GB/T7359-1999前言本标准等效采用国际标准ISO1382:1996《橡胶词汇》,对国家标准GB/T7359-1987《合成橡胶、合成胶乳名词术语》进行了修订。本标准引用ISO1382:1996《橡胶词汇》中有关合成橡胶、合成胶乳术语244条;仍保留国家标准GB/T7359-1987中的术语20条;新增加合成橡胶分技术委员会历年来归口标准中涉及的常用术语11条。将以上三方面术语汇集在一起,以汉语拼音顺序进行编排,共计275条。在命名上,尽可能采用全国自然科学名词审定委员会公布的《化学名词》(1991)中的相应术语。本标准的附录A是标准的附录,附录B是提示的附录。本标准从实施之日起,代替GB/T7359-1987,本标准由中国石油化工集团公司提出。本标准由全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会合成橡胶分技术委员会归口。本标准起草单位:兰州化学工业公司化工研究院。本标准主要起草人:郭洪达。本标准于1987年作为国家标准GB/T7359-1987首次发布。1998年第一次修订。 GB/T7359-1999ISO前言ISO(国际标准化组织)是各国标准团体(ISO成员团体)的世界性联合机构。制定国际标准的工作通常由ISO各技术委员会进行。凡对已建立技术委员会项目感兴趣的成员团体均有权参加该委员会。与ISO有联系的政府和非政府的国际组织,也可参加此项工作。在电工技术标准的所有方面,ISO与国际电工技术委员会(IEC)紧密合作。技术委员会采纳的国际标准草案,要发给成员团体进行投票,作为国际标准发布时,要求至少有75%投票的成员团体投票赞成。国际标准ISO1382由ISO/TC45橡胶与橡胶制品技术委员会制定。本第三版废止并代替第二版(ISO1382:1982)文本及所有公布和未公布的附加件,也包括第21草案。该版本与ISO1382:1982的差别在于:术语及定义是按英文字母顺序编排,同时,提供了以法文字母顺序编排术语(不包括定义)索引。附录A是标准的附录,附录B是提示的附录。 中华人民共和国国家标准GB/"r7359-1999eqvISO1382:1996合成橡胶术语代替GB/T7359-1987Syntheticrubbersterminology范围本标准规定了合成橡胶工业中使用的术语及其定义。本标准适用于制、修订标准、橡胶工业出版物及有关技术文件。本标准不包括特殊橡胶产品的术语或易懂易查找的术语。术语及其定义2.1百分伸长率percentelongation具有均匀截面的试样或规定的试样相对于初始长度的伸长,以百分数表示。2.2半有效硫化体系semi-efficientvulcanizing(semi-EV)system用于二烯烃橡胶的一种含硫硫化体系,该体系可含硫,或不含硫给予体,其促进剂浓度介于普通硫化体系和有效硫化(EV)体系之间。2.3标记benchmarks用于测量试样应变用的公认的识别标志。2.4标距gaugelength标记间的已知距离。2.5标准混炼胶standardcompound按照规定配方,使用标准配合剂和混炼方法制备的混合物。2.6玻璃化转变glasstransition材料由粘性或弹性转变为脆性、玻璃态的可逆物理变化。注:通常将发生这种转变的温度范围的中点称为“玻璃化转变温度,’o2.7补强Aijreinforcingagent用于提高橡胶抗机械力作用的配合剂。2.8补强填料reinforcingfiller基本上不影响硫化过程的补强剂。2.9残余苯乙烯含量residualstyrenecontent苯乙烯单体在共聚物中的残留量(按质量百分数计)。2.10残余丙烯睛含量residualacrylonitrilecontent丙烯睛单体在共聚物中的残留量(按质量百分数计)。2.11超促进剂ultraaccelerator常用于低温快速硫化的高活性促进剂。2.12操作油processoil来自石油或其他来源的用作增量剂或加工助剂的烃类油。2.13扯断伸长率elongationatbreak国家质1R技术监督局1999一08一10批准2000一06一01实施1 cs/T7359-1999试样在拉断时的百分伸长率。2.14扯断永久变形setafterbreak试样拉伸到断裂后的永久变形。2.15残渣(胶乳)sludge(rubberlatex)未配合胶乳中的沉积物。2.16充油橡胶。il-extendedrubber含大量操作油的生胶。注:通常油含量在每100份橡胶聚合物中大于15份(质量)。臭氧龟裂ozonecracking由于臭氧的作用,在拉伸变形下橡胶表面发生裂纹的现象。注:臭氧龟裂产生在拉伸变形的垂直方向,通常发生在不饱和主链的橡胶中.2.18除臭剂re-odorant加到橡胶中,为了带进某种特定气味的物质。2.19渗透污染penetrationstain材料与橡胶表面接触,对材料表面或内部产生的污染。2.20纯胶料gumcompound含有足够量的硫化助剂和其他少量的加工、着色和改善抗老化性能配合剂的像胶混合物。2.21促进YFiJaccelerator用于提高硫化速度和/或增进硫化胶物理性能与硫化剂共用的小剂量配合剂。单体monomer其分子能与同类或不同类分子反应生成聚合物的低分子量物质。2.23定伸应力tensilestressatagivenelongation拉伸试样时,在有效部分至规定伸长时所需的拉伸应力。定应力伸长率elongationatagivenstress试样承受给定拉伸应力时,在试验长度上的拉伸形变。2.25冻融稳定性(胶乳)freeze-thawstability(rubberlatex)在一定温度条件下,以胶乳反复冻结和融化后生成凝固物量的多少来表示胶乳的稳定程度。2.26堆积胶bank在开炼机或压延机的辊筒间或在涂胶机的涂胶辊或刮刀上的堆积胶料.2.27堆积密度bulkdensity包括所有空隙在内的单位体积材料的质量。注:该术语用于徽孔及颗粒材料。2.28惰性填料inertfiller无补强作用的填料。2.29二烯(系)橡胶dienerubber含有不饱和碳主链,主要由丁二烯或取代丁二烯形成的聚合物。发泡3YFIJ胶乳)foamingagent(rubberlatex)在生产泡沫胶时,用以促进胶乳中产生气泡的配合剂。返硫revertingcure在模量达到最大值之后,继续在硫化温度下,引起模量降低的硫化类型。2.32芳烃油aromaticoil通常指芳烃含量在350o(m/m)以上的烃类操作油。2.33防腐剂(胶乳)preservative(rubberlatex) GB/T7359-1999在浓缩前后,为防止腐败和伴生凝固而加到未配合胶乳中的物质。2.34防腐橡胶胶乳preservedrubberlatex经过防腐和防凝固处理的胶乳。2.35防焦剂prevulcanizationinhibitor能延长焦烧时间的配合剂,在这段时间中,胶料在加工和硫化温度下没有明显的交联,对硫化速率的影响甚微。注:防焦剂与阻滞剂的区别在于它仅延长交联开始前的时间,而很多阻滞剂能抑制硫化反应,从而降低硫化速率。2.36非硫黄硫化体系non-sulfurvulcanizingsystem不用游离硫或硫给予体交联的硫化体系。2.37分散剂(胶乳)dispersingagent(rubberlatex)用于促进固体配合剂分散于水相中的表面活性物质。2.38分散(作用)dispersion(theactof)为了得到最佳和均一性能,应用剪切力将一种或多种配合剂分布于橡胶、橡胶共混物或材料连续相中的过程。粉末橡胶powderedrubber粒状的生胶或未硫化胶料。通常由直径不大于1mm的粒子组成。在生产、运输和贮存中,为了防止结块可加或不加涂层。2.40干胶含量(胶乳)dryrubbercontent(rubberlatex)胶乳中所得的凝聚橡胶的含量。2.41干燥剂desiccant用于吸取胶料或混炼胶中的水分,以减少产品孔隙度的配合剂。膏化(胶乳)creaming(rubberlatex)胶乳底部或顶部被乳清包围的橡胶粒子在重力作用下的可逆聚集过程。注:该过程一般通过加人膏化剂来实现。膏化Ail胶乳)creamingagent(rubberlatex)加到胶乳中以提高膏化率的物质。2.44膏化橡胶胶乳creamedrubberlatex通过膏化和除去分离的乳清使橡胶浓度提高的胶乳。2.45割口直角形或新月形试样的撕裂强度nickedsingleorcrescenttearstrength撕裂规定的直角形或新月形试样上的撕裂割口扩展所需的最大力除以该试样的厚度,该力的作用方向基本上垂直于割口平面。2.46共聚物copolymer由两种不同单体制得的聚合物。2.47辊距nip开炼机或压延机辊筒表面间沿中心线的径向间隙。注:或指用于开炼或压延材料的辊筒间的空隙。辊筒速比frictionratio两相邻辊筒表面速度之比(开炼机、压延机、精炼机)。国际橡胶硬度IRHD在规定条件下,用规定的压头压入试样的深度值来测定的硬度。注IRHD分度表示:。度表示材料无针入阻力,100度表示材料无针入值。该硬度的详细描述见ISO48:1994(硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶一硬度测定(在10-1001RHD范围)》。
