HB5965一2002月U吕对HB5965-86进行修订时,综合考虑了国内有关厂所的实际情况和对HB5965一86的执行情况,并参考了国外有关标准。主要的修改和补充内容如下:a)修改了节线定义,明确了节线的具体位置;b)增加了量棒距分组规则;c)对平行度进行了更全面的规定;d)对量棒距尺寸偏差的差值进行了限制;e)增加了桦齿直线度;f)增加了附录A,并在其中规定了榨齿基本几何参数和计算方法;9)增加了附录C,并在其中给出了桦齿强度估算方法。本标准自实施之日起,同时代替HB5965-860本标准附录A为规范性附录。.本标准附录B为资料性附录。本标准附录C为资料性附录。本标准由中国航空工业第一集团公司和第二集团公司提出。本标准由中国航空综合技术研究所归口。本标准起草单位:中国燃气涡轮研究院、中国航空综合技术研究所。本标准主要起草人:江和甫、黄文周、肖世斌、武文华、黄业付、陈养惠、高庆。本标准首次发布:1986年。 HB5965一2002极树形樟头、樟槽尺寸标注与技术要求范围本标准规定了航空发动机工作叶片极树形桦头和轮盘极树形桦槽基本结构要素的有关术语、尺寸标注,以及与桦头、桦槽几何形状有关的技术要求。本标准适用于航空发动机工作叶片极树形桦头和轮盘极树形棒槽。2规范性引用文件下列规范性文件中的有关条文通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条文。下列注明日期或版次的引用文件,其后的任何修改单或修订版均不适用于本标准,但提倡使用本标准的各方探讨使用其最新版本的可能性。JB3326量针3术语和定义、符号下列术语和定义、符号适用于本标准。3.1术语典型的极树形桦头桦槽连接见图1,极树形桦槽见图2,极树形桦头见图3。构成桦头的主要结构参数见图4a,构成桦槽的主要结构参数见图4bo3.1.1样槽groove轮盘上安装叶片的槽。3.1.2样头bladeroot叶片上与桦槽连接的部分。3.1.3极树形禅头(样槽)fir-treebladeroot(fir-typegroove)具有两对或两对以上桦齿且其截面形状为极树形的桦头(桦槽)。3.1.4禅齿工作面loadflank桦头(桦槽)桦齿在工作时的承力面。3.1.5节线pitchline确定桦齿位置和几何要素的直线,在节线上齿厚和齿槽宽的基本尺寸相等。3.1.6节点node节线与桦齿工作面的交点。3.1.7节点母线nodegenerator在一个桦齿工作面上节点的集合。t标准分享网www.bzfxw.com免费下载 HB5965一2002b概图4结构参数a样头图5基准选定5尺寸标注5.1禅头、桦槽的尺寸标注桦头尺寸标注见图6,桦槽尺寸标注见图70图6、图7以齿顶、齿根为圆弧结构形式的五对桦齿的桦头(桦槽)为例给出了极树形桦头(桦槽)的基本标注。对于齿顶、齿根为平面或其它局部结构形式不同的桦头(桦槽),除有关尺寸外,其余尺寸仍按本图示例标注。52样头、桦槽的公差在桦头(桦槽)设计图样中所注出的桦齿工作面轮廓度公差8g、非工作面轮廓度公差8,、底部轮廓度公差8d和齿根圆弧R,的公差、齿顶圆弧Rd的公差一起,构成完整的桦头(桦槽)轮廓公差带(见图8)。对于齿顶为平面的樟头(桦槽),设计图样中所注出的桦齿工作面轮廓度公差8g、非工作面轮廓度公差6,、齿顶高h的公差和齿根圆弧R。的公差一起,构成完整的桦头(桦槽)轮廓公差带(见图9)0实际的桦头(棒槽)截面形状应在轮廓公差带范围内。5.3在样头(掸槽)的设计图样中给出量棒距尺寸在确信桦头(桦槽)轮廓形状合格的情况下,可根据量棒距尺寸验收产品。量棒距的尺寸公差是根据桦头(桦槽)的形状公差和有关尺寸的尺寸公差换算而得到的。5.4设计图样中垦棒距尺寸在桦头(棒槽)的设计图样中量棒距尺寸至少给出两个。在结构允许的条件下,两对量棒的位置应选在最大节距和最小节距处。计算量棒理论直径时应使量棒与桦齿工作面相切于节点母线上,量棒真实直径的数值按JB3326就 HB5965一2002图6禅头尺寸标注近选取。6最棒距尺寸分组6.1量棒距尺寸分组原则实际生产过程中,在保证摔头与桦槽连接精度的前提下,为了提高桦槽拉刀的寿命,允许对量棒距尺寸进行分组。分组原则是:第一组为原始设计值,每一组的基本尺寸是由上一组的基本尺寸减去量棒距标准分享网www.bzfxw.com免费下载
