中华人民共和国国家标准复印机术语GB/T13963一92Copyingmachinesvocabulary主肠内容与适用范围本标准规定了复印机类型、主要操作过程、功能和技术部件等方面的术语共391条。本标准适用于复印机标准制订、技术文件编制、教材和书刊编写以及文献翻译等。注本标准中方括号〔〕内的词为可省略词圆括号()内的词除作说明外,为前者的同义词一般术语2.1原稿original待复印的文件。2.2有底色原稿。olouredoriginal带有底色的原稿。例如:报纸和印在彩色纸张L的文件、宣传品等。2.3线条原稿lineoriginal没有色调层次而只含线条和(或)实心黑区的原稿。2.4半色调原稿half-toneoriginal又称中间色调原稿。通过加网把图像分割成色调层次点像的原稿2.5连续色调原稿continuous-toneoriginal又称全色调原稿。由真实色调层次区域组成图像的原稿2.6透明原稿transparentoriginal可以透过足够的光或其它辐射能以产生复印品的原稿。2.7最大原稿幅面maximumoriginalsize复印机可复印原稿幅面的最大规格。2.8母版master,intermediate用于产生多份复印品的、临时的、一般是可消耗的图像媒介物。例如:用于速印机中的蜡纸母版。2.9复印品copy,print复印过程的产物。2.10线条复印品linecopy由线条原稿产生的复印品。2.11双面复印品duplexcopy印在纸张两面的复印品。2.12正复印品positive色调分布与原稿相同的复印品。2.13负复印品negative国家技术监,局1992一12一17批准1993一06一01实施 Ga/T13963一92色调分布与原稿相反的复印品。2.14等倍复印品samesize标称比例与原稿相同的复印品。2.15放大复印品enlargement相对于原稿比例大于1:1的复印品。2.16缩小复印品reduction相对于原稿比例小于1:1的复印品。2.17透明片transparency透光而无光散射的母版或复印品。2.18像image又称图像、影像。由光学系统所产生的原稿内容的光学对应图形。2.19正像positiveimage暗区一与原稿图像暗区相对应的显影像。2.20负像negativeimage暗区与原稿图像亮区相对应的显影像。2.21潜像latentimage在曝光之后显影之前感光体或感光纸表面形成的不可见像。2.22静电潜像electrostaticlatentimage静电照相感光体或感光纸经充电、曝光后,在其表面形成的静电荷像。2.23实心黑〔区〕solidblack具有均匀密度的一定面积的黑色区域。2.24密度density材料阻止光或其它辐射能透过的程度。2.25密度不均匀性non-uniformityofimagedensity对原稿上不同位置但具有相同光学密度的图像,经复印后所产生的光学密度不均匀程度。2.26灰雾度fogdensity复印品非图像区的密度。注:局部沽染除外。2.27清晰度definition对复印品清晰程度的定性评价。2.28反差contrast不同图像区域的密度差异或图像密度与背景密度的差异。2.29层次gradation原稿或复印品上图像的色调浓淡等级或反差范围。2.30色调tone由整体图像所反射的光强度。2.31半色调half-tone又称中间色调。由网点组成的图像的浓淡色调。2.32色调再现性tonereproduction复印含有照片之类的中间色调的原稿时,色调浓淡的再现性。注:一般用分辨率测试图来判断。 GB/T13963一92加网screening利用网板把有规则排列的小点图案加到原稿图像上以改善复印品色调层次特性的方法。晕圈效应haloeffect在图像区边界以显著干净的背景区为表征的现象.边缘效应edgeeffect以实心黑区的边缘密度较高、内部密度较低或呈空心状为表征的图像缺陷。2.36邻界效应fringeeffect色调剂在邻近图像的非图像区中的沉积.注:前突、后拖和拖尾都是邻界效应。前突heading在显影图像的前沿(相当于复印机的输纸方向)出现的邻界效应。后拖tailing在显影图像的后沿出现的但不直接与图像相连的邻界效应。拖尾dragging与显影图像后沿相连的邻界效应。花斑mottle肉眼可见的不规则的复印区密度非均匀性。抹污smudging复印品图像在擦抹时被弄模糊的现象。2.42羽状物feathering由图像边缘成辐射状扩展的丝状色调剂沉积物。刁3图像畸变imagedistortion复印品上的几何图形与原稿上相对应的几何图形的相对失真图像倾斜误差imageskewerror复印品上的图像对于纸边所产生的倾斜。以复印品上起始线在100mm长度上对纸边产生的实际倾斜程度表示。起始线误差initiallineerror复印品上起始线至纸边的距离与原稿上起始线至稿边的距离之差值。比例误差magnificationratioerror复印品上纵、横线条长度与原稿上相对应的纵、横线条长度的相对误差。原位homeposition稿台、光学系统等的往返机构及感光体等的旋转机构在开始复印时的基准位置。48对位:egister原稿图像在复印品上的准确排位。49重合registration在连续复印出的复印品上对位的一致性。分辨力resolution整个复印系统传递和记录图像细部的能力。注:分辨力通常以每毫米内可分辨的线对数的最大值来表示。2.51空间频率spatialfrequency在两条或多条平行线条组成,分辨力测试图,相邻线条上相应点距离的倒数称空间频率。注:以单位长度的周期数计量,如果距离以毫米计,空间颇率的单位是“周期/mm",保存质量archivalquality Gs/T13963一92在规定的贮存条件下,保证复印品的图像质量在一定年限内无显著变化的性能。2.53背景background原稿、母版或复印品中没有图像信息的部分。2.54底基substrate.base敏感材料或光电导涂、镀层的支持体。涂布量coatingweight涂在底基上的涂料以g/m}所表示的湿重量或干重量。抗溶剂浸透性solventholdout.在涂布时或在液体显影过程中,纸基或其它底基材料可承受溶剂浸透的程度。耐溶剂性solventresistance纸基或涂层对静电照相涂层和液体显影剂中所用溶剂的惰性量度。敏感材料sensitizedmaterial经过加工的、对辐射能(特别是光或热)起反应的复印用材料。注:对光起反应的称为感光材料,在静电复印方法中所用的感光材料一般称为光电导材料或光电导绝缘材料。电摄影材料electrophotographicmaterial适用于电摄影过程的光电导体。光电导体photoconductor曝光时电导率增加的材料。光电导性photoconductivity非金属固体吸收辐射能时电导率增加的性能。染料增感dyesensitizing将染料加人光电导涂层中以改变其光谱响应的处理。掺杂doping将杂质掺入光电导材料中,以改善其感光灵敏度、响应时间和暗电导率等半导体性能的处理。64乳剂emulsion涂在底基上时形成敏感材料的光敏化合物的悬浮体。偶氮染料azodye由重氮化合物和偶联剂的反应所生成的染料.2.66偶联剂coupler与其它化合物反应生成染料的化合物。感光速度photosensitivespeed敏感材料涂、镀层的感光度的大小.2.68红外线infra-red波长在700nm以上的不可见的辐射线。紫外线ultra-violet波长在400nm以下的不可见的辐射线.70静电学electrostatics关于静态电荷的力和场的科学。摩擦带电效应triboelectriceffect在不同材料(例如色调剂和载体)间由接触或摩擦而产生静电位差异的现象。2.72频率范围frequencyrange办公机械正常运转的电源电压的频率范围.2.73标称频率nominalfrequency GB/T13963一92分段裁切stepcut可以分段选择复印纸或感光纸切断长度的裁切方式。任意裁切randomcut可以自由决定复印纸或感光纸切断长度的裁切方式。4.28同步裁切synchrocut可以根据原稿长度自由决定复印纸或感光纸裁切长度的裁切方式。29链式输纸chaindelivery用固定在链条上的爪等将复印纸抓住来进行输送的方式。30充电charging又称敏化。在光电导绝缘介质上产生均匀的静电表面电荷的过程。电晕充电coronacharging利用电晕发生器所产生的气体离子的充电。单电晕充电single-coronacharging在感光体或感光纸的感光面一侧设置特定极性的放电电极,通过电晕放电进行的充电.双电晕充电double-coronacharging在感光纸的两面设置极性不同的放电电极,通过电晕放电进行的充电。曝光exposing使敏感材料受辐射能(通常为光或热)的作用而形成图像或潜像的过程。注:在重氮复印中也叫晒相。预曝光pre-exposure在成像之前用光源对光电导介质的照射。狭缝曝光方式slitexposuretype使感光体或感光纸、原稿及光学系统以一定关系边作相对运动边顺次曝光的方式。全幅面曝光方式wholeimageexposuretype使全幅图像同时曝光的方式。38透过式曝光方式contactprintingoftransparence从原稿方面照射光而进行曝光的方式。原稿固定式曝光方式stationaryoriginalexposuretype原稿不动而进行曝光的方式。4.40原稿移动式曝光方式movingoriginalexposuretype随原稿移动而进行曝光的方式。显影developing,development把潜像变成可见像的过程。42气溶胶显影aerosolt:evelopment通过悬浮气体把色调剂传送到静电潜像电场的显影。注:气溶胶显影有两种,一种是粉雾显影,色调剂为色粉;另一种是液体喷雾显影,色调剂为由油墨或染料液组成的微小液珠。43湿法显影wetprocessdevelopment又称液体显影。利用液体显影剂的显影.干法显影dryprocessdevelopment利用气体、粉末和辐射能之类的非液体显影剂的显影。11
