刖舌GB/T16638.4—2008GB/T16638{空气动力学概念、量和符号》分为四个部分:——第1部分:空气动力学常用术语;——第2部分:坐标轴系和飞机运动状态量;——第3部分:飞机几何特性;——第4部分:飞机的空气动力、力矩及其系数和导数。本部分为GB/T16638的第4部分。本部分对我国多年使用的空气动力学常用术语进行了归集与筛选,并尽可能与国际上大多数国家的使用习惯相一致,本部分的飞机空气动力学部分术语和符号与国家标准GB/T14410--2008{飞行力学概念、量和符号》相协调。本部分代替GB/T16638.41996《空气动力学概念、量和符号第4部分:飞机的空气动力、力矩及其系数和导数》。本部分与GB/T16638.41996相比主要变化如下:a)增加了扰流片铰链力矩、调整片铰链力矩,横向力系数的导数等定义;b)增加了铰链力矩导数等定义。本部分由中国航空工业第一集团公司提出。本部分由中国航空工业第一集团公司归口。本部分起草单位:北京航空航天大学、中国航空综合技术研究所、中国航空工业空气动力研究院、中国航空工业发展研究中心。本部分主要起草人:陈晏清、邵箭、焦志强、刘沛清、李周复、陈玉、王志川、郝卫东、冯亚南、范洁川、张克军。本部分所代替标准的历次版本发布情况为:——GB/T16638.41996。
