'中华人民共和国电力行业标准DL466—92电站磨煤机及制粉系统选型导则中华人民共和国能源部1992-05-16批准1992-11-01实施1主题内容及适用范围1.1本导则规定了进行电站磨煤机及制粉系统选型和参数设计时应遵循的原则。1.2本导则适用于钢球磨煤机、风扇磨煤机、中速磨煤机及其相应的制粉系统。2一般规定2.1在选择磨煤机型式和制粉系统时,应根据煤的燃烧特性、磨损性、爆炸特性,磨煤机的制粉特性及煤粉细度的要求,结合锅炉的炉膛结构、燃烧器结构统一考虑,并考虑投资、电厂检修运行水平及设备的配套、备品备件供应以及煤的来源和煤中杂物情况诸因素,以达到磨煤机制粉系统、燃烧装置和锅炉炉膛匹配合理,保证机组的安全经济运行。2.2当干燥无灰基挥发分Vdaf>19%时,煤粉可形成易爆的气粉混合物,这对磨煤机及制粉系统的选择、磨煤机参数的选择都将产生较大的影响。2.3煤的磨损性和磨煤机碾磨件寿命可以用煤的冲刷磨损指数进行判断和计算(见附录A、D),也可以通过试磨确定。2.4一般煤的燃烧性能可根据煤的挥发分含量判断。对于劣质烟煤和贫煤的燃烧性能则需进行燃料着火稳定性指数的测定,甚至应在试验室进行试烧后确定,据以选择合适的制粉系统型式(见附录B)。2.5本导则对磨煤机及其制粉系统选用语气的肯定按下列次序逐渐减弱:即“应选用”、“宜选用”、“可选用”。3磨煤机及制粉系统的选择3.1烟煤(Vdaf=19%~40%)3.1.1当磨制中高挥发分(Vdaf=27%~40%)、高水分以下(外在水分Mf≤15%)、磨损性较强以下的烟煤时,宜选用中速磨煤机直吹式系统。3.1.2100MW及以上烟煤机组锅炉(蒸发量为410t/h及以上)当使用四角切圆燃烧布置方式时,不宜选用风扇磨煤机直吹式系统。3.1.350MW及以下烟煤机组锅炉(蒸发量220t/h及以下),根据电厂具体情况,可选用风扇磨煤机直吹式系统。3.1.4当煤的磨损性很强时,对于中挥发分(Vdaf=19%~27%)烟煤,应选用钢球磨煤机中间储仓式乏气送粉系统;如系中高挥发分(Vdaf=27%~40%)烟煤,考虑防爆,可选用双进双出钢球磨煤机直吹式系统。3.2贫瘦煤(Vdaf=9%~19%)3.2.1当煤的磨损性在较强以下、煤的燃烧性能为易燃、且煤粉细度在磨煤机能满足要求时,宜选用中速磨煤机直吹式系统。3.2.2当煤的磨损性在较强以上时,应选用钢球磨煤机中间储仓式热风送粉或乏气送粉系统。选用热风送粉还是乏气送粉,视煤的燃烧性能的好坏而定。3.3劣质烟煤3.3.1劣质烟煤指多灰分(空气干燥基灰分Aad>40%)、低热值(收到基恒容低位发热量Qnet,V,ar<16.7MJ/kg)的烟煤和Aad>32%的洗中煤。3.3.2大多数劣质烟煤燃烧性能接近于无烟煤或贫煤,极少数的燃烧性能较好,和普通烟煤 相近。因此,应当根据煤的磨损性和燃烧性能具体分析选择合适的制粉系统。3.3.3极少数燃烧性能为易燃且煤的磨损性在较强以下时,宜选用中速磨煤机直吹式系统。否则应选用钢球磨煤机中间储仓式热风送粉系统。3.4褐煤(Vdaf>40%)3.4.1磨制褐煤的冲刷磨损指数Ke≤3.5时,宜选用风扇磨煤机直吹式系统。3.4.2当褐煤的冲刷磨损指数Ke>3.5,且外在水分Mf≤15%时,宜选用中速磨煤机直吹式系统。3.4.3当全水分Mt>30%时,可选用热烟-热风二介质干燥系统,或冷烟-热烟-热风三介质干燥系统。3.4.4当外在水分Mf≤15%时,应选用热风干燥系统。3.5无烟煤(Vdaf<9%)无烟煤应选用钢球磨煤机中间储仓式热风送粉系统。4中速磨煤机的选择4.1我国目前制造的中速磨煤机主要有球环式磨煤机(ZQM型或E型)、碗式磨煤机(RP型或HP型)、轮式磨煤机(ZGM型或MPS型)。4.2第4.1条所述中速磨煤机的选择主要应根据磨煤机碾磨件寿命来决定。球环式和轮式磨煤机碾磨件的寿命应大于8000h(对轮式磨煤机碾磨件寿命指单面寿命,对球环式磨煤机指补加钢球前的寿命),碗式磨煤机碾磨件寿命应大于6000h(指碾磨件堆焊前)。4.3中速磨煤机对原煤水分的适应能力取决于热风的干燥能力。在一般空气预热器后的热风温度为350℃时,中速磨煤机可以磨制外在水分Mf≤15%的原煤。5磨煤机规格及参数选择5.1磨煤机的规格及参数的选择主要是根据所要求的磨煤机出力、通风量、煤粉细度、磨耗率等,选择和设计合适的磨煤机规格尺寸。5.2钢球磨煤机的出力计算应按照制造厂所提供的出力计算公式进行。5.3中速磨煤机的出力计算可以参照制造厂提供的出力计算曲线进行。但是较为精确的数值,特别是褐煤的研磨出力,应通过试磨确定。5.4风扇磨煤机的出力计算主要应考虑磨煤机提升压头和管道阻力的平衡,并参照制造厂所提供的计算曲线进行。5.5风扇磨煤机带粉时的提升压头和磨煤机的结构、原煤可磨度、煤粉细度以及和磨煤机的通风量、运行温度等有关,较为精确的数值应通过试磨确定。5.6磨煤机的通风量和功率可以按照制造厂所提供的图、表及公式选取计算。对于中速磨煤机和风扇磨煤机,较为精确的磨制功率值应通过试磨确定。5.7风扇磨煤机的通风量取决于磨煤机的提升压头和管道阻力的平衡。5.8磨煤机的出口温度应根据防爆和系统运行要求确定。磨煤机出口温度不应超过表1所列数值。表1磨煤机的出口温度测点位置用空气干燥用烟气空气混合干燥贫煤:150℃风扇磨煤机直吹式系统:分离器后烟煤:130℃烟煤、褐煤和页岩:180℃褐煤和页岩:100℃钢球磨煤机中间储仓式系统:磨煤贫煤:130℃褐煤:90℃机后烟煤和褐煤:70℃烟煤:120℃中速磨煤机直吹式系统:分离器后当Vdaf=12%~40%时:120~70℃5.9磨煤机入口温度的数值应通过制粉系统热平衡计算求得。5.10磨煤机煤粉水分和磨煤机的出口温度、煤粉细度有关,较可靠的数值应该通过试磨或 参照同类机组运行数据确定(在和设计值同样的煤粉细度和出口温度下)。5.11100MW及以上机组选用风扇磨煤机时,应保证冲击板和护甲寿命大于1000h。5.12风扇磨煤机冲击板的磨耗率E和煤的冲刷磨损指数Ke的关系可按下式计算:100B′FE=20.0Kln()ln()g/t(1)eRFB90100−MfB′=B(K+1)t/h(2)100上二式中:R90——煤粉细度,%;2F——冲击板有效面积,m;B′——磨煤机内实际存煤量,t/h;B——磨煤机原煤出力,t/h;K
