lityacceptanceofwatersupplyanddrainageandheatingworksofbuildings.1.0.3Qualityacceptancerequirementsadoptedinallandanyengineeringtechnicaldocumentsandcontractingdocumentsforbuilding’swatersupplyanddrainageandheatingworksshallatleastattainthestipulationssetforthhereof.1.0.4ThisCodeshallbeusedincooperationwiththeUnifiedStandardforQualityAcceptanceofBuildingEngineeringGB50300thatiscurrentlyinforceandeffective.1.0.5Qualityacceptanceofbuilding’swatersupplyanddrainageandheatingworksshall,inadditiontothisCode,complywithotherrelatednationalcodesandstandardsthatarecurrentlyinforceandeffective.82\n2DefinitionofTerms2.0.1WatersupplysystemAnetworktransmittingwatertotheconsumptionsitesthroughpipelinesandauxiliaryequipmentandfacilities,basedonthedistributingofbuildingsandthedemandofuser’sproduction,livingandfire-fightingdemands.2.0.2DrainagesystemAnetworktimelydrainingrainandwasteandpollutedwaterproducedindailylifeandproduction,throughpipelinesandauxiliaryequipmentandfacilities.2.0.3HotwatersupplysystemAnetworkconsistingofpipelinesandauxiliaryequipmentandfacilitiesforthepurposeoftransmittinghotwater,soastomeetpeople’sspecificrequirementsforwatertemperatureindailylifeandproduction.2.0.4SanitaryfixturesTheequipmentusedtomeetavarietyofsanitaryneedsinpeople’sdailylifeandtocollectanddischargesewageandindustrialwastewater.2.0.5WatersupplyfittingsAgeneraltermofavarietyofpipefittings,valvesandwaterfaucetsthatareusedinthewater(includinghotwater)supplysystemtoadjustanddistributethevolumeandpressureofwaterandcutoffandchangetheflowofwater.2.0.6IntermediatewatersystemofbuildingAtermreferstoallthewatersupplysystemsthatutilizethecoolingwateranddaily-lifedrainfrombathingandwashingasthesource,which,aftergoingthroughphysicalandchemicaltreatment,willbeusedintoiletsandforgardeningandplanting,washingcars,roadwatering,coolingofair-conditionersandsightseeingwaterfacilities.2.0.7AuxiliariesAlloftheequipmentinthewatersupplyanddrainageandheatingsystemsofbuildingsthatareestablishedforthepurposeofsatisfyingvarioususefunctionsofusersandimprovingtheoperatingquality.2.0.8TestpressureReferstothevalueofpressurethatthepipeline,vesselorequipmentisrequiredtoreachinacompressionstrengthorgas-tighttest.82\n2.0.9RatedworkingpressureReferstothemaximumpermissibleoperatingpressureofaboilerorpressurevesselasdesignatedbythemanufacturer.2.0.10PipefittingsAgeneraltermdescribingavarietyofpartsandaccessoriesusedfortheconnectionamongpipesorpipesandequipment.2.0.11FixedtrestleReferstoakindofpipetrestleusedtopreventthepipeitsupportfrombothradialandaxialdisplacementatthesupportingpoint.2.0.12MovabletrestleReferstoakindofpipetrestlethatallowsthepipeitsupportstomovealongtheaxialdirection.2.0.13IntegrativeboilerAkindofboilerwhichisdeliveredafterthefinalassemblyiscompletedintheplantbasedonthepermissibleconditionsfortransportation.2.0.14BoilerwithoutbearingAkindoffixedboilerwhichutilizeswaterasthemedium,stipulatesawaterlevelfortheboilerbodythatisdirectlycontactingairduringoperation,andalwaysmaintainsitsworkingpressureatthevalueofairpressure.2.0.15SafetyaccessoryAllauxiliarymeters,valvesandcontroldevicesthatarenecessaryforensuringthesafeoperationofboilersandpressurevessels.2.0.16StillequipmentAnyequipmentinasystemthatitselfwillnotmovesduringthesystem’soperation,includingwatertanksandothertanksandcontainers.2.0.17Household-basedheatmeteringThemeteringmodeunderwhichthevolumeofheatprovidedismeasuredbasedoneveryhousehold.2.0.18HeatmeteringdeviceAsetofmetersanddevicesmeasuringthetransfervolumeofheatmedium.2.0.19CompressionjointAkindofjoiningmodeunderwhichspecialjointscomprisingcapnutsandscrewthreadpipefittingsareusedfortheconnectionamongpipes.2.0.20Fire-resistingsleevesReferstoakindofshorttubethatismadeofrefractorymaterialsandflameretardantandcoveredtheoutsidewallofstiff-plasticdrainagepipes,forthepurposeofpreventingthefamefromspreadingalongthepipe.82\n2.0.21FirestopscollarAkindofcollarthatismadeoffireretardantexpansiveagentandusedtocovertheoutsidewallofstiff-plasticdrainagepipes,soastopreventthefirefromspreadingbecauseitsfunctionofblockingthepipesattheoccurrenceoffireaccidents.82\n3BasicRegulations3.1QualityManagement3.1.1Allandeverysiteofwatersupplyanddrainageandheatingworksofbuildingsmusthavenecessarytechnicalstandardsforconstruction,anoptimizedandhealthfulqualitymanagementsystemandthemechanismforqualityinspection,soastoperformanoverallprocessofqualitycontrol.3.1.2Theconstructionofbuilding’swatersupplyanddrainageandheatingworksshallbeexecutedinaccordancewiththeapprovedengineeringdesigndocumentsandtechnicalstandardsforconstruction.Anymodificationorchangeofdesignsshallbesubjecttothechangenoticeissuedbythedesignorganization.3.1.3Priortoethebeginningofconstruction,adesignorconstructionschemeoftheconstructionorganizationshallbepreparedandapproved.3.1.4Theclassificationofpartitionedanddivisionalworksofbuilding’swatersupplyanddrainageandheatingworksisdetailedinScheduleA.3.1.5Thedivisionalworksofbuilding’swatersupplyanddrainageandheatingworksshallbedividedinaccordancewiththesystem,area,constructionsectionorfloor.Acceptanceofdivisionalworksshallbecarriedoutbasedondifferentinspectionlots.3.1.6Anyunitundertakingtheconstructionofwatersupplyanddrainageandheatingworksofbuildingsshallhavecorrespondingqualification,withitsqualityinspectorhavingrelevantprofessionaltechnicalqualification.3.2ManagementofEquipmentandMaterial3.2.1Allkeymaterials,finishedandsemi-finishedproducts,accessoriesandparts,apparatusandequipmentusedinwatersupplyanddrainageandheatingworksofbuildingsmustbedeliveredtogetherwiththeChinesequalitycertificatesofconformity.Anyspecification,modelandperformanceinspectionreportsthereofshallcomplywithrelevantnationalstandardsorthedesignrequirements.Beforedeliveringintotheconstructionsite,theyshallbeinspectedforacceptanceandconfirmedbythesupervisionandmanagementengineer.3.2.2Inspectionandacceptanceshallbemadeforallmaterialsintermsofthevariety,specificationandappearance.Thepackagingshallbeingoodcondition,withoutanyscratchonthesurfaceanddamageandbreakagecausedbyexternalforce.3.2.3Installationandoperationinstructionsshallbeprovidedforkeydevices,apparatusandequipment.Effectivemeasuresshallbetakentopreventpossibledamageandlossesorcorrosioninthecourseoftransportation,keepingandconstruction.82\n3.2.4Priortotheinstallationofvalves,strengthandgas-tighttestsshallbecarriedout.Suchtestsshallcover10%ofeverybatchofvalves(withthesamedesignation,modelandspecification),whichshallatleastbeonevalve.Forthosetripandstopvalvesinstalledonmainandarterialpipes,thestrengthandgas-tighttestsshallbecarriedoutforeverysuchvalves.3.2.5Thestrengthandgas-tighttestsofvalvesshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:thestrengthtestpressureshallbe1.5timesofthenominalvalue;thegas-tighttestpressureshallbe1.1timesofthenominalvalue;thetestpressureshallstayunchangedinthedurationoftest,andnoleakageshallbefoundintheshellfillingandonthevalveclack’ssealingsurface.ThedurationofthevalvepressuretestshallatleastmeetthestipulationsinTable3.2.5.Table3.2.5DurationofvalvetestNominaldiameterDN(mm0Minimumdurationoftest(s)Gas-tighttestStrengthtestMetalsealingNon-metalsealing≤5015151565-200301560250-45060301803.2.6Ifastampingelbowisusedonthepipe,theelbow’soutsidediametershallbeequivalenttothatofthepipe.3.3QualityControlofConstructionProcess3.3.1Betweenthewatersupplyanddrainageandheatingworksofbuildingsandrelatedspecialfields,hand-overqualityinspectionshallbemade,togetherwithrelatedrecords.3.3.2Anyconcealworkcanbeconcealedonlyaftertheacceptanceandapprovalbyrelatedparties,andrecordsthereofshallbemade.3.3.3Anybasementorsub-structurewithitsexteriorwallpassedthroughbypipesmusthavewaterproofmeasures.Asregardthebuildingthathasstrictwaterproofrequirements,flexiblewaterstringsmustbeusedforthepipes.3.3.4Intheeventthatthepipeispassthroughtheexpansion,aseismaticand/orsettlementjoint,anyorallofthefollowingprotectivemeasuresshallbetakenbasedonactualconditions:182\nFlexibleconnectiontakenateachsideofthewall.1Leaveaclearanceofatleast150mmaboveandbelowtheoutsidesurfaceofthepipeorinsulatinglayer.2Madeintoasquarecompensatoratthepassingpointandinstallithorizontally.3.3.5Allheatingequipment,sanitarywareandpipefittingsofthesametypeinthesameroomshallbeinstalledatthesameheight,unlessotherwisespeciallyrequired.3.3.6Whenopenpipesareinstalledinrows,thestraightlinesectionshallbeparallel.Asregardsthecurvesections:whenthepipesareparallelhorizontallyorvertically,theyshallremainthesamespacing;whenthepipesareparallelhorizontallyandatdifferentheights,theradiusofcurvatureofthecurvesectionsshallremainthesame.3.3.7Theinstallationofthepipe’strestle,hangerandbracketshallcomplywiththefollowingstipulationshereunder:1Thepositioniscorrect,andthelayingshallbeflatandsolid.2Thefixedtrestleshalltightlycontactthepipeandfixedsolidly.3Themovabletrestleshallbeflexible,witha3~5mmclearanceremainingbetweenthesupportandslideway,andthelongitudinalamountofmovementshallmeetthedesignrequirements.4Allhangersandsuspensionrodswithoutthermalelongationshallbeinstalledvertically.5Anyhangerandsuspensionrodwiththermalelongationshallbeoffsetinthereversedirection.6Thetrestlesandhangersfixedonthestructuremustnotaffectthestructure’ssafety.3.3.8ThespacingamongthetrestlesandhangersofhorizontallyinstalledsteelpipesshallnotexceedthestipulationsinTable3.3.8.Table3.3.8MaximumspacingbetweentrestlesofsteelpipesNominaldiameter(mm)1520253240507080100125150200250300Max.trestlespacing(m)Insulatedpipe22.52.52.533444.567788.5Non-insulatedpipe2.533.544.55666.5789.511123.3.9Thespacingbetweenthetrestlesforplasticandcladpipesusedintheheating,waterandhotwatersupplysystemsshallcomplywiththerequirementsofTable3.3.9.Non-metalcushioningorsleevesshallbeplacedbetweenthepipeandthetrestlesmadeofmetalmaterial.82\nTable3.3.9MaximumspacingbetweentrestlesofplasticandcladpipesPipediameter(mm)121416182025324050637590110Max.spacing(m)Vertical0.50.60.70.80.91.01.11.31.61.82.02.22.4HorizontalColdwater0.40.40.50.50.60.70.80.91.01.11.21.351.55Hotwater0.20.20.250.30.30.350.40.50.60.70.83.3.10Thespacingbetweentrestlesofverticallyorhorizontallyinstalledcopperpipesshall
