技术交底内容及要求一、工程概况一分部正线、L1、L2、L3涵洞防水层及沉降缝施工依据宁启复电施（桥）参-21-1-101设计要求施工，防水层种类为氯化聚乙烯防水层、聚氨酯防水层及C40细石聚丙烯纤维网混凝土保护层，填土高度H＜1.2m者涵顶保护层6cm；H≥1.2m者涵顶保护层4cm，各种填土高度桥（涵）边墙外侧设聚氨酯防水层。二、施工工艺流程2.1框架涵防水施工沉降缝位置防水工艺流程沉降缝位置采用两层氯化聚乙烯防水卷材，涂刷聚氨酯防水涂料3道，第一层防水卷材宽40cm，第二层防水卷材宽60cm，沉降缝位置采用全铺，具体施工方法如下：1.在干净、干燥的基层施工2cm厚M10水泥砂浆垫层找平，水泥砂浆垫层要求抹平、压光，坚实平整，不起砂。含水率低于9%。2.涵洞防水施工基层处理：涂刷防水涂料处应平整、无凹凸不平、蜂窝麻面及浮碴、浮灰和油污等现象，基层应干燥。平整度用1m长的靠尺检查，空隙只允许平缓变化且不大于3mm。平整度不符合要求者，可用凿除的方法进行处理，或用水泥砂浆找平，蜂窝应用水泥砂浆填补平整，麻面应用水泥净浆填补平整；为了增强水泥砂浆或净浆与填补面的连接，填补面应清洁、湿润，并在水泥砂浆或净浆中添加适量水溶性胶粘剂（如107胶等）；基面浮碴、浮灰用硬扫帚或钢丝刷等刷干净，油脂处用二甲苯、丙酮等溶剂清洗。3.防水涂料的配制与涂刷：为了保证防水层的铺设质量，在涂刷防水涂料前还必须对已处理合格的基层进行干燥检查。基层干燥鉴别的方法可凭经验、肉眼观察，也可用吹风机加热的方法。在确认基层干燥后，按卷材宽度、搭接要求弹出每幅卷材的铺贴边线，然后将基面清理干净将防水卷材放展在基面上利用阳光照射1- 3h放张，然后将卷材重新卷起，在卷起过程中使卷材处于自然状态、端头平齐、均匀受力，之后进行防水涂料搅拌、涂刷。防水涂料必须按产品使用说明进行称量配比，将A、B两组份倒入干燥洁净的搅拌器中，防水涂料应搅拌均匀，根据天气情况、原材料的稠度不同，一般搅拌约3-5分钟，搅拌至混合液发亮视为搅匀，每次搅拌量以30kg为宜。防水涂料每次从搅拌结束至涂刷完毕最迟不宜超过20分钟。将搅拌均匀的防水涂料沿铺贴卷材的轴线方向根据用料量将涂料均匀倒出，涂刷人员跨倒出的涂料用长约25cm、高约15cm的橡胶刮板在事先弹出的涂料涂刷边线范围内均匀涂刷，涂刷人员边后退边涂刷，刮板以“S”形轨迹运行，涂刷时厚度应符合要求不得漏刷，涂刷过程中随时检查涂刷厚度，厚度不够时补料刷均匀，涂刷厚度为1.5mm，前后两次的涂层应接好茬。涂刷聚氨酯防水涂料一层施工完毕，经监理工程师检查合格后，进行氯化聚乙烯防水卷材施工。4.防水卷材铺贴施工：防水卷材铺贴应按水流方向从低到高、从下往上进行施工，铺贴防水卷材时，黏结剂应涂刮均匀，厚度应控制在1.2-1.5mm，防水卷材搭接处两层之间的黏结剂厚度不得小于1mm。铺贴防水卷材时，应边涂黏贴剂边铺贴卷材，同时用橡皮刮板在卷材上部来回刮实，严禁有起鼓、起泡等现象，卷材铺贴应做到平直，卷材的搭接缝应采用聚氨酯防水涂料进行密封。对铺贴好的防水卷材应进行保护，除正常养护外，在防水层胶黏材料固化前，不得在其上行走和进行下道工序施工作业。搭接宽度不得小于120mm.横向应采用整幅卷材，横向搭接宽度不得小于100mm。对铺贴的防水卷材应及时进行质量跟踪检查，可用肉眼观察有无空鼓、起泡、翘边等现象，如出现空鼓、起泡等现象应及时进行补救处理，保证防水层黏结牢固。铺贴防水卷材时，气温不得高于35.℃和低于5.℃。当气温高于35.℃或低于5.℃时，应采取措施使施工场所气温保持在上述允许范围，否则不得施工。5.保护层采用C40细石纤维网混凝土，质量、性能等应符合设计要求， 使用平板振捣器进行轻缓振捣，振捣时间应达到20s左右，直到无可见空洞为止。抹面应在混凝土接近初凝时进行，抹面工具表面应光滑。保护层制作完成后，应采用覆盖措施保持其表面潮湿，常温自然养护时，当环境相对湿度小于60%时保湿养护应不小于28d，相对湿度在60%以上时保湿养护应不小于14d。（2）涵顶及边墙防水工艺流程涵顶防水卷材采用全铺，搭接宽度10cm。垂至涵顶下50cm。具体施工方法如下：1.涵洞防水施工基层处理：涂刷防水涂料处应平整、无凹凸不平、蜂窝麻面及浮碴、浮灰和油污等现象，基层应干燥。方可进行下道工序。2.在干净、干燥的基层涂刷乳化沥青橡胶防水涂料二遍。涂刷时厚度应符合要求不得漏刷，涂刷过程中随时检查涂刷厚度，厚度不够时补料刷均匀，涂刷厚度为1.5mm，前后两次的涂层应接好茬。涂刷聚氨酯防水涂料一层施工完毕，经监理工程师检查合格后，进行第二层涂料施工。2.2圆管涵涵节沉降缝施工工艺1.圆涵沉降缝施作时将浸制好的沥青麻筋塞入缝隙内（5cm）用木棒捣实。沉降缝外沿缝隙两边25cm，先涂一层聚氨酯防水涂料，将剪裁好的氯化聚乙烯防水卷材铺在沉降缝上，然后再涂刷一层聚氨酯防水涂料。防水层应铺至管座顶面以下20cm。圆管涵基础沉降缝：1.沉降缝填塞前，必须清扫干净，并保持干燥。填塞材料应符合设计要求，设计无要求时应符合铁道部现行有关技术标准的规定。2.沉降缝若无沥青木板，表层用M10水泥砂浆填塞深约15cm，其余用塑性粘土填塞。若有沥青木板，施工时嵌入的沥青木板留做防水用3.沉降缝内、外侧塞缝应连续贯通、填塞密实、外表光洁、不得漏水。三．质量保证措施 1.涂刷聚氨酯不得在淋雨的条件下施工，施工的环境温度不应低于5℃，操作时严禁烟火。2.涂刷方法、搭接、收头应按设计要求，粘结必须牢固，接缝封闭严密，无损伤、空鼓等缺陷。3.聚氨酯涂膜防水层、涂膜厚度均匀、粘结牢固严密，不允许有脱落、开裂、孔眼、涂刷压接不严密的缺陷。4.涂膜防水层表面不应有积水和渗水的现象。保护层不得有空鼓、裂缝、脱落的现象。四．安全文明要求1．严格按照施工技术交底施工，听从技术管理人人员的技术指导，保证工程质量。2.施工机械的使用严格执行《铁路工程施工安全技术规程》。3、电器系统设专人负责，配备电器保护装置，随时检查。4、设备定期检修，施工机具设备必须由专职人员按操作规程操作。5、施工人员进入现场必须戴安全帽。6、施工中注意对环境的保护，尽量减少施工对周围环境的破坏和干扰。施工图见下附设计图纸及通用图集。
