刚吾GB/T15663.4—2008GB/Tl5663{(煤矿科技术语》分为如下几部分:一第1部分:煤炭地质与勘查;-第2部分:井巷工程;第3部分:地下开采;一第4部分:露天开采;⋯-第5部分:提升运输;第6部分:矿1U测量;一第7部分:开采沉陷与特殊采煤;第8部分:煤矿安全;第10部分:采掘机械;第11部分:煤矿电气。本部分为GB/T15663的第4部分。本部分代替GB/T15663.41995((煤矿科技术语露天开采》。与GB/T15663.41995相比,本部分主要作了如下修改:一本标准删除了GB/T15663.41995((煤矿科技术语露天开采》中的“代号”、“允许使用的同义词”、“禁止使用的同义词”。本标准对章节及部分术语的编号进行了调整,将其中“6技术经济术语”的内容合并到“2基本术语”中,其中的“6.9工作线推进速度”、“6.10矿山工程延深速度”调整为“4开拓开采术语”中的“4.32工作线推进速度、4.35矿IU工程延深速度”,去掉了第6章。并将“5生产系统”标题修改为“5生产工艺系统”。对部分术语的定义进行了修改。本部分中国煤炭工业协会提出。本部分由全国煤炭标准化技术委员会归日。本部分起草单位:中煤国际工程集团沈阳设计研究院。本部分主要起草人:冯建宏、洪宇、马培忠、吴双忱、李汇致、王昌禄、师恩魁。本部分所代替的历次版本发布情况为:一GB/T15663.41995。 1范围煤矿科技术语第4部分:露天开采GB/T15663.4—2008本部分规定了露天开采有关的采场要素、开拓开采、生产工艺系统、技术经济等基本术语。本部分适用于与露天开采有关的所有文件、标准、规程、规范、书刊、教材和手册等。2基本术语2.1露天开采surfacemining;open—pitmining;openeastmining;open—cutmining;stripmining;openwork;openpitoperation;quarrymining直接从地表揭露出矿物并将其采出的作业。2.2露天矿surfacemine;open—pitmine;opencastmine;opencut;stripmine;terracemine从事露天开采的矿山企业。2.3露天采场open—pit;open—pitworkings;surfaceworkings;opencastsite;open—pitfield;quarry进行露天开采的场所。2.4山坡露天采场mountainsurfacemine;side-hillcut;side—hillquarry;mountaintopsurfacemine在地表封闭圈以上进行露天开采的场所。2.5凹陷露天采场open—pit;pit;pitmine;troughquarry在地表封闭圈以下进行露天开采的场所。2.6露天矿田surfaceminefield;open—pitminefield;openeastminefield划归一个露天矿开采的矿床或其中一部分。2.7露天采矿opencastmineral/oreextraction;surfacemining在露天采场内采出矿物的作业。2.8剥离stripping;overburdenmining;wastemining;overburdenremoval在露天采场内采出剥离物的作业。2.9剥离物overburden;spoil;waste露天采场内的表土、岩层和不进行回收的矿物。2.10剥采比strippingratio;waste—to—oreratio;stripping—to—oreratio剥离量与有用矿物量之比值。2.11平均剥采比overallstrippingratio;averagestrippingratio露天开采境界内剥离物总量与回收的有用矿物总量之比值。 GB/T15663.4—20085.4连续开采工艺continuousminingsystem采装、移运和排卸作业用连续式设备形成连续物料流的开采工艺。5.5半连续开采工艺semi-continuousminingsystem部分环节问断、部分环节连续的开采工艺。5.6倒堆开采工艺castingminingsystem;overcasttingminingsystem由挖掘设备将剥离物铲挖、移运和排卸到采空区或旁侧区域的开采工艺。5.7水力开采工艺hydrominingsystem;hydraulicexcavatingtechnique用水枪冲采松散的矿岩,并用水力将其运往选矿厂或排土场的开采工艺。5.8钻孔爆破drilling—and—blasting在矿岩凿孔,并将装入孔内炸药引爆使矿岩松碎的作业。5.9垂直钻孔verticalhole;benchhole轴线垂直于水平面的钻孔。5.10水平钻孔horizontalhole轴线平行于水平面的钻孔。5.11倾斜钻孔inclinedhole;angularhole轴线与水平面呈锐角或钝角的钻孔。5.12超钻subdrill;overdrill;superdrill超过爆破深度的钻孔部分。5.13塌孔hole-cave-in钻孔孔壁塌落而局部扩大的现象。5.14采装loading;excavating—and—loading用挖掘设备铲挖矿岩并装入运输设备的工艺环节。5.15上挖diggingabove;updigging;highcut挖掘机对其站立水平以上的矿岩进行的挖掘。5.16下挖diggingbelow;downdigging;lowcut挖掘机对其站立水平以下的矿岩进行的挖掘。5.17垂直切片terracecutslice轮斗挖掘机切割产生的直立月牙形矿岩切片。8
