rity,training,education,andinspectionwork.Inordertopreventthepossibilityof...1,theimplementationofpoints:(1)teamassignedtotheAAisresponsiblefortheuseofinspection,andinconjunctionwiththe15\n/h拌制砼,搅拌机的储料斗(砂仓)均采取保温措施,先用凡布包裹,中铺电热毯加热,再铺军用棉被,外包凡布处理。水管、外加剂管用保温棉包裹,配料机计量吊杆及料斗门用碘钨灯加热以保证计量准确。②砼拌制拌制砼前及拌制后,用热水冲洗搅拌机鼓筒。砼的搅拌时间应比常温延长50%并符合有关规定,为了不使水化热过早损失,采取先进骨料及水,搅拌30s均匀后,待温度降至60℃时,再加水泥和外加剂搅拌90s,严禁将水泥与80℃以上的水直接接触,避免水泥遇到过热的水出现假凝现象,骨料中不得有冰雪和冻块。拌制掺用外加剂的混凝土时,当外加剂为粉剂时,可按要求掺量直接撒在水泥上面和水泥同时投入。当外加剂为液体,使用前按要求配置成规定溶液,然后根据使用要求,用规定浓度溶液再配置成施工溶液。各溶液分别放置于有明显标志的容器内,不得混淆。对于掺有外加剂的混凝土拌制时间应取常温拌制时间的1.5倍。抗冻剂按每个月份计算约565.6吨。砼卸出拌合机时的最高允许温度为40℃,低温早强砼的拌合温度不高于30℃。⑶混凝土的运输砼的运输过程快装快卸,不得中途转运或受阻,运送中覆盖保温防寒。按20辆混凝土搅拌运输车计算约20套保温套。当拌制的混凝土出现坍落度减小或发生速凝现象时,应进行重新调整拌和料堤的加热温度。冬季施工运输混凝土拌和物时,尽量减少混凝土拌和物热量损失措施:①尽量缩短运输距离,选择最佳运输路线,缩短运输时间。②对于混凝土输送车,容量根据混凝土施工用量和浇注时间选择以6m3为宜。但必须对罐体进行包裹,要注意防上混凝土热量损失,表面冻结、混凝土离析、坍落度变化等现象。③尽量减少装卸次数并合理组织装入、运输和卸出混凝土工作。④对于泵送混凝土,应对输送泵设小暖棚保温,泵管用保温棉包裹。保证砼入模温度在10℃以上。3、桥梁工程冬季施工保证措施engineeringqualitymaintenancenotice(5)maintenancetaskbook6.3.2.4regularlyvisitsystemsincethisengineeringdeliveredofdayupeachquarterorganizationvisitGrouponthisengineeringforvisit,groupbyprojectmanager,andIunitsproduction,andtechnology,aboutbusinesssectorheadcomposition.Inreturn,theownersofanyqualityquestionsandcomments,Iwilllisten,seriously,andmakethevisitrecord.Allconstructionqualitydefectsresponsibilityseriouslyproposesolutionsandtimelyimplementationofwarranty.Projectsecuritymanagementsectionprojectsafetymanagementsafetymanagementobjectivesoftheprojectis:toputanendtoamajoraccident,monthinjuryfrequencybelow1.2perthousand;combinedwithconstructiontocreate"safeandcivilizedconstructioninZhuhaimodelsite".OrganizationsectionIIxiaohuiwutoactasfullresponsibilityforsafetyofpeopleontheground,hewillbefullyresponsibleforthemechanicalandelectricalinstallationengineeringconstructionsafety.MsLinGuibocomradesresponsibleforday-to-daysecurity,training,education,andinspectionwork.Inordertopreventthepossibilityof...1,theimplementationofpoints:(1)teamassignedtotheAAisresponsiblefortheuseofinspection,andinconjunctionwiththe15\n第二工程处预计承台、墩身及梁体将跨冬季施工,在冬季来临前对桥梁人行道步板及托架预制工作采用在暖棚内进行施工。桥上脚手架施工必须使用防滑脚手架,上桥施工所有人员必须穿防滑靴系安全绳后方可上桥操作施工。1)冬季施工时设备要求⑴车辆①柴油动力车辆需使用-20号柴油。②有液压部分的车辆(如旋挖机、挖机、吊车、砼泵车、装载机等),使用低温液压油。机油及传动油要采用低温的规格品种。③冷却液要加注防冻液。④采用低温电瓶。⑤启动车辆时应预热至少5分钟以上。⑥轮胎运输车辆冰雪天要加防滑链。⑦长期不用时,要放掉冷却液,拆除电瓶。⑧砼运输车每次灌注完一条桩后,马上用热水清洗罐子并将水放干净。⑵旋挖机①要遵守车辆的使用规则。②当遇到暴风雪或风速大于15米/秒时,应停止工作,并将桅杆收起。③长久不用时,应将防冻液放出,拆除电瓶,并对机身做适当的覆盖。⑶灌注设备①灌浆导管丝扣在使用前要采用黄油涂抹保护。②每次灌注完后应立即用热水清洗干净导管并将丝扣涂油。③灌注完后孔口应清理干净,防止枕木等遗留在泥里。⑷预应力张拉设备包括油表、油泵、千斤顶等,在使用时的环境温度条件下配套校验,张拉时,油泵应有挡风措施,张拉设备不用时移到室内保存。雨雪天气停止张拉。2)冬季施工时钢筋加工要求冬季在负温条件下,钢筋的力学性能发生变化,屈服点和抗拉强度增加,伸长率和抗冲击韧性降低,脆性增加,加工性能下降。⑴engineeringqualitymaintenancenotice(5)maintenancetaskbook6.3.2.4regularlyvisitsystemsincethisengineeringdeliveredofdayupeachquarterorganizationvisitGrouponthisengineeringforvisit,groupbyprojectmanager,andIunitsproduction,andtechnology,aboutbusinesssectorheadcomposition.Inreturn,theownersofanyqualityquestionsandcomments,Iwilllisten,seriously,andmakethevisitrecord.Allconstructionqualitydefectsresponsibilityseriouslyproposesolutionsandtimelyimplementationofwarranty.Projectsecuritymanagementsectionprojectsafetymanagementsafetymanagementobjectivesoftheprojectis:toputanendtoamajoraccident,monthinjuryfrequencybelow1.2perthousand;combinedwithconstructiontocreate"safeandcivilizedconstructioninZhuhaimodelsite".OrganizationsectionIIxiaohuiwutoactasfullresponsibilityforsafetyofpeopleontheground,hewillbefullyresponsibleforthemechanicalandelectricalinstallationengineeringconstructionsafety.MsLinGuibocomradesresponsibleforday-to-daysecurity,training,education,andinspectionwork.Inordertopreventthepossibilityof...1,theimplementationofpoints:(1)teamassignedtotheAAisresponsiblefortheuseofinspection,andinconjunctionwiththe15\n加工厂焊钢筋接在加工棚内进行,钢筋提前运入棚内。钢筋加工棚长采用彩钢瓦。焊接完毕后的钢筋待完全冷却后才能搬运往室外,并用彩条布覆盖,暖棚内设置温度计一个。⑵施工现场进行焊接时,最低温度不低于-20℃,风力超过4级时采用脚手架、彩条布搭设临时挡风棚。焊接时减少焊接件的温度差,焊接后的接头严禁立刻接触冰雪。对气源设备采取棉篷布包裹;施焊时焊缝层间温度控制在150~350℃之间或增大电流,降低焊速。⑶材料堆放及储存钢筋的成品、半成品及原材料的存放要求搭棚并尽量封闭存放,若因条件限制在室外存放时,必须采取有效措施,与地面隔离,并设置覆盖、防潮措施,防止冰雪侵害产生锈蚀。⑷钢筋焊接尽量在室内进行,倘受条件限制只能在室外进行时,最低气温不宜低于10℃,并采取防雪挡风措施,减小焊件温度差,焊接后的接头严禁立刻接触冰雪。⑸焊条在施焊前先进行烘干,钢筋焊接处若粘有冰雪应彻底清除,或者用酒精喷灯烘干。⑹钢筋负温焊接冬季施工最重要的是钢筋焊接,焊接质量的好坏直接关系到工程结构的安全。冬期进行钢筋焊接影响因素较多。钢筋焊接前必须根据当地施工条件、气温状况进行试焊。试焊时先根据气温状况调整焊接参数及焊接气。焊接参数和气确定后再进行试焊,试焊的焊件送试验室试验,合格后再进行批量焊接。在钢筋工程焊接施工中,当环境温度低于5℃的条件下进行钢筋焊接时为钢筋负温焊接,从事钢筋焊接生产的焊工必须持有钢筋焊工考试合格证。应制定和执行安全技术措施,加强焊工的劳动保护,防止发生烧伤、触电及火灾等事故。钢筋焊接前,必须根据施工条件进行试焊合格后方可施焊。焊工应对施焊后的全部接头的外观质量进行自检,并剔除不合格接头。负温焊接时应调整焊接工艺参数,使焊缝和热影响区缓慢冷却。风力超过四级时,应采取挡风措施。焊后未冷却的接头应避免碰到冰雪。当环境温度低于-20℃时,不得进行施焊。⑺冷拉钢筋时的温度不低于-15℃,当采取可靠的安全措施时可不低于-20℃。⑻钢筋的冷拉设备、预应力钢材张拉设备以及仪表工作油液应根据实际使用时的环境温度选用,并在使用时的环境温度条件下进行配套校验。⑼在负温度下绑扎、起吊钢筋骨架用的钢索与钢筋接触处应加防滑隔垫。3)模板工程的冬季施工engineeringqualitymaintenancenotice(5)maintenancetaskbook6.3.2.4regularlyvisitsystemsincethisengineeringdeliveredofdayupeachquarterorganizationvisitGrouponthisengineeringforvisit,groupbyprojectmanager,andIunitsproduction,andtechnology,aboutbusinesssectorheadcomposition.Inreturn,theownersofanyqual
