ChinaNuclearIndustryFifthConstructionCo.,Ltd中国核工业第五建设有限公司TechnicalProposalTENDERNo:2013ERXNY004DPCK5B20130603PO00Specialprograms跟踪设备的实际到货情况,出现和计划不一致时及时调整施工顺序。¯Equipmentacceptanceandcustody设备验收和保管Equipmentacceptance,inventory,inspectionandstorageshouldmeetthefollowingrequirement:设备的验收、清点、检查及保管,应符合以下规定:nDeliverinstalledequipmentandaccessoriesshouldmeetdesignrequirements,attachtechnicaldocumentssuchasqualifiedcertificateandinstructionforinstallation;交付安装的设备及附件,必须符合设计要求,并附有出厂合格证明书及安装说明书等技术文件;nOpentheequipmentshouldbeontheconditionoftherelevantpersonnelatthescene,contrastthepackinglistanddrawings,checkaccordingtothefollowingitemsandcount,fillin《EquipmentAcceptanceandInventoryRecords》:设备开箱应在有关人员参加下,对照装箱单及图样,按下列项目检查与清点,并填写《设备验收、清点记录》:ØTheboxnumber,thenumberofboxesandpackaging;箱号、箱数及包装情况;ØEquipmentname,type,modelandspecifications;设备名称、类别、型号及规格;ØEquipmentoveralldimensionandnozzlelocation;设备外形尺寸及管口方位;ØThespecification,sizeandquantityoftheinnerpartsandaccessories;设备内件及附件的规格、尺寸及数量;ØSurfacedamage,deformationandcorrosionconditions;表面损坏、变形及锈蚀状况;nBeforeequipmentinstallationshouldconsiderthefollowingconditionsinordertodeterminethelocationandmethodofthestorageandcustody:设备安装之前应考虑下列条件,以确定存放、保管的地点和方法:ØThemodelofequipmentandinnerparts、thepropertiesofmaterialsandthedegreeofsmoothandcleanonthesurface,non-ferrousmetalequipment,liningequipment、enamelandotherequipmentthateasytodamageshouldavoidmixedstackingwithsteelequipment,thesiteshouldkeepflat,clean,etc;设备、内件及附件的型式,材料的性能及表面光洁程度,色金属设备、衬里设备、搪瓷及其他易损设备应避免与钢制设备混杂堆放,场地应保持平整、清洁等;ØStorageperiodandweatherconditions;贮存时期和气象条件;ØEnvironmentconditionssuchassediment,corrosivegasandsoon;环境条件,如有无泥沙、腐蚀性气体等;ØTakenecessaryprotectivemeasuresaccordingtothedifferentequipmentstorage.据不同的设备存放,做必要的防护措施。¯Handovercivilfoundation土建基础交接nBeforeinstallationconstruction,theequipmentfoundation(includingotherprecast)shouldpasstheacceptance.Basicconstructionunitshouldofferqualitycertification、measurementrecordsandothertechnicalconstructioninformation;安装施工前,设备基础(包括其他预制构件)须经交接验收。基础施工单位应提交质量合格证明书、测量记录及其他施工技术资料;nShoulddrawelevationofbaseline,verticalandhorizontalcenterlineobviouslyonthefoundation,markthecoordinateaxisonthecorrespondingbuildings(structures);thedesignrequirementsforsettlementobservationequipmentfoundationshouldsettlementobservationlevelRev.Page18of182013/8/19 ChinaNuclearIndustryFifthConstructionCo.,Ltd中国核工业第五建设有限公司TechnicalProposalTENDERNo:2013ERXNY004DPCK5B20130603PO00Specialprograms预留地脚螺栓孔的,深度?Reservedbolthole,HolewallverticalityPermeter预留地脚螺栓孔的,孔壁铅垂度(每米)8Embeddedplate,Theelevation(plane)预埋件,标高(平面)Embeddedplate,Centerline预埋件,中心线位置Embeddedplate,Levelness预埋件,水平度0,+51010¯Sitepreparation现场准备nPre-installationshouldsettheinstalledbaselineandpositioningreferencemarkaccordingtothedesigndrawingsortechnicaldocumentsrequirement;Devicesareaffiliatedorcohesioneachothermustidentifycommonreferenceaccordingtoconnectionrequirement.n安装前应按设计图样或技术文件要求画定安装基准线及定位基准标记;对相互间有关联或衔接的设备,还应按关联或衔接的要求确定共同的基准;nFoundationsurfaceshouldbetrimmedbeforeequipmentinstallation.groutingsurfaceneedtoshovelpockmarkedface;foundationsurfaceshallnothavegreaseorlooselayer;placedshim(toaround50mm)shouldbeleveled,levelnessofleveledpartsbealloweddeviationof2mm/m,Reservefootboltholedebrisshouldbecleanedn基础表面在设备安装前应进行修整。需灌浆抹面时要铲好麻面;基础表面不得有油垢或疏松层;放置垫铁处(至周边50毫米)应铲平,铲平部位水平度允许偏差为2mm/m,预留地脚螺栓孔内的杂物应清除干净。nBeforetheinstallationofequipment,accessoriesandanchorboltsmustbecheckedwithoutdamageandcorrosion;andtheorientationofthedevicemark,thecenterofgravitymarkandhangingpointsalsobechecked,thosedonotmeettheinstallationrequirementsshouldbeaddedn安装前应对设备、附件及地脚螺栓进行检查,不得有损坏及锈蚀;要检查设备的方位标记、重心标记及吊挂点,对不符合安装要求者,应予补充;¯Theaccuracyofmeasurement,inspectioninstrumentsandgaugesinstallationmustcomplywiththeaccuracystandardsbytheNationalBureauofWeightsandMeasures,Andshouldbetestedonschedule安装时所使用的测量及检查用仪器与量具的精度均需符合国家计量局规定的精度标准,并应按期检验合格。5.1.1.2.On-siteinstallation现场安装¯Equipmentinplace设备就位nEquipmentinplacegenerallyusethecranehoisting,liftingbefore,basedontheweightoftheequipment,liftingheight,liftingradius,choosesuitablecranes,preparetheliftingprocedures;Rev.Page18of182013/8/19 ChinaNuclearIndustryFifthConstructionCo.,Ltd中国核工业第五建设有限公司TechnicalProposalTENDERNo:2013ERXNY004DPCK5B20130603PO00Specialprograms设备就位一般采用吊车吊装就位的方式,吊装前,根据设备的重量,吊装高度、吊装半径,选择合适的吊车,编写吊装程序;nStructurewithintheframeworkcannotplacethedevice,onceliftingwithacrane,thefirstliftingequipmenttotheedgeoftheframe,placedincarerafts,astheleveloftractionchainguide,horizontalshiftofthedevicenexttotheequipmentfoundation,thentheverticalliftingofthechainguidetothefoundationinplace,horizontalshiftattentiontothestructure"sload-bearingandprotection;对于结构框架内无法用吊车一次吊装就位的设备,先将设备吊装至框架边缘,放置在托排上,采用导链作水平牵引,将设备水平移位至设备基础旁,再用导链垂直吊装到基础上就位.水平移位时注意结构的承重及保护;¯Alignmentandmakelevel找正与找平nEquipmentalignmentandlevelingshouldbebasedontheinstallationofbaseline(centermarklevelmark),correspondingreferencemeasuringpointonthedeviceforadjustingandmeasuring;adjustmentandmeasurementreferenceprovidesasfollows:设备的找正与找平应按基础上的安装基准线(中心标记、水平标记)对应设备上的基准测点进行调整和测量;调整和测量的基准规定如下:Theelevationoftheundersideofthedevicesupport(skirttypesupport,earbearing,brackets,etc.),shouldbebasedontheelevationofthebaselineasareference;Thecenterlinepositionofthedeviceshouldbecrossedinthecenteronthebasisofreference;Verticalorientationofthedeviceshouldbebasedonthedistancetheequipmentrecentlythecenterlinesof;Theverticalequipmentverticalitythedevicebothendsofthepointsasthebase;Thehorizontalequipmentlevelisgenerallycrossedinthecenterofthedeviceasabenchmark;Ø设备支承(裙式支座、耳式支座、支架等)的底面标高应以基础上的标高基准线为基准;Ø设备的中心线位置应以基础上的中心划线为基准;Ø立式设备的方位应以基础上距离设备最近的中心划线为基准;Ø立式设备的铅垂度应以设备两端部的测点为基准;Ø卧式设备的水平度一般应以设备的中心划线为基准;nEquipmentalignmentandmakeleveladditionalmeasuringpointsshouldbeselectedinthefollowingparts:设备找正与找平的补充测点宜在下列部位选择:Mainflangeport;Horizontalorverticalcontoursurface;OtherspecifiedplaneormachinedsurfaceØ主法兰口;Ø水平或铅垂的轮廊面;Ø其他指定的基准面或加工面;nEquipmentforalignmentandlevelingmeetthefollowingrequirements设备的找正与找平符合下列规定:Alignmentandmakelevelshouldbewithinthesameplaneatrightanglesormorethantwodirections;Aheightofover20mverticaldevices,inordertoavoidweatherconditionsaffectitsverticaldegreeRev.Page18of182013/8/19 ChinaNuclearIndustryFifthConstructionCo.,Ltd中国核工业第五建设有限公司TechnicalProposalTENDERNo:2013ERXNY004DPCK5B20130603PO00Specialprograms宜低向设备的排泄方向。对于高温或低温设备,位置偏差宜偏向补偿温度变化所引起的伸缩方向;nAftertheequipmentinstallationandadjustment,youshouldimmediatelypreparetheequipmentinstallationrecords,andvisaacceptanceinspectionandsupervisionunits;设备安装调整完毕后,应立即作好《设备安装记录》,并经检查监督单位验收签证;¯Anchorboltsandpadiron:地脚螺栓与垫铁:nBuriedholesanchorboltsshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:预留孔地脚螺栓的埋设应符合下列要求:Theanchorboltsplumballowdeviationboltlengthshallnotexceed5/1000;Thedistanceoftheanchorboltholewallshallnotbelessthan20mm;Distanceofnotlessthan80mmanchorboltsatthebottomofthebottomofthehole;Greaseanddirtontheanchorboltsshouldbecleaned,butthethreadexposedpartsofthegrease;Thecontactbetweenthenutandwasher,washerandequipmentbaseshouldbegood;Nutupperendoftheboltthreadedportionexposed2pitch;Ø地脚螺栓的铅垂度允许偏差不得超过螺栓长度的5/1000;Ø地脚螺栓与孔壁的距离不得小于20mm;Ø地脚螺栓底部与孔底的距离不得小于80mm;Ø地脚螺栓上的油脂和污垢应清除干净,但螺纹外露部分应涂油脂;Ø螺母与垫圈、垫圈与设备底座间的接触应良好;Ø螺母上端螺栓螺纹部分应露出2个螺距;nGenerallyshouldbeequippedwithanutandawasherontheanchorbolts,heightofmorethan20metersverticaldevice,takingintoaccounttheinfluenceofthewindloadandotherfactors,shouldaddalocknut;Tighteningofanchorboltsshouldbeevenlyandsymmetrically;地脚螺栓上一般应配一个螺母和一个垫圈,高度超过20米的立式设备,考虑到风载荷等因素的影响,宜增加一个锁紧螺母;地脚螺栓的紧固应均匀对称;nAttheworkingtemperature,beingsubjectedtohorizontalexpansionorcontractiondevice,slidingsideanchorboltsshouldbefastened,afterthecompletionoftheequipmentinstallationandpipelineconnection,andthenlooseningthenuttoleaveagapof0.5to1mm,andthenthelocknutisagainsecuredtomaintainthisgap.Whenusingslidingbackplane,equipmentbearingslidingsurfaceshouldbecleaned,andcoatedwithalubricant;在工作温度下经受膨胀或收缩的卧式设备,其滑动侧的地脚螺栓应先紧固,当设备安装和管线连接完成后,再松动螺母留下0.5~1毫米的间隙,然后将锁紧螺母再次紧固以保持这一间隙。当采用滑动底板时,设备支座的滑动面应进行清理,并涂上润滑剂;nConnectedwiththevibrationofthemechanicalequipment,anchorbolttighteningshouldbedrawingsortechnicaldocumentationrequirements;与震动的机械相连接的设备,其地脚螺栓的紧固应按图样或技术文件要求进行;nSizingblockoptionalequipmentshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:设备用垫铁的选用应符合下列规定:Commonlypadironspecifications常用垫铁规格(mm)Rev.Page18of182013/8/19 ChinaNuclearIndustryFifthConstructionCo.,Ltd中国核工业第五建设有限公司TechnicalProposalTENDERNo:2013ERXNY004DPCK5B20130603PO00Specialprograms应按技术文件及《钢结构工程施工及验收规范》的规定执行;Ø在腐蚀环境中工作的附属构件,应按图样或技术文件规定,喷砂并涂刷防腐蚀涂料。5.1.1.Rotatingequipmentinstallation动设备安装5.1.4.1Preparationofequipmentinstallation设备安装准备工作¯technicalpreparation技术准备ØDrawupconstructionscheme,forthemassweightequipment,highinstallationpositionorlimitedliftingpositionandsoon,accordingtotherequirementsofBayerandapprovedbyBayer.编制施工方案,对于设备重量大,安装位置高或吊装位置受局限等吊装作业,按拜耳要求编写吊装专项方案,报拜耳批准;nMaketechnicaldisclosurefortheconstructionpersonnelandrecord对施工人员进行技术交底并记录nBasedontheprojectscheduling,refiningthescheduletoeachinstallationofequipment.在项目进度计划基础上,细化进度计划到每台设备的安装;nTrackingactuallyarrivedequipment,adjustconstructionsequencewhenthenotconsistentthingshappen.跟踪设备的实际到货情况,出现和计划不一致时及时调整施工顺序。¯Equipmentacceptanceandstorage设备验收和保管Acceptanceoftheequipment,inventory,inspectionandstorage,shallcomplywiththefollowingprovisions:设备的验收、清点、检查及保管,应符合以下规定:nTheequipmentsandtheiraccessories,whichwillbedeliveredtoinstall,mustcomplywiththerequirementsofdesign,andthequalifiedcertificateandinstallationinstructionsandothertechnicaldocumentsshouldbeincluded;交付安装的设备及附件,必须符合设计要求,并附有出厂合格证明书及安装说明书等技术文件;nEquipmentboxshouldbeopenedundertheparticipationofrelevantpersonnel,comparedwiththepackinglistandpattern,makeacheckandinventoryaccordingtothefollowing:“equipmentacceptance,theinventoryrecords",andfillinit:设备开箱应在有关人员参加下,对照装箱单及图样,按下列项目检查与清点,并填写《设备验收、清点记录》:ØCasenumber,cartonsandpacking箱号、箱数及包装情况;ØEquipmentname,class,typeandspecification设备名称、类别、型号及规格;ØEquipmentphysicalsizeandnozzleorientation;设备外形尺寸及管口方位;ØTheequipmentspecifications,sizeandquantityofinternalpartsandaccessories;设备内件及附件的规格、尺寸及数量;ØSurfacedamage,deformationandcorrosioncondition;表面损坏、变形及锈蚀状况;nBeforeinstallationweshouldconsiderthefollowingconditionstodeterminethestorage,storagelocationandmethods设备安装之前应考虑下列条件,以确定存放、保管的地点和方法:ØEquipment,partsandaccessoriesinthetype,materialpropertiesandthesurfaceisbrightandcleandegree,colormetalequipment,liningequipment,enamelandothervulnerableequipmentshouldbeavoidedandsteelequipmentmixedpileup,fieldshouldbekeepitneat,clean,etc.设备、内件及附件的型式,材料的性能及表面光洁程度,色金属设备、衬里设备、搪瓷及其他易损设备应避免与钢制设备混杂堆放,场地应保持平整、清洁等;ØStorageperiodandweatherconditions贮存时期和气象条件;ØEnvironmentalconditions,suchasnosediment,corrosivegas,etc环境条件,如有无泥沙、腐蚀性气体等;Rev.Page18of182013/8/19 ChinaNuclearIndustryFifthConstructionCo.,Ltd中国核工业第五建设有限公司TechnicalProposalTENDERNo:2013ERXNY004DPCK5B20130603PO00Specialprograms到货设备必须按照设备要求经过检验和试验合格方可交付吊装。厂房内的设备,尽可能采用吊车就位,确实无法使用吊车的,采用吊车将其吊到厂房边,用滚杠将设备运到基础旁用倒链吊装就位。nCheckthefoundation检查基础:ØEnsurebasicposition,sizeandheightareconsistentwithdrawings,保证基础的位置、尺寸和高度与图纸相一致;ØLowthebasicheightabout25-40mm,ensuretheironpadgap基础高度要低25-40mm,保证铁垫间隙;ØCheckthepositionanddepthoftheanchorbolt锚栓的位置和深度要检查;ØLocalboltisembedded,tocheckitsposition,slopeandreach.Atthesametimetoshowtheproperthreadprocessing,toensurethenormaloperationoftheequipmentinstallationwork.当地脚螺栓是埋入式的,要检查其位置、倾斜度及伸出长度。同时对露出的螺纹进行适当处理,以保证设备安装工作的正常进行;ØDotheintermediatehandoverprocedureswithcivilafterbasicacceptance;基础验收合格与土建办理中间交接手续;nChecktheequipmentitself检查设备本身:ØMakeacheckiftheequipmentisdamagedinthetransportandunpacking.Atthesametimecheckifthetechnologyparametersonequipmentnameplateareinaccordancewiththerequirementsofthedrawings检查设备在运输和开箱时有无被损坏。同时核对设备铭牌上的技术参数是否与设计图纸的要求相一致;ØChecktheattachmentquantity,andpreservedintactandtheinspectionhandoverprocedures,检查附件数量,并完好保存并办理检验交接手续;ØTheopen-packageinspectionoftheequipmentshouldberecordintimeaftertheopen-packageinspection.在设备开箱检验完毕后,应及时做好设备开箱检验记录;ØThewholefactory"sunitintheprovisionofantirustguaranteeperiodinstallation,oilseal,gassealshouldbegoodandnorust,itsinternaldon"tunpickandwash.整体出厂的机组在规定的防锈保证期内安装,油封、气封应良好且无锈蚀,其内部可不拆洗;nFinishingworkandpadiron修整工作和垫铁ØShovelpitsoffoundationsurfaceandtheplaceputmatironshouldbeleveloff.基础上表面要铲麻面,要放置垫铁的地方应平整;ØFlatironpadshouldbeusedwithawedgeblockatthesametime平铁垫应与一对楔形垫铁同时使用;ØSizeshouldbebasedonthewidthoftheequipment大小应根据设备底面的宽度来决定;ØWedgepadironslopefor1/20-1/30.Matironsurfaceshouldbesmooth,noscale,flash,etc楔形垫铁的斜度为1/20-1/30。垫铁表面应平整,无氧化皮、飞边等;ØAccurateadjustmentofthesheetshouldbemadeofcopperalloyorstainlesssteel;精确调整使用的薄板宜用铜合金或不锈钢皮制成;ØUnderspecialcircumstances,wheninstallingsmallsizemachine,shouldnotusewedgeblock;特殊情况下,当安装小尺寸机器时,可不用楔形垫铁;nLevelfixedinstallation水平固定安装ØIntheequipmenthoistinginstallation,equipmentofthespindleandmotor,etccanbeusedastheboltedropebuckleriggingoftheliftingpoint;在设备吊装安装时,设备的主轴、马达等不能作为栓结绳扣索具的起吊点;ØAnyobjectcan"tplugapieceofwireropeintheliftingequipment任何物件不能栓一根钢丝绳进行设备吊装;Rev.Page18of182013/8/19 ChinaNuclearIndustryFifthConstructionCo.,Ltd中国核工业第五建设有限公司TechnicalProposalTENDERNo:2013ERXNY004DPCK5B20130603PO00SpecialprogramsØEquipmenthoistinginstallationmustbecareful,makeinstallationmachineandexistingbuildingstructurearenotdamaged,necessarytohaveprotectivemeasures.设备吊装安装时必须小心进行,使安装的机器和已有的建筑结构不受损坏,必要时要有保护措施;ØEnsurethattheframeofthelowersurfacenosoilandotherimpurities确保在机架的下表面没有土和其它杂质;ØTheinspectionoftheequipmentand,ifnecessary,todealwiththeinternalinspectionofequipment,whethertohavecrack,corrosion,etc设备的检查,必要时应对设备的内部进行检查,是否有裂缝、锈蚀等;¯5、Equipmentpositioning设备定位nPositioningwork定位工作ØLocationismarkedbybasedoncartesiancoordinatesasthefoundation,plushighpositioning.安装定位是以基础上所标出的直角座标为基础,再加上高度定位;ØCheckthehorizontalpositionwithrectangularlevel,themachinedframefourbearingoninspectionlevelposition,andconcludedthatnominalvalue.检查水平位置要用直角水平仪,要在经过机加工的机架的四个方位上检查水平位置,然后得出名义值;ØTogettherightlevelandwiththepadironaccordingtooneofthetwofollowingmethods:为得到正确水平位置而用的垫铁按以下两种方法之一放置:A、Threesupportingmethod,generalthismethodusedtohaveacommonframeworkofsmallsizeequipment,chosethreepointsontheequipmentframe,putpadironforcoarseadjustment,injecttheanchorboltandmortartogether,mortarthesurfaceandmakeitequaltothelevelofthebasesurfaceflat,fullyprocessed,theanchorboltonbothsides,insertthegasketandbolt,andcenteringfinally.Intheformalpadironinsert,temporarylinerneedtoberemoved.三点支承法,一般这种方法用于有公用框架的小尺寸设备,在设备框架上选择三点,放垫铁进行粗调整,把锚栓与砂浆一起注入,砂浆的上表面要与基础表面平,充分处理后,在地脚螺栓两边插入衬垫,并紧螺栓,最后对中。在正规的垫铁插入后,临时衬垫要抽掉;B、Themethodsofpre-installedflatpadiron,aremainlyusedinlargeequipment,basedontheequipmentplacedflatgasketandmortarfixed,whentheboltspacingistoolong,putagroupofpadironinthemiddle,putwedgeblockwell,installtheequipmentbody,andinjecttheanchorboltandmortar.预先安装平垫铁的方法,主要用于大型设备,在设备基础上放置平衬垫并用砂浆固定,当螺栓间距过长时,在中间再放一组垫铁,放好楔形垫铁后,安装设备主体,并放入锚栓且注入砂浆;nCenterdimensiondeviationadjustment中心尺寸偏差调整:ØLinesizepermissibledeviationis+-3mm;中心线尺寸充许偏差为±3mm;ØAxishorizontaldimensiontoleranceto3mm;轴水平尺寸允许偏差为3mm;ØInstallationlevelness:1/500;安装水平度:1/500;ØIntheinstallationdirection:±3mm.(referencelineandequipmentbetweenaxisdeviation);在安装方向:±3mm。(基准轴线与设备轴线间偏差);ØMountingheightdirection:±3mm;安装高度方向:±3mm;ØHorizontalposition:(relativetothehorizontaltilt)horizontalequipment水平位置:(相对于水平线的倾斜)卧式设备;ØVerticaldistance(relativetotheverticalslope)andmm;垂直距离(相对于垂直线的倾斜)20MM;¯Testandinspection测试和检验:nInspectionofinstallation安装校整检查:ØCenterlineplanetolerance中心线平面公差;ØShaftleveltolerance轴水平公差;Rev.Page18of182013/8/19
