GB/T10992.1-1999前言本标准是对GB/T10992-1989(静电复印机》的修订。根据各类复印机的功能和用途,采取GB/T10992.1-1999K静电复印机文件复印机》,GB/T10992.2-1999(静电复印机便携式复印机》、GB/T10992.3-1999《静电复印机工程图纸复印机).·⋯的顺序编制;根据复印机技术进步和国际化发展趋势,在技术内容上作了调整和充实;在编写格式上与GB/T1系列标准要求一致本标准的附录A是标准的附录。本标准自实施之日起,同时代替GB/T10992-1989,JB/T8269-1995,ZBN47001-19870本标准由全国复印机械标准化技术委员会提出并归口。本标准由全国复印机械标准化技术委员会负责解释。本标准起草单位:机械工业部天津复印技术研究所苏州施乐复印机有限公司(杨盛瑜)广东世联实业集团公司(姜继增、郑汝忠、李平)上海市照相、办公设备质量检测站(邱世琪)上海施乐复印机有限公司(张安钢、张家庆)广州复印机厂(徐卫虹)夭津佳能有限公司(崔丽敏)武汉美能达威科办公机器有限公司(张敏、刘政)。本标准主要起草人:陆柏明、冷欣新、张沂冰、丁宗敬、李绪娟、姜继增、李家森。 GB/T10992.1-1999JB/T8274-1999静电复印漏印测试版JB8616-1997复印机械(包括其他办公事务设备)的安全保护(eqvIEC950;1995)JB/T9444.1一9444.11-1999复印机械基本环境试验方法JB/T50037-1999静电复印机可靠性要求及试验方法定义本标准采用F列定义:3.1文件复印机documentcopiers复印幅面在A3及、3以下,1类防电击保护的静电复印机。3.2印品异常abno,malimageonthecopy在有效幅面内,印品上出现的比原稿多余的图像、与原稿有明显差异的图像以及油污和散落的显影剂。3.3最大复印品幅面maximumcopysize复印机可用的最大复印纸规格。3.4停机纸路故障stoppingmalfunctionofpaperpath复印机运行中因机内供纸空送、卡纸而引起的停机现象。3.5不停机纸路故障non-stoppingmalfunctionofpaperpath复印机运行中出现多张、折角、撕裂和严重皱折但没有引起停机的现象。本标准采用的其他复印专业术语及定义按GB/T13963的规定。4技术要求4.1图形符号产品各部位使用的与安全有关的图形符号应符合JB8616的规定,其他图形符号应符合GB/T17712的规定。4.2产品工作条件产品在一I-,列条件下应能正常工作。4.2.1工作电压与频率a)额定工作电压:220Vt22V;额定工作电压范围应包含220V;b)频率:50Hz,4.2.2一般工作环境条件a)温度:10℃一33`C;b)相对湿度:30%一800004.2.3最佳印迹工作环境条件最佳印迹工作环境条件及产品在此条件下复印品应达到的最佳值,可在企业标准中自行规定。刁.3耐运输、贮存环境性能产品在包装条件下应能承受本标准5.3中表3规定的试验。试验结束后,打开包装,设备应完好无损,各项技术指标满足本标准要求。4.4外观质量4.4.1零件应进行必要的防锈处理。产品电镀涂覆层和化学、油漆涂覆层的质量指标和要求在企业标准中规定塑料件表面应平整、光滑、色泽均匀,不得有裂纹、气泡、缩孔等缺陷。;.:.;所有构件应完整无损、连接可靠、紧固件无松动现象。 GB/T10992.1-19994.5安全性能4.5.1抗电强度整机两根供电线与地线之间施加50Hz,1500V电压经60s后无击穿。4.5.2电源插头、插座或电线组件电源插头、插座的型式和标志、电源软线的类型应符合GB1002和GB2099.1以及GB15934的要求。4.5.3接地性能整机的接地性能应符合JB8616-1997中5.6的要求。4.5.4安全联锁装置整机的安全联锁装置应符合JB8616-1997中5.7.1的要求。4.5.5对地漏电流整机的对地漏电流应(3.5mA,4.5.6用户安全资料用户安全资料应符合JB8616-1997中4.3的要求4.5.7安全标记整机上的安全标记应符合JB8616-1997中4.4的要求4.5.8稿台温度整机的稿台温度应簇80c.刁.5.9电源容差运行安全电源容差为额定电压的士10%或额定电压范围上、下限的士10写。在该条件下复印机工作30min内,应安全可靠地运行。4.5.10输人电流整机在额定电压及正常负载条件下,其稳态输人电流的偏差不应超过额定电流的lo%4.5.11结构要求整机操作人员接触区的棱缘或拐角应倒圆或磨光。在棱缘或拐角处应不存在突变的不连续点。4.6一般性能4.6.1按GB/T16981的规定,复印机一般性能的主要项目为预热时间(启动时间)、首张复印品时间、复印速度、最大原稿幅面、最大复印品幅面、复印空白边。a)预热时间额定值在企业标准中自行规定。b)首张复印品时间额定值在企业标准中自行规定。c)复印速度额定值在企业标准中自行规定。d)最大原稿幅面额定值在企业标准中自行规定e)最大复印品幅面最大复印品按GB/T148规定,A组中A3,A4两种为优选幅面。f)复印空白边额定值在企业标准中自行规定。4.6.2面板操作与显示功能控制面板上的各种操作与显示功能,应显示清晰正确,操作灵便可靠,正确执行无误。4.7运行考核 GB/"r10992.1-1999表3运输、贮存条件及方法项目试验方法试验条件振动试验按JB/T9444.9规定进行1g.6Hz,30min自由跌落,高度100mm包装毛重小于100kg时,按JB/T9444.8的规定进行跌落跌落次数4次包装毛重大于100kg时,按JB/T9444.7的规定进行倾斜跌落低温按JB/T9444.2规定进行一25C士3℃,8卜恒定湿热按JB/T9444.4规定进行48h5.4外观质量俭验通过目视检查外观质量,检验其是否满足4.4的要求。55安全性能检验55.,抗电强度整机在不通电的状态下,先将其电源开关合上,再将其电源插头上的相线与中线两插销短接后,在其与电源插头上地线插销之间施加50Hz,l500V的电压,经60s后,检验是否击穿。试验时漏电流的设置由企业自行规定。测试试验电压精度应不大于f5%.企业生产线上抗电强度的试验方法由企业自行规定。5.5.2电源插头、插座或电线组件目视检查电源插头标志、插座标志或电线组件标志、软线的类型,是否满足GB1002和GB2099.1以及GB15934的规定。5.5.3接地性能a)按JB8616-1997中5.6.1规定的方法,目视检查接地线颜色是否满足标准要求b)按]JB8616-1997中5.6.1和附录F的要求,检查接地端子是否符合耐腐蚀的要求。c)在整机不通电的状态下,按JB8616-1997中5.6.2规定的方法,测量机身上的保护接地端子与距离该端最远的整机外壳上的金属螺钉之间的接地电阻值。接地电阻值应不超过。.1n。企业生产线上接地电阻的检验方法由企业自行规定。但电源软线中的保护接地导线的电阻值不应计入该电阻测量值内。测试仪的测量电阻值精度应不大于土5%5.5.4安全联锁整机在通电条件下以手动开关方式检验装有安全联锁开关的门或盖10次,确认安全联锁装置的有效性。5.5.5对地漏电流整机对地漏电流按JB8616-1997中5.11.1的单相设备检验方法检验。测量时任何一个对地漏电流值均不应超过3.5mA。若使用测试仪测试时,灵敏精度应小于15%05.5.6用户安全资料目视检查用户安全资料是否满足JB8616-1997中4.3.2的要求。5.5.7安全标记按JB8616-1997中4.4规定的方法目视检查标记和标记语种,是否满足JB8616-1997中4.4.3,4.4.5,4.4.6的要求。5.5.8稿台温度稿台温度的测量应在运行试验中复印机连续工作2h后进行,将热电偶温度传感器置于图工所示稿台玻璃板上的位置,盖上盖板再继续复印10min(M),检查温度示值,取最高温度。温度测量器精度应不低于士1%e GB/"r10992.1-19996.1.1.3交收(出厂)检验不合格或有不合格项目,则应返工或追溯元器件、零部件的进货,然后复验复验全部项目合格或原不合格项目合格后,方可出厂。6.1.2型式检验复印机在下列情况之一时应进行型式检验:a)试制的新产品;b)间隔一年以上再生产时;c)当产品在设计、工艺、材料等有重大改变时,应视改变情况做全部或与改变有关的部分做全部或相应项目的试验;d)合同规定时。6.2抽样方案6.2.1交收(出厂)检验为全数检验或抽样检验。交收试验中复印品质量的检查批量、抽样方案、检查水平、合格质量水平在企业标准中规定。6.2.2型式检验的整机样本从逐批检查合格的产品中,随机抽取二台6.3判定规则6.3.1检验样本中单位产品的判定单位产品的检验项目及不合格类别见表5,6.3.2型式检验批量合格与不合格的判定方法a)总样本按GB/T2829中一次抽样方案,判别水平工,不合格质量水平与判定数组见表6,表6型式检验判别判定数组不合格质量水平类型合格判定数不合格判定数RQLAR,A类缺陷4001B类缺陷80L2C类缺陷12023b)若型式检验结果判定为批合格产品,则本周期生产的产品可以人库或出厂。若入库超过两年再出厂,则必须重新进行出厂检验。。)若型式检验不合格,属于企业自行实施的型式检验,则产品应停止交收。此时应分析原因,提出处理方法,并处置库存产品和追溯已出厂销售的产品,直至新的型式检验合格。属于技术监督部门实施的检验,则企业应做不合格产品评审记录,纠正预防措施及有效性验证记录,报技术监督部门备案,并处置库存产品和追溯已出厂销售的产品,直至新的型式检验合格。7标志、包装、运输、贮存7.1标志7.1.1每台复印机在适当位置应有铭牌,其上标出:a)制造厂家;b),产品名称;。)产品型号或标记d)额定电压v,额定频率Hz,输入电流A;e)出厂日期或出厂编号了.1.2每台机器应有商标标注。7.1.3包装标志按GB191有关规定执行。 GB/T10992.1-19997.2包装7.2.1对包装的要求,按GB/T15464中有关防震、防潮、防尘的规定执行产品包装有效期由企业自行规定,但不应少于一年了.2.2包装应保证在正常的运输和存放条件下不致因颠震、装卸、受潮和浸入灰尘而使机器受损及紧固松动。了.23包装箱内应随带下列文件:a)产品合格证。产品合格证的编写应符合GB/T14436的规定。b)产品使用说明书。产品使用说明书的编写应符合GB/T9969.〕的规定。c)装箱单。d)其他有关技术资料。7.3运输、贮存7.3.1运输过程中不得直接承受雨淋、曝晒、摔撞等剧烈冲击振动及重压。7.3.2复印机应在仓库中贮存贮存时应保持原包装状态。仓库内应通风良好,周围空气中不应有腐蚀性气体及有机溶剂气体。长期贮存要求环境温度为5C-351C,相对湿度不超过900o07.3.3产品贮存堆放高度应不超过包装箱七的标记要求7.3.4产品贮存期限不应超过二年。超过期限后,应对产品按本标准进行抽检7.4消耗材料复印机随机所配带的感光材料、显影材料等应是产品说明书中规定的消耗材料,按其各自的有关标准规定执行 GB/T10992.1-1999附录A(标准的附录)复印机奥权(03)及粉尘浓度的检测A1范围本附录适用于静电复印机在正常工作期间作业场所的臭氧(0a)及粉尘的浓度检测。A2检测环境条件a)检测室容积为(20士2)m%b)检测时其他环境条件与正常使用复印时相同。A3使用仪器使用GB3095中规定的或精度更高的仪器。A4检测方法A4.1在复印机开机前20min,检测大气中背景臭氧量及粉尘量。A4.2复印机连续工作1ha)臭氧:连续测量1h平均排放浓度;b)粉尘;连续工作1h结束前的5min内,测量最大值。A4.3测量位置见表A1,表A1一}采样点1采样高度,mm}操作人员与机器距离,mm在机器的排放侧距地面1200A5测试结果将测量值减去背景值作为测量结果。'
