使连接面完全接触,并翻边形成均匀一致的凸缘,凸缘的高度和宽度应符合有关规定。6.2.4热熔鞍型连接应符合下列规定:a)热熔鞍型连接应采用机械装置固定干管连接部位的管段,应保持直线度和圆度;b)干管连接部位和鞍型管件连接部位上的污物应使用洁净棉布擦净,并用刮刀刮除干管连接部位表皮;c)干管连接部位和鞍型管件连接部位应使用鞍型加热工具加热;d)待加热时间达到工艺要求后,应迅速撤出加热工具,检查待连接件的加热面熔化的均匀性和是否有损伤后,再用均匀力将鞍型管件压到干管连接部位,使连接面周围形成均匀凸缘。6.3电熔连接6.3.1电熔连接机具输出电流、电压应稳定,符合电熔连接工艺要求。15\nDB13/T2162—20146.3.2电熔连接机具与电熔管件应正确连通,连接时,通电加热的电压和加热时间应符合电熔连接机具和电熔管件生产企业的规定。6.3.3电熔连接冷却期间,不得移动连接件或在连接件上施加任何外力。6.3.4电熔承插连接还应符合下列规定:a)测量管件承口长度,并在管材插入端标出插入长度标记,用专业工具刮除插入段表皮;b)用洁净棉布擦净管材、管件连接面上的污物;c)将管材插入管件承口内,直至长度标记位置;d)通电前,应校直两对应的待连接件,使其在同一轴线上,用整圆工具保持管材插入端的圆度。6.3.5大口径电熔鞍型管件安装操作应符合下列规定:a)电熔鞍形连接应采用机械装置固定干管连接部位的管段,使其保持直线度和圆度;b)干管连接部位上的污物应使用洁净棉布擦拭,并用专用工具刮除干管连接部位表皮;c)通电前,应将电熔鞍形连接件管件用机械装置固定在干管连接部位。6.4法兰连接6.4.1聚乙烯管端法兰盘(背压松套法兰)连接,应先将法兰盘(背压松套法兰)套入待连接的聚乙烯法兰连接件(跟形管端)的端部,再将法兰连接件(跟形管端)平口端与管道按本规程规定的热熔或电熔连接的要求进行连接。6.4.2两法兰盘上螺孔应对中,法兰面相互平行,螺孔与螺栓直径应配套,螺栓长短应一致,螺帽应在同一侧;紧固法兰盘上螺栓时应按对称顺序分次均匀紧固,螺栓拧紧后宜伸出螺帽1~3丝扣。6.4.3法兰垫片材质应符合本规程4.3.7条的规定。6.4.4法兰盘应采用钢质法兰盘且经过防腐处理。6.5管道敷设6.5.1管道敷设前,应具备下列条件:a)工程设计施工图及其它技术文件应齐全,并通过会审;b)具备批准的施工方案和施工组织设计,并进行了技术交底;c)施工人员了解聚乙烯给水管道和一般物理力学性能,掌握施工程序和连接技术,并经考核合格后方可上岗;d)施工机具、现场用水、用电、材料储存等设施能满足施工要求;e)施工材料相关的资料已核实准确,产品已验收合格,符合设计及施工要求。6.5.2应按设计施工图要求进行放线定位、槽底标高测量。6.5.3当管道敷设在地下水位较高、软土或不稳定土层内时,应进行施工排水,并设置槽边支撑,施工技术及措施应符合GB50268的有关规定。6.5.4采用热熔对接或电熔连接的管材进行弯曲敷设时,dn1000mm~dn1400mm的管道,转弯半径与管径的比取170;dn1600mm~dn2000mm管道,转弯半径与管径的比取190;dn2500mm的管道,转弯半径与管径的比取210。6.5.5聚乙烯电熔、热熔连接管道可在槽底宽度范围内蜿蜒敷设。16\nDB13/T2162—20146.5.6管道架空或明设时,应采取防紫外线保护措施。6.5.7管道穿越河底时,应符合下列规定:a)管道至规划河底的覆土厚度,应根据水流冲刷条件、航运状况、疏浚的安全余量,并与航运管理部门协商确定;b)必须在埋设聚乙烯给水管道位置的河流上、下游两岸分别按规定设立标志。6.5.8雨期施工或地下水位较高地区管道敷设时,应防止管道上浮,采取抗浮技术措施。6.5.9管沟断面形式应根据现场施工环境、施工设备、土质条件、沟槽深度、气象条件和施工季节等因素综合确定。6.5.10沟槽底部的开挖宽度,应符合设计要求;设计无要求时,可参照GB50268中4.3.2规定要求。6.5.11沟槽的开挖应符合下列规定:a)沟槽的开挖断面应符合施工组织设计(方案)的要求。槽底原状地基土不得扰动,机械开挖时槽底预留200mm~300mm土层由人工开挖至设计高程,整平;b)槽底不得受水浸泡或受冻,槽底局部扰动或受水浸泡时,宜采用天然级配砂砾石或石灰土回填;槽底扰动土层为湿陷性黄土时,应按设计要求进行地基处理;c)槽底土层为杂填土、腐蚀性土时,应全部挖除并按设计要求进行地基处理;d)槽壁平顺,边坡坡度符合施工方案的规定;e)在沟槽边坡稳固后设置供施工人员上下沟槽的安全梯。6.5.12管道基础或垫层应符合下列规定:a)管道必须敷设在原状土地基上,局部超挖部分应回填夯实。当沟底无地下水时,超挖在0.15m以内时,可用原土回夯实,其压实系数不应低于原地基天然土的压实系数,超挖在0.15m以上时,可用石灰土或砂填层处理,其压实系数不应低于0.95。当沟底有地下水或沟底土层含水量较大时,可用天然砂回填;b)沟底遇有废旧构筑物、硬石、木头、垃圾等杂物时,必须在清除后铺一层砂土或素土,厚度不小于0.15m,且平整夯实;c)管道附件或阀门,管道支墩位置应垫碎石,夯实后按设计要求设混凝土找平层或垫层;d)对软弱管基及特殊性腐蚀土,应按设计要求进行处理;e)对岩石基础,应铺垫砂层,厚度不小于0.15m。6.6管道回填6.6.1管道应根据施工组织设计分段施工,管材应沿管线敷设方向排列在沟槽边。6.6.2电熔、热熔连接管道分段在槽边进行连接后,以弹性敷管法移入沟槽。6.6.3管道移入沟槽时,不得损伤管材,表面不得有明显划痕,应采用非金属绳索下管。6.6.4管道穿越重要道路、铁路等需设置金属或混凝土套管时,除应符合本规程5.3.4条的规定外,还应符合下列规定:a)套管应伸出路边或路基1.0m~1.5m;b)套管内应清洁无毛刺,管道穿过套管时,不得使管道表面产生明显拉痕,必要时管道表面应加护套保护;17\nDB13/T2162—2014c)穿越的管道应采用电熔、热熔连接,经试压且验收合格后,方可与套管外管道连接;d)寒冷地区穿越管应采取必要的保温措施;e)管道在涵洞内通过时,涵洞宜留有通行宽度。6.6.5管道分段敷设结束后,进行系统闭合连接时,宜选择运行水温与施工环境温度差最小的时段进行。6.6.6管道沟槽回填时,应符合下列规定:a)管道铺设后应及时进行回填,回填时应留出管道连接部位,连接部位应待管道水压试验合格后再行回填,回填前应按本规程5.3.7条规定,对管道系统进行加固;b)管道基础采用中粗砂垫层。应按设计要求填实管道支撑角范围,回填压实时,管道两侧应对称进行,且不得使管道发生位移或损伤;c)管底铺设150mm的中粗砂垫层,压实系数不小于0.90;管底180°范围内,回填中粗砂,压实系数不小于0.90;管底180°范围以上至管顶范围原土回填,压实系数不小于0.95;管顶至地面以下0.5m范围内原土回填,压实系数不小于0.90;表层0.5m耕植土不压实并预留自然沉降高度,其余部位压实系数不低于0.85(上部有交通道路时,应按路基填筑要求压实);d)槽底至管顶以上50cm范围内,不得含有机物、冻土以及大于30mm的砖、石等硬块;e)管道两侧和管顶以上50cm范围内的回填材料,应由沟槽两侧对称运入槽内;回填其他部位时,应均匀运入槽内,不得集中推入。需要拌合均匀的回填料,应在运入槽前拌合均匀,不得在槽内拌合;f)管道两侧和管顶以上50cm范围内,应采用轻型设备薄层夯实。管道两侧填土夯实应对称均匀上升,高差不得大于20cm;g)回填作业区每层土的压实遍数应按压实系数要求、压实工具、虚铺厚度和含水量,经现场碾压试验确定;h)构筑物外围回填土,应在混凝土达到设计抗压强度标准值后,方可进行,填土时墙后不得有积水,填土压实系数不低于0.90。6.6.7当管道覆土较深,且管道回填土质及压实系数设计无规定时,其回填土土质及压实系数应符合图1和图2的要求,管底应有0.1m以上、压实系数0.90的垫层;管道两侧每0.2m分层回填夯实,压实系数大于等于0.95;管顶0.3m内压实系数应大于等于0.90。6.6.8当管道覆土较浅时,其回填土土质及压实系数应根据地面要求确定;当修筑道路时,应满足路基要求。6.6.9回填时各类机具对应的每层回填土虚铺厚度应符合表13规定。18\nDB13/T2162—2014地面dn原土回填压实系数分层回填按地面或路面要求管顶以上500mm,≥0.90且不小于一倍管径用中、粗砂或符合要求的原土回填≥0.95分层回填密实夯实后每层<20090°≥0.95>0.2dn用中、粗砂回填0.90≥100B≥dn+300回填材料回填压实系数回填厚度图1管道回填土土质及压实系数要求(mm)≥0.90管顶以上500mm,且不小于一倍管径用中、粗砂或符合要求的细颗粒土回填分层回填密实≥0.95夯实后每层100~20090°>0.2dn≥0.95≥0.95中、粗砂回填0.90≥100原状土地基≥2dn≥dn≥2dnB≥5dnB—管道两侧回填土区域图2填埋式管道两侧回填土要求(mm)表13每层回填土虚铺厚度单位为:m机具种类虚铺厚度机具种类虚铺厚度木夯、铁夯≤0.2压路机(轻型)0.2~0.3蛙式夯、火力夯0.2~0.3振动压力机≤0.46.6.10管道经试压合格,隐蔽工程通过验收,人工回填至管顶0.5m以上后,方可采用机械夯实,但不得在管道上方行驶,且应在管道内充满水的情况下进行。管道敷设后不宜长期处于空管状态。6.6.11各类管道阀门井等周边回填应符合以下规定:a)应采用砂砾、石灰土等材料,宽度应不小于0.4m;19\nDB13/T2162—2014b)回填后沿管道中心线对称分层夯实,其压实系数应不低于管沟内分层要求。路面位置的管道井,管顶0.5m以上应按路面要求回填。6.7质量等级评定合格:保证项目符合质量标准;基本项目不少于70%的检查点符合质量标准。优良:保证项目符合质量标准;基本项目不少于90%的检查点符合质量标准。管道安装工程工序质量等级评定表见附录F。7水压试验与验收7.1一般规定7.1.1大口径聚乙烯给水管道系统应进行水压试验。7.1.2给水管道试压前应进行充水浸泡,时间不应小于12h。管道充水后应对未回填的外露连接点(包括管道与管道附件连接部位)进行检查,发现渗漏应进行排除。7.1.3水压试验静水压力不应小于管道工作压力的1.5倍,不得将气压试验代替水压试验。7.1.4管道水压试验长度不宜大于1000m,对中间设有附件的管段,水压试验分段长度不宜大于500m,系统中有不同材质的管道应分别进行试压。7.1.5管道水压试验前应编制试压工程设计方案,其内容应包括以下项目:a)管端后背堵板及支撑设计;b)进水管路、排气管路及排气孔设计;c)加压设备及压力表选用;d)排水疏导管路设计及布置。7.1.6对试压管段端头支撑挡板应进行牢固性和可靠性的检查,试压时,其支撑设施严禁松动崩落。不得将阀门作为封板。7.1.7加压宜采用带计量装置的机械设备,当采用弹簧压力表时,其精度不应低于1.5级,量程范围宜为试验压力1.3~1.5倍,表盘直径不应小于150mm。7.1.8试压管段不得包括水锤消除器、室外消火栓等管道附件。系统包含的各类阀门,应处于全开状态。7.2水压试验7.2.1聚乙烯(PE)给水管道试验应分预试验与主试验两个阶段进行水压试验。7.2.2预试验阶段,应按以下步骤进行,并应符合下列规定:a)先将试验管内的压力降至大气压力,并持续60min。期间确保不使空气进入管道;b)缓慢地将管道压力升至试验压力并稳压30min,期间如有压力下降可注水补压,但不得高于试验压力。检查管道接口、配件等处有无渗漏现象。如有渗漏现象应中止试压,并查明原因采取相应措施后重新组织试压;20\nDB13/T2162—2014c)停止注水补压并稳定60min,若60min后压力下降不超过试验压力的70%,则预试验阶段工作结束。当60min后压力下降低于试验压力的70%, 测点,其中合格点,合格率%评定意见单元工程质量等级保证项目全部符合要求,允许偏差实测项目合格率%施工单位:建设(监理)单位:69\nDB13/T2162—2014表F.0.3管沟槽土方回填工序质量评定表单位工程名称单元工程名称分部工程名称施工单位单元工程量检验日期项保证项目质量标准检验记录次1回填土料符合设计要求和施工规范的规定2基面清理砖、石、木块等杂物管沟的回填,必须按规定对称分层夯压密实,每层厚度应为0.2~0.3m,管道两侧及管顶0.5m以内的回填3铺料夯压土必须人工夯实;当回填土超过管顶0.5m时,可用小型机械夯实,每层松土厚度应为0.25~0.4m。项设计值允许偏差实测值合格数合格率允许偏差项目次(mm)(mm)123456789101虚辅厚度±502回填高度不应偏小回填顶宽度3(由设计中心不应偏小线向两边量)共检测点,其中合格点,合格率%评定意见单元工程质量等级保证项目全部符合要求,允许偏差实测项目合格率%施工单位:建设(监理)单位:70\nDB13/T2162—2014本规程用词说明1为便于在执行本规程条文时区别对待,对要求严格程度不同的用词说明如下:1)表示很严格,非这样做不可的用词:正面词采用“必须”,反面词采用“严禁”2)表示严格,在正常情况下均应这样做的用词:正面词采用“应”,反面词采用“不应”或“不得”;3)表示允许稍有选择,在条件许可时首先应这样做的用词:正面词采用“宜”,反面词采用“不宜”;表示有选择,在一定条件下可以这样做的用词,采用“可”。2条文中指明应按其他有关标准执行的写法为“应符合……的规定”或“应按……执行”。71\nDB13/T2162—2014条文说明1范围大口径聚乙烯给水管是一种绿色环保的新型管材,与传统的水泥、金属管材相比较,具有化学性质稳定、耐腐蚀、摩阻系数小、施工便捷、综合成本低、使用寿命长等优点,在各领域中得到了广泛应用。由于国内标准只是对直径≤1m的给水用埋地聚乙烯(PE)管材、高密度聚乙烯缠绕结构壁管材做了相关规定,且大多以欧美标准为依据,而大口径(直径≥1m)聚乙烯给水管道的管道制造、热熔熔接、铺设回填等技术标准仍处空白阶段,因此,为确保大口径聚乙烯(PE)给水管道工程质量,使工程设计、施工和验收做到技术先进、经济合理,制定本规程。大口径聚乙烯(PE)给水管道输送的水温不大于40℃。工作压力不大于1.0MPa,是指在水温和环境温度小于或等于20℃条件下。当水温和环境温度高于20℃时,工作压力应乘以小于1.0的温度修正系数。本管道工程技术规程应与现行国家规范、行业及地方标准相协调。4材料4.1一般规定4.1.1强调大口径聚乙烯(PE)给水管材、管道及系统附件必须符合现行国家标准。4.1.2用户应重点检查的项目,PE100指最小要求强度(MRS)为10.0MPa的聚乙烯管材。4.1.3本规程选用的材料等级,有利于提高管道系统的安全可靠性。4.2管材4.2.1为方便用户使用,本条列出了大口径聚乙烯(PE)管材标准的主要材料基本性能要求。4.2.2~4.2.4本条列出了公称外径范围为1000mm~2500mm聚乙烯给水管道的相关尺寸表。4.2.5本条列出了大口径聚乙烯管材标准的主要物理力学性能。4.3管件4.3.1本条规定按照国家标准《给水用聚乙烯(PE)管道系统第2部分:管件》GB/T13663.2列出相应的管件品种有电熔管件;电熔承口管件、电熔鞍型管件;插口管件;机械式管件等。管件的材质、材性和机械物理性能均应符合以上标准。松套法兰片和法兰接头尺寸应符合《压力下用于流体的热塑性管材—法兰接头及背压法兰片的配合尺寸》ISO/DIS9642要求。4.3.2本条根据国家标准《给水用聚乙烯(PE)管道系统第2部分:管件》GB/T13663.2说明了管件本体任何一点壁厚应大于管材壁厚。4.3.5大口径聚乙烯(PE)管件利用管材进行二次加工的管件的外形及尺寸应满足相应的产品标准。管件应在企业内制作,且经质量检验和试压符合标准后方可出厂,供工程使用。为减少管件阻力,在工厂焊制的管件应去掉焊口内凸缘。热熔对接管件,焊接强度必须大于管材强度的125%,对接设备应符合《塑料管材和管件聚乙烯系统熔接设备》GB/T20674。5管道设计5.1一般规定72\nDB13/T2162—20145.1.6聚乙烯管材为热塑性管道,管材强度对温度敏感,工作温度高,折减系数ft小,当温度小于20℃时折减系数ft大于1.0,偏于安全,表10未列出温度小于20℃的折减系数。工作温度是指输送水介质温度,因水温年内变化较大,特别是以地表水为水源的饮用水,本条规定选用折减系数时,采用年内最高月平均水温为计算温度,相邻间数值,可采用内插法计算得出。5.2水力计算5.2.1管道水力计算包括沿程水头损失hf与局部水头损失hj。2lv5.2.2沿程水头损失hf是通用公式,而λ系数的计算是水头损失计算的关键,其值的确定与管道d2gi断面、管材、水流状态、水温等因素有关。给水管道水力计算公式常用的曼宁公式、海曾-威廉公式(美国选用)、达西公式、柯尔勃洛克-怀特公式(英国选用)、舍维列夫公式等,根据不同的水流状态和雷诺数等因素,可选用不同的公式,计算结果也略有不同。根据芬兰凯威赫公司提供的技术资料,柯尔勃洛克-怀特公式最适用于PE管的水力计算,与英国PE管水力计算选用公式相同,但其管道当量粗糙度的取值为0.003mm~0.015mm。中国工程建设标准化协会标准《埋地硬聚氯乙烯给水管道工程技术规程》CECS17采用的水力计算公式是勃拉修斯公式,并经国内有关单位试验确定了相关系数,PE管在我国供水行业的应用尚属起步阶段,相关的试验数据缺乏。因此,在缺少必要的试验数据的基础上,本规程推荐使用柯尔勃洛克-怀特公式。2v5.2.4局部水头损失hj是通用公式,不同配件的损失系数应由生产厂家提供,如需精确计算,2g可查阅相关文献。在计算资料不足的情况下,也可采用按沿程水头损失的百分比计算管道局部水头损失。a5.2.7水锤计算公式P=v是1898年儒可夫斯基(Joukowsky)提出的,为国内外广泛采用。g2压力回波速度a计算公式中,c值表征管道固定情况的系数。若管身固定,无轴向运动,则c1(ε为管材泊松比);若管身可轴向运动,c=1.0。c值越小,水锤压力越高,计算结果偏于保守,此时可取c=0.75(按ε=0.5计)。di当25时,计算水锤时要考虑壁厚影响,c值可按下式修正:en22edi1n全管固定无轴向运动时,c1ddeiin2edni管道可轴向运动时,c1ddeiin5.3管道布置5.3.2管道与建筑物、构筑物间的距离根据《城市工程管线综合规划规范》GB50289的规定列出,对于特殊地段,以上规定间距不能满足要求时,应采用安全保护措施。5.3.4管道与重要道路、铁路交叉敷设应按设计要求,且应与相关部门协调,按相应规定施工,套管内部应光滑平整,防止穿越时划伤管材表面。套管内径大于穿越管外径,便于施工、维护。5.3.7聚乙烯管热膨胀系数较大,无论直接埋地敷设或在管廊内敷设均应考虑纵向变形,因此应采取固定措施。5.3.8管道敷设位置一般城市均绘制道路管线综合图,管道相关位置明确,其覆土层是否要设金属带状示综线,宜与当地市政管理部门协调。73\nDB13/T2162—20145.4管道结构设计5.4.2本规程的编制是根据《建筑结构可靠度设计统一标准》GB50068和《给水排水工程管道结构设计规范》GB50332规定的原则,采用以概率理论为基础的极限状态设计方法。结构计算主要包括内压作用下的强度计算、管壁截面环向稳定性及管道的整体稳定性计算和控制管道结构运行期间的竖向变形量计算;强调了管道的结构设计应包括联接构造和管周回填土密实等内容。对柔性管道,尤其要重视管周回填土的质量,管道的变形及稳定计算中,均需考虑土的抗力作用,管道两侧回填土夯实密度的好坏,直接影响土壤抗力的大小,是聚乙烯管道安全、经济、设计、施工的关键环节,应充分重视。5.4.3强度计算的表达式采用分项系数的设计表达式,即结构作用效应的参数包括重要性系数、作用分项系数荷载标准值效应。条文给出了设计内水压力的作用分项系数1.2,是参考国内外的相关标准综合分析确定的;结构抗力的参数包括抗力分项系数及管材强度的标准值。由于聚乙烯管材的力学性能受长期荷载作用及温度的影响较大,因此聚乙烯管材的强度标准值,是以管材50年时20℃水温状态下的最低保证值确定的。该值应按产品标准提供。5.4.5管侧土的变形模量考虑了沟槽原状土的影响,按综合弹性模量计算;管材的长期弹性模量应采用50年时的弹性模量。5.4.6对整体连接的管道,当连接质量有保证时,管道水平推力标准值应计入连接强度的影响。5.4.7该条对聚乙烯管道的竖向变形计算做了规定。根据《建筑结构可靠度设计统一标准》GB50068的要求,采用荷载的准永久组合计算。5.4.10~5.4.11管道基础及回填土应符合构造要求,施工中应充分重视管道热胀冷缩的要求。6管道施工6.1一般规定6.1.1、6.1.3规定了大口径聚乙烯(PE)给水管道的几种连接方式及使用范围,其目的是保证聚乙烯给水管道接头质量及满足管道系统运行工艺的要求。6.1.2本条强调采用热熔连接时应使用专用连接工具,以保证接头质量。6.1.4、6.1.6由于大口径聚乙烯管的线膨胀系数较大,如在冬季及寒冷地区,若管材、管件从存放处运到施工现场,两者的温度不同,产生的热胀冷缩也不同,因而会影响接头质量。6.1.7聚乙烯给水管道切割应采用专业工具,管端切割要平整垂直,保持清洁,才能保证接头质量。6.1.9本条目的是为了防止出现不合格的接头。6.2热熔连接6.2.1~6.2.2对热熔连接提出了基本要求。6.2.3热熔对接连接是将与管轴线垂直的两对应端面与加热板接触,加热至熔化,然后撤去加热板,将熔化端压紧,保压、冷却,直至冷却到环境温度。热熔对接焊设备应符合ISO12176-1要求。同时也对热熔连接提出了基本要求。按6.2.3中的第2条操作程序及要点去做是为了保证接头的质量。6.2.5热熔鞍型连接又称侧壁熔接或分支熔接。热熔鞍型连接是同时将管材连接部位的外表面和鞍型管件的内表面加热熔化。然后,撤去鞍型加热工具,将鞍型管件压到管材连接部位,保压,直至冷却到环境温度。热熔鞍型连接一般用于管道分支连接,可在带水情况下操作。为保证接头质量,对于所有管材尺寸,都要求使用鞍型焊机,鞍型焊机应符合ISO或其他国家标准。鞍型管件有两种类型,一种是从管材侧面分支的鞍型;另一种是从管材顶部分支的鞍型,其中可以包括一个集成在一起的干管切刀。74\nDB13/T2162—20146.3电熔连接6.3.1~6.3.3对电熔连接提出了基本要求。6.3.4~6.3.5对电熔承插连接、电熔鞍型连接进行了规定,目的是为保证连接件有足够的熔融区,使待连接件处于最佳连接条件,从而获得最佳熔接接头。6.4法兰连接法兰连接是管道连接的通用形式,适用于各种管材。本节内容根据聚乙烯管特性及通用法兰连接的基本要求而定。6.5管道敷设6.5.1本条是根据聚乙烯管道的特性,对管道施工必须具备的条件提出的要求。6.5.2~6.5.3在《给水排水管道工程施工及验收规范》GB50268中有详细的规定,通用部分均应按上述标准执行。6.5.5聚乙烯给水管道的线膨胀系数较大,可利用聚乙烯管道的柔性蜿蜒敷设,以适应热胀冷缩对管道引起的变化。6.5.6当管道受阳光照射时,应采取防紫外线措施,防止聚乙烯管老化。聚乙烯管工作温度在-20~40℃范围内,温度过低可导致管道过脆,冰冻地区将影响水的输送,所以冰冻地区应采取保温措施,以保证水的正常运输。由于聚乙烯管的线膨胀系数较大,为防止管道变形过大,还应对管道采取限位稳管措施。6.5.7管道在水下穿越河道时必须给管道施加重量,防止管道因浮力或水流而飘离原位。水中管路主要考虑三个因素:①管道内压力;②沉管所需混凝土锚定重量;③锚定距离。6.5.8可参照《给水排水管道工程施工及验收规范》GB50268规定采取排水措施。6.5.9沟槽开挖及基础通用部分在《给水排水管道工程施工及验收规范》GB50268中均有详细规定,因此对施工测量、施工排水、沟槽开挖、支撑、管道交叉处理等通用部分均应按上述国家标准执行,本规程不再重复制定。本规程只针对聚乙烯管的特性做一些特殊的规定。6.5.10管道开挖宽度应符合设计要求,设计无具体要求时,本条给出计算公式和参考宽度。混凝土类管指钢筋混凝土管、顶(自)应力混凝土管和预应力钢筒混凝管;金属类管钢管和球墨铸铁管。6.5.11本条对沟槽的开挖进行了具体规定,强调开挖断面应符合施工组织设计(方案)的要求和采用天然地基时槽底原状土不得扰动;机械开挖时或不能连续施工时,沟槽底应预留200mm~300mm由人工开挖、清槽。6.6管道回填6.6.1~6.6.3是根据聚乙烯管材特点及聚乙烯供水管在供水、燃气行业应用实践经验制定的,聚乙烯管属柔性管,刚度较低,安装时应避免划痕。6.6.5聚乙烯管材线性膨胀系数大,选择水温与环境温差最小时间敷设,可避免热胀冷缩对管路造成的影响,使热应力对管路产生的影响最小。6.6.6~6.6.11对管道回填进行了规定,基本参照《给水排水管道工程施工及验收规范》GB50268,又针对聚乙烯材质特性进行了规定。7水压试验与验收7.1.3为保证供水系统安全,本规程规定水压试验静水压力为管道工作压力的1.5倍。75\nDB13/T2162—20147.1.5压力管道在进行水压试验时,在水压力作用下管端产生巨大的推力,该推力全部作用在试验段的后背上。如果后背不坚固,管端将产生大的纵向位移,导致管道接口拔出,甚至产生环向开裂。故水压试验前必须进行管端后背堵板及支撑设计。压力计的精度不低于1.5级,其含义指最大允许误差不超过最大刻度1.5%。采用最大量程的1.3~1.5倍压力计,是按最高的试验压力乘以1.3~1.5,选择压力计的最大读数。为了读数方便和提高试验精度,表盘的直径规定不应小于150mm。7.2由于聚乙烯管材与传统的材料(如球铁、钢等)管道不同,水压试验过程中,聚乙烯管材会发生蠕变会导致一段时间内压力呈连续下降趋势。另外,水压试验期间温度的变化对压力波动有影响,温度的变化会引起压力波动,有关文献中说明,对于PE管,10℃的温度变化,可能引起0.05MPa~0.1MPa的压力变化。试压期间温度变化相对较小,因此,水温影响较小。PE管材的黏弹性、受压蠕变及膨胀、失压收缩等特性,压力试验时这些特性均有所表现。因此,应充分理解PE管道在压力试验期间的压力下降现象,充分考虑到压力下降并不一定意味着管道有泄漏。一、国外PE供水管压力试验标准与方法目前国际上提出PE管道试压标准的组织有WRC、BSI、ASTM、PPI、VAPP78(瑞典)、CEN(欧洲标准化协会),各种方法综述如下。1.WRC提出的标准与方法较为复杂,主要内容如下:1)将压力升至试验压力,升压时间为T1;2)停止加压,观察并记录以下三组数据:T1=0+TI时的压力P1T2=0+7TI时的压力P2T3=0+15TI时的压力P33)对T1、T2、T3进行修正T1c=0+0.4TIT2c=T2+0.4TIT3c=T3+0.4TI4)计算N(logPlogP)/(logTlogT)1122c1cN(logPlogP)/(logTlogT)2233c2c5)当N1与N2的值在0.04~0.10之间时,表明管道无渗漏。N1与N2值越大,表明存在漏水的可能性越大,N1与N2值越小,表明管道内可能存在空气。WRC还提供了en805提出的另两种试压方法。2.BSI在BS6700(1997)中,提出可选用以下两种方法进行水压试验。方法A:1)持续在试验压力30min,期间可补水增压;2)泄压至最大工作压力的50%;3)如果压力稳定在50%的最大工作压力,甚至有压力上升现象,表明无渗漏;4)再持续进行外观检查90min,如仍无渗漏,则试压合格。方法B:1)管道升压至试验压力并稳压30min,期间可补水增压。2)停止补压,观察30min,如压力降小于60kPa,可视为系统无渗漏。3)再持续120min进行外观检查,如仍无渗漏且压力降小于20kPa,则试压合格。76\nDB13/T2162—20143.ASTM标准主要进行外观检查。1)管道升压至试压压力;2)补水维持试验压力4h;3)泄压1.45kPa,并观察1h,期间不要补水增压;4)如果在此1h内没有可见的渗漏,压力保持稳定(±5%),压力试验合格,否则须检查原因重新试压。4.日本“配水用聚乙烯管协会”、“日本聚乙烯管道工业会”提出的也主要是试压期间管道接头、配件等处不得有渗漏现象这一外观检查项目。5.PPI提出的标准要点是:最大试验压力为1.5倍的标准压力;试压期间稳压所需的补水量不得超过允许值。6.VAPP78提出的方法,整个试压过程持续17h,步骤如下。预试验:升压至试验压力并持续12h,期间不注水补压(管内压力将可能下降)。检查管道接口、配件等,不得有泄漏现象。主试验:1)升压至试验压力并稳压至第一个小时末,期间可补水稳压。2)稳压于试验压力至第二个小时末,期间可补水稳压。3)稳压于试验压力至第三个小时末,期间可补水稳压。设这一时间段补水量为V1(L)。4)稳压于试验压力至第四个小时末,期间可补水稳压。5)稳压于试验压力至第五个小时末,期间可补水稳压。设这一时间段补水量为V2(L)。6)如果试验结果满足下式且试压过程中无渗漏现象,则试压结果合格。V0.55V0.14LdH21i式中L——试压管道长度(km);di——试压管道内径(m);H——试压水头平均值(m)。7.CEN试验方法,分为两个阶段进行试压。1)预试验阶段,步骤如下:a将试压管道内的压力降至大气压,并持续60min。这一时间段内要保证没有空气进入管道。b缓慢的将管道升压至试验压力并稳压30min,期间如有压力下降可注水补压(但不得高于试验压力)。检查管道接口、配件等处有无渗漏现象(如有渗漏现象则试压不合格)。c停止注水补压并稳定60min,若60min后压力下降至试验压力的70%以上,则继续下一阶段的工作。如60min后压力下降至试验压力的70%以下,则试压不合格,须查明原因。2)主试验阶段,步骤如下:a在预试验阶段结束后,迅速将管道泄水降压,降压量为试验压力的10%~15%。b准确计量降压所泄出的水量,设为VL()c按下式计算允许泄出的最大水量Vmax()LVmax1.2VP1/Ewdi/(eEnp)式中V——试压管道的总容积(L);P——降压量(kPa);Ew——水的体积模量。不同水温时Ew见表1;Ep——管材的弹性模量(kPa),见表2(表中所列时间依试压所经过时间来取值)。77\nDB13/T2162—2014表1不同水温时Ew温度(℃)体积模量Ew(kPa)温度(℃)体积模量Ew(kPa)52080000202170000102110000252210000152140000302230000表2管材的弹性模量PE100弹性模量Ep(kPa)温度(℃)1h2h3h59900009300009000001090000085000082000015820000780000750000207500007100006800002569000065000063000030640000610000600000d若VVmax,停止试压,排除管内过量空气。e观察并记录30min的管内水压变化情况,若试压管道剩余压力有上升趋势,则水压试验结果合格。f如上30min内试压管道内剩余水压无上升趋势,则再持续观察60min,如在整个90min内压力下降不超过0.02MPa,则水压试验结果合格。CEN试压标准与方法,除欧共体外,澳大利亚、新西兰也予采用。二、国内开展的工作与建议目前,国内较多供水公司已开始安装使用PE管,并逐渐呈大面积应用之势。安装后管道的水压试验,多参考《埋地硬聚氯乙烯给水管道工程技术规程》CECS17的规定,或采用由管材厂家提供的试压标准与方法。大多数的供水企业在施工聚乙烯管道工程时普遍采用了分阶段补水升压的方法,补水量也不大。如深圳市水务集团2000年某小区管网改造采用聚乙烯管道,水压试验方法和取得的数据如下:第一段:管道长约260m,含dn200、dn160、dn90管道升至试验压力1.0MPa(参照UPVC管)未补水情况下:10min压力降为略小于0.01MPa;30min压力降为略小于0.02MPa;60min压力降为略小于0.032MPa;补水升至1.0MPa压力10min压力降为略小于0.01MPa;30min压力降为0.015MPa;60min压力降为0.028MPa;第二段:管道长约900m,含dn160、dn110、dn90、dn63管道升至试验压力1.0MPa未补水情况下:10min压力降为小于0.005MPa;30min压力降为小于0.01MPa;60min压力降为小于0.018MPa;此次试压并做了管道渗水量实验,渗水量计算结果为0.0628L/minkm(参照其他传统管材计算结果合格,计算公式qW/(T1T2)L)。第三段:管道长约600m,主要含dn90、dn63管道78\nDB13/T2162—2014升至试验压力1.0MPa未补水情况下:10min压力降为略小于0.00MPa;30min压力降为略小于0.01MPa;60min压力降为略小于0.02MPa;整个试压过程中管道接口及管道末端无渗漏现象。参照UPVC管道试压标准,此次管道试压结果视为合格。我们认为,国内给水管道使用PE管的时间不长,缺少试验与时间数据,过于繁琐的试压方法与过于严格的标准对推动PE管的应用也未必有益。相对而言,CEN方法较为简单,可操作性强,推荐供水企业安装试压时选用。当工程另有规定要求,可参阅有关资料选择适当的试压方法。此外,采用焊接方式(电熔、热熔)连接的PE管,与采用承插方式连接的其他材质的管道相比,接口处渗漏的可能性要小的多,这也是进行水压试验时所必须考虑的。国内某单位采用CEN方法进行过水压试验,试验管材dn110、PE80材料、SDR17、PN0.8,实际外径110.20mm、壁厚6.7~6.8mm、管长30m、水温9~10℃,有关结果如下:第一次:试验压力0.9MPa管道内注满水,排尽空气,约3h管道升压至0.9MPa,保压并补压30min停止补压并稳压60min,压力降至0.8MPa在预试验结束后,将管道内压力降至0.67MPa,放水量为250g(小于计算的允许值560g)3min后,压力升至0.68MPa;15min后,压力升至0.69MPa;30min后,压力维持在0.69MPa。第二次:试验压力0.7MPa管道内注满水,排尽空气管道升压至0.7MPa,保压并补压30min停止补压并稳压60min,压力降至0.635MPa在预试验结束后,将管道内压力降至0.53MPa,放水量为200g(小于计算的允许的459g)3min后,压力升至0.54MPa;15min后,压力升至0.545MPa;30min后,压力维持在0.545MPa。计算结果表明,实测泄水量均小于计算最大允许值。试验结果还表明,泄掉一定比例的压力后,确实存在由于管材收缩管内水压上升这一现象。7.4大口径聚乙烯(PE)给水管道工程施工完毕后,按照现行国家标准规定进行验收,验收内容和方法除另外说明外,应执行现行国家相关标准。_________________________________79
