1范围制动器术语本标准规定了制动器的通用术语、主要零部件术语、制动器性能术语和定义。本标准适用于制动器。2通用术语和定义2.12.22.32.42.52.62.72.82.92.102.11制动器brake具有使运动部件或运动机械减速、停止或保持停止状态等功能的装置。直接接触式制动器directcontactbrake制动部件与运动部件直接接触的制动器。非直接接触式制动器non-directcontactbrake制动部件与运动部件不直接接触的制动器。摩擦制动器frictionbrake制动部件与运动部件间构成摩擦副的制动器。非摩擦制动器non-frictionbrake制动部件与运动部件问不构成摩擦副的制动器。常开制动器normallydisengagedbrake驱动部件停止工作时不具有制动功能的制动器。常闭制动器normallyengagedbrake驱动部件停止工作时具有制动功能的制动器。单向制动器non-directlonalbrake只在一个运动方向上具有制动功能的制动器。双向制动器twodirectionalbrake在两个运动方向上都具有制动功能的制动器。干式制动器drybrake在干摩擦条件下工作的制动器。湿式制动器wetbrake在湿摩擦条件下(多指在油液中)工作的制动器。GB/T26665--201 GB/T26665--20112.26固定(卡)钳盘式制动器discbrakewithfixedcaliper制动钳固定,在制动盘两侧均具有加压机构的钳盘式制动器。2.27浮动(卡)钳盘式制动器discbrakewithfloatingcaliper仅在制动盘一侧设有加压机构的制动钳,借钳体本身的浮动对盘的另一侧产生压紧力的钳盘式制动器。2.28全盘式制动器completediscbrake摩擦材料能覆盖制动盘全部工作表面的盘式制动器。2.29多片盘式制动器multiplediscbrake具有多个摩擦副的盘式制动器。2.30圆锥制动器conebrake用圆锥面作为摩擦副接触面的制动器。2.31块式制动器blockbrake瓦块总成圆柱面和运动部件构成摩擦副的制动器。2.32外抱式制动器external—contactingbrake抱闸式制动器制动部件的内表面压靠在运动部件(或运动机械)的外表面构成摩擦副的制动器。2.33内张式制动器internalexpandingbrake涨闸式制动器制动部件的外表面压靠在运动部件(或运动机械)的内表面构成摩擦副的制动器。2.34楔块式制动器wedgebrake利用楔块驱动,迫使制动部件压靠在运动部件或运动机械上,以产生或消除制动功能的摩擦式制动器。2.35凸轮式制动器cambrake用凸轮迫使制动部件同运动部件或运动机械接触或分离,产生或消除制动功能的制动器。2.36柱塞制动器wheelcylinderbrake用柱塞迫使制动部件同运动部件或运动机械接触或分离,产生或消除制动功能的制动器。2.37推杆制动器pushrodbrake用推杆部件迫使制动部件同运动部件或运动机械分离或接触,消除或产生制动功能的制动器。2.38领蹄制动器leadingshoebrake制动蹄为领蹄的鼓式制动器。3 GB/T26665--2012.39从蹄制动器trailingshoebrake制动蹄为从蹄的鼓式制动器。2.40气囊制动器pneumatictubebrake用气囊部件作为制动部件的制动器。2.41磁粉制动器magneticparticlebrake制动部件与运动部件借助于磁粉间的电磁吸力形成结合力和磁粉与工作面之间的摩擦力产生制动功能的制动器。2.42电磁涡流制动器electromagneticwhirlpoolbrake制动部件与运动部件借助于电磁感应产生的电涡流的作用而具有制动功能的制动器。2.43磁滞制动器magneticremanencebrake制动部件与运动部件借助于磁滞的作用而具有制动功能的制动器。2.44水涡流制动器waterwhirlpoolbrake制动部件与运动部件借助于水涡流的作用而具有翩动功能的制动器。2.45缓速(制动)器retarder;retardingdevice使运动中的机动车辆速度降低,但又不使之停止的制动装量,特别是在下坡时起缓速作用,电磁式缓速器(电力辅助制动器electromagneticretarder)属于其中的一种。2.46安全制动器safetybrake当运动部件或运动机械传递的转矩或转速超过某限定值时,对运动部件或运动机械具有制动功能的制动器。2.47行车制动器servicebrake用以使行驶中的运动机械减速或停驶的制动器。2.48。.驻车制动器parkingbrake使停驶的运动机械(包含坡道停机)保持其静止的制动器。3主要零部件术语和定义3.13.24制动部件brakingpart直接接触式制动器中,同运动部件直接接触以构成摩擦副或嵌合副的部件。非直接接触式制动器中,借助于磁粉、电磁涡流、磁滞、水涡流的作用,使运动部件实现制动的部件。驱动部件drivingpart既能控制制动部件的动作,又能对制动部件施加或消除作用力的部件。 GB/T26665--20113.3基体部件basepart安装制动部件、驱动部件等部件的基体零部件。3.4间隙调整部件clearanceadjustingpart具有调整制动部件与运动部件间隙功能的零部件。3.5报警部件alarmpart当制动部件或驱动部件某种工作条件达到临界工况时,能够发出报警信号的部件。3.6保护部件protectionpart当制动部件或驱动部件的某一部分发生故障时仍可保证制动器继续工作的部件。3.7制动衬片brakelining其圆柱面作为摩擦工作面,用摩擦材料制成的零件。3.8制动蹄brakeshoe其圆柱面可与制动衬片或摩擦材料制成一体的零件。3.9制动蹄总成brakeshoeassembly由制动蹄和制动衬片组成的部件。3.10制动瓦shoesofbrakes内圆柱面上可安装制动衬块的零件。3.11制动瓦总成shoesassemblyofbrakes由制动瓦和制动衬块组成的部件。3.12制动鼓(轮)brakedrum以圆柱面为摩擦工作面,同制动蹄总成组成摩擦副的零件。3.13制动盘brakedisk;brakedisc以端平面为摩擦工作面的圆盘形部件。3.14制动钳brakepincers;brakecaliper钳(形)体两内侧面装有摩擦块,同制动盘端面组成摩擦副的部件。3.15制动钳板臂brakecaliperplateyoke把驱动部件的作用力直接施加到制动钳部件和制动盘组成的摩擦副上的部件。3.16制动臂brakearm外抱式制动中,把驱动部件的作用力直接施加到制动部件和运动部件(或运动机械)接触面上的零部件。5 GB/T26665--20113.17制动衬块brakepad把内圆柱面或碟形制动盘端面作为摩擦工作面,用摩擦材料制成的制动零件。3.18制动衬块总成brakepadassembly由制动衬块(摩擦衬块)与它依附的背板通过模压或铆接组成的部件。3.19复位弹簧backspring使制动臂恢复到起始位置的弹簧部件。3.20推杆部件pashrodpart使制动臂产生运动并保持在规定位置上的机械部件。3.21制动气室brakechamber将气压力转换成机械力,通过制动臂或秆系堕制动器动作的部件。3.22制动钢带brakesteel一端固定在基体部件上,另一端采用可调联接萄定在枉杆部件上,内侧面可安装摩擦衬带的零件。3.23制动衬带brakelining安装在制动钢带内侧面,用摩擦材料制成的带状零件。3.24制动带brakebelt由制动钢带和摩擦衬带组成的部件。3.25杠杆部件leverpart使制动带产生运动并保持在规定位置上的平面机构部件。3.26领蹄leadingshoe制动蹄总成张开时的转动方向与制动鼓旋转方向相同。3.27从蹄trailingshoe制动蹄总成张开时的转动方向与制动鼓旋转方向相反。3.28制动块brakepiece安装在气胎外圆柱面上(或安装在制动钳部件中),用摩擦材料制成的块状零件。3.29内锥盘部件internalconeplate金属圆锥表面上固定有摩擦材料,并与外锥盘内表面组成摩擦副的部件。3.30外锥盘externalconeplate金属圆锥表面与内锥盘部件外表面组成摩擦副的零件。 4性能术语和定义GB/T26665—20”4.1制动力brakingforceFr制动部件与运动部件(或运动机械)问产生的直接迫使运动机械减速、停止的力。4.2制动力矩brakingtorqueL制动部件与运动部件(或运动机械)间产生的直接迫使运动机械减速、停止的力矩。Tf—FfR式中:Ff——制动力的总合力,单位为牛(N);R——总合力的作用点到运动机械轴线中心的距离,单位为米(m)。4.3作用力applicationforceF,驱动部件施加在制动部件上的总合力。4.4负载力矩loadtorqueTt制动时运动部件(或运动机械)所具有的总能量,折算到制动轴上的力矩。4.5转动惯量totalequivalentflywheeltorque运动部件(或运动机械)所有被制动旋转零部件的飞轮矩或由直线运动时动能折算,换算到制动转轴上的飞轮矩的总和。’4.6水平制动levelbraking仅制动运动部件(或运动机械)的惯性质量。4.7垂直制动verticalbraking运动机械被制动的力有惯性质量和垂直负载,而且以垂直负载为主。4.8制动器的滞后brakehysteresis施加制动与放松制动的过程中,对应于某一相同的制动力矩的两作用力的差值,如图1所示。 GB/T26665--20114.19许用摩擦功allowablefrictionwork许用制动功[E]制动过程中,摩擦副允许的最大单位摩擦功。注:许用原则:未发生异常烧伤、异常磨损和功能异常。4.20许用摩擦功率allowablefrictionpower许用制动功率[A]制动过程中,摩擦副允许的最大单位摩擦功率。注:许用吸收功率[许用P(压力N/cm2)XV(速度m/s)值]=PV瓦(w)。4.21制动频率brakingfrequency|单位时间内的制动次数。4.22制动转速brakingrotationalspeed月b开始制动时,运动部件(或运动机械)的转速,4.23制动减速度brakingdeceleration、n由于制动部件的作用,运动部件(或运动机械)在一定的时间内获得的减速度,4.24平均制动减速度beanbrakingdeceleration口m制动过程中的两个瞬时速度之差,与两个瞬时速度的时间间隔比值;4.25磨损率wearrateK摩擦副不产生烧伤,做单位摩擦功的摩擦衬片(块)的体积磨损量。4.26.热负荷值thermicloadvalueg制动过程中,不断产生热量,热量的大小可用单位摩擦功和单位摩擦功率血线表示。将单位摩擦功和单位摩擦功率的乘积称为热负荷值。d=EA4.27许用热负荷值allowablethermicloadvalueEq]保证制动器不会烧伤,允许的最大热负荷值。4.28制动副数numberofbrakingpairsZ制动过程中有效的接触副数。】0
