免费标准下载网(www.freebz.net)GB/T19851.2-20054.1.2.3配合性检验按感观检验。4.1.2.4电镀层抗腐蚀性试验按QB/T3826-1999规定试验24h,并按QB/T3832-1999进行评级。4.1.2.5横杠缺陷检验用探伤仪测定。4.1.2.6稳定性试验在单杠上施加1800N的水平力,均不应有任何方向的倾斜、翻倒或较明显的永久变形现象。4.1.2.7涂饰层附粉力试验应按GB/T9286-1998规定进行测试和评定。涂饰层耐候性能试验应按GB/T1865,-GB/T1766规定进行测试和评定。4.2双杠试验方法4.2.1规格尺寸用示值误差相应的游标卡尺、钢卷尺或专用量尺测量。4.2.2技术指标4.2.2.1弹性试验按图6所示,在中点加1350N的静载荷力,取消外力后,应没有明显测量杠面残余变形。杠面拉力表F-135ON图64.2.2.2极限载荷将杠面固定,在中点处加3500N的静载荷力,目测杠面应不裂不折。4.2.2.3杠面直度将杠面固定在两个杠托上,沿杠面轴线方向四个顶点上固定细线绳,使细绳沿水平拉直,测量杠面的直度,或者将杠面放在平板上,使用塞尺测量间隙,应符合3.2.2的规定。方法见图7,A细线图74.2.2.4电镀层抗腐蚀性按QB/T3826-1999规定试验24h,并按QB/T3832--1999进行评级4.2.2.5表面质量用目测或根据实样作对比检查。涂饰层附着力试验:应按GB/T9286-1998规定进行测试和评吕免费标准下载网(www.freebz.net)无需注册,即可下载 免费标准下载网(www.freebz.net)GB/T19851.2-2005定。涂饰层耐候性能试验应按GB/T1865和GB/T1766的规定进行测试和评定。4.2.2.6底座稳定性及配合性底座平稳及底座、立管、锁紧帽、杠托等配合,用感官检验。底座平稳测定:将双杠调节至最高高度,在任一边两个杠托上,垂直于杠面长度方向分别固定一绳,在绳上作用一水平拉力,中学用双杠应不低于600N、小学用双杠应不低于400N,双杠不得倾斜或移动4.2.2.7配合性感官检验。4.3山羊试验方法4.3.1规格尺寸用相应精度的卡尺、钢卷尺测定。4.3.2颜色测定感官检验。4.3.3外观测定感官检验。4.3.4平稳度测试将山羊放置在光滑水平的大理石地面上,在山羊头高的中心位置上施加一水平拉力,中学用山羊应不低于200N、小学用山羊应不低于100N,均不应有任何方向的倾斜、翻倒或移动。4.3.5外观质f4.3.5.1表面覆盖层:感官检验。4.3.5.2涂饰层附着力试验:应按GB/T9286-1998规定进行测试和评定。涂饰层耐候性能试验应按GB/T1865和GB/T1766规定进行测试和评定。4.3.6电镀层抗腐蚀测定按QB/T3826--1999规定测试,用QB/T3832-1999进行评定。4.4跳箱试验方法4.4.1规格尺寸检验用相应精度钢卷尺测定4.4.2外观检验感官检验。4.4.3层间连接试验把跳箱放置在光滑水平的大理石地面上,在垂直跳箱长度方向的上盖中心位置上,施加水平拉力,应不低于200N,均不应有任何方向的倾斜、翻倒或移动。4.5体操棒试验方法4.5.1尺寸参数检验基本尺寸参数用游标卡尺、钢板尺和卷尺测量。其中,壁厚用游标卡尺测量。4.5.2外观和使用状态检验按感官检验。4.6体操凳试验方法4.6.1基本尺寸参数用钢卷尺等通用量具测量4.6.2其余用感官检查。4.7跳垫试验方法4.7.1基本尺寸参数用钢卷尺、皮尺测量。4.7.2其余用感官检查。9免费标准下载网(www.freebz.net)无需注册,即可下载 免费标准下载网(www.freebz.net)GB/T19851.2-20054.8助跳板试验方法4.日.1规格尺寸用示值误差相应的游标卡尺、钢卷尺或专用量尺测量。4.8.2用感官检验。4.8.3对助跳板,在离板的前沿200mm处,按3.8.3规定向助跳板面中央施加载荷,当去掉载荷后,助跳板应不发生永久变形。5标志、包装、运输、贮存5.1标志产品应有商标、产品名称(型号或货号)、厂名、厂址、采用标准号、生产日期。5.2包装产品包装应牢固,包装标志应符合GB/T191的相关规定要求。包装箱内应附有质量检验合格证、产品使用说明书。5.3运输运输途中不得雨淋、曝晒、受潮,搬运时应注意轻放,不得挤压碰撞。5.4贮存本产品应存放在通风良好的仓库内,妥善保管。严禁与盐、碱、酸性物质接触。免费标准下载网(www.freebz.net)无需注册,即可下载'
