HB7733一2003前言本规范由中国航空工业第二集团公司提出。本规范由中国航空综合技术研究所归口。本规范起草单位:中国航空工业第二四一厂、中国航空综合技术研究所。本规范主要起草人:林高平、舒振杰、沈水清、勾春宇、胡加凌、徐贞、黄茂春、康贤元、崔勇黄鹤龄。 HB7733一2003b)转速表的标记应清晰,并处于显著位置,不应有翘起、脱落和鼓包,标牌应安装牢固;c)转速指示器表玻璃不应有明显的划伤、气泡和水纹;d)转速指示器的正面不应有耀眼的光泽,刻度和指针等标志上不应有影响判读的脏物、流痕及其它缺陷。3.4标志和代号标牌应符合HB6一68的规定。3.5设计与结构3.5.1功能转速表用于测量和指示直升机旋翼、自由涡轮和燃气涡轮的转速。3.5.2组成转速表宜由转速指示器(以下简称指示器)与转速传感器(以下简称传感器)组成。3.5.3电连接器电连接器应具有防差错措施。3.5.4电源特性转速表电源特性应符合GJB181一1986表3的规定。3.5.5照明3.5.5.1指示器内部照明应符合GJB455一1988的要求,指示器被照明部位(指针、刻度、弧线、字体和符号)应清晰可见,照明亮度均匀。3.5.5.2有与夜视成象系统兼容要求的指示器照明应符合GJB1394一1992的规定。3.5.6结构转速表的结构按专用规范规定,设计时应考虑防起雾措施,拆卸、组装和维护方便。转速表结构应保证所有零(组)件在使用中无松动、脱落,并符合环境适应性的要求。3.6性能特性3.6.1指示器性能3.6.1.1指针行程均匀性指示器指针应均匀移动,不应有明显的跳动、卡滞和抖动。3.6.1.2倾斜误差指示器在下列情况下,其误差应符合3.6.1.4的要求。—指示器从正常工作位置分别向左、向右、向前和向后倾斜450;—指示器从正常工作位置分别向左和向右倾斜900、向前和向后倾斜45003.6.1.3迟滞误差指示器的迟滞误差不得大于常温指示误差绝对值的两倍。注:常温是指(2015)1;03.6.1.4指示误差指示器的误差应符合表1要求。对于双针、三针指示器指针的重合误差由专用规范规定。3.6.1.5远距离传递性用内阻为0.8侧每根的导线将指示器与传感器远距离接通,指示器的指示误差应符合3.6.1.4的要求。3.6.1.6稳定时间指示器的稳定时间应不大于2.5so3.6.1.7起雾指示器不应有影响判读的起雾现象,在4.5.7.7的条件下,起雾面积应不大于表玻璃面积的1/30
