oftentosolvetheproblemofsealingbyexcessiveextrusion,therebyaffectingtheservicelifeofthevalve;Verticalbutterflyvalveshaftandsleevemachiningaccuracyandthrustmodemisalignment,leadingtobutterflyplateshakingandsagging,formingaleakage;4.Butterflyvalvedamagedintheinstallationprocess,affectingthetightness.Somemanufacturershavemadethefollowingimprovementsfortheaboveproblems:Rubberringfixedpointoutsideproduction,strengthenthequalitycontrol,usuallyusedinwatersupplyindustryvalve,choosethreeyuanethylenepropylenerubberandacrylonitrilerubberandnaturalrubberisnotmuch,nomixingreclaimedrubber;InafactoryinHubeitosealthebutterflyplateontheblockboardintoshortpiecesdovetailassemblyconnectedtobalancethebutterflylifetoregulatethelevelofeachpartoftheextrusionplate,butthisadjustmentisverydifficulttomasterskills;3.DBbutterflyvalvesandflangebutterflyvalvesintroducedbyindividualfactoriesinTianjinandShanghai.Theirsealingapronsareinlaidindovetailgrooves,andtheyhaveacertainmarginofmotion.Theycanadjusttheextrusionconditionofapronswhenthebutterflyvalvecloses; castingandprocessingisdifficult,thepriceismoreexpensive,generallyapplicabletosmallandmediumcaliberpipeline.Overthepasttenyearsduetoimprovementsincastingtechnology,usingEPCmethodorthemethodofresinsandcasting,machiningcanbeavoidedorreduced,therebyreducingthecostofballvalveusedforthefeasibilityoflarge-diameterpipeisworthexploring.InafactoryinHubeiaftertheAmericanproducts,developedafan-shapedeccentricplugvalves,fan-shapedvalveplatelinedwithrubber,sealing,openingandclosingtorqueissmall,largeflowarea,andtheDepartmentofthevalvethroughthemechanicaltestingcenterfortheopeningandclosingofthevalveinspectionandflowresistancedurabilitytesting,whichfilledtheblankofsuchvalvetype.Atpresent,thereisagrooveatthebottomofthefaneccentriccockvalve,easytoaccumulateslag,easytocauseopenandclosefault,shouldbeimproved.2.2valvematerial(1)valvesinthewatersupplynetwork,inthepast,thevalvebody,valvecover,transmissiongearboxmaterialismostlygraycastiron,partofductileiron.Inviewofthepipeandpipefittingsarewidelyusedductileiron,valvematerialshouldbelikethis.Toimprovethequalityofcastings,andreducetheweightofthevalve,especiallythevalveplateshouldfirstuseductileiron(QT405-10).Itshouldbepointedoutthatduetothedifferentthicknessofeachpartofthevalvebody,thedifficultyofcasting spheroidizationislarger,sothecorrespondingmeasuresshouldbetakentoensurethequalityofthecasting.Atpresent,therearestillsomeproblemsinthecastingofthevalvebody,suchasthephysicalandchemicalindicatorsofductileiron,inadditiontoindividualmanufacturers,mostofthecontrolisnotstrict,andwithsandcasting,alargenumberofmechanicalprocessingmolding.Recommendedthatmanufacturersestablishastrictqualitycontrolsystem,foralargenumberofsmallcalibervalveusinglostfoammethodmodeling,largediametervalvesusingresinsandmolding,castingandrequireproperandeffectivemeasurestoeliminatestress,measurestopromotetheblastingsand.Thedefectsofcastingsarenotallowedtobeeliminatedbymeansofweldingandrepair,otherwise,measuresshouldbetakentoeliminatetheinternalstresscausedbyweldingandrepair,andmakemorestrictinspection,andexplainthesituationtotheusers.Duringtheinvestigation,manyvalvemanufacturershavelearnedtheuseoftheassociationofcastingsolution,tocomplementeachother"sway,thepurchaseoftheassociationofcomponentsisalsoamodeofoperation,thekeyistocontrolthequalityofforeignpartsmustbestrictly.Ofcourse,forthepurchaseoflow-qualitycomponents,slightlydecorative,weartheirownbrands,thesalepriceofthepracticeshouldbestopped.(2)2CR13stainlesssteelisrecommendedforvalvestem.(3)thestemnutshallbemadeofcastaluminumbrassorcastaluminumbronze,andthehardnessandstrengthofthenutaregreaterthanthestem. factory:Valvespecifications;model;workpressure;manufacturingstandards;bodymaterial;stemmaterial;sealingmaterial;packingmaterial;valveopeningandclosingdirection;speed;workingpressureundertheconditionofopeningandclosingtorque;manufacturingplantname:Date:weight;connectionflangediameter,holenumber,holecenterdistance,andhopeasshowninthefigureindicatethecontroloflength,widthandheightofthemark;flowresistancecoefficient;effectiveopeningandclosingtimesandinstallationandmaintenancemattersneedingattention.2.10valveprocurementThereareaboutmorethan2000valvemanufacturersinthecountry,morethan100inHenanProvince,andonlyafewpeopleinsomefactories.Therefore,thequalityandpriceofvalvemanufacturingareverylarge.Tothisend,stronglyurgethepartiesconcernedtorectifythevalvemanufacturingindustry,establishaqualitylicensesystem,banfakeproducts.BuyValvessuggestedthefollowingpoints:"(1)purchasemanufacturersmustnotsingle,goodsthanthree.(2)manufacturerschoosetopasstheISO9001qualitysystemcertificationoftheenterprise,andpayattentiontowhethertheselectedproductisthroughthequalitycertificationoftheproduct.(3)accordingtothedifferentusesofthevalve,accordingto
