免费标准下载网(www.freebz.net)4Generalprinciples4.1Prepackagedfoodshallnotbedescribedorpresentedonanylabelorinanylabellinginamannerthatisfalse,misleadingordeceptive.4.2Prepackagedfoodshallnotbedescribedorpresentedonanylabellingbywordspictorialorotherdeviceswhichrefertooraresuggestiveeitherdirectlyorindirectly,ofanyotherproductoranycharacteristicsofanyotherproductwithwhichsuchfoodmightbeconfused.4.3Prepackagedfoodshallbedescribedorpresentedonanylabelorinanyla-bellingaccordingtotherequirementsofthestatelawsandfregulations,andtherelatedproductstandards.4.4Prepackagedfoodshallbedescribedorpresentedonanylabelorinanyla-bellingbywords,pictorialorotherdevices,popularly,preciselyandscientific-ally.5Mandatorylabelling5.1Thenameofthefood5.1.1Thenameshallindicatedthetruenatureofthefoodandnormallybespe-cific.5.1.1.1Whereanameornameshavebeenestablishedforafoodinanationalortradestandard,atleastoneofthesenamesshallbeused.5.1.1.2Intheabsenceofanysuchname,eitheracommonorusualnameexistingbycommonusageasanappropriatetermwhichwasnotmisleadingorconfidingtotheconsumershallbeused.5.1.2A"coined","fanciful","brand"nameor"trademark"maybeusedprovideditaccompaniesoneofthenamesprovidedinsubsection5.1.1.5.1.3Thereshallappearonthelabeleitherimmediatelybefore,orinbracketsimmediatelyafter,thenameofthefood,suchadditionalwordsorphrasesasnecessarytoavoidmisleadingorconfusingtheconsumerinregardtothetruenature,thephysicalconditionandtheprocessofthefood.5.2Listofingredients5.2.1Exceptforsingleingredientfoods,alistofingredientsshallbedeclar-edonthelabel.5.2.1.1Thelistofingredientsshallbeheadedorprecededbyanappropriatetitlewhichconsistsoforincludestheterm"ingredients"or"listofingredients".5.2.1.2Allingredientsshallbelistedindescendingorderofingoingweightorvolumeatthetimeofthemanufactureofthefood.5.2.1.3Whereaningredientisitselftheproductoftwoormoreingredients,suchacompoundingredientmaybedeclared,assuch,inthelistofingredientsprovidedthatitisimmediatelyaccompaniedbyalistinbracketsofitsingre-dientsindescendingorderofingoingweightorvolume.Whereacompoundingred-ientforwhichanamehasbeenestabkishedinanationalortradestandardcon-stituteslessthan25%ofthefood,theingredientsotherthanfoodadditivesneednotbedeclared.5.2.2Aspecificnameshallbeusedforingredientsinthelistofingredientsinaccordancewiththeprovisionssetourinsection5.1andafoodadditive免费标准下载网(www.freebz.net)无需注册即可下载
