GB/T7186-1998前言本标准是等效采用国际标准化组织的ISO1213-1:1993《固体矿物燃料词汇第一部分:选煤名词术语》对GB/T7186-1987进行修订的,以促进国际间科技、经济、信息等方面的交流合作.除注有说明的术语外,本标准的章节、术语名称及定义或说明都尽可能保持与ISO1231-1:1993相同,主要不同点为:a)编写格式采用表格形式,与GB/T7186-1987的形式相同。b>根据我国使用习惯,本标准保留GB/T7186-1987中的“代号”,“允许使用的同义词”和“禁止使用的同义词”栏目,便于在使用时注意,尽快与国际标准接轨。c)根据我国选煤术语现状及其发展趋势,保留或增加了一些我国选煤界经常使用或新出现的,而ISO1213-1:1993中没有的选煤术语。这些术语编在每章或每节的最后,并加“脚注”予以提示。d)ISO1213-1:1993中的第10章“配料与均质化,,现改为第9章,第9章“其他”现改为第10章,第n章“自动控制”并非选煤专用术语,为对照使用方便起见,将其列入附录A(标准的附录)仍作为本标准的一部分。本标准1979年首次在煤炭系统发布,1987年经第一次修订后,升为国家标准(GB/T7186-1987),本次为第二次修订,等效采用国际标准(ISO1213-1:1993)。由于原国家标准(GB/T7186-1987)在编制时是参照采用相应国际标准((ISO1213-1:1982),故本次修订后,本标准与原标准(GB/Twww.bzfxw.com7186-1987)在内容和章节、条目编排上均有较大的变动,使用时应注意。本标准从实施之日起,同时代替GB/T7186-1987,本标准的附录A是标准的附录。本标准的附录B是提示的附录。本标准由国家煤炭工业局提出。本标准由全国煤炭标准化技术委员会归口。本标准由选煤设计研究院负责起草。本标准主要起草人:郭牛喜、邓晓阳、周邦禄、蒋德胜、付勇。标准分享网www.bzfxw.com免费下载 GB/T7186-1998ISO前言ISO(国际标准化组织)是一个由各国国家标准机构(ISO各成员团体)组成的世界性联合会。国际标准起草工作通常由ISO的各技术委员会完成。对已成立的技术委员会的课题感兴趣的每个成员团体,均有权参加该委员会。代表政府的和民间的其他国际组织,在与ISO取得联系后,也可以参加这项工作,ISO与国际电工委员会(IEC)在关于电工标准的所有方面进行密切合作。由ISO技术委员会提出的国际标准草案,在呈交IS()理事会批准为国际标准之前,要分发给各成员团体表决通过。按照ISO工作程序,至少需要750o成员团体投赞同票,才能被批准为国际标准。国际标准ISO1213-1是由固体矿物燃料技术委员会选煤术语及性能分会(ISO/TC27/SCI)制定的‘该标准第二版取代第一版(ISO1213-1:1982),其中作了局部技术修改。在固体矿物燃料词汇通用的标题下,ISO1213共包括下列部分:—第一部分:选煤名词术语—第二部分:煤的采样和分析术语www.bzfxw.comISO1213附件A这部分的内容仅供参考。 GB/T7186-1998允许使用禁止使用编号术语名称英文名称定义或说明代号的同义词的同义词3.1.05选煤2,coalcleaning利用密度或表面特性的不同,来降低原料煤杂质成分的加工过程。3.1.06精煤cleanedcoal;经过干法或湿法分选获洗精煤cleancoal得的高质量煤炭产物。3.1.07中煤middlings经分选后得到的灰分介于精煤和研石之间的选煤产物。注:由于中煤的相对密度也介于精煤和砰石之间,故中煤可以进行再处理3.1.08纯中煤truemiddlings;质地非常均匀,不容易通煤质页岩bone过破碎和再选来改善其质量的中煤。3.1.09假中煤falsemiddlings;顺粒由煤和页岩生成的夹研煤www.bzfxw.cominterbandedmid-连生体,并可通过破碎将煤dlings解离出来的中煤。3.1.10歼石reject;refuse泛指:采掘过程中顶底板洗研和夹层混入煤中的岩石。专指:从原料中选出的可再处理或排弃的高灰分物料。3.1.11废研discard;dirt;从原煤中选出的最终排废弃物stone弃物。3.1.12再循环recirculation在一个作业中,把全部或部分产物返回到该作业给料的过程。例如:筛分机的筛上物经破碎后,返回到筛分机的给料中以便再进行筛分。3.1.13外来煤foreigncoal从隶属于选煤厂煤源以外而来的煤。3.1.14进口煤importedcoal主要指从国外来的煤。 GB/T7186-1998允许使用禁止使用编号术语名称英文名称定义或说明代号的同义词的同义词3.2.04灰分特性曲characteristicash根据浮沉试验结果绘制几线curve的,用来表示在任一产率下浮物(或沉物)中最高(或最低)密度级的灰分值。纵座?标(垂直轴)是产率、横座标(水平轴)是灰分值。3.2.05累计曲线cumulativecurve表示逐个密度级或粒度级累计结果的曲线。3.2.06浮物累计曲cumulativefloats根据浮沉试验结果绘制,R浮物曲线线curve用来表示各密度级浮物累计产率与加权平均灰分关系的曲线。3.2.07沉物累计曲cumulativesinks根据浮沉试验结果绘制,0沉物曲线线curve甩来表示各密度级沉物累计产率与加权平均灰分关系的曲线。3.2.08密度曲线densimetric根据浮沉试验结果绘制,a相对密度比重曲线curve;relative用来表示浮物或沉物累计曲线www.bzfxw.comdensitycurve产率与相对密度之间关系的曲线。3.2.09邻近密度物near-density根据浮沉试验结果绘制密度士。1比重士0.1曲线curve;difficulty(或从相对密度曲线上查:.f1曲线曲线curve得),表示邻近密度物含量(士。.1范围)与该密度关系的曲线。3.2.10性能曲线performance用以表示煤炭特性与专效率曲线curve门加工处理结果的关系曲线。3.2.11实际性能曲actualperfor-表示选煤实际结果的性线mancecurve能曲线。3.2.12预期性能曲expectedperfor-表示选煤预期结果的性线mancecurve能曲线。3.2.13迈尔曲线M-curve;Mayer用矢量图解法绘制的,表M-曲线CUrVe示煤炭可选性的一种累计产率与灰分之间关系的曲线,矢量的投影代表产物的产率,矢量的方向代表该产物中某一成分的含量。
