技术交底记录2011年3月23日工程名称中吴大道工程(232省道~无锡市界)工程部位名称桥梁工程工程工序名称桥梁工程施工交底内容一、灌注桩施工1、施工准备护筒埋设前,需先挖样洞,桩基位置是否有障碍物和地下管线。护筒直径至少大于桩径10cm,埋置深度不小于1米,对于地表杂填土段必须加大护筒深度,防止塌孔。2、成孔①、工程施工前,进行试成孔。成孔施工一次不间断完成,测定成孔孔径和垂直度并做原始记录。②、钻机成孔时采用低护筒施工,待成孔后,桩机移位,在原低护筒内套接高护筒,并用吊车配合沉放砼导管进行砼灌注,以满足规范要求的1m浮桩高度。③、钻机安装就位后,底座必须平稳,钻机顶的起吊钢索中心和护筒中心应在一垂直线上,偏差不大于2cm。为保证桩的垂直度,现场架设经纬仪等测量设备对钻杆轴心的垂直度进行校验,发现偏差及时调整。④、钻头的直径不小于设计桩直径,开始钻孔时,稍提钻杆,在护筒内打浆,开动泥浆泵,进行循环,待泥浆均匀后开始钻进,进尺适当控制在护筒刃脚处,低档慢速钻进,钻至刃脚下1m后,方可按土质情况以正常速度钻进。⑤、转速控制在60~80转/分。⑥、钻孔过程应三班连续作业,钻机主吊钩宜始终吊住钻具,不使钻具的全部重量由孔底承受,避免钻杆折断,也可保证成孔质量。施工时定时测定泥浆的各项性能指标,根据土层变化确定相应的钻进方法。⑦、升降钻头时要保持平稳,钻头提出井口时不能碰撞护筒孔壁,拆装钻机尽量迅速。钻孔过程中,认真及时的填写钻孔记录。4、换浆清孔①、终孔后停止进尺,稍提钻头离开孔底10~20cm,空转并保持泥浆正常循环,以中速压入优质泥浆,把钻孔内悬浮钻渣的泥浆置换取代。WithanexternalintelligentvideoanalysisequipmentsuchasSAVIA,canreachtheborderdetection,intrusion,retrograde,count,spraying,intelligentvideoanalysisfunctionssuchasocclusionalarmwiththevideocamera.NetworkvideocodectechnologyofthesysteminaccordancewiththenationalstandardofSVACtechnologyrequiredtoimplementdatacollectionandExchange.Videobitratecanbeadjustedaccordingtotheimagequalitybetween2Mbps-16Mbps,tomeettheapplicationrequirementsmonitoringprocesstotransferimages.Thisreservationandmunicipalpublicsecuritysystem,CityEmergencyOfficeofnetworkinterfaces.Rehabilitationcentresformonitoringsystemmonitoredbythefollowingareas:keymanagementareasofoperatingroomnursingunitarea;Healthcarecorridorareas;crowdedpublicplaces,toll,pharmacyWindows,medicalequipment,warehouseandimportantprotectedareas;buildingaccessentrancekeyareas;Officearea,importantseparation;room,equipmentroomandotherimportantmachines,instruments/canteen,restaurantmanagementsites;carparkmanagementareassupervisoryareas.Systemequipmentarenetworkcameras,powermodules,switches,controlcenterequipmentmainlytomonitordigitalworkstation,storagedevices,alarm,alarmunits,UPS,LCDmonitorsandsoon.Injuryrecovery,1,2ndflooroftheusednetworktransmissionofvideosignaltransmissionmodetouploadtothemedicalfloorofthesecuritymonitoringroom.Transmissionfiberontherehabilitationfloor...Control.Localmonitoringcentercanview/controlcamerasaswellasdistributionofanyremote-controlcenterofthecamera.Localcontrol\n②、当孔底达到设计标高后,立即检查孔深、孔径和倾斜率,合格后进行第一次清孔工作。在钢筋笼放置和砼导管安装完毕后,再进行第二次清孔,二次清孔后沉渣厚度红星桥要小于15cm、新横桥和饮马桥要小于20cm。泥浆比重要为1.15。③、清孔排渣时,保持孔内水头高度,防止塌孔,不得用加深孔底的办法代替清孔。钻孔灌注桩成孔的检测标准序号检测项目允许偏差(mm)检测频率检测方法范围点数1孔径(基础桩)-0;+d/5每根桩1用测井仪检测2垂直度(基础桩)1%L每根桩1用测井仪检测或吊线用尺量3孔深±50每根桩1核定钻头和钻杆长度4沉渣厚度(基础桩)≤150每根桩1用测锤和测绳测量或电阻应变仪检测5成桩桩位(基础桩)±30每根桩1根据轴线用尺量5、钢筋笼施工①、钢筋原材料进行检验合格后,并上报监理经同意后方可使用。②、钢筋骨架制作严格按设计图纸规范施工,并根据钢筋笼整体长度进行分段制作。③、钢筋骨架顶端设二个挂环,以便临时吊挂,骨架下端加焊箍筋一道,防止主筋插入孔壁或卡挂导管。④、钢筋笼骨架上设置穿心砼垫块,一个断面3~4块,每隔2~3米放一档,确保钻孔桩主筋保护层的厚度。⑤、筋笼放置时对准孔位,吊直扶正,缓缓下放,避免碰撞孔壁。⑥、最后灌注的砼开始初凝时,即应割断钢筋笼骨架的挂环,使之不影响砼的收缩,避免两者的粘结力受损失。钢筋笼检测标准序号检测项目允许偏差(mm)检测频率检测方法范围点数1主筋间距±10每根桩3钢尺量两端和中部取大值为一点2螺旋筋或箍筋间距±20每根桩3连续量三档取最大值为一点3钢筋笼直径±10每根桩3用尺量两端和中部4钢筋笼长度±100每根桩1用尺量5混凝土保护层±20每根桩3用尺量两端和中部WithanexternalintelligentvideoanalysisequipmentsuchasSAVIA,canreachtheborderdetection,intrusion,retrograde,count,spraying,intelligentvideoanalysisfunctionssuchasocclusionalarmwiththevideocamera.NetworkvideocodectechnologyofthesysteminaccordancewiththenationalstandardofSVACtechnologyrequiredtoimplementdatacollectionandExchange.Videobitratecanbeadjustedaccordingtotheimagequalitybetween2Mbps-16Mbps,tomeettheapplicationrequirementsmonitoringprocesstotransferimages.Thisreservationandmunicipalpublicsecuritysystem,CityEmergencyOfficeofnetworkinterfaces.Rehabilitationcentresformonitoringsystemmonitoredbythefollowingareas:keymanagementareasofoperatingroomnursingunitarea;Healthcarecorridorareas;crowdedpublicplaces,toll,pharmacyWindows,medicalequipment,warehouseandimportantprotectedareas;buildingaccessentrancekeyareas;Officearea,importantseparation;room,equipmentroomandotherimportantmachines,instruments/canteen,restaurantmanagementsites;carparkmanagementareassupervisoryareas.Systemequipmentarenetworkcameras,powermodules,switches,controlcenterequipmentmainlytomonitordigitalworkstation,storagedevices,alarm,alarmunits,UPS,LCDmonitorsandsoon.Injuryrecovery,1,2ndflooroftheusednetworktransmissionofvideosignaltransmissionmodetouploadtothemedicalfloorofthesecuritymonitoringroom.Transmissionfiberontherehabilitationfloor...Control.Localmonitoringcentercanview/controlcamerasaswellasdistributionofanyremote-controlcenterofthecamera.Localcontrol\n6钢筋笼安装深度±100每根桩1用尺量6、灌注桩水下砼①、在沉放导管施工前,及时通知搅拌站按水下C25等级供应商品砼,并表明砼的具体要求和坍落度,确保砼质量达到设计要求。②、导管使用前须作水密、承压、接头抗拉等试验。③、隔水栓设置在导管孔内水面以上20~30cm处,灌注砼由泵车软管放入料斗内,剪断吊放隔水栓的铁丝。首次灌注的砼体积应通过计算确定。初步拟定红星河桥首批灌注混凝土量为1m³;新横桥和饮马桥首批灌注混凝土量为1.5m³。④、灌注砼过程中,导管要满足埋入砼不小于2m的要求,否则容易造成导管外砼面以上泥浆沿导管壁压入导管内,影响桩砼的质量。⑤、灌注砼的桩顶标高应比设计高出一定高度,按规范要求为1m,以保证桩顶砼强度。⑥、每根桩制作试块一组。二、桥台靠背施工1、工艺流程①、砌毛石应根据基础的中心线放出里外边线,挂线分皮卧砌,每皮高约300~400mm。砌筑方法采用铺浆法。用较大的平毛石,先砌转角处、交接处,再向中间砌筑。砌前应先度摆,使石料大小搭配,大面平放朝下,外露表面要平齐,斜口朝内,逐块卧砌坐浆,使砂浆饱满。石块间较大的空隙应先堵塞砂浆,后用碎石嵌实。严禁先填塞小石块后灌浆的做法。灰缝宽度一般制在20~30mm左右,铺灰厚度40~50mm。②、砌筑时,石块上下皮应互相错缝,内外交错搭砌,避免出现重缝、干缝、空缝和孔洞,同时应注意摆放石块,以免砌体承重后发生错位、劈裂、外鼓等现象。③、如砌筑时毛石的形状和大小不一,难以每皮砌平,亦可采取不分皮砌法,每隔一定高度大体砌平。④、为增强墙身的横向力,毛石每0.7㎡面至少应设置拉结石,并应均匀分布,相互错开,在同皮内的中距不应大于2m。搭接长度不应小于15cm⑤、在转角及交接处应用较大和较规整的垛石相互搭砌,并同时砌筑,必要时设置钢筋结条。⑥、毛石每日砌筑高度不应超过1.2m,正常气温下,停歇4h后可继续垒砌。每砌3~4层应大致找平一次,中途停工时,石块缝隙内应填满砂浆,但该层上表面须待继续砌筑时再铺砂浆。砌至设计高度时,应使用平整的大石块压顶并用水泥砂浆全面找平。⑦、料石的砌筑方法与混凝土砌块基本相同,砌筑形式有全顺、丁顺叠砌丁顺组砌等方式,第一皮及每个基础层的最上一皮丁砌。组砌前应按石料及灰缝平均厚度计算层数,立皮数杆。砌筑时,上下皮应错缝搭接;砌体转角交接处,石块应相互搭接。料石用“铺浆法”砌浆,铺浆厚度20~30mmWithanexternalintelligentvideoanalysisequipmentsuchasSAVIA,canreachtheborderdetection,intrusion,retrograde,count,spraying,intelligentvideoanalysisfunctionssuchasocclusionalarmwiththevideocamera.NetworkvideocodectechnologyofthesysteminaccordancewiththenationalstandardofSVACtechnologyrequiredtoimplementdatacollectionandExchange.Videobitratecanbeadjustedaccordingtotheimagequalitybetween2Mbps-16Mbps,tomeettheapplicationrequirementsmonitoringprocesstotransferimages.Thisreservationandmunicipalpublicsecuritysystem,CityEmergencyOfficeofnetworkinterfaces.Rehabilitationcentresformonitoringsystemmonitoredbythefollowingareas:keymanagementareasofoperatingroomnursingunitarea;Healthcarecorridorareas;crowdedpublicplaces,toll,pharmacyWindows,medicalequipment,warehouseandimportantprotectedareas;buildingaccessentrancekeyareas;Officearea,importantseparation;room,equipmentroomandotherimportantmachines,instruments/canteen,restaurantmanagementsites;carparkmanagementareassupervisoryareas.Systemequipmentarenetworkcameras,powermodules,switches,controlcenterequipmentmainlytomonitordigitalworkstation,storagedevices,alarm,alarmunits,UPS,LCDmonitorsandsoon.Injuryrecovery,1,2ndflooroftheusednetworktransmissionofvideosignaltransmissionmodetouploadtothemedicalfloorofthesecuritymonitoringroom.Transmissionfiberontherehabilitationfloor...Control.Localmonitoringcentercanview/controlcamerasaswellasdistributionofanyremote-controlcenterofthecamera.Localcontrol\n,垂直缝填满砂浆并插捣至溢出为止。灰缝厚度为10~20mm。如在墙转角或交接处石块搭砌有困难时,则应每隔1.0~1.5m高度设置钢筋网或钢筋拉结条。⑧、石墙勾缝应保持砌合的自然缝,一般采用平缝或凸缝。勾缝前应先剔缝,将灰浆刮深20~30mm,墙面用水湿润,再用1:1.5~3.0水泥砂浆勾缝。缝条应均匀一致,深浅相同,十字、丁字形搭接处应平整通顺。2、允许偏差项目石砌体尺寸、位置的允许偏差及检验方法见下表。3、成品保护①、避免在已完成的砌体上修凿石块和堆放石料;砌筑挡土墙时,严禁居高临下抛石,冲击已砌好的墙体。②、在夏季高温和冬季低温下施工时,应用草袋或草垫适当覆盖墙体,避免砂浆中水分蒸发过快或受冻破坏。三、立柱施工桥梁立柱清水砼的表面质量是影响到整体美观的一个重要部分,要保证清水砼的表面质量,保证其表面平整、光滑、无缺陷、无接搓、色泽一致是墩柱施工的一个重点。本工程立柱采用定型钢模板,以提高外观质量。模板现场拼装后,配备吊车一次安就位,连接牢固。砼采用泵送入模,用插入式振捣器振捣密实。1、前期准备①、对墩台立柱的衔接面,做好施工缝的处理。凿毛,用水冲洗并清除积水。②、在墩台上加焊连接钢筋。WithanexternalintelligentvideoanalysisequipmentsuchasSAVIA,canreachtheborderdetection,intrusion,retrograde,count,spraying,intelligentvideoanalysisfunctionssuchasocclusionalarmwiththevideocamera.NetworkvideocodectechnologyofthesysteminaccordancewiththenationalstandardofSVACtechnologyrequiredtoimplementdatacollectionandExchange.Videobitratecanbeadjustedaccordingtotheimagequalitybetween2Mbps-16Mbps,tomeettheapplicationrequirementsmonitoringprocesstotransferimages.Thisreservationandmunicipalpublicsecuritysystem,CityEmergencyOfficeofnetworkinterfaces.Rehabilitationcentresformonitoringsystemmonitoredbythefollowingareas:keymanagementareasofoperatingroomnursingunitarea;Healthcarecorridorareas;crowdedpublicplaces,toll,pharmacyWindows,medicalequipment,warehouseandimportantprotectedareas;buildingaccessentrancekeyareas;Officearea,importantseparation;room,equipmentroomandotherimportantmachines,instruments/canteen,restaurantmanagementsites;carparkmanagementareassupervisoryareas.Systemequipmentarenetworkcameras,powermodules,switches,controlcenterequipmentmainlytomonitordigitalworkstation,storagedevices,alarm,alarmunits,UPS,LCDmonitorsandsoon.Injuryrecovery,1,2ndflooroftheusednetworktransmissionofvideosignaltransmissionmodetouploadtothemedicalfloorofthesecuritymonitoringroom.Transmissionfiberontherehabilitationfloor...Control.Localmonitoringcentercanview/controlcamerasaswellasdistributionofanyremote-controlcenterofthecamera.Localcontrol\n③、搭设脚手架,支架采用Ф48钢管扣件组合。④、采用定型钢模板,一次到顶法施工。⑤、立柱定位、高程控制按测量提供的轴线、水准测点,在墩台上弹出立柱控制线和标出标高控制点。2、钢筋施工及支架搭设①、钢筋绑扎前必须把立柱与基础桩接触面浮浆和松动石子凿除,露出砼中粗骨料,用水冲洗干净,同时把基础桩立柱预留筋刷干净。②、绑扎上部钢筋前进行脚手支架的搭设,支架采用直径48钢管扣件组合,脚手立柱间距为1.5m,内立柱离砼面的间距为700mm,脚手的立柱下垫槽钢,砼基层表面平整,脚手架与立柱拉结采用四周箍紧,脚手外侧面设45度斜刀撑,整个脚手外挂密眼安全网。③、需竖向连接的主筋,除按规范要求错开接头外,为保证竖向主筋顺直,竖向主筋的连接采用压力熔渣焊或挤压套筒连接的新工艺,确保连接质量。④、为防止钢筋骨架变形,箍筋除按图纸绑扎外,间隔1.5m左右点焊搭接主筋。3、模板施工①、待立柱钢筋制作完成之后,采用25T汽车吊进行立柱钢模板拼装。每块钢模与钢模的拼缝之间垫上5mm厚的海绵,以防漏浆。钢模涂好脱模剂后,用吊车将钢模板整体吊装到正确的位置,然后进行垂直度调整。同时,采用10T液压式手动千斤顶局部顶升模板,顶升之后用契型钢板垫入,以上两个步骤重复进行的同时,用两台经纬仪成900夹角进行垂直度观察,直到垂直度均符合标准。②、用钢丝绳为攀线,在立柱四角一端固定于模板一端固定于地锚,通过花兰螺丝调紧钢丝绳稳定钢模。地锚采用Φ48钢管入土1m,必须坚固稳定。同时在承台内预埋Φ25钢筋,以用作固定墩柱模板平面位置。③、墩柱模拆除为分片拆模,拆模时要求砼强度达到C20,以砼试块报告为准。为保证清水砼质量,拆模时要求不得强行拉撬模,以防损伤清水砼表面光洁。⑥、墩柱钢模板拼装、安装的允许偏差如下:平面尺寸:±5mm;垂直高度:±5mm;拼缝宽度:≤2mm;内模平整度:1mm4、砼施工①、砼浇捣前,对模板拼缝进行特别检查。并做好新老砼接浆。②、浇砼时,设置串筒或等同装置垂直向下送料。考虑立柱高度较高,浇筑砼时人员进入立柱操作。送料及振捣分层进行,分层厚度30cm左右。插入式振动器按有效直径60cm分布,同步施工,每浇筑一层,提升一层,振捣上层时插入下层5-10cm,操作上要求快插慢拔,尽量避免碰撞钢筋模板。砼需振捣到停止下沉无显著气泡上升,表面平整一致,呈现薄层水泥浆为止。③、立柱拆模后,立柱外包覆塑料薄膜,以达到保温、保湿养护的目的。WithanexternalintelligentvideoanalysisequipmentsuchasSAVIA,canreachtheborderdetection,intrusion,retrograde,count,spraying,intelligentvideoanalysisfunctionssuchasocclusionalarmwiththevideocamera.NetworkvideocodectechnologyofthesysteminaccordancewiththenationalstandardofSVACtechnologyrequi
