'中华人民共和国公共安全行业标准GA51一93灭火剂基本术语1主题内容与适用范围本标准规定了消防领域中灭火剂专业所使用的基本术语和定义。本标准适用于涉及灭火剂术语的消防标准化、消防管理、消防科研、产品生产、检验、教学和出版等各有关领域。2一般性术语generalterms2.1灭火剂extinguishingagent能够有效地破坏燃烧条件,终止燃烧的物质。2.2灭火效能extinguishingefficiency灭火剂有效地破坏燃烧条件,终止燃烧的能力。2.3相容性compatibility两种或两种以上不同类别的灭火剂联用时,具有不导致任何一种灭火剂灭火效能明显降低的性能。2.4燃料fuel燃烧时产生热能、光能的物质。2.5含水率rateofwatercontent灭火剂中所含水分的百分比。2.6灭火剂余量residualcontentofextinguishingagent在灭火容器内灭火剂完全释放后,余留在灭火容器内的灭火剂量。2.7水溶性液体燃料water-misciblefuel可与水互相混溶的液体燃料。一般指醇类、醋类、酮类、醛类、醚类等可燃液体。2.8灭火试验fire-extinguishingtest检验灭火剂灭火效能的试验。2.9添加剂additive添加到灭火剂中的能保证灭火剂性能的物质。2.10预燃时间preburningtime从燃料被点#R到开始施用灭火剂所经历的时间。2.11灭火时reffire-extinguishingtime从施用灭火剂开始到火焰完全熄灭所经历的时间。3泡沫灭火剂foamextinguishingagent与水混溶,通过化学反应或机械方法产生泡沫的灭火剂。3.1蛋白泡沫灭火剂proteinfoamextinguishingagent由蛋白水解产物及适量的添加剂制成的泡沫灭火剂。3.2氟蛋白泡沫灭火剂fluoro-proteinfoamextinguishingagent以蛋白泡沫液为基料加适当的氟碳表面活性剂制成的泡沫灭火剂。3.3抗溶泡沫灭火剂alcoholresistantfoamextinguishingagent一------一-~~---,~中华人民共和国公安部1993一03一29批准1994一03一01实施 GA51一93用于扑灭水溶性液体燃料火灾的泡沫灭火剂。3.4合成泡沫灭火剂syntheticfoamextinguishingagent以表面活性剂和适当的稳定剂为基料制成的泡沫灭火剂。3.5多功能成膜氟蛋白泡沫灭火剂mult卜purposefilm-formingfluoro-proteinfoamextinguishingagent能够在水溶性液体燃料或非水溶性液体燃料表面形成一层水膜的氟蛋白泡沫灭火剂。3.6水成膜泡沫灭火剂aqueousfilm-formingfoamextinguishingagent能够在液体燃料表面形成一层抑制可燃液体蒸发的水膜的泡沫灭火剂。3.7多功能泡沫灭火剂multi-purposefoamextinguishingagent具有多种灭火性能的泡沫灭火剂。3.8化学泡沫灭火剂chemicalfoamextinguishingagent一种碱性盐溶液和一种酸性盐溶液混合后发生化学反应产生稳定泡沫的灭火剂。3.9酸碱灭火剂sodaacidextinguishingagent一种碱性盐溶液和一种酸溶液混合后发生化学反应产生二氧化碳作为动力把液体喷出的灭火剂。3.10高倍数泡沫灭火剂high-expansionfoamextinguishingagent产生的泡沫倍数高于200的泡沫灭火剂。3.11泡沫foam由泡沫溶液形成的充满气体的气泡的聚集体。3.11.1灭火泡沫extinguishingfoam通过机械或化学方法使气体分散于液体中形成的用于灭火的泡沫。3.11-2化学泡沫chemicalfoam一种碱性盐溶液和一种酸性盐溶液混合后发生化学反应产生的稳定泡沫。3.113机械泡沫mechanicalfoam以机械的方法将空气或惰性气体导入泡沫溶液中而形成的泡沫。3.11.4低倍数泡沫lowexpansionfoam发泡倍数低于20的泡沫。3.11.5中倍数泡沫mediumexpansionfoam发泡倍数介于20到200之间的泡沫。3.11.6高倍数泡沫highexpansionfoam发泡倍数高于200的泡沫。3.11.7泡沫的临界剪切应力criticalshearstressoffoam在泡沫中,泡与泡之间存在的最小剪切应力。3.11.8流动性fluidity泡沫在水平表面上的自由扩散能力。3.12泡沫液foamconcentrate与水和空气混合后通过机械方法能产生泡沫的浓缩液。3.12.1流动点flowingpoint泡沫液能够保持流动状态的最低温度。3.12.2沉降物setting泡沫液中的不溶性固体物质。3.12.3沉淀物precipitate再按规定的混合比用人工海水配制成混合液所产生的不溶性固体物质除去沉降物的泡沫液3.12.4稳定性stability GA51一93泡沫液耐高温、低温和时间老化的能力。3.12.5腐蚀率corrosionrate泡沫液对金属材料的腐蚀性(一般用单位时间、单位面积试片的失重率来表示)。3,12.6凝固点freezingpoint在一定压力下,泡沫液的液态和固态平衡共存的温度。3.13泡沫溶液foamsolution泡沫液按一定的比例与水混合形成的液体,也叫泡沫混合液。3.13.1发泡倍数expansionrateoffoam泡沫的体积与形成泡沫的泡沫溶液体积之比。3.13.2S界供给强度criticalrateofapplication为扑灭火灾单位时间、单位面积上需施用的最小泡沫溶液量,3.13.3实用供给强度practicalrateofapplication灭火时单位时间、单位面积内,规范规定施用的泡沫溶液量.3.13}4浓度比concentrationratio泡沫液的体积与泡沫溶液的体积之比。也叫泡沫液的混合比。3.1425%析液时间25%drainagetime自产生一定质量的泡沫开始到析出其25%的泡沫溶液所经历的时间。3.1550%析液时间50%drainagetime自产生一定质量的泡沫开始到析出其50%的泡沫溶液所经历的时间。3.1690%控火时间90%flame"controltime在泡沫灭B类火试验中,从开始施用泡沫灭火剂到油盘火焰被扑灭9o%所经历的时间。3.1799%控火时间99%flamecontroltime在泡沫灭B类火试验中,从开始施用泡沫灭火剂到油盘火焰被扑灭99肠所经历的时间.3.18抗烧时间burn-backtime在规定的试验条件下,从引姗油盘中点火罐开始至油盘中的抱沫全部被破坏并达到火焰自由燃烧状态所经历的时间。3.19泡沫消失率disappearancerateoffoam在规定的试验条件下,从产生泡沫开始,消失泡沫的体积与原有泡沫的体积的百分比。3.20液下喷射baseinjection在液体液面以下施用泡沫,使其上升并在液体表面扩散形成灭火泡沫层的灭火方法。4干粉灭火剂powderextinguishingagent能够灭火的细微粉末,一般以粉雾的形式灭火的灭火剂。4.1BC干粉灭火剂BCpowderextinguishingagent适于扑救B类和C类火灾的干粉灭火剂4.1.1碳酸氢钠于粉灭火剂sodiumbicarbonatepowderextinguishingagent以碳酸氢钠为基料的干粉灭火剂4.1.2碳酸氢钾千粉灭火b+jpotassiumbicar-bonatepowderextinguishingagent以碳酸氢钾为基料的干粉灭火剂。4.1.3氨基干粉灭火剂amino-grouppowderextinguishingagent以尿素和某些钠盐(钾盐)加成产物为基料的干粉灭火剂。4.1.4氯化钾干粉灭火剂potassiumchloridepowderextinguishingagent以抓化钾为基料的干粉灭火剂。4.1.5硫酸钾干粉灭火剂potassiumsulphatepowderextinguishingagent118 GA51一93以硫酸钾为基料的干粉灭火剂。4.2ABC干粉灭火剂ABCpowderextinguishingagent适于扑救A类,B类和C类火灾的干粉灭火剂。4.2.1磷酸按盐干粉灭火剂ammoniumphosphatepowderextinguishingagent以磷酸铰盐为基料的干粉灭火剂。4.3密度density干粉灭火剂的质量与其实际占有的体积(不包括粉粒之间空隙的体积)的比值。4.4松密度apparentdensity干粉灭火剂在不受振动的疏松状态下,干粉质量与其占有体积(包括粉粒之间的空隙)的比值。4.5填充密度fillingdensity干粉灭火剂按规定条件振实后测得的粉末质量与其占有的体积(包括粉粒之间空隙的体积)的比值。4.6比表面积ratiosurface单位质量的干粉灭火剂粉粒的表面积总和。4.7吸湿率moisturerate在规定的条件下干粉灭火剂吸湿增重的百分数。4.8结块趋势tendencyofcaking干粉灭火剂经过规定的方法处理后的粘结性能。4.9针入度penetration具有一定填充密度的干粉灭火剂经规定的方法处理后,用针人度仪测定的穿透深度。4.10斥水性waterrepellency干粉灭火剂对水的排斥能力。4.11流动性fluidity干粉灭火剂在常温、常压下流动的能力。4.12低温特性characteristicatextremelylowtemperature干粉灭火剂在低温(一55`C)条件下流动的能力。4.13粒度分布particlesizedistribution不同大小颗粒的千粉灭火剂所占的百分数。4.14喷射率dischargerate干粉灭火剂按一定的充装比装入标准干粉灭火器中,经振动加温处理后进行喷射,实际喷出的粉末质量百分数。4.15电绝缘性electricinsulativity按规定的方法测量干粉灭火剂的导电性,用击穿电压的大小来表示。5气体灭火剂gasextinguishingagent以气体状态进行灭火的灭火剂。5.1二氧化碳灭火剂carbondioxideextinguishingagent用于灭火的二氧化碳.5.2卤代烷灭火剂halonextinguishingagent具有灭火作用的卤代烷烃化合物统称卤代烷灭火剂。5.2.11211灭火剂halon1211extinguishingagent二氟一抓一澳甲烷灭火剂。5.2.21301灭火剂halon1301extinguishingagent三氟一澳甲烷灭火剂。119
