HB5964一2002前言本标准是在原HB5964一86《燕尾形桦头、桦槽尺寸标注与技术要求》标准基础上,经过十多年来各设计所、制造厂的实际使用,并征求了许多设计所、制造厂专家的意见修订而成的。对HB5964一86进行修订时,作了若干补充和调整,主要补充的内容有:a)规定了叶片与轮盘连接的4种类型;b)增加了轴向圆弧燕尾形摔头(桦槽)和周向圆弧燕尾形桦头(桦槽);c)增加了摔头(桦槽)的形位公差;d)增加了附录A,给出了4种连接类型的尺寸系列。本标准对设计燃气涡轮发动机叶片与轮盘的燕尾形连接结构与尺寸标注作了基本规定,所列出的尺寸及尺寸标注可根据各设计所、制造厂实际工艺需要进行增补。本标准自实施之日起,同时代替HB5964-860本标准的附录A是规范性附录。本标准的附录B是资料性附录。本标准由中国航空工业第一、第二集团公司提出。本标准中国航空综合技术研究所归口。本标准起草单位:中国燃气涡轮研究院。本标准主要起草人:江和甫、苏廷铭、武文华、刘文冀、刘建平、黄致键。本标准于1986年第一次发布,2001年首次修订。 HB5964一2002燕尾形样头、禅槽尺寸标注与技术要求1范围本标准规定了航空发动机压气机叶片与轮盘的燕尾形连接结构形式、结构要素的有关术语、尺寸标注、尺寸系列以及与桦头、桦槽几何形状有关的技术要求。本标准适用于航空发动机压气机叶片燕尾形桦头和燕尾形桦槽。2术语和定义、符号下列术语和定义、符号适用于本标准,其中部分术语的示意图见图1一图402.1樟头root压气机转子叶片根部与轮盘连接的部位。2.2禅槽groove压气机转子轮盘上用于安装叶片桦头的型槽。2.3燕尾形禅头(禅槽)dovetailroot(groove)横截面的几何图形近似为梯形的桦头(桦槽)。2.4侧面sideface桦头(棒槽)横截面梯形的两腰所构成的平面,侧面是承力面。2.5顶面topsurface桦头(樟槽)横截面梯形的上底所构成的面,顶面可能是假想的曲面或平面。2.6底面bottomsurface桦头(桦槽)横截面梯形的下底所构成的面,底面可能是平面或曲面。2.7顶角‘wedgeangle两侧面夹角:a(桦头),ac(桦槽)。2.8底角bottomangle平面底面与侧面的夹角:R(桦头),(3c(桦槽)。2.9禅头(禅槽)对称平面Broot(groove)symmetryplaneB桦头(摔槽)顶角a(ac)的角平分面。2.10禅头(禅槽)宽度平面Aroot(groove)widthplaneA1 HB5964一2002设计上给定的用于确定桦头(禅槽)宽度的平面,该平面垂直于禅头(樟槽)的对称平面。2.11底面高bottomsurfacehigh底面与桦头(桦槽)宽度平面A之间的距离:C(桦头)、Cc(槽)。2.12顶面高topsurfacehigh桦头(桦槽)前端面、顶面及桦头(桦槽)对称平面的交点至樟头(禅槽)宽度平面A的距离:D(桦头)、Dc(桦槽)。2.13禅头(桦槽)高root(groove)high桦头(桦槽)前端面、顶面及桦头(桦槽)对称平面的交点至底面的距离:H(樟头)、He(樟槽)。2.14禅头(禅槽)宽、t(groove)width在桦头(桦槽)宽度平面A上,两侧面间的距离:N(桦头)、Nc(桦槽)。2.15底面宽bottomsurfacewidth桦头(桦槽)横截面梯形的下底长度:Nd(桦头)、Ndc(榨槽)。图1叶片图2轮盘 11B5964一2002形位公差及其标注禅头、禅槽横截面的形位公差桦头、桦槽横截面的形位公差包括:a)轮廓公差带;b)面轮廓度;c)平面度;d)平行度。形位公差的标注与连接类型的选用按表1.表1形位公差的选择基准连接类型轮廓公差带面轮廓度平面度平行度类型1△△△宽度平面和对称平面为类型2△△△设计基准类型3△△△类型4△△底平面和对称平面为设类型1△△△△计基准类型2△△△合当类型工、类型2的桦头、裨槽长度大于30n。时,可以增加桦头、掸槽侧面的平面度标注。当类型I,类型2的裨头、桦槽尺寸N,Nc小于10-时,建议不采用底平面与对称平面为设计基准。当需要非对称分布的轮廓公差时,应选用轮廓公差带进行标注。注1;△表示选用。6.2标注方法所示图例中的标注方法均按一种形位公差标注,设计人员可选择一种或几种进行组合标注。6.3轮廓公差带轮廓公差带的标注如图1906.3.1面轮廓度面轮廓度的标注如图加。注I:图示中的面轮廓度与圆弧半径的公差构成整个轮廓的公差带。注2:面轮廓度在同一次定位下检查。6.3.2平面度平面度的标注如图2106.3.3平行度平行度的标注如图220 RB5964一2002图21平面度标注图22平行度标注7表面粗糙度7.1禅头面的粗糙度桦头两侧面及侧面与延伸段之间的转接圆弧的表面粗糙度Ra值不大于0.8pm,底面不大于3.2pm,倒角区不大于3.214m,底面转接圆弧不大于l.6pmo7.2样槽面的粗糙度桦槽两侧面及侧面(或延伸段)与底面间的转接圆弧的表面粗糙度Ra值不大于0.8pm,底面、延伸段侧面不大于1.61imo上述表面粗糙度值均应在设计图样上具体标注。允许设计人员根据实际情况选择不同于8.1,8.2条的表面粗糙度值。12
