3土壤内,管顶覆土深度0.5~3.5m采用混凝土120°基础2.5.3Ifplasticpipeshouldlaidintheearth,theearthvolumeratioshouldbe1800kg/m3,thecoveredsoildepthshouldbe0.5~3.5m,anditfoundationshouldbe120°concreteone.2.5.4当地基土质较软弱,或为填土地段,则在管道基础下面采用换砂或石屑地基处理2.5.4Ifthebaseearthistoosoftorbackfill,itshouldbeplacedwithsandorsmallstones.换砂厚度及宽度见下表:Ifnecessarythereplacedsandshouldbethickasthefollowinglist管材pipematerial厚度thicknessmm宽度widthmm钢管,衬里镀锌管steelpipe,liningzincingpipe300管径+200pipedia.+200铸铁管.硬塑料管castironpipe,hardplasticpipe500基础宽+200thewidthofthefoundation+2002.6其他2.6Others2.6.1管段冲洗.消毒2.6.1Washinganddisinfectingforthepipes各种管段安装完毕,并在水压试验前,把管段内的杂物.泥砂冲洗干净,直至出水口处浊度.色度与进水口处冲洗水浊度.色度相同为止.自动喷淋系统管道冲洗水流速度≥3m/s,其他压力供水系统冲洗水流速度≥1.5m/s,,生活饮用水管及水池在使用前还必须做消毒处理.消毒用水含游离氯20~30mg/l消毒水在管内停留时间不小于24h.Beforethewaterpressuretestaftertheallpipelinesinstallationhasbeenfinished,thepipeshouldbecleanedtoremovethesoil,sundriesandsoon,tilltheoutletwaterisHunanChemical&PharmaceuticalEngineeringDesignInstitutePage11of11
