'第II页桥梁初步设计与连续梁桥结构设计摘要:大桥初步设计结合当地自然、人文文化背景,从安全、适用、经济、美观等方面详细介绍了梁式桥、拱桥、斜拉桥和悬索桥等4种主桥设计构思,并对每种桥型拟定了一种方案。最后经相关指标确定推荐方案为预应力混凝土连续梁桥,并对其材料和施工方法作了详细介绍。结构设计阶段,对一座三跨变截面预应力混凝土连续箱梁进行结构分析和配筋设计。主跨跨径为88m,边跨54m,采用对称悬臂浇筑施工方法。采用桥梁计算软件MidasCivil2011对主桥进行分析。首先,选取合理的计算参数,划分梁段,建立有限元计算模型,各阶段受力体系的选择完全模拟实际施工状态。然后根据计算无预应力结构的内力结果试配预应力筋,配筋后对成桥阶段和施工阶段的应力、位移、徐变信息等进行复核,反复调整预应力直至所有条件满足全预应力构件要求,最后完成施工图绘制。关键词:总体设计;自锚式;结构设计;施工BridgepreliminarydesignandcontinuousbridgestructuraldesignABSTRACT:Bridgepreliminarydesigncombinedwithlocalnatural,humanculturalbackground,fromtheaspectssuchassafe,applicable,economic,beautifuldetailsthegirderbridge,archbridge,cable-stayedbridgeandsuspensionbridgefourmaindesignidea,andforeachbridgedrewupaplan.Finallytherelevantindicatorstodeterminetherecommendedschemefortheprestressedconcretecontinuousgirderbridge,andthematerialsandconstructionmethodsisintroducedindetail.Atthestageofstructuraldesign,athree-spanprestressedconcretecontinuousboxgirderstructureisanalysised,themainspanis88mlongandthesidespanis54mlong,usesymmetricalcantileverin-castconstructionmethod.ThestructuralanalysisisbasedonMidasCivil2011.Thestructuralandmaterialsparametersare 第109页第一部分初步设计1工程概况本桥总体设计综合考虑了地形、地质、水文、航运、河床特征、防洪等因素,在满足大桥使用功能的前提下,力求体现景观协调、结构经济安全、施工方便。2设计规范(1)《公路工程技术标准》(JTGB01-2003);(2)《公路路线设计规范》(JTJD20-2006);(3)《公路桥涵设计通用规范》(JTGD60-2004);(4)《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》(JTGD62-2004);(5)《公路工程可靠度设计统一标准》(GB/T50283-1999);(6)《公路桥涵地基与基础设计规范》(JTJD63-2007);(7)《公路桥涵施工技术规范》(JTG/TF50-2011);(8)《公路桥涵钢结构及木结构设计规范》(JTJ026-90);(9)《钢结构设计规范》(GB50017-2003);3技术标准根据设计要求,主要技术指标如下:(1)设计荷载:公路Ⅰ级荷载,高速公路,四车道;(2)设计车速:100km/h;(3)车道净宽:净15.0m;(4)桥面坡度:纵坡1.5%,横坡1%;(5)通航标准:Ⅲ-(2)级航道,净高1.0m,净宽150m,通航水位29.21m,设计水位为32.10m,最低水位24.72m;(6)设计基准期:100年。 第109页4水文地质概况桥位路线轴线与河道两岸垂直,桥址河床断面属于宽滩式河床,河槽分布基本对称,河槽位于河床中央,河面宽约800m。地质勘探结果表明,桥位区地质情况较好,河床以下覆盖约0m~4m厚细砂层和1m~5m厚砂卵石,持力层为紫红色砂砾岩;砂卵石层容许承载力[σ0]=1200kPa。持力层为紫红色砂砾岩,埋置较浅,容许承载力为[σ0]=4000kPa,是很理想的持力层。5大桥设计方案5.1大桥方案总体构思根据大桥特定的建设条件和工程特点,提出一下总体设计原则:(1)全面贯彻“实用、经济、安全、美观”的技术方针,充分利用桥梁的新理论、新工艺、新材料和先进经验,做到因地制宜;(2)尽量采用工厂化的预制装配方案,保证工程质量;(3)重视景观设计,力求造型美观,总体上与周围环境协调,同时重视环境的保护;(4)重视施工方案的设计,重视施工组织管理;(5)重视结构耐久性和大桥的使用功能;(6)根据以上设计原则,提出以下五种桥型方案进行方案比选。5.1.1梁式桥方案构思本桥设计标准为高速公路四车道,通航等级Ⅲ-(2)级,单孔双向通航净宽要求150m,作为梁桥设计可以选择连续梁桥或者连续刚构桥。连续刚构桥塔,梁,墩固结为一个整体共同受力,受力复杂。而连续梁桥有如下优点:(1)在40~200m的跨径范围内,与其它结构体系比较,常成为最佳的桥型方案。(2)预应力混凝土连续梁桥充分发挥了高强材料的特性,具有可靠强度、刚度以及抗裂性能。(3)结构在车辆运营中噪音小,维修量小。 第109页(4)其施工方法已达到相当先进的水平,工期短、效益明显。(5)伸缩缝少,行车舒适,满足高速行车的要求。再用滑动支座时,连续长度可增大。温度、混凝土收缩徐变产生的附加内力较小。且全桥有较好的抗震性能。(6)连续梁桥内力的分布较合理,其刚度大,对活载产生的动力影响较小。混凝土收缩徐变引起的变形也是最小的。连续梁桥超载时有可能发生内力重分布,提高梁部结构的承载力。(7)除主墩外,连续梁桥的桥墩及基础尺寸都可以做得小些。大跨度变截面连续梁桥多采用不等跨布置,边主跨比一般为0.6~0.8,对于采用箱型截面的三跨连续梁,边主跨比甚至可以减少至为0.5~0.7。变截面连续梁的梁底曲线可采用二次抛物线、折线和介于折线与二次抛物线之间的1.5~1.8次抛物线,其中抛物线的变化规律应与连续梁的弯矩变化规律接近。本桥河床较为平坦,基岩埋深较浅,可以使用较大跨径以满足通航和泄洪要求。由于是两个Ⅲ-(2)级航道,故可设一个双向通航孔,考虑到桥墩布置、地质、地形、通航富余以及连续梁桥的适宜跨径等条件,主桥主跨在160m~180m之间为比较合适。从两岸与道路接线考虑,取两桥台支座中心线之间长度为806m,引桥的标准跨为45m,故跨径布置为:5×45m(等截面混凝土箱型连续梁)+(93+170+93)m(三跨变截面混凝土连续梁)+5×45m(等截面混凝土箱型连续梁)=806m,主桥边主跨比为93/170=0.55(图1.1所示)。图1.1预应力混凝土连续梁桥5.1.2拱式桥方案构思拱桥是我国公路上使用广泛的一种桥型,在竖向荷载作用下,两端产生水平推力,使拱内产生轴向压力,大大减小了拱圈的弯矩,应力分布均匀,跨越能力较大,拱圈的弧形使结构摆脱了单纯的直线组合,形式鲜活美观。中、下承式拱桥不仅保持了拱桥一般的力学特点,特别是桥梁标高受限时,采用中、下承式拱桥可以降低桥面标高,方便两端的接线,更重要的是中、下承式拱桥的拱圈中 第109页的巨大水平推力可以由系杆来承受,从而减小拱桥对地基的要求,使基础造价降低。地质资料显示,本桥河床较平坦,不适宜做有推力拱桥,故考虑设计成中承式或下承式系杆拱桥。从桥墩布置、地质、地形、通航富余以及两岸与道路接线等方面考虑,两岸引桥均设计为6×45m等截面预应力混凝土连续梁,主桥设计为主跨186m、边跨40m(图1.2所示),属无推力结构体系。钢箱系杆拱组合结构体系可最大限度地利用混凝土材料所具有的耐久、耐压、经济的特性和钢材所具有的轻质、高强的特性,把合理小跨结构组合成大跨结构,使安全、实用、经济、美观的设计思想得以充分体现。结构简洁、舒畅,是场地条件、功能需求、景观协调自然结合的产物。图1.2中承式系杆拱桥5.1.3斜拉桥方案构思斜拉桥由于其造型美观,气势雄伟,跨越能力大,因此成为大跨度桥梁中强有力的竞争者。斜拉桥的类型很多,按孔跨布局可以分为独塔斜拉桥,双塔三跨斜拉桥,以及多塔多跨斜拉桥,其中独塔斜拉桥和双塔三跨斜拉桥是应用得最为广泛的。据相关资料统计,独塔斜拉桥大体占我国修建的斜拉桥的1/3强。在河床地形,地质条件比较均匀一致时,独塔斜拉桥与双塔斜拉桥相比有下列优势:⑴独塔斜拉桥比较经济。省掉了一个基础,而且斜拉桥在总体布置上往往设置较长的无索区,可以减少拉索数量。⑵独塔斜拉桥受力性能比较有利。首先在活载挠度较双塔小,最大挠度发生在拉索区内,对受力有利。⑶施工上也较有利,可以减少基础的施工时间,并且可以考虑用转体施工。结合美学要求,本桥索塔采用宝瓶形的双索面主塔形式,在塔上横梁上设支座以形成塔梁分离的半漂浮体系。桥跨总体布置:4×50m(连续梁)+(45m+77m+184m)(单塔双跨斜拉桥)+6×50m(连续梁),共计806m,如图1.3所示。边主跨比为0.663,边跨设置一个辅助墩,以提高斜拉桥的整体刚度,减少拉索应力变幅。 第109页图1.3单塔双跨斜拉桥5.1.4悬索桥方案构思随着时代的进步,人类越来越注重美学在结构中的运用,现代桥梁在满足行车安全的要求外,桥梁的造型和景观设计也成为了一个主要环节。而自锚式悬索桥很大程度上符合人们的审美特征,桥型独特、壮观,主缆富有张力、生动活泼,索塔雄壮,富有吸引力等等。此外,自锚式悬索桥与传统的地锚式悬索桥相比省去了两个大的锚锭,对地基的要求低。同时,主缆锚固于边跨加劲梁(即锚跨),可以利用加劲梁的水平支承能力来平衡主缆水平分力。该河通航孔约150m左右,仍在自锚式悬索桥经济跨径的范围内,所以自锚式悬索桥是一个值得考虑的方案。从桥墩布置、地质、地形、通航富余以及两岸与道路接线等方面考虑,西、东岸引桥分别设计为5×45m和6×45m等截面预应力混凝土连续梁,主桥主跨取184m,故全桥跨径布置为:4×45m(等截面预应力混凝土连续梁)+30m(锚跨)112m(混凝土加劲梁边跨)+184m(钢加劲梁主跨)+30m(锚跨)+6×45m(等截面预应力混凝土连续梁)=806m(图1.4所示)。图1.4单塔双跨自锚式悬索桥5.2方案一:预应力混凝土连续梁桥5.2.1主桥设计(1)总体布置A)立面设计a)跨径布置 第109页主桥为三跨变截面混凝土连续箱梁桥,如图2.1.1所示,跨径布置为:93m+170m+93m,主桥边主跨比为93/170=0.547。图2.1.1连续梁桥立面图(单位:cm)b)桥面标高确定1)竖曲线设计根据《公路工程技术标准》,设计车速为100km/h的高速公路竖曲线半径一般取值为10000m、极限值为6500m,竖曲线长度一般值为210m,最小值为85m。考虑到竖曲线的长度要求,本方案竖曲线半径采用R=10000m,纵坡采用1.5%。竖曲线基本要素为:竖曲线长度L=Rω=10000×0.03=300m、切线长T=L/2=150m、竖曲线外距E=T22R=1.125m。2)桥面标高本桥桥面标高根据流水净空要求、通航净空要求、跨线桥下的交通要求,并结合桥型跨径等综合考虑。①按流水净空要求计算桥面标高,计算公式如下:Hmin=Hj+∆hj+∆h0式中:Hmin——桥面最低高程(m);Hj——设计水位(m)(设计水位记入壅水、波浪高度等)∆hj——桥向净空安全值(m);∆h0——桥梁上部结构建筑高度。故Hmin=32.10(设计水位)+0.50(净空安全值)+(10+0.5+0.09)(主墩位置上部结构建筑高度)+1.275(纵坡)-1.125(竖曲线外矢距)=43.64m(竖曲线顶点标高)②按通航净空要求计算桥面标高:Hmin=Hth+∆h式中:Hth——通航水位。 第109页故Hmin=29.21(通航水位)+10(通航净高)+7.51(对应的上部结构高度)+1.125(纵坡)-1.125(竖曲线外矢距)=46.72m(竖曲线顶点标高)③按跨线桥下的交通要求计算桥面标高:西岸路堤通车处标高为43.97m,路堤处里程桩号为K5+787.35m。Hmin=43.97+6.045(纵坡)-1.125(竖曲线外矢距)=48.89m(竖曲线顶点标高)东岸路堤通车处标高为42.78m,路堤处里程桩号为K6+597.66m。Hmin=42.78+6.045(纵坡)-1.125(竖曲线外矢距)=45.45m(竖曲线顶点标高)综合上述标高,本方案标高取为48.89m(竖曲线顶点标高)。B)平面设计本桥轴线为直线,桥面布置为:0.5m(护栏)+3m(右路肩)+2×3.75m(行车道)+1m(左路肩)+0.5m(护栏)+0.5m(两幅桥间的空隙)+0.5m(护栏)+1m(左路肩)+2×3.75m(行车道)+3m(右路肩)+0.5m(护栏)=25.5m(图5.2.2所示)。图2.1.2连续梁桥平面图(单位:cm)(2)上部结构设计主桥上部结构采用预应力混凝土单箱单室变高度箱梁(图5.2.3所示),C50混凝土,箱梁顶板全宽12.50m,底板宽7m,箱梁根部梁高10m(高跨比为1/17.0),跨中梁高3m(高跨比为1/56.7),按二次抛物线变化。箱梁顶板厚0.33m,设单向1%横坡,悬臂端部厚0.17m,悬臂根部厚0.44m,底板厚0.25m~1.2m,按二次抛物线变化,横向水平,支点腹板厚度为1.23m,跨中腹板厚度为0.38m,其厚度按阶梯状分三次递变。 第109页图2.1.3连续梁桥主梁横断面上部结构采用对称悬臂浇筑法施工,0号块长7m,1-7号块长3m,8-16号块长3.5m,17-23号块长4m,中跨合拢段长2m。边跨不对称段较短可采用在墩上用导梁支撑架设,长度为6m,合拢段长2m。(3)下部结构设计主墩墩身采用圆角矩形薄壁钢筋混凝土结构,混凝土强度等级为C40,桥墩顺桥向尺寸为5.2m,横桥向尺寸为7m,墩高13.52m,壁厚0.9m。主墩基础采用18根直径2.6m的端承桩,承台高度3.6m,顺桥向尺寸15m,横桥向尺寸28m。承台和基础采用C30混凝土。过渡墩墩身采用矩形薄壁钢筋混凝土结构,混凝土强度等级为C40,桥墩顺桥向尺寸为3.6m,横桥向尺寸为7m,墩高17.42m,壁厚0.7m。每幅桥过渡墩基础采用4根直径2.6m的端承桩,承台高度3.0m,顺桥向尺寸8.6m,横桥向尺寸30m。承台和基础采用C30混凝土。5.2.2引桥设计(1)桥跨布置东、西岸引桥均为5跨45m等截面箱梁混凝土结构连续梁桥,引桥采用先进移动模架逐跨现浇施工。(2)上部结构设计 第109页引桥上部结构采用混凝土箱梁结构(图2.1.4所示),梁高2.5m,梁顶板全宽12.50m,底板宽7m,箱梁顶板厚0.33m,设单向1%横坡,悬臂端部厚0.17m,悬臂根部厚0.44m,底板厚0.25m,腹板厚度为0.38m。图2.1.4引桥横断面(单位:cm)(3)下部结构设计跨径45m的引桥桥墩采用直径为2.0m的圆柱形实心墩,承台厚1.8m,顺桥向尺寸为6.6m,横桥向尺寸为22m。每幅桥的基础由6根1.8m钻孔灌注桩组成。桥墩和盖梁混凝土强度等级均为C40。承台和基础采用C30混凝土。(4)桥台设计东、西两岸与道路接线处均设重力式U型桥台(图2.1.5所示),桥台全高11.7m。图2.1.5桥台立面(单位:cm)5.3方案二:中承式钢箱系杆拱桥5.3.1主桥设计(1)总体布置A)立面设计 第109页a)跨径布置主桥设计为中承式系杆拱桥,跨径布置40m+186m+40m(图2.2.1所示)。图2.2.1系杆拱桥立面布置(单位:cm)b)桥面标高确定1)竖曲线设计根据《公路工程技术标准》,设计车速为100km/h的高速公路竖曲线半径一般取值为10000m、极限值为6500m,竖曲线长度一般值为210m,最小值为85m。考虑到竖曲线的长度要求,本方案竖曲线半径采用R=10000m,纵坡采用1.5%。竖曲线基本要素为:竖曲线长度L=Rω=10000×0.03=300m、切线长T=L/2=150m、竖曲线外距E=T22R=1.125m。2)桥面标高本桥桥面标高根据流水净空要求、通航净空要求、跨线桥下的交通要求,并结合桥型跨径等综合考虑。①按流水净空要求计算桥面标高,计算公式如下:Hmin=Hj+∆hj+∆h0式中:Hmin——桥面最低高程(m);Hj——设计水位(m)(设计水位记入壅水、波浪高度等)∆hj——桥向净空安全值(m);∆h0——桥梁上部结构建筑高度。那么,Hmin=32.10(设计水位)+0.50(净空安全值)+(2+0.5+0.09)(主墩位置上部结构建筑高度)+1.395(纵坡)-1.125(竖曲线外矢距)=35.46m(竖曲线顶点标高)②按通航净空要求计算桥面标高: 第109页Hmin=Hth+∆h式中:Hth——通航水位。故Hmin=29.21(通航水位)+10(通航净高)+(2+0.09)(对应的上部结构高度)+1.125(纵坡)-1.125(竖曲线外矢距)=41.30m(竖曲线顶点标高)③按跨线桥下的交通要求计算桥面标高:西岸路堤通车处标高为43.97m,路堤处里程桩号为K5+787.35m。Hmin=43.97+6.045(纵坡)-1.125(竖曲线外矢距)=48.89m(竖曲线顶点标高)东岸路堤通车处标高为42.78m,路堤处里程桩号为K6+597.66m。Hmin=42.78+6.045(纵坡)-1.125(竖曲线外矢距)=45.45m(竖曲线顶点标高)综合上述标高,本方案标高取为48.89m(竖曲线顶点标高)。B)平面设计本桥轴线为直线,桥面布置为:0.5m(护栏)+3m(右路肩)+2×3.75m(行车道)+1m(左路肩)+0.5m(护栏)+4.3m(两幅桥间的空隙)+0.5m(护栏)+1m(左路肩)+2×3.75m(行车道)+3m(右路肩)+0.5m(护栏)=29.3m。如图2.2.2所示。图2.2.2系杆拱桥平面布置(单位:cm)(2)上部结构设计A)拱肋主跨拱肋采用矩形钢箱加劲梁断面,边拱箱宽度2.0m,中拱箱宽度为3.5m。拱箱高度从拱座到跨中由4.5m渐变至2.5m,高度变化采用水平座标为x轴的二次抛物线方程。拱箱顶、底板板厚均采用32mm,腹板厚度采用28mm,腹板与顶、底板间采用熔透焊接。横隔板一般间距2800mm,钢板厚度16mm。顶、底板和腹板均设纵向板式加劲肋,板厚16mm,标准间距500mm。另外,作为除湿机排风通道,顶板还设了一道连通的U型闭口加劲肋,板厚6mm。 第109页边跨拱肋采用混凝土箱梁断面,边拱箱宽度2.0m,中拱箱宽度为3.5m。拱箱高度从拱座到拱顶由4.7m渐变至3.0m,高度变化采用水平座标为x轴的二次抛物线方程。拱箱顶、底板厚度为0.43m,腹板厚度为0.24m,在有立柱处设一厚度为1.2m的横隔板,横隔板上设有过人孔。中拱肋拱座高4.36m(其中墩身混凝土面下2.036m),长11.3m,宽4.3m,与主墩固结;边拱肋拱座高4.36m(其中墩身混凝土面下2.036m),长11.3m,宽2.8m,与主墩固结。与拱座相连接的边跨拱段和主跨拱段内灌筑混凝土。B)桥面系结构桥面结构由钢横梁、钢纵梁、桥面板组成,桥面荷载直接由钢横梁与桥面板组成的联合梁承担。如图2.2.3所示,荷载由联合梁传给立柱(吊杆),最后传递给拱肋。桥面板由预制π型C50钢筋混凝土板和现浇桥面铺装层构成,板厚15cm,肋高11cm,肋宽20cm,边板宽4m,中板宽3.7m,预制板间纵向接缝宽40cm,桥面铺装厚9cm。钢横梁长16.8m,工字型上翼板宽800mm,厚20mm,下翼板宽1000mm,厚30mm,腹板厚20mm,梁高1.74m。钢纵梁采用热轧H型钢,每副桥共设置了5道钢纵梁,用于增强桥面的整体性、支承钢梁检查车的轨道,钢纵梁上翼板宽300mm,厚12mm,下翼板宽500mm,厚16mm,腹板厚12mm,梁高0.4m。图2.2.3主跨桥面系布置(单位:cm)C)风撑边拱肋与中拱肋间设3道一字形风撑,水平间距32m,风撑为1.6m×1.6m的矩形截面,在拱肋上居中布置。D)吊杆、立柱及系杆 第109页本桥轴线为直线,桥面布置为:0.5m(护栏)+3m(右路肩)+2×3.75m(行车道)+1m(左路肩)+0.5m(护栏)+9.2m(两幅桥间的空隙)+0.5m(护栏)+1m(左路肩)+2×3.75m(行车道)+3m(右路肩)+0.5m(护栏)=34.2m(图2.3.2所示)。图2.3.2平面布置图(2)上部结构设计A)主梁本桥主梁采用轻型肋板截面,如图2.3.3所示,边实心梁高2.5m,顶宽1.2m,底宽1.4m,全宽14.9m,板厚0.28m。高跨比为1/73.6,梁上索距为8.5m~4m,有拉索处则设一道厚0.5m的横梁,塔梁相交处则设1道1.5m厚横隔板。主梁采用悬臂浇注。图2.3.3主梁横断面(单位:cm)B)索塔本桥采用塔墩固结而在塔间横梁上设支座以形成的半漂浮体系,如图2.3.4所示,从两幅桥的布置及美学方面的考虑,采用了宝瓶形混凝土索塔,总高98.84m,桥面以上塔高76m,高跨比为0.413。下塔柱横桥向底宽15.7m,逐步向上放宽,至中、下塔柱交界的下横梁处(放置梁处)最宽,为16.2m。中塔柱向上略收窄,上升40m后宽7m,向上为向外扩张的圆弧形上塔柱,半径为150m,两根上塔柱之间全部以厚2m的板相连。塔柱截面呈空心的八角形,下塔柱为从塔底7mx4m呈直线变化成中、下塔柱交界处的5mx2.5m 第109页,上面的中、下塔柱均采用5mx2.5m的等截面。塔柱下设一厚度为1.5m的塔座。图2.3.4索塔C)斜拉索本设计采用OVM250喷涂环氧钢绞线拉索体系,∅j15.24喷涂环氧钢绞线(平均每根拉索30根钢绞线,每延米约重30×1.101=33.03kg),标准强度1860MPa,斜拉索采用空间扇形的双索面形式,布置在主梁两侧的实心段,每个桥塔两侧布置17对斜拉索,主跨最外索与主梁的夹角为25°,最内索与主梁的夹角为75°,边跨最外端锚索与主梁的夹角为32°,最内索与主梁的夹角为75°。索在塔上间距为2m,索在梁上的一般间距为8.5m,在边跨锚固到辅助墩段渐变为4m,斜拉索外套HDFE管,在桥塔内交叉锚固。(3)下部结构设计塔柱基础采用28根直径2.6m的端承桩,桩长7m,承台高度4m,顺桥向尺寸22m,横桥向尺寸50m。承台和基础采用C30混凝土。过渡墩墩身采用实心圆柱钢筋混凝土结构,混凝土强度等级为C40,墩柱半径为2.4m,每副桥采用两根墩柱,中心距为7.0m。每幅桥过渡墩基础采用4根直径2.6m的端承桩,承台高度3.4m,顺桥向尺寸8.6m,横桥向尺寸13m。承台和基础采用C30混凝土。5.4.2引桥设计(1)桥跨布置东岸引桥为6跨50m等截面箱型混凝土连续梁桥,西岸引桥为4跨50m等截面箱型混凝土连续梁桥,引桥采用先进移动模架逐跨现浇施。(2)上部结构设计引桥上部结构采用混凝土结构(图2.3.5所示),梁高2.5m,梁顶板全宽12.50m,底板宽7m,箱梁顶板厚0.33m,设单向1%横坡,悬臂端部厚0.17m,悬臂根部厚0.44m,底板厚0.25m,腹板厚度为0.38m。 第109页25cm,边腹板厚22cm,中腹板厚30cm。为加强钢-混结合段的连接,在距桥塔中心10m长度范围内顶底板加厚至50cm。图2.4.3钢加劲梁横断面(单位:cm)B)索塔大桥主塔承台以上塔高107m。如图2.4.5所示,桥面以上塔高为80m,桥塔高跨比为0.32。桥塔底部2m段为塔座,采用实心圆形变截面,由直径12m塔座底截面直线渐变至直径8m塔座顶截面。塔身为变截面,一般为空心截面,局部为实心截面。截面外轮廓由多段凹或凸的圆弧线围成。截面内轮廓为八边形。塔身在塔座顶部处的截面外轮廓尺寸为顺桥向宽8m,横桥向宽8m:在塔座顶部以上20m处的截面外轮廓尺寸为顺桥向宽6m,横桥向宽6m;在塔座顶部以上64.84m处及以上部分的截面外轮廓尺寸为顺桥向宽4m,横桥向宽4m。桥塔在主鞍座下设有3m厚的实体段。该实体段根据受力需要设有直径32mm的横向预应力粗钢筋。桥塔在与桥塔钢横梁相交处截面局部加厚,在与斜拉索相交处设斜拉索锚同锯齿块。桥塔在这两个部位根据受力需要均设有环向预应力索。桥塔顶部设有鞍室及装饰段。为了确保桥塔的施工精度和施工质量。桥塔的钢筋骨架应当具有足够的刚度,设计中采用型钢制成劲性骨架进行加强。在主塔顺桥向中心线处设置一对斜拉索。该斜拉索下端锚同于塔下钢横梁端部的钢锚箱内。上端穿过主梁锚固在桥塔上。该斜拉索采用PES7—241预制平行钢丝束股(PWS),外包PE进行防护。 第109页图2.4.3索塔(单位:cm)C)主缆大桥主缆施工采用平行钢丝索股逐根架设的方法(PPWS)。主缆共2根,每根主缆中含55股平行钢丝索股,每股含127根直径为5.3mm的镀锌高强钢丝,每根主缆共6985丝,竖向排列成近似尖顶的正六边形。主跨主缆垂跨比为1/13,边跨主缆垂跨比为1/14。标准抗拉强度1670MPa,安全系数为K=3.4。主缆采用套筒式热铸锚锚固体系,主缆经散索鞍辐射散开,分别锚固在前、后锚梁上。主缆防腐采用6层防腐,在钢丝表面涂磷化底漆,厚10μm;聚氨酯腻子,厚出钢丝2mm;缠Φ3的镀锌钢丝;密封腻子填满缠丝间的凹缝;防水面漆厚500μm;防紫外线面漆,厚250μm。D)吊杆吊杆分柔性吊杆、刚性吊杆两种,标准间距8.0m。柔性吊杆采用73根直径5.1mm镀锌高强钢丝索体外包PE套管组成,标准抗拉强度1670MPa,安全系数为K=3.1。刚性吊杆采用材质为40CrNiMoA的钢棒。吊杆上端为销铰式与主缆连接,下端通过螺帽承压式与加劲梁连接。E)索鞍主索鞍采用全铸造肋传力结构形式。本桥为空间悬索桥,为适应主缆的空间布置,主鞍座的鞍槽形状是既有竖曲线,又有平曲线的三维构造,以保证主缆各个方向与鞍座相切。承揽槽侧壁的平面圆弧半径RH≥1.3承缆槽底部立面圆弧半径Rv,且各索股的平弯圆弧段必须完全包容在该索股的竖弯圆弧段内。主索鞍由鞍体和下承板组成,鞍体由鞍槽和纵横加劲肋组成。鞍体与下承板之间设不锈钢板-聚四氟乙烯板滑动副,以适应施工过程的滑移。下承板与主塔顶预埋钢板采用高强螺栓连接,成桥后,鞍体应与下承板采用高强螺栓予以固定。(3)下部结构设计塔墩基础采用14根直径2.5m的端承桩,桩长7m,承台高度4m,顺桥向尺寸20m,横桥向尺寸17m。承台和基础采用C30混凝土。 第109页预应力钢筋采用ASTMA416—97a标准低松弛钢绞线(1×7标准型),抗拉强度标准值fpk=1860MPa,抗拉强度设计值fpd1260MPa,弹性模量Ep=1.95×105MPa。(3)混凝土主梁采用C50混凝土,桥墩采用C40混凝土,桥台、承台和基础采用C30混凝土,其技术标准,应符合交通部部颁标准的有关规定。7推荐方案施工方案(1)下部结构施工方案桩基础采用钻孔灌注法施工,施工工序为:埋置护筒、制备泥浆、钻孔、清底、钢筋笼制作与吊装、灌注水下混凝土。墩台帽施工工序为:墩台帽放样、墩台帽模板、钢筋和支座垫板的制作安装。桥墩为液压爬升模板施工,桥台体积较大,采用分块浇筑。(2)上部结构施工方案上部结构采用对称悬臂浇筑法施工,0号块长7m,1-5号块长3m,6-11号块长4m,12-19号块长5m,中跨合拢段长2m。边跨不对称段较短可采用在墩上用导梁支撑架设,长度为6m,合拢段长2m。引桥等截面箱梁采用先进移动模架逐跨现浇施工。第二部分结构设计1总体布置本部分结构设计所取的计算模型为三跨变截面预应力混凝土连续梁桥,根据设计要求确定桥梁分孔,主跨长度为85+3×1(图号)=88m,边跨为54m,边主跨比0.614,全桥跨径布置为54m+88m+54m(如图1.1所示),桥梁全长196m。 第109页3.2技术标准1.设计荷载:公路Ⅰ级荷载,高速公路,四车道;2.设计车速:100km/h;3.车道净宽:净宽=3.75×4=15.0m;4.桥面坡度:纵坡1.5%,横坡1%;5.通航标准:Ⅲ-(2)级航道,净高1.0m,净宽150m,通航水位29.21m,设计水位为32.10m,最低水位24.72m;6.设计基准期:100年。4计算模型、参数及施工阶段划分4.1主梁节段划分主桥为三跨变截面预应力混凝土连续梁桥。大桥施工顺序为:首先在桥墩上搭设支架现浇0号块,然后两侧对称悬臂浇筑主梁直至最大悬臂状态,两个边跨均有9m的支架现浇段,最后合龙形成整个主梁。其中0号块长度10m,悬浇段共分9段,全长38m,每个节段长度控制在3m~5m之间,具体组成2×3m+3×4m+4×5m,现浇段分成3段浇筑,每段长均为3m,合龙段长度控制为2.0m。综合考虑主梁的受力和变形情况,在主墩支点处各设一道厚2.5m的横隔板,在边跨支座处各设置一道厚1.0m厚的横隔板。4.2计算模型根据设计图纸中的结构布置和结构尺寸,取桥墩以上的结构进行分析,共划分为58个节点,57个单元,有限元计算简图如图4.2.1所示。主梁单元划分时,边跨现浇段分为3个单元,0号块分为6个单元,边跨合龙段和中跨合龙段各分为1个单元,悬浇梁段每一个节段就作为一个单元。图4.2.1结构计算模型 第109页4.3主要材料4.3.1混凝土主梁采用C50的混凝土,其弹性模量及各种强度取值如下:弹性模量E=3.45×104MPa,抗压强度标准值fck=32.4MPa,抗拉强度标准值ftk=2.65MPa,抗压强度设计值fcd=22.4MPa,抗拉强度设计值ftd=1.83MPa。4.3.2预应力筋主梁为全预应力混凝土结构,预应力钢筋采用ASTMA416—97a标准低松弛钢绞线(1×7标准型),抗拉强度标准值fpk=1860MPa,抗拉强度设计值fpd=1260MPa,弹性模量Ep=1.95×105MPa。,采用三种型号的钢束,分别为φj15.24-7,φj15.24-9,φj15.24-12。全桥共用预应力索252束。竖向预应力采用直径为32mm的精扎螺纹钢,抗拉标准强度为930MPa,张拉控制应力为0.85fpk=790.5MPa。4.3.3非预应力筋主梁的抗扭钢筋布置为:横向箍筋采用∅20的双肢箍筋,支点处间距为0.1m,跨中处间距为0.2m,纵向再布置6根∅28的抗扭钢筋;主梁的箍筋布置为:采用∅28的四肢箍筋,支点处间距为0.1m,跨中处间距为0.2m,保护层厚度为0.03m。4.4各种作用取值根据设计图纸,按现行桥梁设计规范取各直接作用和间接作用的计算值。4.4.1恒载一期恒载:主梁结构自重取g1=26kN/m3,横隔板保守地按集中荷载计算,中墩横隔板重约为G=24.3×2.5×26=1579.5kN,边支点横隔板重约G=12.528×1×26=325.73kN;二期恒载:桥面铺装和栏杆,g2=10+10+11.5×0.1×25=48.75kN/m。 第109页4.4.2.移动荷载公路Ⅰ级荷载,高速公路,双向四车道。汽车荷载按照《公路桥涵设计通用规范》第4.3.1条规定,qk=10.5kN/m,Pk=360kN。活载冲击系数μ由Midas软件通过结构频率自动计算得到。4.4.3.支座沉降按照隔墩沉降1cm的原则,利用Midas软件自动进行组合,得到最不利情况的内力包络图。4.4.4.温度作用温度荷载作用按《公路桥涵设计通用规范》第4.3.10条规定选用,考虑季节温度和梯度温度作用。季节温度作用:假定结构在大气温度为15℃时合龙,由规范可知结构最高有效温度34℃,最低有效温度-3℃,因此,季节温度作用分别按整体升温19℃和整体降温18℃考虑。梯度温度作用:梯度升温按照规范采用10cm沥青混凝土铺装层时考虑,即T1=14℃,T2=5.5℃,梯度降温按照正温差乘以-0.5选用。4.4.5.施工荷载施工过程中,采用挂蓝悬臂浇筑施工。挂蓝重量取最重节段的0.35倍,约为G=0.35×12×4.464+4.074×0.95×15.4255.4×4×26=420kN,在合龙段挂蓝改装后重110kN,合龙段压重取合龙段重量的一半,约为G=8.997×1×26=233.9kN。4.5施工阶段划分根据大桥施工图设计确定的详细施工程序,在计算时将整个施工过程分为37个施工阶段,如表4.5.1所示:表4.5.1施工阶段分析表序号施工阶段持续时间(天)1墩顶支架现浇0#块并张拉预应力202安装挂篮1 第109页设计总结毕业设计是本科阶段最后一个重要的教学实践性环节。在设计中,我们能将以前所学的理论知识和工程实际结合起来,进一步掌握桥梁设计的基本程序、基本方法和设计步骤,培养我们分析解决桥梁设计及施工中实际问题的能力。本次毕业设计共包含:桥梁方案初步设计、预应力混凝土连续梁桥结构设计及英文文献翻译三部分。通过做毕业设计,我比较系统地回顾了大学阶段所学的专业知识,进一步在实践中加深了对专业知识的理解和运用,也对桥梁工程这个专业加深了一度的热爱。此外,在毕业设计中,我的分析解决问题的能力也得到了一定提高,学到了很多新的知识,比如在进行结构设计时所用的Midas结构计算软件,以及初步设计中所查阅的相关资料,都为我以后的研究生学习打下了良好的基础。在毕业设计中,我深刻地感受到了要做好一个设计,就必须熟悉相关的规范、标准、能正确使用规范及相关的标准图集,并在设计过程中要充分考虑施工的方便性,还要能进行专业外文资料的翻译,为自己的设计提供必要的参考,更要加强计算机应用能力的训练,提高效率。这些都是我今后学习的目标,从认识到入门,再追求完善。向泽2013年5月26日
