刖罱GB/T25342—2010本标准是在TB/T1728--1991《铁路铺轨机、架桥机术语》的基础上进行制定。本标准按照GB/T1.1—2000给出的规则起草。本标准由中华人民共和国铁道部提出。本标准由中铁科工集团有限公司归口。本标准起草单位:中铁科工集团有限公司、中铁重工有限公司、中铁十局集团有限公司。本标准主要起草人:李晓钢、李玲、饶潇潇、程凤、梁怿如、张莉、樊友洪、李燕刚。 1范围铁路铺轨机、架桥机词汇GB/T25342—2010本标准规定了铁路铺轨机、架桥机的术语和定义。本标准适用于架设铁路T型和箱型梁、铺设或更换铁路轨排和轨条的各类架桥机和铺轨机。2基本术语和定义2.1铺轨机track-layingmachine铺设铁路轨排和长轨轨条的专用成套施工设备。2.2架桥机girder-erectingmachine架设铁路预制混凝土桥梁的专用成套施工设备。2.3主机mainworkingmachine能在铁路线上行驶的、并能进行铺轨或架桥作业的专用施工设备。2.3.1主机用平车flatwagonofthemainmachine用以安装支柱、柴油机等部件的铁路专用车辆。2.3.2主机车上部分upperstructureofthemainmachine主机用平车之外的其他结构。2.4辅机(机动平车)auxiliarymachine(motorizedflatwagon)承托轨排垛、梁片,并能沿铁路线路自行的专用设备。2.5辅机用平车flatwagonoftheauxiliarymachine用以安装拖梁小车、柴油机组等部件的铁路专用车辆。2.6主粱(机臂)beam铺轨、架桥作业时,用以承受所吊轨排、桥梁荷载的纵向钢粱。2.7主粱(机臂)摆头机构swingingmechanismforthebeam曲线作业时,能使主梁左右摆动的装置。2.8主粱(机臂)升降机构liftingandloweringmechanismforthebeam用于调整机臂垂直方向高度的机械或液压装置。2.9牵引走行机构runningmechanism驱动主机、机动平车在线路上走行的机构。 GB/T25342~20102.10起重小车cmDecarriage在主梁上运行,铺轨或架桥作业时使轨排或梁片移动的小车。2.10.1起升机构hoistingmechanism用以起吊轨排、梁片等重物的卷扬装置。2.10.2起重小车运行(纵移)机构runningmechanismofthecarriage使起重小车能沿主梁纵向运行的机械传动装置。2.10.3起重小车横移机构traversingmechanismofthecarriage使重物横向移动的传动装置。2.11拖(托)粱小车girder-towingtrolleyonthewagon喂梁、移梁时,用来托梁和使梁片从辅机过渡到主机上的小车。2.12拖拉机构pullingmechanism拖拉机构由上拖拉机构和下拖拉机构组成。2.12.1上拖拉机构upperpullingmechanism使起重小车在机臂上移动,或使机臂相对于支柱前后纵向移动的装置,如钢丝绳卷扬装置等。2.12.2下拖拉机构lowerpullingmechanism牵引拖(托)梁小车前后纵向移动的装置,如钢丝绳卷扬装置等。2.13支柱supportingmechanism用于支撑主梁、传递荷载的机构。2.14换装龙门吊gantrycranefortransshipment将轨排垛、梁片从运载平车上换装到辅机(机动平车)上的门式起重机。2.15换装龙门吊安装架supportingstandforthegantrycrane用以拆运和安装换装龙门吊的附属装置。2.16夹轨钳railtongs起吊轨排专用的夹持钢轨装置。2.17额定起重量maximumhoistingcapacity铺轨机、架桥机正常工作条件下,允许吊起的最大起重量。包括取物装置以下所有物体的重量。2.18铺轨速度track-layingspeed在正常生产条件下,每个台班所能完成的铺轨长度。 GB/T25342—20102.19架粱速度girder-erectingspeed在正常生产条件下,每个台班所能架设粱的孔数。2.20最大轮廓尺寸overalldimensions作业时,铺轨机、架桥机自轨面或路面以上所占有的最大空间尺寸,包括长、宽、高。2.21主机自行最大坡度rulinggradientfortheself-propelledmainmachine铺轨机、架桥机在作业时依靠自身动力所能爬行的最大坡度。2.22主机自行速度self-propellingspeedofthemainmachine铺轨机、架桥机依靠自身动力行驶时的最大速度。2.23起升速度hoistingspeed铺轨机或架桥机作业时,轨排、桥梁在铅垂方向移动的速度。2.24净空长度clearanceinlength在工作状态下,机臂前、后端问,容许实体通过的最大长度尺寸。2.25净空宽度clearanceinwidth在工作状态下,机身内侧间,容许实体通过的最大横向尺寸。2.26净空高度clearanceinheight在工作状态下,机身内侧间,容许实体通过的最大高度尺寸。2.27主梁重载下挠度maximumdown-deflectionofthesupportedbeamwithfull‘load主梁在加载后在铅垂面内的最大位移。2.28主粱摆头速度swingingspeedofthebeam曲线作业时,主梁在水平面内绕定轴转动的角速度。2.29主粱升降livingandloweringofthebeam机臂在铅垂面内上、下移动的过程。2.30最大摆头量maximumlimitofswin西ng主粱左右摆头,主梁中心线上,架桥机0号柱中心或铺轨机主梁最前端相对于车体中心线的最大水平位移量。2.31过轨运输速度speedindisassemblingtransportation铺轨机、架桥机在解体运输时所允许机车牵引的最大速度。2.32运输状态外廓尺寸overalldimensionsintransportation铺轨机、架桥机在解体运输时,机体所有突出部分与线路中心垂直的横断面内所占有的最大高度和3 GB/T25342—20104.1.1.13架桥机的对位速度positioningspeedofthegirder-erectingmachine架桥机在桥头对位时所允许的最大走行速度。4.1.2双臂(粱)式架桥机double-beamgirder-erectingmachine架桥时,前双臂支承在墩台上,后双臂支承在路基上或已架设的桥面上,用吊梁行车从运载平车上直接起吊梁或轨排,通过机腹前移,又可横移落位的架桥机。4.2箱型粱架桥机box-girdererectingmachine架设铁路混凝土箱型桥梁的专用施工设备。4.2.1导粱定点起吊式架桥机fixedpointlaunchinggantrywithlaunchingnose起重小车定点起吊、落放箱梁就位,喂梁、架桥机过孔利用导梁完成。4.2.2导粱过孔式架桥机launchinggantrywithlaunchingnoseforpassingspans起重小车起吊箱梁,纵移到位后再完成箱梁安装,导梁只用于过孔。4.2.3行走式架桥机wheelgirder-erectingmachine采用轮式行走方式过孔或短距离移动的架桥机。4.2.4无导粱步履式架桥机step—movinglaunchinggantrywithoutlaunchingnose主梁采用三点支撑的连续体系,无导梁结构,过孔采用主粱悬臂、支腿倒换支撑的行走方式。4.2.5并置箱梁步履式架桥机step—movinglaunchinggantryforjuxtaposingboxedbeams无导梁结构,采用四支腿受力体系,吊梁时主梁采取三点支撑,过孔采用主梁悬臂、支腿倒换支撑的行走方式。4.2.6运架一体式架桥机girder-erectingmachineintegratedwithgirder-transporting,liftinganderec—ting集吊梁、运梁、架梁一体化的架桥机。4.2.7三点平衡装置three-pointbalancingdevice箱梁吊运过程中为保证梁体平稳、不受扭力、设备受力均衡而采用的装置。4.2.8前支腿frontgantry在架桥机前端,用于支撑主梁于桥梁墩台,形成简支架梁状态。4.2.9中支腿middlegantry在架桥机中间,用于支撑主梁,形成简支架梁状态。4.2.10后支腿reargantry在架桥机后端,支撑主梁于桥面。4.2.11辅助支腿assistantgantry在架桥机前端或后端,用于架桥机作业时的辅助支撑。7
