施工技术交底书施工单位:贵州建工集团有限公司施工队路基土石方工程一队桩号及部位K0+010～K0+092分项工程软基换填交底日期2013-10-26交底内容：一、工程概况本标段软土主要分布在山间洼地及水田地段，为长期积水浸泡软化及有机物淤积所致，以淤泥、淤泥质粘土、饱和粘土为主。软土深度小于5米，且分布范围不大。设计采用换填处治，换填材料选用片石或粗粒土等材料。K010～K0+092填方区软基换填段，长82m。平均处理宽度46.4m，平均处理深度3.7m，设计挖除不良土9383m3，利用片石回填。二、施工准备1.保证运输便道畅通2.施工所需人员、材料、机械进场3.施工方案及开工报告已上报4.按业主要求，开工前须得到监理对原地面试验确认，并按规定向监理申请原地面收方后才能开工软基处理。三、施工方法1.施工顺序2.施工测量放样—围堰—排水-挖除不良土—分层回填—质量检验。3.测量放样进行处理之前先核对施工设计图或变更设计图和软基处理方案，计算平面放样数据，用全站仪进行放样，最后确立填土面积及坡脚位置，按要求每侧超宽50cm。每间隔10m，钉出软基处理具体位置的左右边桩。在距软基处理位置外边线一定安全距离处建立控制桩，桩上标明软基处理位置、挖高。施工前软基探测检验按设计要求对软基换填段现场实际触探实验勘察，现场实际触探采用荷兰轻型触探仪以贯入20cm所需的锤击数进行判别，当贯入20cm的锤击数<12锤时，可判断为软土地基。计算判断公式:16.1x-28.8<150(x为锤击数)，小于150时可判定为软土地基。估算清淤数量，并根据清淤数量配置设备，确定淤泥开挖及处治方案报监理工程师批准。100\n检测时为10m一个断面，一个断面至少检测5个点，后附软基探测检验报告。4.草袋围堰：（1）从K0+092处开始进行，向L线方向填筑左右二处草袋围堰堤，横向位置距路基坡脚线外3米开始，草袋围堰时,用编织袋装土采用“丁”、“顺”码砌,粘土填心防渗。为保证围堰的质量和稳定性、有效抵抗河水的压力，围堰应筑成放坡式。在围堤背水一侧边坡中打入两排木桩加固，木桩间用铁丝绑扎连成整体，木桩的直径不小于10厘米，长为3—5米，排距0.5米，桩距1米交错排列;围堤顶宽不小于1米，高出水面0.5米高。在围堤迎水面铺一层农膜，接头搭接为0.5米，在堰顶农膜上压一层编织袋装土，下部深入淤泥层0.6米压实，以防大量渗水。围堰高度则根据实际情况现场确定。a围堰当鱼塘水深≤1米时，直接用土围堰，围堰顶宽度为1.0米，坡率为1：1b围堰当鱼塘水深≤2米时，围堰顶宽度为1.5米，坡率为1：1。c围堰当鱼塘水深大于2米时，围堰顶宽度为2米，坡率为1：5（2）路基淤泥处理工程结束后，进行围堰拆除施工。围堰拆除应自上而下，由外向内退挖。围堰拆除由中间向两端进行。（3）填筑前需注意事项：a.土、草（麻）带围堰填筑前，应清除堰底处河床上的树根、石块、表面淤泥及杂物等。b.土、草（麻）带围堰采用松散的粘性土不得含有石块、垃圾、木料等杂物，冬季施工时不应使用冻土。c.土、草（麻）带围堰施工过程中，对围堰应随时进行观察、测量、如发生滑坡、渗漏、淘刷、流砂等现象时，应分析原因，及时采取加固措施。d.草（麻）带围堰堰顶宽宜为1—2，堰外边坡坡度视水深及流速确定，宜为1:0.5—1:1.0：堰内边坡坡度宜为1:02—1：0.5。草袋装土量宜为草袋容量的2/3.袋口应缝合，不得漏土。堆码时应平整密实，相互错缝。e.草（麻）带围堰可用粘土填心防渗。在流速较大处，堰外边坡草（麻）袋内可填粗砂或砾石，以防冲刷。5.排水软基处理前，先在软基处理范围内开挖纵横向临时排水沟或集水坑，排干地表水，利于下一步挖除不良土。6.挖除不良土根据放线的标记，用挖掘机挖除软土及淤泥，自卸汽车运走并弃至指定弃土场。100\n局部换填时，应完全清除软土，向坚实岩土一侧分台阶开挖，台阶宽度不宜小于2m，台阶面内倾4%7.基底检验持力层承载力按设计要求不小于150Kpa，持力层承载力宜采用轻型动力触探试验确定。挖掘机开挖距设计标高30cm时，施工单位先用轻型触探仪自检，如能满足设计承载力要求，则需用人工配合挖机进行清底，并报监理工程师检验承载力。若不能满足承载力要求，则需报监理单位进行变更。清底后，还应每间隔10m测量出开挖后基底高程，并绘制横断面图，并报请监理验收合格后才能进行下道工序。8.分层回填a.首先对路基填筑材料做石料强度试验，确定石料强度。路堤填料粒径应不大于500mm，并不宜超过层厚的2/3，不均匀系数宜为15～20。b.汽车将填料运至填筑路段后，在专人的指挥下按规定间距卸料。c.换填片石前，应清除基坑内的积水和有机杂物。片石换填时由专人指挥、水平分层、先低后高、先两侧后中央上料，人工铺填石料时，应先铺填大块石料，大面向下，小面向上，摆平放稳，片石换填完成后，用一层细集料石进行找平、嵌缝、辗压整平。d.碾压:填石路堤由于粒料之间没有粘聚力，主要是靠填料之间相互镶嵌、紧密咬合，达到足够大的摩阻力来抵抗路基变形，因此，填石路堤碾压施工需采用大吨位振动碾压设备，在施工中采用20t振动压路机进行碾压施工。碾压顺序由两侧开始向中间碾压，之后由中间相两侧碾压，碾压每次要求错轮1/3轮宽。对于有明显空洞、孔隙的地方补充细料后再进行碾压。在每层标准松铺厚度上碾压完成每一遍后，应根据现场情况每10m一个断面或在现场监理指示下，初拟选定每断面不少于8个检测点进行现场检测试验，后测点的孔隙率，在孔隙率满足技术要求的前提下，且前一遍与后一遍的沉降差小于3mm时，即认为本批石料碾压合格。片石换填完成合格后，铺筑厚20cm的碎石垫层。所填材料在机械夯压之前，先推平，使其表面平整。使用压路机碾压时，保证压路机的碾压速度在3km/小时。e.施工完成后，质检员先进行自检，合格后报监理工程师现场进行报检验收，合格后方可进行下道工序的施工。四、冬雨季施工安排及措施1.冬季施工保证措施100\n（1）当工地昼夜平均气温低于-3℃连续达到10天时，应按冬季施工办理。（2）认真贯彻执行施工规范中有关冬季施工的要求，确保工程质量。组织职民工认真学习冬季施工方案及其他有关文件和要求，工程部结合施工技术规范进行冬季施工技术交底，将施工措施贯彻到每一个参与施工的人员中。（3）冬季施工时，地基上的冰害应进行清除，路基填筑严禁使用冻土作填料。（4）冬季施工应随挖、随填、随压实。已铺土层未压实前，不得中断施工。应保证开挖、运填的周转时间小于冻结时间。（5）施工中遇大雪或其他原因中途停工时，应整平填层及边坡并加覆盖；继续施工前，应清除表面冰雪。2．雨季施工保证措施（1）换填应选择无雨季节时开挖换填，确实无法避开时，换填土及时整平及时碾压，保证无积水现象，以减少路基内含水量。（2）做好水塘施工地段的排水系统，防止雨水浸泡，下雨时应指派专人巡视，发现积水或阻塞的地方及时疏通或抽水。填上层土时应检查下层有无软弹现象，若发现软弹现象应立即全部挖出，重新摊开晾晒后再进行回填。（3）保证填料在最佳含水量±2％范围内碾压，随时检查土的含水量，含水量过大时应翻开晾晒后再进行压实。交底人签名接受交底人签名作业人员签名本表一式两份：班组自存1份；项目经理部存档1份100\n（英文版）Tworegulationspromulgatedforimplementationisinthepartyinpowerforalongtimeandtheruleoflawconditions,theimplementationofcomprehensivestrictlystrategicplan,implementationinaccordancewiththerulesanddisciplinetomanagetheparty,strengtheninner-partysupervisionofmajorinitiatives.Thetworegulationssupportingeachother,theadheretoapositiveadvocate,focusingonmoralityisofPartymembersandPartyleadingcadrescansee,enoughtogetahighstandard;aroundthepartydiscipline,disciplinaryrulerrequirements,listedas"negativelist,focusingonverticalgauge,drawthepartyorganizationsandPartymembersdonottouchthe"bottomline".Here,themainfromfoursquarefacetwopartyrulesofinterpretation:thefirstpartintroducestwopartyRevisedregulationsthenecessityandtherevisionprocess;thesecondpartistheinterpretationofthetwofundamentalprinciplesoftherevisionoflawsandregulationsintheparty;thethirdpartintroducestwopartyregulationsmodifiedthemainchangesandneedstograspseveralkeyproblems;thefourthpartonhowtograsptheimplementationofthetwo100\nregulationsoftheparty.andrevisedthenecessityandrevisedhistoryoftheCPCCentralCommitteetheamendmenttotheChineseCommunistPartymembersandleadingcadreshonestpoliticsseveralguidelines>andcolumn1by2015tostrengthenpartylawsandregulationsfocus.TwopartyregulationsrevisionworklastedaYears,poolingthewisdomofthewholeparty,ideologicalconsensus,drawhistoricalexperience,respectforthewisdomofourpredecessors,whichreflectstheunityofinheritanceandinnovation;followthecorrectdirection,graspthelimitedgoals,adheretotheparty'sleadership,tosolvethemassesofthepeoplereflectafocusontheproblem.Thenewrevisionoftheand,reflectstheparty's18andtheeighthsessionofthethird,thespiritofthefourthplenarysession,reflectingtheexperienceofstudyingandimplementingtheGeneralSecretaryXiJinpingseriesofimportantspeech,reflectstheparty'seighteenyearscomprehensivestrictlypractice.(a)revisedtworegulationsofthepartyneedofinbasedonrevised,thepromulgationandimplementationofJanuary2010,tostrengthentheconstructionofthecontingentofleadingcad
