GB/T10992.3-1999表2运输、贮存条件及方法项目试验方法试验条件振动试验按JB/T9444.9规定进行1g,6Hz,30min包装毛重小于100kg时,按JB/T9444.8的规定自由跌落,高度100mm进行跌落次数4次跌落包装毛重大于100kg时,按JB/T9444.7的规定倾斜跌落进行低温按JB/T9444-2规定进行一25c士3C,8卜恒定湿热按JB/T9444.4规定进行48h5.4外观质量检验通过目视检查外观质量,检验其是否满足4.4条的要求。5.5安全性能检验5.5门抗电强度整机在不通电的状态下,先将其电源开关合上,再将其电源插头上的相线与中线两插销短接后,在其与电源插头上地线插销之间施加50Hz,1500V的电压,经60、后,检验是否击穿。试验时漏电流的设置由企业自行规定。测试试验电压精度应不大于f5%o企业生产线上抗电强度的试验方法由企业自行规定。5.5.2电源插头、插座或电线组件目视检查电源插头标志,插座标志或电线组件标志、软线的类型,是否满足GB1002和GB2099.1以及GB15934的规定。5.5.3接地性能a)按JB8616-1997中5.6.1规定的方法,目视检查接地线颜色是否满足标准要求b)按JB8616-1997中5.6.1和附录F的要求,检查接地端子是否符合耐腐蚀的要求。c)在整机不通电的状态下,按JB8616-1997中5.6.2规定的方法,测量机身上的保护接地端子与距离该端最远的整机外壳上的金属螺钉之间的接地电阻值接地电阻值应不超过。.1d2。企业生产线上接地电阻的检验方法由企业自行规定。但电源软线中的保护接地导线的电阻值不应计入该电阻测量值内测试仪的测量电阻值精度应不大于士50005.5.4安全联锁整机在通电条件下以手动开关方式检验装有安全联锁开关的门或盖10次,确认安全联锁装置的有效性。5.5.5对地漏电流整机对地漏电流按JB8616-1997中5.11.1的单相设备检验方法检验。测量时任何一个对地漏电流值均不应超过3.5mA。若使用测试仪测试时,灵敏精度应小于士5%.5.5,6用户安全资料目视检查用户安全资料是否满足JB8616-1997中4.3.2的要求5.5.了安全标记按JB8616-1997中4.4规定的方法目视检查标记和标记语种,是否满足JB8616-1997中4.4.3A.4.5A.4.6的要求。5.5,8电源容差运行安全检验试验目视检验整机在电源容差值范围内变化运行时,是否出现着火危险。(本项试验与5.8项试验并进行)5,5.9输入电流的检验
