路基土石方安全技术交底书工程名称121省道宿迁双沟至靳桥段改建扩建工程施工单位安徽开源路桥有限责任公司施工部位路基土方工程交底日期2012年10月10日交底内容:路基土石方安全技术交底(一)、清表施工(1)清理现场1、对路基用地范围内的树木进行砍伐,将砍下的树木截枝、锯断后移出路基地范围以外择地堆放或交所有者。2、用推土机将路基用地范围内的垃圾、有机物残渣及原地面以下150mm内的草皮、农作物根系和表土予以清除,并运至指定的弃土场堆放。在推土机清除表土时将路基用地范围内的树根全部挖除,并对路基用地范围内的坑穴进行填平、夯实。(2)挖土方1、挖土方采取自上而下的方法进行。2、挖方前对挖方范围内的表层耕植土、垃圾、树根等杂物,按清理现场的方法清理干净。3、在挖方施工过程中加强对图纸未示出的地下管道、缆线、文物古迹和其他结构物的保护,一旦发现立即报告监理工程师,并停止作业,保护现场,等候处理。4、当气候条件不利于挖出的土方用于路基填筑和压实时,停止土方开挖直至气候好转。withthesupervisingengineerintheconstructionprocess,strictlyinaccordancewiththeownerandengineerforconstructionapprovalofconstructionorganizationdesignandqualitycontrol.Intheteamof"self-inspection,mutualinspection,handoverinspection"andmassspotcheckonthebasisofthetechnologysector,initiativetoacceptsupervisionengineers,tianjingqualitysupervisionandqualitysupervisionstationofBeijingrailwayadministrationsupervisionandinspection,withthesupervisingengineerforgoodconstructionqualityinspectionandsupervisionengineer'srequestforrectification,andensurethetimelycompletionofconstructionquality.4,withthecoordinationofrailway-relatedunitstogivefullplayofmyunitsinrailwayconstructionexperience,familiarwiththeadvantagesofexistingproceduresrelatingtotheconstruction,activerailway-relatedfunctions,contactthefacilitiesmanagementunit,complywiththerelevantprovisionsofexistinglineconstruction,signedbeforeconstructiontomaintainexistingequipmentsecurityoperationsandensurethesafetyofconstructionmatchthecustodyagreement,andimplementationintheconstructionprocess.5,coordinationwithlocalgovernments,transportationagenciesactivelycontactwithlocalgovernments,transportation,environmentalprotectionandothersectors,activelyseekingthecooperationandsupportofthelocalgovernmentsector,withlocalgovernmentsandmaketheconstructionoflawandorderintheregion,environmentalprotection,ensure11\n5、开挖时均设临时排水沟,层底挖成从中间向两边约3%~5%的横向拱坡,两边一斗宽挖深500mm。(二)、特殊地区路基处理为保证该路段路堤的施工安全、营运稳定,保证路面要求的平整度,必须对软土地基进行处理。1、土工格栅的施工工艺及对材料的要求A、施工工艺(1)铺设土工格栅的土层表面应平整,表面严禁有碎、块石等坚硬凸出物,在距土工格栅8cm以内的路基填料其最大粒径不得大于6cm;(2)单向土工格栅在铺设过程中,应将格栅受力方向置于垂直于路基搭接方向,河塘路基交界处的土工格栅,其受力方向需垂直于搭接处河塘边缘线。(3)土工格栅的搭接应牢固,在受力方向联结处的强度不得低于材料设计抗拉强度,且重叠和搭接长度不应小于300~600mm。B、材料的技术要求withthesupervisingengineerintheconstructionprocess,strictlyinaccordancewiththeownerandengineerforconstructionapprovalofconstructionorganizationdesignandqualitycontrol.Intheteamof"self-inspection,mutualinspection,handoverinspection"andmassspotcheckonthebasisofthetechnologysector,initiativetoacceptsupervisionengineers,tianjingqualitysupervisionandqualitysupervisionstationofBeijingrailwayadministrationsupervisionandinspection,withthesupervisingengineerforgoodconstructionqualityinspectionandsupervisionengineer'srequestforrectification,andensurethetimelycompletionofconstructionquality.4,withthecoordinationofrailway-relatedunitstogivefullplayofmyunitsinrailwayconstructionexperience,familiarwiththeadvantagesofexistingproceduresrelatingtotheconstruction,activerailway-relatedfunctions,contactthefacilitiesmanagementunit,complywiththerelevantprovisionsofexistinglineconstruction,signedbeforeconstructiontomaintainexistingequipmentsecurityoperationsandensurethesafetyofconstructionmatchthecustodyagreement,andimplementationintheconstructionprocess.5,coordinationwithlocalgovernments,transportationagenciesactivelycontactwithlocalgovernments,transportation,environmentalprotectionandothersectors,activelyseekingthecooperationandsupportofthelocalgovernmentsector,withlocalgovernmentsandmaketheconstructionoflawandorderintheregion,environmentalprotection,ensure11\n材料要求具有较高的抗拉、抗剪强度,并能适应地基的变形要求。土工格栅推荐采用单向土工格栅。单向拉伸土工格栅是一种以高分子聚合物为主要原料,加入一定的防紫外线、抗老化助剂,经过单向拉伸使原来分布散乱的链形分子重新定向排列呈线性状态,经挤出压成薄板再冲规则孔网,然后纵向拉伸而成的高强度土工材料。这种过程中使高分子成定向线性状态并形成分布均匀、节点强度高的长椭圆形网状整体性结构。此种结构具有相当高的拉伸强度和拉伸模量,抗拉强度达到100-200Mpa,接近低碳钢的水平,大大优于传统的或现有的加筋材料,特别是我公司此类产品更具有超国际水平的高早期(伸长率在2%—5%)拉伸强度和拉伸模量。给土壤提供了理想的力的承担和扩散的连锁系统。该产品拉伸强度大(>150Mpa),适应各种土壤,是目前广为采用的加筋加固材料。C、施工注意事项①土工格栅应按设计要求方向铺设,格栅高强度方向垂直公路中线,铺设时必须拉直平顺。②为避免已铺好的土工格栅长期暴晒,土工格栅铺设后与填筑其上的第一层填料之间的间隔时间不应超过一周。因故必须延长间歇时间时,表面应覆土保护,厚度不小于20cm。2、土工布的施工工艺及对材料的要求A、施工工艺土工布主要用于碎石垫层的反滤层。当用于碎石垫层处理时,沿路线方向将土工布铺设于碎石垫层两端的坡脚处,并反压入垫层底面宽度不小于50cm;然后回折至垫层顶面,回折宽度不小于2m。B、材料的技术要求土工布单位面积质量不小于300g/m2,渗透系数大于1*10-2cm/s,最大拉伸强度大于5KN/20cm,延伸率为10%时拉伸强度不小于4KN/20cm,顶破力(Φ50)不小于4KN。(三)保证施工质量的措施一般规定:withthesupervisingengineerintheconstructionprocess,strictlyinaccordancewiththeownerandengineerforconstructionapprovalofconstructionorganizationdesignandqualitycontrol.Intheteamof"self-inspection,mutualinspection,handoverinspection"andmassspotcheckonthebasisofthetechnologysector,initiativetoacceptsupervisionengineers,tianjingqualitysupervisionandqualitysupervisionstationofBeijingrailwayadministrationsupervisionandinspection,withthesupervisingengineerforgoodconstructionqualityinspectionandsupervisionengineer'srequestforrectification,andensurethetimelycompletionofconstructionquality.4,withthecoordinationofrailway-relatedunitstogivefullplayofmyunitsinrailwayconstructionexperience,familiarwiththeadvantagesofexistingproceduresrelatingtotheconstruction,activerailway-relatedfunctions,contactthefacilitiesmanagementunit,complywiththerelevantprovisionsofexistinglineconstruction,signedbeforeconstructiontomaintainexistingequipmentsecurityoperationsandensurethesafetyofconstructionmatchthecustodyagreement,andimplementationintheconstructionprocess.5,coordinationwithlocalgovernments,transportationagenciesactivelycontactwithlocalgovernments,transportation,environmentalprotectionandothersectors,activelyseekingthecooperationandsupportofthelocalgovernmentsector,withlocalgovernmentsandmaketheconstructionoflawandorderintheregion,environmentalprotection,ensure11\nA、应按设计图纸规定或监理工程师指示进行软土地处理。并将制订的施工技术措施、一切材料的拌品、试验报告和机械设备情况提交监理工程师批准后方可开工。B、在软土地基施工中,如遇实际地质情况与设计不符时,应立即报告监理工程师,并按工程师的指示进行变更。C、填筑施工中,在涵洞部位设置临时排水管道,排水管道管径应符合监理工程师要求。D、施工原始记录应详尽、完善,如实记录并及时汇总分析,发现不符要求立即纠正。E、加强对观测仪标的保护,加强沉降与稳定的动态观测,控制加载速率及分期加载,充分考虑软基的排水固结作用,可解决施工期不稳定问题。F、软土地基施工时,要特别注意路堤和桥涵、通道等人工构造物衔接部位的施工,以尽量减少因不均匀沉降而出现的“跳车”现象。路堤与桥台衔接部位、路堤与锥坡填土应同步填筑,在大型压路机不易到位的边角宜用小型打夯机夯压密实,其分层碾压厚度应控制在15cm为宜。施工中合理安排工序,使桥头段提前进行施工。(三)、石灰改善土(包括路面底基层)1、材料准备土料来自挖方段或填方下挖翻挖部分或取土场土、石灰除满足规范要求外,施工中控制点为:withthesupervisingengineerintheconstructionprocess,strictlyinaccordancewiththeownerandengineerforconstructionapprovalofconstructionorganizationdesignandqualitycontrol.Intheteamof"self-inspection,mutualinspection,handoverinspection"andmassspotcheckonthebasisofthetechnologysector,initiativetoacceptsupervisionengineers,tianjingqualitysupervisionandqualitysupervisionstationofBeijingrailwayadministrationsupervisionandinspection,withthesupervisingengineerforgoodconstructionqualityinspectionandsupervisionengineer'srequestforrectification,andensurethetimelycompletionofconstructionquality.4,withthecoordinationofrailway-relatedunitstogivefullplayofmyunitsinrailwayconstructionexperience,familiarwiththeadvantagesofexistingproceduresrelatingtotheconstruction,activerailway-relatedfunctions,contactthefacilitiesmanagementunit,complywiththerelevantprovisionsofexistinglineconstruction,signedbeforeconstructiontomaintainexistingequipmentsecurityoperationsandensurethesafetyofconstructionmatchthecustodyagreement,andimplementationintheconstructionprocess.5,coordinationwithlocalgovernments,transportationagenciesactivelycontactwithlocalgovernments,transportation,environmentalprotectionandothersectors,activelyseekingthecooperationandsupportofthelocalgovernmentsector,withlocalgovernmentsandmaketheconstructionoflawandorderintheregion,environmentalprotection,ensure11\n(1)石灰应符合III级以上标准,石灰在使用前10天充分消解并过筛;(2)消石灰存放时间控制在1个月以内;(3)一个作业段内采用土质相同的土以便对压实度进行准确控制。(4)取土焖料用设计掺灰量40%的生石灰拌合,为保证路基填料含水量及掺灰均匀,焖灰的第二天、第三天在取土坑各翻拌一遍,焖料三天(72小时)后,才能运到路基摊铺。2、准备下承层(1)石灰土施工前,应对路槽进行严格验收,验收内容包括压实度、弯沉、宽度、标高、横坡度、平整度等项目外,还必须进行碾压检验,即在各项指标都合格的路槽上,用18-21T压路机连续碾压2遍,碾压过程中,若发现土过干、表层松散,应适当洒水继续碾压;如土过湿、发生翻浆、软弹现象,应采用挖开晾晒、换土、外加剂等措施处理。路基必须达到表面平整、坚实,没有松散和软弱点,边沿顺直,路肩平整、整齐。(2)按要求设置路面施工控制桩。3、备土、铺土(1)用于石灰土的土必须符合规范要求,不含树皮,草根等杂物。备土前要用土培好路肩,路肩应同结构层等厚。(2)按照每平米的松土用量及每车的运土量,用石灰标出每车的卸土位置(划出方格),直接整齐地卸土于路槽上,但须注意备土时纵向必须成行,每车的运土量要基本准确,同一作业段内土质均匀一致。铺土时,先用推土机大致推土,然后放样用平地机整平,清余补缺,保证厚度一致,表面平整。4、备灰、铺灰(1)withthesupervisingengineerintheconstructionprocess,strictlyinaccordancewiththeownerandengineerforconstructionapprovalofconstructionorganizationdesignandqualitycontrol.Intheteamof"self-inspection,mutualinspection,handoverinspection"andmassspotcheckonthebasisofthetechnologysector,initiativetoacceptsupervisionengineers,tianjingqualitysupervisionandqualitysupervisionstationofBeijingrailwayadministrationsupervisionandinspection,withthesupervisingengineerforgoodconstructionqualityinspectionandsupervisionengineer'srequestforrectification,andensurethetimelycompletionofconstructionquality.4,withthecoordinationofrailway-relatedunitstogivefullplayofmyunitsinrailwayconstructionexperience,familiarwiththeadvantagesofexistingproceduresrelatingtotheconstruction,activerailway-relatedfunctions,contactthefacilitiesmanagementunit,complywiththerelevantprovisionsofexistinglineconstruction,signedbeforeconstructiontomaintainexistingequipmentsecurityoperationsandensurethesafetyofconstructionmatchthecustodyagreement,andimplementationintheconstructionprocess.5,coordinationwithlocalgovernments,transportationagenciesactivelycontactwithlocalgovernments,transportation,environmentalprotectionandothersectors,activelyseekingthecooperationandsupportofthelocalgovernmentsector,withlocalgovernmentsandmaketheconstructionoflawandorderintheregion,environmentalprotection,ensure11\n备灰前,用压路机对铺开的松土碾压1~2遍,保证备灰时不产生大的车辙,严禁重车在作业段内调头。(2)备灰前应根据灰剂量,不同含水量情况下的石灰松方干容重及石灰土最大容重计算每延米的石灰用量。(3)根据计算出的每延米石灰的松方用量,分两条成梯形状均匀地码条备灰,并用卡尺逐段验收数量,不准用汽车直接大堆备灰。(4)备灰前应事先在灰条位置标出两条灰线,以确保灰条顺直。(5)铺灰前应在灰土的边沿打出标线,然后将石灰均匀地铺撒在标线范围内,铺灰应用人员撒铺。5、拌和采用灰土拌和机拌和。(1)土的含水量小,应首先用铧犁翻拌一遍,使石灰置于中、下层,然后洒水补充水分,并用铧犁继续翻拌,使水分分布均匀。考虑拌和、整平过程中的水份损失,含水量适当大些,土的含水量过大,用铧犁进行翻拌晾晒。(2)水分合适后,用平地机粗平一遍,然后用灰土拌和机拌和第一遍。拌和时要指派专人跟机进行挖验,每间隔5~10米挖验一处,检查拌和是否到底。对于拌和不到底的段落,及时提醒拌和机司机返回重新拌和。(3)桥头两端在备土时应留出2米withthesupervisingengineerintheconstructionprocess,strictlyinaccordancewiththeownerandengineerforconstructionapprovalofconstructionorganizationdesignandqualitycontrol.Intheteamof"self-inspection,mutualinspection,handoverinspection"andmassspotcheckonthebasisofthetechnologysector,initiativetoacceptsupervisionengineers,tianjingqualitysupervisionandqualitysupervisionstationofBeijingrailwayadministrationsupervisionandinspection,withthesupervisingengineerforgoodconstructionqualityinspectionandsupervisionengineer'srequestforrectification,andensurethetimelycompletionofconstructionquality.4,withthecoordinationofrailway-relatedunitstogivefullplayofmyunitsinrailwayconstructionexperience,familiarwiththeadvantagesofexistingproceduresrelatingtotheconstruction,activerailway-relatedfunctions,contactthefacilitiesmanagementunit,complywiththerelevantprovisionsofexistinglineconstruction,signedbeforeconstructiontomaintainexistingequipmentsecurityoperationsandensurethesafetyofconstructionmatchthecustodyagreement,andimplementationintheconstructionprocess.5,coordinationwithlocalgovernments,transportationagenciesactivelycontactwithlocalgovernments,transportation,environmentalprotectionandothersectors,activelyseekingthecooperationandsupportofthelocalgovernmentsector,withlocalgovernmentsandmaketheconstructionoflawandorderintheregion,environmentalprotection,ensure11\n空间,将土摊入附近,拌和时先横向拌和两个单程,再进行纵向拌和,以确保桥头处灰土拌和均匀。第二遍拌和前,宜用平地机粗平一遍,然后进行第二遍拌和。若土的塑指高,土块不易拌碎,应增加拌和遍数,并注意下一次拌和前要对已拌和过的灰土进行粗平和压实,然后拌和,以达到拌和均匀,满足规范要求为准。压实的密实度愈大,对土块的破碎效果愈好,采用此法可达到事半功倍的目的,否则即使再多增加拌和遍数也收效甚微。拌和时拌和机各行程间的搭接宽度不小于10cm。对于桥头处拌和同样采用先横向拌和2个单程,再进行纵向拌和。6、整平用平地机,结合少量人工整平。备土、备灰要适当考虑富余量,整平时宁刮勿补。7、碾压碾压采用振动式压路机和18~21T三轮静态压路机联合完成。(1)整平完成后,首先用振动压路机由路边沿起向路中心碾压,有超高段落由内侧向外侧碾压,碾压采用大摆轴全轮错位,搭接15~20cm,用此法振压6~8遍,下层压实度满足要求后,改用三轮压路机低速1/2错轮碾压2~3遍,消除轮迹,达到表面平整、光洁、边沿顺直,路肩要同路面一起碾压。8、接头处理碾压完毕的石灰土的端头应立即将拌和不均,或标高误差大,或平整度不好的部分挂线垂直切除,保持接头处顺直、整齐。下一作业段与之衔接处,铺土及拌和应空出2米,整平时按松铺厚度控制。桥头处亦按上述方法处理,铺土及拌和应空出2米,先横拌2遍再纵拌。9、养生不能及时覆盖上层结构层的灰土,养生期不少于7天,采用洒水养生法,养生期间要保持灰土表面经常湿润。养生期内应封闭交通,除洒水车外禁止一切车辆通行。(四)、路基施工中危险源,危险点及控制(1)高填方路堤应优先安排施工,施工中应按设计要求预留路堤高度与宽度,填筑至设计标高后要按要求进行超载预压。withthesupervisingengineerintheconstructionprocess,strictlyinaccordancewiththeownerandengineerforconstructionapprovalofconstructionorganizationdesignandqualitycontrol.Intheteamof"self-inspection,mutualinspection,handoverinspection"andmassspotcheckonthebasisofthetechnologysector,initiativetoacceptsupervisionengineers,tianjingqualitysupervisionandqualitysupervisionstationofBeijingrailwayadministrationsupervisionandinspection,withthesupervisingengineerforgoodconstructionqualityinspectionandsupervisionengineer'srequestforrectification,andensurethetimelycompletionofconstructionquality.4,withthecoordinationofrailway-relatedunitstogivefullplayofmyunitsinrailwayconstructionexperience,familiarwiththeadvantagesofexistingproceduresrelatingtotheconstruction,activerailway-relatedfunctions,contactthefacilitiesmanagementunit,complywiththerelevantprovisionsofexistinglineconstruction,signedbeforeconstructiontomaintainexistingequipmentsecurityoperationsandensurethesafetyofconstructionmatchthecustodyagreement,andimplementationintheconstructionprocess.5,coordinationwithlocalgovernments,transportationagenciesactivelycontactwithlocalgovernments,transportation,environmentalprotectionandothersectors,activelyseekingthecooperationandsupportofthelocalgovernmentsector,withlocalgovernmentsandmaketheconstructionoflawandorderintheregion,environmentalprotection,ensure11\n(2)施工前应人工挖十字沟查明场地范围内的地下构筑物和各种地下管线的位置及标高等,并采取必要的措施,以免因施工而造成损坏。(五)、路基土石方施工中危险源及危险措施施工现场设安全标志。危险作业区悬挂“危险”或者“禁止通行”、“严禁烟火”等标志,夜间设红灯示警。工地布置符合防洪、防火、防雷击等有关安全规则及环卫要求。设置急救材料储备库,包括防火、防水、防毒器材、木料、各种适用工具等。加强对司机的教育,施工运输车辆必须严格遵守城市和公路交通规则,文明行车,注意安全。夜间施工人员要有足够的睡眠,避免作业人员出现疲劳状态,避免发生不必要的质量、安全事故。加强夜间施工照明设施,保证现场有足够的照明。运输车辆及其它行驶的施工机械,需谨慎行车,确保安全。加强施工现场指挥力量,派专人统一指挥。夜间填筑路堤时,在路堤两侧设置明显标志。通道口加强防护,并设明显警示标志。(六)、安全保证措施施工现场的布置符合防火、防雷电等安全规定及文明施工的要求。施工现场的生产、生活办公用房、仓库、材料堆放场、停车场、修理场按批准的总平面布置图进行布置。现场道路平整、坚实、保持畅通,危险地点悬挂符合安全标志的标牌,施工现场设置大幅安全宣传标语。withthesupervisingengineerintheconstructionprocess,strictlyinaccordancewiththeownerandengineerforconstructionapprovalofconstructionorganizationdesignandqualitycontrol.Intheteamof"self-inspection,mutualinspection,handoverinspection"andmassspotcheckonthebasisofthetechnologysector,initiativetoacceptsupervisionengineers,tianjingqualitysupervisionandqualitysupervisionstationofBeijingrailwayadministrationsupervisionandinspection,withthesupervisingengineerforgoodconstructionqualityinspectionandsupervisionengineer'srequestforrectification,andensurethetimelycompletionofconstructionquality.4,withthecoordinationofrailway-relatedunitstogivefullplayofmyunitsinrailwayconstructionexperience,familiarwiththeadvantagesofexistingproceduresrelatingtotheconstruction,activerailway-relatedfunctions,contactthefacilitiesmanagementunit,complywiththerelevantprovisionsofexistinglineconstruction,signedbeforeconstructiontomaintainexistingequipmentsecurityoperationsandensurethesafetyofconstructionmatchthecustodyagreement,andimplementationintheconstructionprocess.5,coordinationwithlocalgovernments,transportationagenciesactivelycontactwithlocalgovernments,transportation,environmentalprotectionandothersectors,activelyseekingthecooperationandsupportofthelocalgove
