沿线流量计算表2-2-5管段3-43-5管段长度382.5815沿线流量×0.0537=20.55643.7815摘要本设计包括给水系统、污水系统两部分。给水工程为城市的一个重要基础设施,必须保证以足够的水量、合格的水质、充裕的水压供应生活用水、生产用水和其它用水。给水系统设计步骤:根据最高日用水量变化曲线计算水塔和清水池调节容积;进行管网定线,计算管段设计流量、管径和水头损失;最高时环状网管网平差计算;确定水塔高度和水泵扬程;分别进行不利管段事故时、消防时、最大转输时校核。然后根据上述计算,算出最高时各节点水压,绘制等水压线。55 排水工程在环境保护、保障人民健康和经济上有重要意义。排水系统根据对生活污水、工业废水和雨水的不同排除方式所形成的排水系统称作排水体制。排水体制一般可分为两种类型:合流制和分流制。本设计根据当地地形特点和经济状况,采用雨水、污水分流制。设计步骤:分别对污水和雨水系统进行管网定线;然后根据各自汇水面积计算管段流量;确定管径、坡度及埋深,最后根据计算结果绘制污水管道纵断面图。关键词:设计流量,给水系统,排水系统,雨水系统,管网定线ABSTRACTThedesignincludeswatersupplysystems,sewerageintwoparts.1Watersupplyprojectforurban,industrialasanimportantinfrastructure,theneedtoensureasufficientquantityofqualifiedwater,amplesupplyofwaterpressure,waterandotherproductionwater.Watersystemdesignsteps,Accordingtothemaximumdailywaterdemandcurvecalculationofthetowersandadjustvolume-pool.Networkforalignmentofthecalculationofthedesignflow,diameterandheadloss.RingNetworkatthe55 2第一章设计任务1.1广西省兴业县某地区状况资料1.1.1自然状况1.该镇平均风速4m/s,夏季为3m/s。风向:冬季西北向频率20%;夏季东南向频率26%;年主导风向东南向频率22%。2.大气压力:夏季710mmHg;冬季722mmHg。3.温度:年平均温度15℃;最高温度40℃;最低温度-1℃。4.最大冻土深度:0.7m。5.地下水水位:平均距地表8m。6.地质状况:地表0.5m为耕土,0.5-1.5m为亚粘土,1.5-4.0m为粘土,4-10m为砂、砾石、卵石层,地表2m处承载能力为2Kg/cm2。7.河流水文地质状况:在95%水量保证率下流量为50m3/s,流速1.2m/s,水位标高(Ⅰ级泵站处)374.0m;20年一遇洪水时,流量为300m3/s,流速3.0m/s,水位标高(Ⅰ级泵站处)377.0m。55 8.地震等级:因水库会诱发地震,故该镇设计按砖-混凝土结构建筑,四层为主。地震烈度等级按里氏6级。1.1.2工程现状资料1.该镇由国家出资建设,规划道路设计宽度25m。其中人行道宽按3m两侧布设,用混凝土面砖铺设;非机动车道按4m两侧布设;机动车道宽11m均用沥青路面。2.地表以下敷设有通讯光缆。给水管道布置标高(管中心)距地表2.0m。生活污水、雨水管道位于路面下3m及以下。本设计暂不考虑其相互(空间及平面)交叉。3.地表以下1.5m内设有通讯、天然气、给水管道。雨水在路中央,本设计暂不考虑与污水管立体交叉。4.人防工程设于城市绿地以下3m处。5.本地区可自产钢筋混凝土排水管和供应地方建材。6.电力供应充足。37.管道建设拟采用招标方式进行。8.市内排向污水管道的生产废(污)水经局部处理达到排放下水道的标准。1.1.3远期规划10年内达到设计人口。自然人口增长率按2‰考虑,在2025年内随高层建筑发展人口密度按增加1倍考虑。1.2给水部分55 1.2.1兴业县某地区最大设计供水量计算资料1.该镇居住面积上人口密度按700人/公顷计算,按生活用水分区划分属一区。2.有完善的给水排水设备和家用太阳能热水器,无集中供热水设备。平均日用水量为110L/人d,其不均匀系数为K时=1.5。3.工业企业用水和工作人员用水印染厂和染整厂生产及生活最大用水量都为12L/s,设其用水量变化与该镇居民用水同步步。城市污水处理厂最大用水量为9.0L/s。4.公共建筑最高日平均时设计用水量镇政府:3.6L/s;中学:3.8L/s;火车站:4.0L/s;宾馆:3.5L/s,车厂:3.3L/s5.浇洒绿地、道路设计用水量按3.2L/s计。6.未预见水量:按设计流量20%考虑。上述(1)~(6)项水量之和作为设计水量,由Ⅱ泵站供给。7.消防用水:根据有关规定[1]确定,此水量在管网平差时用作校核用。1.2.2绘制日用水量变化曲线及计算水塔、清水池容积1.计算最高日用水量。2.根据给定的最高日用水量比例绘制最高日逐时用水量变化曲线。55 对设置水塔的管网,在最高用水时,由泵站和水塔同时向管网输水,但在一天内抽水量大于用水量的一段时间,多余的水经过管网进入水塔内贮存,因此这种管网还应按最大转输时来核算,以确定水泵能否将水送进水塔。核算时节点流量必须按最大转输时用水量求出。因为节点流量随用水量变化成比例地增减,所以最大转输时节点流量按下式计算:最大转输时节点流量=最大转输时用水量/最高时用水量×最高用水时节点流量则最大转输时流量分配图如下22平差表见附表4经过10次校核,水泵到水塔的管线取3-4-6-7-8-9管段,水厂泵站的地面标高为255.2m,最小服务水头20m,吸水管和泵房内水头损失取2m,安全水头取2m,水塔地面标高264m,水塔高度16.4m则泵站到管网管径700mm,流量334.23L/s,则此段管线水头损失为h=alq2=0.01150×862×2×(334.23/1000)2=2.21m从水塔到管网输水管设两条,每条长度为671.3m每条流量计16.38L/s,管径350mm水头损失为h=alq2=0.4529×671×2×(16.38/1000)2=0.163m55
