HG/T3796.3-2005月U吕本标准代替HG/T2124-1991(桨式搅拌器技术条件》。本标准与HG/T2124-1991相比主要变化如下:—将搅拌器叶片的型式由直叶和折叶两种扩展为平直叶、斜叶、弧叶、折叶和复合叶五种,扩大了可供选择的范围;—增加了搅拌器分类,并规定了产品代号;一一增加了搅拌器的结构与主要参数;—修改了进行搅拌器平衡试验的要求。本标准由中国石油和化学工业协会提出。本标准由化学工业机械设备标准化技术委员会归口。本标准负责起草单位:浙江长城减速机有限公司。本标准参与起草单位:浙江大学化工机械研究所、天华化工机械及自动化研究设计院。本标准负责起草人:周国忠、虞培清。本标准参与起草人:黄志坚、苏杨、陈云才、陈志平、张俊科。本标准所代替标准的历次版本发布情况为:—HG/T2124-1991 HG/T3796.3-20057.2对叶片等形状尺寸检测时所用的样板及测量工具的误差,均不得超过被测尺寸公差的1/5e7.3静平衡试验是以达到随遇平衡为合格。包装和贮运8.1搅拌器出厂前应进行防锈处理,不锈钢件应进行酸洗、钝化或其他防护处理。轴孔等配合面应涂以中性油脂。8.2搅拌器的出厂文件应包括以下内容:a)产品说明书,需注明名称、直径、材料、质量等内容;b)产品质量证明书;c)产品出厂合格证;d)装箱单。8.3产品贮运应采取防腐、防损、防潮等措施,不允许露天存放或堆置。'
