GA/T509-2004目U舀本标准由公安部道路交通管理标准化技术委员会提出并归口。本标准由公安部交通管理科学研究所负责起草。本标准主要起草人:赵永进、邱红桐、王长君、袁建华、苑雷、包勇强。 GA/T509-2004城市交通信号控制系统术语范围本标准规定了城市交通信号控制系统中的专用术语。本标准适用于城市交通信号控制系统的设计、管理、教学、科研及其他相关领域。基本术语和定义2,1交通信号trafficsignal在道路上向车辆和行人发出通行或停止的具有法律效力的灯色信息。2.2交通信号灯trafficsignallight;trafficsignallantern信号灯由红色、黄色、绿色的灯色按顺序排列组合而成的显示交通信号(2.1)的装置。2.3交通信号控制trafficsignalcontrol信号控制利用交通信号灯(2.2),对道路上运行的车辆和行人进行指挥.2.4道路交通伯号控制机roadtrafficsignalcontroller;trafficsignalcontroller;localcontroller交通信号机信号机能够改变道路交通信号(2.1)顺序、调节配时并能控制道路交通信号灯(2.2)运行的装置。[GA47-2002,术语和定义3,112.5车辆检侧器vehicledetector检测车辆的存在及通过状态的装置。2.6城市交通信号控制系统urbantrafficsignalcontrolsystem交通信号控制系统trafficsignalcontrolsystemUTCS由路口信号设备、检测设备、通信设备、控制计算机及相关软件所组成的用于城市道路交通控制的系统。交通控制原理相关术语和定义交通流特性characteristicsoftrafficflow交通流的时间、空间变化特征。 GA/T509-20043.2交通流模型trafficflowmodel表示交通流特性(3.1)的数学模型。3.3交通流仿真trafficflowsimulation运用交通流模型(3.2)通过计算机模拟实际交通流运行状况的分析处理过程。3.4交通信号优化算法trafficsignaloptimizationalgorithm由数学方式表示的用于获得交通信号控制参数优化值的一组规则及方法。3.5自适应控制adaptivecontrol自适应交通控制adaptivetrafficcontrol根据交通流的状况,在线实时地自动调整信号控制参数以适应交通流变化的控制方式。[GA47-2002,术语和定义3.18飞3.6交通流ftrafficvolume;trafficcount单位时间内通过道路某一截面的车辆或行人数量。3.7交通需求trafficdemand单位时间内期望通过道路某一截面的交通流量(3.6).小客车当fpassengercarunitpro以小客车为交通流量(3.6)的基本计算单位。其他类型交通工具按一定的折算系数换算为小客车当量3.9时Lel占有率occupancy占有率道路某检测截面或检测区内有车存在的时间与统计总时间之比。3.10密度density某一时刻单位道路长度内的车辆数,是表示车辆密集程度的指标值。3.11交叉路口饱和流fintersectionsaturationflow饱和流量saturationflow单位时间内车辆通过交叉路口停车线的最大流量3.12交又路口通行能力intersectioncapacity通行能力capacity在交叉路口信号控制(2.3)条件下,单位时间内车辆通过交叉路口停车线的最大流量。3.13饱和度degreeofsaturation交通流量(3.6)与通行能力(3.12)之比。 GA/T509-20043.14流f比flowratio交通流量(3.6)与饱和流量(MID之比。3.15过饱和over-saturation交通需求(3.7)大于通行能力(3.12)的交通状态。3.16延误delay车辆通过交叉路口或路段所需时间与正常行驶同样距离所需时间的差值。3.17排队长度queuelength交叉路口停车线后排队的车辆数或所占路段长度。3.18停车次数numberofstops车辆在通过交叉路口时受信号控制影响而停车的次数。3.19性能指标performanceindexPI交通参数优化中判别配时参数是否最优的指标。3.20交通拥挤trafficcongestion由于交通需求增加,或交通事故、工程施工、违章行为和自然等原因,导致车辆过度密集而增加延误和排队长度,车辆间断运行的交通状态。3.21交通阻塞trafficjam由于交通需求增加,或交通事故、工程施工、违章行为和自然等原因,导致车辆过度密集而增加延误和排队长度,车辆只能停车等候的交通状态。3.22信号灯组signallightgroup、一个完整的车辆红、黄、绿三头灯或行人红、绿二头灯的组合。3.22.1机动车灯组motorvehiclelightgroup用于控制机动车交通的信号灯组(3.22),3.22.2非机动车灯组non-motorvehiclelightgroup用于控制非机动车交通的信号灯组(3.22).3.22.3行人灯组pedestrianlightgroup用于控制行人交通的信号灯组(3.22).3.23信号组signalgroup;phase具有同一灯色序列的所有信号灯组(3.22)的集合。3 GAIT5os-20043.24倍号相位stage;phase相位在一个信号周期内,同时获得通行权的一个或多个交通流的信号显示状态。仁GA47-2002,术语和定义3.213.25周期cycle信号灯色按设定的相位(3.24)顺序显示一周所需的时间。[GA47-2002,术语和定义3.313.26绿伯比split在一个信号周期内,相位(3.24)时间与周期(3.25)时间之比。[GA47-2002,术语和定义3.513.27相位差offset协调控制中,指定的参照交叉路口与协调交叉路口相位(3.24)的起始时间或结束时间之差。[GA47-2002,术语和定义3.413.28相位绿灯时间stagegreentime绿灯时间greentime一个相位(3.24)所获得的绿灯显示时间。3.29绿灯间隔时间inter-greentime;clearanceinterval一个相位绿灯时间(3.28)结束至下一个相位绿灯时间开始之间的时间。3.30损失时间losttime周期(3.25)中不允许车辆通行或被浪费的时间。3.31起动损失时间start-uplosttime绿灯开始时,前面若干辆(一般约三辆)车从启动至通过停车线而累加的绿灯损失时间总和。3.32两相位控制twostagecontrol;twophasecontrol在一个周期(3.25)内使用两个相位(3.24)进行控制的控制方式。3.33多相位控制multiplestagecontrol;multiplephasecontrol在一个周期(3.25)内使用三个或三个以上相位(3.24)进行控制的控制方式。3.34区域area由多个交叉路口组成的需进行交通协调控制的范围。3.35子区subarea;subsystem根据实际交通状况,为获得交叉路口间的协调而将区域(3.34)中一些相关路口(可以是单个路口)组成的集合。 GA/T509-20043.36关键路口criticalintersection子区(3.35)内交通需求(3.7)较大或物理位置较重要的交叉路口,是子区协调的基准路口。3.37子区公共周期subareacommoncycle在子区(3.35)协调控制时,子区内各交叉路口采用的相同周期(3.25),3.38子区双周期subareadoublecycling在子区(3.35)协调控制时,某些交通流量(3.6)小的交叉路口其周期(3.25)可采用子区公共周期(3.37)的一半。3.39控制方式controlmode交通信号机(2.4)自主决定的或受上位控制机决定的运行方式。3.40控制方案controlplan配时方案timingplan方案plan路口关于相位(3.24)设置、相位序列设置、信号配时的有序集合。仁GA47-2002,术语和定义3.6]3.41日时时间表time-of-dayschedule日时表为适应一天中不同交通需求(3.7)而设置的信号控制(2.3)时间段,不同时间段设置不同的控制方式(3.39)及配时方案(3.40)。3.42周日日时时间表day-of-weektime-of-dayschedule针对一周内某天(如星期一、星期六等等)所设置的日时时间表(3.41),3.43特殊日时间表specialdayschedule针对一年内某天(如1月1日、法定节假日等等)所设置的日时时间表(3.41).3.44特别路线方案VIPplan为特种车辆或车队优先通过某路线而设置的控制方案(3.40),3.45绿波greenwave车流通过各个相邻交叉路口获得连续绿灯的信号状态。3.46时距图time-spacediagram;time-distancediagram表达协调路口距离与信号配时关系、反映车流运动的图示。二维坐标中,一维表示交叉路口间的距离,另一维表示各交叉路口信号相位(3.24)的时间。3.47绿波带宽greenwavebandwidth GA/T509-2004带宽bandwidth车辆在协调的各交叉路口间连续获得通行的最小绿灯时间长度。3.48绿波速度greenwavespeed使协调路口获得绿波(3.45)时的相应车辆行驶的平均速度。3.49单向协调one-waycoordination在绿波(3.45)配时中只考虑一个行进方向的交通协调方式。3.50双向协调two-waycoordination在绿波(3.45)配时中同时考虑上行下行两个行进方向的交通协调方式。3.51最小绿灯时间minimumgreentime相位(3.24)绿灯信号允许开启的最短时间[GA47-2002,术语和定义3.7]3.52最大绿灯时间maximumgreentime相位(3.24)绿灯信号允许开启的最长时间。[GA47-2002,术语和定义3.813.53全红状态allred所有信号灯组(3.22)灯色均显示为红色的信号状态。[GA47-2002,术语和定义3.10]3.54绿冲突greenconflict规定不允许同时放行的信号灯组(3.22)的绿色信号灯同时点亮称为绿冲突。[GA47-2002,术语和定义3.9]3.55车间时距timebetweenthefollowingcars对于同向行驶的两连续车辆,前车尾与后车头通过道路某截面的时间间隔。3.56可接受间隙acceptablegap车流中前后两车之间允许另一辆车安全汇人的车间时距(3.55),3.57铁道优先railwaypreemption在铁道与城市道路平面交叉的路口其正常的交通信号(2.1)可因列车通过而强制被中断或转至特殊状态的交通控制。3.58特种车辆优先emergencyvehiclepreemption;VIPvehiclepreemption交叉路口正常的交通信号(2.1)可因特种车辆或车队通过而强制被中断或转至特殊状态的交通控制。 GA/T509-20043.59公交优先buspriority公交车优先通行的交通控制。3.60车队离散platoondispersion车队在行驶过程中车头时距逐渐增大的交通现象。3.61同步信号synchronoussignal为交叉路口之间信号机(2.4)实现相位差(3.27)协调所提供的时间参考信号。3.62冲突点conflictpoint;colisionpoint在交叉路口内两股不同方向的交通流其行驶轨迹的相交点。控制方式相关术语和定义4.1区域协调控制areacoordinatecontrol面控区域优化控制把城市某一区域(3.34)内的多个交叉路口交通信号(2.1)协调起来加以控制的控制方式。[GA47-2002,术语和定义3.17]4.2线协调控制arterialcoordinatecontrol线控把一条道路上多个相邻交叉路口的交通信号(2.1)协调起来加以控制的控制方式。[GA47-2002,术语和定义3.15]4.3绿波控制greenwavecontrol交叉路口之间实行绿波(3.45)运行的控制方式。4.4指定相位控制phasedwellingcontrol;forcedstagecontrol交叉路口信号机(2.4)按上位控制机发送的指定相位(3.24)命令运行的控制方式。4.5无电统协调控制cablelesslinkingcontrol无电缆线协调控制线协调控制(4.2)的一种,信号机(2.4)之间没有通信链路,根据时钟同步,通过设定相位差(3.27)来实现交叉路口交通信号(2.1)协调的控制方式。[GA47-2002,术语和定义3.16]4.6单点控制isolatedcontrol由单个交叉路口信号机(2.4)自主控制的方式。4.7多时段定时控制multipleschedulefixed-time”-"rrol GA/T509-2004单点多时段控制isolatedmultipleschedulecontrol根据交通需求(3.7)变化情况,把一天的时间分成若干个控制时段,随时间的推移,按预置的方案(3.40)自动运行。[GA47-2002,术语和定义3.13]4.8感应控制vehicleactuatedcontrol交叉路口信号机(2.4)根据车辆检测器(2.5)测得的交通流数据来调节信号显示时间的控制方式。[GA47-2002,术语和定义3.14]4.8.1全感应控制full-actuatedcontrol交叉路口所有相位均有感应请示的感应控制(4.8)方式。4.8.2半感应控制semi-actuatedcontrol交叉路口仅部分相位有感应请求的感应控制(4.8)方式。4.9单点优化控制isolatedoptimizationcontrol单个交叉路口信号机(2.4)根据检测的实时交通状况进行配时优化的控制方式。4.10手动控制manualcontrol采用手动方式控制交通信号(2.”运行的控制方式。[GA47-2002,术语和定义3.11]4.11黄闪控制flashingyellowcontrol所有信号灯组(3.22)的黄灯信号均以固定频率闪烁的控制方式。仁GA47-2002,术语和定义3.12]5交通信号机相关术语和定义5.1行人过街触发式信号机pedestrianactuatedcontroller具有响应行人过街请求及基本信号控制(2.3)功能的信号机(2.4),[参见GA47-2002,技术要求5.6.15.2多时段定时式信号机multi-intervalpretimedcontroller具有行人过街触发式信号机(5.1)所有功能并能根据预设的多个时段进行信号控制(2.3)的信号机(2.4),〔参见GA47-2002,技术要求5.6.2]5.3感应式信号机vehicleactuatedcontroller具有多时段定时式信号机(5.2)所有功能并具有车辆检测器(2.5)接口并可进行车辆感应控制(4.8)的信号机(2.4),巨参见GA47-2002,技术要求5.6.3]吕
