'技术交底记录工程名称海达广场分项工程名称CFG桩施工单位宁城县强盛建筑工程有限公司交底部位主楼交底人接受人审核人交底日期交底内容:CFG桩一、工程概况(1)主楼(12层)地基处理采用CFG桩复合地基方案,桩间距为1.8~2.1m,桩径0.6m,呈正方形布置,桩最小桩长10.70m,且桩端进入粉质粘土5)层不小于4.7m控制。CFG桩的施工采用长螺旋钻机成孔、振动沉管灌注成桩的施工方法。混凝土为商品混凝土C25。(2)地质条件1、经现场勘查得知拟建场地地质条件较为复杂,岩性变化较大,场地内地层自地表描述如下;1)素填土、2)粉土、3)粉土、4粉土、5)粉质粘土、6)砾砂。2、水文情况;拟建场地露出的及勘探深度内揭露的地层,为第四系全新统松散沉积物,冲击成因,具上细下粗的双层结构,本次勘察期间勘探控制深度内地下水埋藏深度为9.60~9.80m左右,地下水类型为潜水。二、CFG桩施工工艺采用长螺旋钻机施工。钻机就位后,启动马达,螺旋钻杆钻入地下,钻孔过程做好记录,进入持力层时记录钻压电流值。钻至设计标高后,开始泵压混合料,混合料下到孔底后开始均匀提钻。根据泵入混合料量控制提钻速度,保证钻头矛尖始终埋在混合料中,以防断桩。混合料达不到桩头设计标高时,应及时处理,将泵管插入混合料下面50cm处补料,并振捣密实。试桩——施工放线——桩机就位——调整机身——钻孔至设计标高——泵压混合填料(商品混凝土)——封顶——移机至下一根桩螺旋钻机成孔施工工艺流程图1、试桩:在CFG桩大面积施工前,应在现场选一块场地进行试桩,根据试桩确定合理的施工工艺。2、测量放线:根据设计图纸确定的施工区域及桩位平面布置形式,在施工前统一进行测量放线,在桩中心点上打孔30cm深,灌入白灰做标记或用其它明显标志明示,并在非加固区域埋设护桩,在施工时随时复核桩位的准确性;桩位偏差小于50mm。3、放好桩位后,移动长螺旋CFG桩机到达指定桩位,对中。用钻机塔身的前后和左右的垂直标杆检查塔身导杆,校正位置,使钻杆垂直对准桩位中心,钻尖与桩点偏移不得大于10mm。确保CFGinstrumenthasasingletestcondition,willbetransferredtothecoordinationofthetestphase,theinstrumentaccordingtothestand-alonetrialsscheduled,withtheprocesspreparationoftestsolutions,equippedwithprofessionaltechniciansandskilledworkers,toensuresafetyandquality.6.weldingengineeringconstructionprogramme6.1thisengineeringusedconstructionspecification6.1.1siteequipment,andindustrialpipelineweldingengineeringconstructionandtheacceptancespecificationGB50268-976.1.2oilchemicaltoxic,andcanburningmediapipelineengineeringconstructionandtheacceptancespecificationSH3501-20026.1.3oilchemicallowtemperaturesteelweldingproceduresSH/T3520-20046.1.4oilchemicalchromenickelAustrian"sbodysteel,andironnickelalloyandnickelalloypipelineweldingproceduresSH/T3523-19996.1.5SHJ520-92petrochemicalengineeringtechnicalspecificationforweldingofCR-MOheat-resistantsteelpipe6.1.6ofthepressurevesselNDT4730-946.2JBweldpreparation6.2.1constructionaccordingtothematerialsoftheprojectspecificationsandweldingmethods,providingqualifiedweldingprocedurequalificationreport.6.2.2qualifiedweldingprocedurequalificationbasedonthepreparationofweldinginstruction,guidethewelderweldingoperations.6.2.3whereparticipationinsitewelding,mustbeinpossessionofboilerandpressurevesselweldercertificatesissuedbytheLaborDepartment.6.2.4whereinvolvedinthepipeandsteelstructureweldingwelders,welderbeforeentryexaminationsshouldattendtheowners,andconstructionshouldbemadewithinthescopeandeligibilityapprovedbythequalityandtechnologysupervisiondepartmentsandowners.6.2.5qualifyforweldingwelder,weldingprocess,shouldbeapprovedbyweldingtheweldingprocess. 4、CFG桩施工顺序由靠中线侧向两侧对称施打,采用间隔跳打法施打。钻孔速度应均匀控制在1~1.5m/min左右。钻孔开始时,关闭钻头阀门,向下移动钻杆至钻头触及地面时,启动马达钻进。5、混合料的灌注:成孔至设计深度后,钻机停钻,并同时开始灌注混合填料,当混合填料充满钻杆芯杆后开始提升钻杆至地表。6、插入钢筋笼:(锚桩)将提前加工好的钢筋笼运送至施工现场,在桩体为凝固前利用钻机自备吊钩、将钢筋笼竖直吊起,垂直于孔口上方,然后扶稳旋转依靠自重和人工下入孔中,如下沉阻力大利用代自重的振动器压入固定在设计标高。7、封顶:沉管拔出地面,确认沉桩符合设计要求后,进行封顶。8、设计桩顶标高离地表的距离不大时(不大于1.5m)保护桩长取50~70cm,上部再用土封顶;桩顶标高离地表的距离较大时,设置70~100cm的保护桩长,上部再用粒状材料封顶,直到接近地表。9、桩施工完毕后,用人工清挖桩间土、凿桩头。桩头凿除应严格要求,不能用大锤直接夯击桩头,应用钢钎对称凿掉大部分桩头后,再用小锤、钢钎将桩顶找平,桩顶不能出现斜面,若桩顶浮浆过厚,应将浮浆全部凿除,桩顶找平后若低于设计标高的,用高于桩身混凝土强度等级的混凝土补平,补混凝土时,桩顶需清理干净并湿润。三、施工注意事项1、施工前需平整场地,再铺设0.5m的工作垫层,施工桩顶标高宜高出设计桩顶标高不少于0.2m,CFG桩达到设计强度后,桩头0.1~0.2m范围应挖除,凿桩时不得造成桩顶标高以下桩身断裂和扰动桩间土。2、钻孔开始时,关闭钻头阀门,操纵下移钻杆,钻头触及地面时,启动马达钻机。钻进先慢后快,同时检查钻孔的偏差及时纠正。3、桩机操作手和现场读尺人员要密切配合,钻机每钻进1m,读尺人员要及时通知桩机操作手记录电流数据,操作手在电流发生明显变化时,要通知现场读尺人员做好钻机进尺及土层变化的记录,当电流显示已进入硬土层时,要控制进尺,确保嵌入深度满足设计要求。4、提钻泵送过程中,旁站人员要经常敲打输送管,确认管内混合料是否充实,以保证桩体密实。5、在成孔过程中发现钻杆摇晃或钻进难钻时,应放慢进尺,防止桩孔偏差、位移及钻具损坏。当钻至设计标高后,一般才用静止提拔,但对易卡钻的区域,在圆砾层允许采用边转技术交底记录工程名称海达广场分项工程名称CFG桩施工单位宁城县强盛建筑工程有限公司交底部位主楼交底人接受人instrumenthasasingletestcondition,willbetransferredtothecoordinationofthetestphase,theinstrumentaccordingtothestand-alonetrialsscheduled,withtheprocesspreparationoftestsolutions,equippedwithprofessionaltechniciansandskilledworkers,toensuresafetyandquality.6.weldingengineeringconstructionprogramme6.1thisengineeringusedconstructionspecification6.1.1siteequipment,andindustrialpipelineweldingengineeringconstructionandtheacceptancespecificationGB50268-976.1.2oilchemicaltoxic,andcanburningmediapipelineengineeringconstructionandtheacceptancespecificationSH3501-20026.1.3oilchemicallowtemperaturesteelweldingproceduresSH/T3520-20046.1.4oilchemicalchromenickelAustrian"sbodysteel,andironnickelalloyandnickelalloypipelineweldingproceduresSH/T3523-19996.1.5SHJ520-92petrochemicalengineeringtechnicalspecificationforweldingofCR-MOheat-resistantsteelpipe6.1.6ofthepressurevesselNDT4730-946.2JBweldpreparation6.2.1constructionaccordingtothematerialsoftheprojectspecificationsandweldingmethods,providingqualifiedweldingprocedurequalificationreport.6.2.2qualifiedweldingprocedurequalificationbasedonthepreparationofweldinginstruction,guidethewelderweldingoperations.6.2.3whereparticipationinsitewelding,mustbeinpossessionofboilerandpressurevesselweldercertificatesissuedbytheLaborDepartment.6.2.4whereinvolvedinthepipeandsteelstructureweldingwelders,welderbeforeentryexaminationsshouldattendtheowners,andconstructionshouldbemadewithinthescopeandeligibilityapprovedbythequalityandtechnologysupervisiondepartmentsandowners.6.2.5qualifyforweldingwelder,weldingprocess,shouldbeapprovedbyweldingtheweldingprocess.
