'北京市某大酒店中央空调设计摘要:本次设计的内容是北京市某大酒店中央空调系统设计,该酒店高约10.8米,是一座综合性建筑物。大楼总建筑面积为11746.8㎡,其中空调面积为9272.8㎡。酒店主楼地面3层,层高均为3.6米。其中一层为酒店的大堂、自助餐厅和包厢,二层为客房、包厢和会议室,三层为客房和包厢。按照一般计算负荷的方法,采用冷负荷系数法计算建筑物的热、湿负荷,考虑到建筑物的结构和使用功能方面,在设计空调水系统时,采用风机盘管不加和加独立新风系统二种。然后,进行风机盘管、新风处理设备、冷冻机组等的选型和风管和水管的水力计算,确定消声量,系统压损,设计系统保温,防火,排烟和自动控制管理。毕业设计是教学计划中一个重要的教学环节,是培养我们运用所学的基础理论、基本知识和基本技能分析解决实际问题能力的一个重要环节。通过设计综合运用和深化所学专业理论知识,培养独立工作能力,分析解决一般工程实际问题的能力,使我们受到工程技术和科学研究的基本训练。关键词:空调系统;冷负荷;水力计算;独立新风系统;风机盘管85–

第1章空调冷负荷计算1.1负荷计算方法及公式1.1.1外墙和屋面传热冷负荷计算公式外墙或屋面传热形成的计算时刻冷负荷Qτ(W),按下式计算:Qτ=KFΔtτ-ξ (1-1)式中 F—计算面积,㎡; τ—计算时刻,点钟; τ-ξ—温度波的作用时刻,即温度波作用于外墙或屋面外侧的时刻,点钟; Δtτ-ξ—作用时刻下,通过外墙或屋面的冷负荷计算温差,简称负荷温差,℃。注:例如对于延迟时间为5小时的外墙,在确定16点房间的传热冷负荷时,应取计算时刻τ=16,时间延迟为ξ=5,作用时刻为τ—ξ=16-5=11。这是因为计算16点钟外墙内表面由于温度波动形成的房间冷负荷是5小时之前作用于外墙外表面温度波动产生的结果。当外墙或屋顶的衰减系数β<0.2时,可用日平均冷负荷Qpj代替各计算时刻的冷负荷Qτ:Qpj=KFΔtpj (1-2)式中 Δtpj—负荷温差的日平均值,℃。1.1.2外窗的温差传热冷负荷通过外窗温差传热形成的计算时刻冷负荷Qτ按下式计算:Qτ=KFΔtτ(1-3)式中 Δtτ—计算时刻下的负荷温差,℃; K—传热系数。1.1.3外窗太阳辐射冷负荷透过外窗的太阳辐射形成的计算时刻冷负荷Qτ,应根据不同情况分别按下列各式计算:1.当外窗无任何遮阳设施时85–

层的客房,仅采用风机盘管系统,不另送新风,新风以自然通风的方式由窗户引进。室内冷负荷由风机盘管承担。因为风机盘管系统是目前我们民用建筑空调中采用最为普通的一种空调系统形式,它以其投资少,使用灵活性高等优点,广泛用于各种建筑之中,尤其是酒店客房、办公楼等建筑,目前大量采用了这一系统。这种方案既具有较高的调节和运转的灵活性,且进入风机盘管的供水温度可适当提高,水管的结露现象可得到改善。二层至三层房间层高3.6m,每个房间风机盘管采用卧式暗装。独立新风系统加风机盘管实际上是一个直流式空调系统加上若干个循环小空调系统组成。它具有以下特点:1.一次回风系统相比,可进行局部区域的温度控制。各房间可通过风机盘管控制供冷量与供热量,以满足其正常使用的要求,这产生两个优点:第一,各房间都在各自不同的温度要求下使用,因而使用更为灵活;第二,当部分房间温度标准可降低甚至可以停止风机盘管的运行,因此有利于全年的节能。2.可部分节省整个大楼空调的电气安装容量。3.由于风机盘管的体积较小,结构紧凑,因此布置灵活,对一些空间有限或较常见的框架结构类型的建筑,有较好的适用性。另外,只要水管管径足够,对于建筑的扩建或改建来说,都是较容易实现的。4.各房间可独立调节室温,房间没人时可方便的关掉机组(关风机),不影响其它房间,从而比其它系统节省运转费用。此外,房间之间空气互不串通。又因风机多档变速,在冷量上能由使用者直接进行一定的调节。5.由于各房间都设风机盘管,因此台数较多,导致检修和日常维护困难。6.水管进入室内,要求施工严格,特别是认冷冻水管的保温施工要求较好,否则将导致水管漏水或产生凝结水滴至吊顶,严重影响房间的正常使用。7.通常这一系统需要每个房间内至少有一个送风口和回风口,这与室内装修有可能会存在一定的矛盾,需要与装修设计一起协调解决。8.室内空调噪声主要取决于风机盘管本身的质量。如果风机盘管本身的噪声很大,则很难消除它对室内的影响。9.每个风机盘管必须接凝结水管,其排水坡度的要求有时也会影响吊顶的布置及高度,或导致排水不畅。10.当风机盘管机组没有新风系统同时工作时,冬季室内相对湿度偏低,故此种方式不能用于全年室内湿度有要求的地方。风机盘管由于噪声的限制因而风机转速不能过高,所以机组剩余压头很小,气流分的受限制,适用于进深小于6m房间。85–

配管设计时,可以考虑同时使用系数,管径相应减小1.水泵容量、电耗也相应减少单式泵冷热源侧与负荷侧合用一组循环水泵1.系统简单2.初投资省1.不能调节水泵流量2.难以节省输送能耗3.不能适应供水分区压降较悬殊的情况复式泵冷热源侧与负荷侧分别配备循环水泵1.可以实现水泵变流量2.能节省输送能耗3.能适应供水分区不同压降4.系统总压力低1.系统较复杂2.初投资较高通过对空调水系统各个类型的比较,最后确定本次设计的空调水系统采用双管制、同程式、闭式、变流量系统。2.3.1闭式系统由于我们设计的空调系统属于高层中央空调系统,高层中央空调系统的水系统只可能是闭式系统,由于闭式系统内没有任何部分与大气相通,无论水泵运行或停止期间,管内都始终充满水,以防止管道的腐蚀。因此,要求在闭式系统中,必须设置一定的定压设备以保证高层建筑顶部水管(即管内处于正压状态),本次设计中,此定压设备用膨胀水箱。2.3.2双管制系统两管制系统是目前我国绝大多数高层民用建筑中采用的空调水系统方式。它具有管路系统简单、初投资省等优点。2.3.3同程式与异程式相结合系统在同程式系统中,水流通过各个末端设备时的路程都是相同(或基本相同)的,这带来的好处是各个末端环路的水流阻力较为接近,有利于阻力平衡,可以减少系统初调试的工作量。当然这种平衡是有利的。同时,对于阻力相差较大的管路,以异程式的方式接入冷冻水系统,有利于阻力平衡。85–
2.3.4一次泵变水量系统所谓变水量系统,即负荷侧在运行时,水量不断变化的水系统。一次泵变水量系统是目前我国的高层民用建筑中采用最为广泛的空调水系统。一次泵变水量系统的基本原理是:在系统处于设计状态下,所有设备都满负荷运行,压差旁通开度为零(无旁通水量),这时压差控制器两端接口处的压力差(又称用户侧供回水压差)即是控制器的设定值。当末端设备负荷变化时,末端的阀门关小,供回水压差将会提高而超过设定值,在压差控制器的作用下,旁通阀打开,由于旁通阀与用户侧水系统并联,它的开度加大将会使总供回压差减小直至达到设定值才停止继续开大,部分水从旁通阀流过而直接进入回水管,与用户侧回水管混合后进入水泵及冷水机组。在此过程中,基本保持了冷冻水泵及冷水机组的水量不变。水泵与冷水机组的连接方式采用水泵与冷水机组一一对应连接。这种方式的优点是控制及运行管理简单,各冷水机组相互干扰少,水量保证性较高。其缺点是实际工程中,由于水泵与冷水机组布置位置的影响,造成管道相对较多,并且尤其要注意水泵与冷水机组之间的管道放空气问题。当只有一台冷水机组和对应的水泵运行时,由于水泵出口止回阀的作用,水不能通过停止运行的冷水机组及水泵而回流到正常运行的水泵中,这也是其较为有利的一点。2.4空调分区高层建筑水系统内所承受的水压比较大,通过系统水压分布分析,考虑各种综合因素影响,当所选用设备和构件不能承受系统水压时,水系统应该进行分区,所以将第二层分为一区和二区,本次设计中,考虑到综合影响因素,垂直高度10.8m可不进行竖向分区,采用一泵到顶的系统。2.5设备层所谓设备层,是指建筑物的某层的其有效面积大部分作为空调、给排水、电器、电梯等机房设备的楼层。本次设计根据其建筑物的特点,将冷冻机房布置在首层空调机房,新风机组布置在一层的门厅入口处,处理一层包间的新风负荷。85–

风机盘管风量GF=0.12-0.02=0.1kg/s(3-6)iM=(G*io-GW*ik)/GF=(0.12×41-0.02*56)/0.1=38kj/kg(3-7)风机盘管全冷量QT=GF(in-im)=0.1×(56-38)=1.8kw(3-8)风机盘管显冷量QS=GFCP(tn-tm)=0.1×1.01(26-12)=1.4kw(3-9)参考《海尔空调风机盘管样本》选风机盘管型号FP-10.2WA一台,进回水温度7℃/12℃,水量972Kg/h,水压降35KPa.3.3新风量的确定确定新风量的依据有下列三个因素:1.卫生要求在人体长期停留的空调房间内,新鲜空气的多少对健康有直接影响。在实际工作中,一般规范确定:不论每人占房间体积多少,新风量按大于等于30m3/h·人采用。对于人员密集的建筑物,如采用空调的体育馆、会场,每人所占的空间较少,但停留的时间很短,可分别按吸烟和不吸烟的情况,新风量以7~15m3/h·人计算。由于这类建筑物按此确定的新风量占总风量的百分比可能达30%~40%,从而对冷量影响较大。2.补充局部排风量、保持空调房间的“正压”要求当空调房间内有排风柜等局部排风装置时,为了不使房间产生负压,在系统中必须有相应的新风量来补偿排风量。考虑本设计采用直流式空调系统,排风量与门窗的开启度有关,以此方式不便确定新风量。3.总送风量的10%一般规定,空调系统中的新风量占送风量的百分数不应低于10%。综上所述,房间新风量取其最大值。以第一层包厢1004为例:根据卫生要求得新风量:G=10×15=150m3/h;根据总送风量的10%得新风量:G=0.1×1358=135.8m3/h85–

第4章空调风系统的设计4.1气流组织形式4.1.1确定送风方式目前国内空调房间气流组织的常用送风方式,主要有侧送、孔板送风、散流器送风、条缝送风、喷口送风等五种。对与本设计北京市某大酒店来说,主要采用侧送和散流器送风两种。1、侧送送风方式这是空调工程中最常用的一种送风方式,一般以贴附射流形式出现,工作区通常是回流。侧送方式有下述四种:(1)侧上送上回、上送下回、上送走廊回风;(2)侧外送上回;(3)双侧内送下回或双侧内送上回;(4)中部双侧内送上下会或中部双侧内送下回、上排风。在本设计中,对于客房这类小面积空调房间,宜采用单侧送风,上送上回。对于有室温允许波动范围要求的空调房间,侧送风口应满足下列调节要求:(1)风口之间风量调节;85–
(2)流轴线水平方向的调节,使送风速度均匀;(3)竖向仰角的调节,一般以向上10~20°的仰角,加强贴附,增加射程;(4)水平面扩散角的调节。本设计采用双层百叶送风口,型号分别为:778x115、478x115.2、散流器送风方式本设计在空调面积较大的房间如大堂、自助餐厅和包厢等房间采用散流器下送方式。设计顶棚密集布置散流器下送时,必须使送出射流的扩散角为20~30°,才能在散流器下面形成向下的气流流动。选择下送散流器时,应选用扩散角大的,散流器之间的间距包括对角斜向间距在内,不宜超过3米,散流器中心线离墙距离不宜小于1米,否则难以形成单向流流程。4.1.2送风口形状1.对于客房、办公室、会议室的风机盘管送风口选用条形双层百叶风口(铝合金);2.大厅、自助餐厅、包厢等采用吊顶风柜的送风口通常采用带调节阀的散流器。4.1.3回风口布置方式与型式1.回风口的布置(1)空调房间的气流流型主要取决于送风射流,回风口的位置对气流流型影响很小,对区域温差的影响也小。因此除了高大空间或面积大且有较高区域温差的空调房间外,一般仅在一侧集中布置回风口;(2)风口不应设在射流区内。对于侧送方式,一般设在送风口同侧下方。下部回风量使热风送下,如果采用孔板和散流器送风形成单向流流型时,回风应设在下侧;(3)走廊的多间的空调房间,如对消声、洁净度要求不高,室内又不排出有害气体时,可在走廊端头布置回风口集中回风,而在各空调房间内,在与走廊邻接的门或内墙下侧,宜设置可调百叶栅口,走廊两端应设密闭性能较好的门;(4)空调区域的局部热源,可用排风罩或风口型式进行隔离,这时如果排出空气的焓低于室外空气焓,则排风口可作为回风口之一接在回风系统的管路中。2.回风风速与型式85–
(1)风口风速按《设计手册》选用;(2)回风口在空调器上,与新风混合后经空调器处理送入大厅。4.2风系统设计方案4.2.1风管材料风管材料一般采用薄钢板刷漆或镀锌钢板;利用建筑空间或地沟的也可采用钢筋混凝土或砖砌风道,其表面应抹光,要求高的还要刷漆,地沟风道要做防水处理;放在有腐蚀气体房间的风管应采用塑料或玻璃钢。4.2.2风管的形状与尺寸本设计中均采用矩形风管,其占有效空间较小,易于布置、明装较美观。矩形风管尺寸根据《简明空调设计手册》选择,其高宽比在2.5以下。4.2.3风管内的风速根据《简明空调设计手册》提供的资料,对于噪声标准在35-50DB(A)之间的风管,其风速按下列标准选取,主管风速为4-7m/s,支管风速为2-4m/s,新风入口风速为3.5m/s。4.2.4风管的布置布置风管时应注意布置整齐、美观和便于检修、测试。应与其他管道统一考虑,要防止冷热管道间的不利影响。设计时应考虑各种管道的装拆方便。风管布置时,应尽量减少局部组力。对于方形风管,三通或四通的弯管应有与弯管相同的曲率半径。弯管和三通的后面,以有4~5个当量直径的直管再接支管为好。风管的变径作成渐扩管或渐缩管。渐扩管每边扩展角度不大于15º,渐缩管每边收缩角度不大于30º。4.2.5风管阀门85–
⑴一次性调节阀a.在支风管上采用电动调节阀、三通阀等使风系统风压平衡;b.在三通分支处设三通调节阀,或在分支管上设调节阀。明显不利的环路不设调节阀。c.送风口处,百叶风口宜采用带调节阀的送风口,要求不高的可采用双层百叶风口,用调节风口的角度调节风量。d.在回风或回风支管上设调节阀时,回风的各三通处可不设调节阀。e.在需设防火阀处可设置电动防火阀。⑵经常开关的调节阀主要有新风阀、一次和二次回风阀及排风阀。新风阀和排风阀选用电动阀,本设计选用三通电动阀,与风机联锁,以防止误操作。4.3风管水力计算(假定流速法)4.3.1采用假定流速法计算管径一层管段14计算(1)风量为754m3/h,初选定流速ν=3m/s,则要求断面为:A=754/(3600×3)=0.07㎡选定断面为320mm×220mm,这时实际流速为:ν=754/(0.32*0.22×3600)=2.98m/s(2)由选定尺寸得当量直径:dν=2ab/(a+b)=2×320*220/(320+220)=260m备注:各部件局部阻力系数,查文献[5]表5-2及相关资料。送风口:ξ=0.79(有效面积80%)风管加湿器ξ=1.0弯头(不变径):ξ=0.29蝶阀(全开):ξ=0.3分流旁三通:ξ=0.45分流直三通(变径):ξ=0.1分流直三通(不变径):ξ=0.05分叉三通(变径):ξ=0.304分叉三通(不变径):ξ=0.247导流片:ξ=0.45电动调节阀:ξ=0.83防火阀:ξ=0.3静压箱:ξ=1.0软接:ξ=1.085–

pa(新风机组的全压)。再校核风量Q=16715m3/h<18000m3/h因此,该层选择的新风机组适合。检查各并联支管阻力平衡情况:以一层一区节点5为例,有两根并联支管,即管段25-26(1=11.26Pa)和管段27-28(16'-6=14.19Pa)现在对管段1-2-3-4-5-6和管段16'-16-14-6进行阻力平衡计算,两者的阻力为:=20.6%>15%不符合要求.如改变管段25-26的风管尺寸从500×200变为500×250,则风速为V=1.68m/s,比摩阻R=0.12,摩擦阻力RL=4.09Pa,增大矩形插板阀的插入深度则局部阻力系数变为2,管段25-26总阻力1=12.95Pa,管段27-28和管段25-26两者的阻力为:=8.7%<15%符合要求.其它接点均按此方法进行阻力平衡计算.若并联于某节点的两根支管的阻力不平衡率超过15%.首先用改变支管管径的方法进行调节.其次用改变矩形插板阀开启角度增大局部阻力系数加以调节.85–
第5章空调水系统的设计5.1水系统管路布置本设计的空调冷冻水系统采用同程式和异程式相结合的方式,即风机盘管冷冻水供回水系统采用同程式(二层一区异程式),层与层之间采用异程式,采用闭式系统另设膨胀水箱。压力水管的水流速主要是经济和噪声两个因素。管内最大流速按《空调设计手册》选用。低压系统,不大于DN50的水管可用焊接钢管,大于DN50的水管用无缝钢管,高压系统全部用无缝钢管。1.放气和泄水(1)闭式系统冷水管均应有0.003的坡度,最小坡度不应小于0.002。当多管在一起敷设时,各管路坡向宜相同,以便采用共同支架。如因条件限制无坡度敷设,管内水流速不应小于0.25m/s;(2)闭式系统在冷水管路的最高点(当无坡度敷设时,在水平管水流的终点)设排气装置(集气罐或自动排气阀);(3)系统的最低点和需要单独放水是设备(如表冷器)的下部应设带阀门的放水管,并接入地漏;(4)空调机房内设地漏,水泵、阀门可能漏水的地方设地沟排放。地面的坡度应坡向地漏或地沟,地面应作防水处理。2.管路的伸缩与固定管道因温度升高或降低而伸缩,进行补偿。补偿器尽可能利用管道的转弯进行补偿,不足时采用方形伸缩器、波形伸缩器等补偿。水平管和立管有活动支架和固定支架且坚固耐用。3.过滤器85–
在水系统中的水泵、换热器、孔板以及表冷器(冷热盘管)、加热器等入口上设过滤器,以防止系统中大颗粒杂物堵塞。一般常用Y型过滤器,其外形小,易于安装。阻力系数根据产品来定。4.阀门水管的阀门可采用闸阀、球型阀。对于支管路宜采用外形小、开关灵活的蝶阀。一般在下列地点设阀门:(1)水泵的进口和出口;(2)系统的总入口,总出口;(3)各分支环路的入口和出口;(4)热交换器,表冷器,加热器,过滤器的进出水管;(5)控制三通阀的三端、两通阀的两端,以及为手动运动的旁通阀上;(6)防水及防气管上;(7)压力表的接管上;5.温度计,压力表,流量计一般在每个建筑物的入口和出口水管上设温度计和压力表。必要时,在分支环路和每个集中式系统设温度计。5.2管径确定水管管径d由下式确定:D=(5-1)式中:W———水流量/sV———水流速m/s一般水系统中管内水流速在1.0~2.5m/s之间,应根据推荐值取用。本设计考虑噪声等级要求及经济流速的要求,采用1.0m/s。各房间冷冻水流量W可用下式确定W=Q/C*△T*ρ*1000(5-2)式中:Q------房间冷负荷,W;C------冷冻水的比热,取C=4.19kJ/kg.℃;△T-----进回水温差,进水温度为7℃,回水温度为12℃,取△T=5℃;ρ-----冷冻水的密度,取ρ=1.0×103kg/m3;85–

(1)沿水流方向,水平管道应保持不小于千分之一的坡度,且不允许有积水部位。(2)当冷凝水盘位于机组内的负压段时,凝水盘的出水口处必须设水封。(3)冷凝水管道宜采用聚氯乙烯塑料管,不宜采用焊接钢管。本系统的冷凝水就近排放到每层的卫生间下水道。冷凝水管的公称直径DN(㎜),应根据通过冷凝水的流量计算确定。一般情况下可以根据机组的冷负荷Q(KW)按下列数据近似选定冷凝水管的公称直径:Q≤7KW时,DN=20㎜Q=7.1~17.6KW时,DN=25㎜Q=17.7~100KW时,DN=32㎜5.5系统供回水立管设计:本系统空调机房布置在第一层空调机房,系统立管布置采用异程式,冷冻水由机房的分水器分为三部分,第一部分直接流经一层,第二部分流经二层的二区,第三部分流经二层的一区和三层。立管布置简图如下:用假定流速法确定水管管径,各房间冷冻水流量W可用下式确定:W=(5-5)水管管径d由下式确定:d=(5-6)85–

减振空调系统的噪声除了通过空气传播到室内外,还能通过建筑物的结和基础进行传播。例如转动的风机和压缩机所产生的振动可直接传给基础,并以弹性波的形式从机器基础沿房屋结构传到室内,并以噪声的形式出现。可以用非刚性连接来达到小消弱由机器传给基础的振动,既在振源和基础之间设避振构件,使振动得以衰减。1.风机在安装的时,除考虑防振设施外,在风机与出口管道的连接处应设有柔性接管,以防风机振动经由管道传入室内,且风机出口调节阀门应安装在软接管之后,以免风机振动时风门产生附加噪声。2.水泵除基础隔振外,泵的进出口接管均应采用柔性连接,采用金属制螺旋接头。3.配管的吊卡与楼板之间应设有防振橡胶垫作隔振连接。4.垂直与水平风管的防振:对于低速风道,且风出口有良好防振软接管者,一般可不考虑风管吊卡和支撑的防振,当风速较大而建筑物噪声标准控制严格的场合,则应考虑风管的防振措施。1.冷水机组以及水泵的减振可以参照设备说明书。2.管道的减振:管道的振动来源于被隔振设备以及运输的介质冲击管壁造成的,为减少管道振动对周围环境的影响,应采取各种有效的措施,设备与管道之间应该是用软接头连接的,管道支架或吊架的支撑横梁上应设弹性衬垫材料,也可以采用原橡胶垫,管道穿过楼板或墙体时应该设置大于50mm的预埋管套,以便用纤维物填充密实,管路阀门应该采用缓冲型阀门。85–
第7章空调自控及其它补充说明7.1空调自控说明本大楼设备BAS系统。低速风管系统的空调器,由温度讯号经电磁阀控制盘管水量。空调器的状态讯号馈送到BAS系统集中显示。风机盘管设三档调速,由温度控制器控制风机三档开关控制风机转速。房间设置智能温控器,通过控制电磁阀的开闭调节进水量。空调供、回水管之间有压差变速器和旁通管。BAS系统根据压差变送器和流量变送器的讯号判别,加大旁通号或改变匹配。冷水机组利用自带的微机控制屏与BAS系统联网。大楼的BAS水系统管理功能包括:1.各种风机、水泵、冷水机组的运行状态显示和遥控;2.对空气或水的温度压差等参数进行遥测和记录;3.控制水泵台数、冷水机组台数及水泵变频控制;4.实现消防排烟的自动控制。7.2空调自控设计85–
本设计中空调自控设计遵循加强遥测、简单有效的原则、大楼设置BAS系统。7.2.1风机盘管的自动控制风机盘管的自动控制,是靠调节风量和水量来实现的。风量控制和水量控制都是根据室内温度检测器的显示,风量调节是靠对开关供回转比例的控制来实现,水量控制是靠电动二通阀控制热交换器交换水量的开关来实现的。在风机盘管的进水管上设有一个电动二通阀,室内的智能温控器控制室内温度,调节进入盘管内的水量。风机上设有三对调节对关。在每层干管上设有电动闸阀,该层停用时切断,减少余流流量。7.2.2其它控制空调自控系统还包括冷水机组及水泵的运行台数控制、优化起停控制、热交换器温度控制、压差旁通控制、起停联锁控制、各设备运行状态的遥测和非正常状态的故障报警等。大楼的自动化系统与烟感喷淋系统联网。7.3管道保温为了减少管道的能量损失,防止冷水管道表面结露以及保证进入空调处理机组和风机盘管的供水温度,管道及其附件均应采用保温措施。保温层的经济厚度的确定与很多因素有关,一般情况下参考下表选用:表7.1保温层厚度的选择冷水管或热水管的公称直径Dg(mm)≤3240~6580~150保温层厚度(mm)(玻璃棉)3540457.3.1风管保温因风管尺寸较大,所以务必保证管道不结露和保温的要求,风管的保温结构主要有管壁防腐层(一般刷防腐漆),保温层、防潮层和保护层组成。目前工程中常常采用福乐斯玻璃纤维棉做保温材料,外包锡纸,既美观,又具有很好的保温防结露的效果。7.3.2水管的保温85–
为了防止管道的结露冷热损失,并保证末端的设备的供水温度需要对水管加以保温,保温层厚度参见上表(保温材料为玻璃纤维)。其他管道(冷凝水管)以及膨胀水箱的保温层厚度取25mm。保温的施工质量直接影响到保温效果、投资费用和使用寿命,因而施工中应予以重视。7.4室内排风为了保持每一个房间的正压,排风量应小于每一个房间的新风量。本设计中,由于商铺大厅采用自然排风方式,包厢和客房采用卫生间排风扇机械排风。7.5管道系统试验管道安装完毕后,应按设计规定对管道系统进行强度和严密性的试验,一检查管道系统及各连接部位的工程质量。7.6噪声处理冷冻机房须做消声处理,风机盘管已符合噪声等级要求,可不必再处理。7.7冷冻系统进行顺序冷冻系统开启顺序:冷冻水泵——冷水机组;停机时反序,并保证主机停后冷冻泵继续运行15分钟以带走残余冷量,保护蒸发器盘管免遭冻坏。85–
