Supply&DrainagePipingConstructionandAeptanceGB50268-97给水排水管道工程施工及验收规范e.GB50303-xxCodeforQualityAeptanceofBuildingElectricityEngineeringConstructionGB50303-xx建筑电气工程施工质量验收规范4．Pipinginstallation管道施工　　（1）Layout测量放线Proceedthesurveyandorientationaordingtothedesigndrawingandbenchmark,whenitconflictwithdesigndrawing,settleddownbyM+Wcoordination.RecheckthefirstsurveypointsuppliedbyM+Wtoconfirm,obtaintheexcavationpermitfromM+Wpriortomencement.根据图纸对施工坐标点进行测量定位，当与设计图纸不符时，协同M+W公司共同解决。　　对M+W提供的第一个测量点应反复核实，确定其正确性，开挖前报M+W确认许可后，方可开始施工　　（2）Excavationofpipetrench管沟开挖Theexcavationofpipetrenchwillbebybackhoemainlyandassistwithlabors管道开挖，采用机械开挖为主，人工开挖为辅。　　Duringbackhoeexcavation,takereverseexcavationmeasure机械开挖过程中，采用反铲进行开挖，开挖采用倒挖法进行管沟开挖。　　Forthepipetrenchexcavation,installsupportsystemornotconsideringtheearthcondition,stillwhenthedepthexceeds1.4mmusthaveslope.Theexcavatedearthstockingatleast1.4mfarawayfromthepipetrenchtoavoid earthcollapse.管沟开挖时，应根据土质进行考虑放坡与是否打支撑，但管沟深度超过1.4m必须放坡施工，管沟开挖的土，必须堆放于距离管沟不小于1.4m，以免造成管沟塌方。　　Duringpipetrenchexcavating,monitoringtheelevationatanytime,thebackhoeexcavatingtoalittlehigherlevelofdesignedlevel.管沟开挖时，标高控制应采用随开挖，随测量，机械开挖到设计要求标高左右Ifundergroundwaterimmergedthandrainedbyopentrench,theopentrenchshould100mmlowerthanpipetrenchbottomandslopetowatercollectionpit.Setonewatercollectionpitevery30m,pumpoutthewaterintimetoensurenowaterstandinginpipetrenchandassignwatchingmantocheckthecrackandwaterpermeatecondition.Takeappropriatemeasurestoavoiddangerous.管沟开挖时，如有地下水采用明沟排水，明沟应比管沟底低100mm并坡向集水坑,在每30m设一个集水坑,利用潜水泵抽水保证管沟内无水,并专人检查沟边是否有裂纹及渗水情况,如有应采取措施以防止发生危险确保施工安全.Duringpipetrenchexcavation,setobvioussignstoavoidincident管沟开挖过程中，应设置标志防止人员发生意外。　　Assistbylabortodig100mmandlevelthebottom,pavesandcushion利用人工随机清底，挖土下挖100mm，并做沙垫层基础。　　（3）Workfacewidth工作面宽度Theexcavatewidthofpipetrenchbottomshallbecalculatebytheunderformula:管道沟槽底部的开挖宽度，以下式计算B=D1+2b1Bexcavatewidth(mm)ofpipetrenchbottom;D1:theexteriorwidthmmofpiping whetherthereisdamage,crackofgraphiteironpipe,thepipeopeningsizeintheallowedscope,thebitumencoatingfinished,theinnerlinedcementloosed,therubberringpleteandsmooth.检查球墨铸铁管有无损坏、裂缝，管口尺寸是否在允许范围，外涂沥青漆是否完成，内衬水泥是否脱落；橡胶圈应形体完整、表面光滑；ApparentviewofReinforcePVC-U,HDPE,PVC-Udrainagepipepriortoinstallation,theinnerwallofpipe,pipefittingsshouldbesmooth,levelwithoutbubbles,crack,delaminationordistinctmark,depressedcondition.Thepipecannotwithdifferentdirectionbending,itsstraightdeviationshalllessthan1%.Thepipeendshouldbelevelandverticaltogridline加筋PVC-U管，HDPE管，PVC-U排水管在安装前要进行外观检查，管材与管件内外壁应光滑、平整无气泡裂口、裂纹、脱皮和严重的冷斑及明显的痕蚊、凹陷，管材轴向不得有异向弯曲，其直线度偏差应小于1%，管材端口必须平整，并垂直与轴线。　　Steelpipesurfaceshouldwithnocrack,shrinkagehole,slag,delaminationetc.defects,thecorrosionnotexceedtheminusdeviationofwallthickness,thesteelpipeandwailthicknessinthedeviationallowance.钢管表面应无裂纹、缩孔、夹渣、重皮等缺陷，锈浊不超过壁厚负偏差，钢管及壁厚在允许的偏差范围内。　　Valvesmustaompanywithex-factoryqualifiedcertificate,checktheapparentcheckpriorto installation.Thevalvesealfaceshouldbeperfect,andsomeneedwatertest.阀门等在出厂前必须有合格证明，安装前要进行外观检查，阀门密封面完好无损，部分阀门须做水压试验；Theweldmaterial(electrode,weldingwire),airchemicalconstitution,mechanicalpropertyshouldmatchwiththemothermaterialandplywiththeweldingcraftsmanship.管道焊接采用的焊材（焊条、焊丝）及气体的化学成分、机械性能须与母材匹配并兼顾满足焊接工艺的要求。　　6.Pipeinstallation管道敷设6.1InstallSequence施工顺序　　（1）Interiorpiping室内管道Factory1（productionbuilding1）（生产厂房1）Trenchexcavation---Cushionconcrete---Rebar---LayPipe---PipeTest---Pourconcrete沟槽开挖→垫层混凝土→钢筋绑扎→下管→管道试验→浇注混凝土Otherbuildings其他建筑Trenchexcavation---Sandcushion---Laypipe---Firstbackfilling---PipeTest---Trenchbackfilling管沟开挖→垫层沙→下管→第一次回填→管道试验→管沟回填　　（2）Exteriorpiping室外管道Theexteriorpipinginstallsequenceshallaordingtoburydepth,deeperpriortoshallowprinciple.室外管道施工顺序应按管道埋设深度，先深后浅原则。　　Drainagepiping排水管道Trenchexcavation---sandcushion---Laypipe---Firstbackfilling---Pipetest---Trenchbackfilling---Flush管沟开挖→沙垫层→下管→第一次回填→管道试验→管沟回填→冲洗Watersupplypiping给水管道Trench excavation---Concretecover---Laypipe---Firstbackfilling---Pressure,refinedtest---Trenchbackfilling---Flush管沟开挖→垫块→下管→第一次回填→压力、严密性试验→管沟回填→冲洗6.2Installkey安装要点6.2.1Installkeyofgraphiteironpipe,exteriordrainpipe球墨铸铁管、室外排水管道安装要点　　（1）Installsequence安装程序Laypipe---Cleanpipeopening---Cleanrubberring,installrubberring---Installmachineequipment---Paintlubricantonsocketsurfaceandrubberring---Pushpipeintosocket---Check下管→清理管口→清理胶圈、上胶圈→安装机具设备→在插口外表面和胶圈上刷润滑剂→顶推管子使之插入承口→检查　　（2）Preparationpriortoinstallation安装前准备Removethestiranddustatpipeopening.将管口的毛刺和杂物清除干净；Checkthematchconditionandworkconditionoftools。　　检查安装机具是否配套齐全，工作状态是否良好　　（3）Installkey安装要点Laypipe:aordingtothetechnicalrequirementlaythethepipetothetrenchbottom,aordingtothesignsifthereisonpipebody.下管应按下管技术要求将管子下到沟底，如管体有向上放的标志，应按标志摆放管子；Cleanpipeopening:removethedebrisatsocketandcleanup,fortheadhesivearticlesmaycausewaterleakage.清理管口将承口内的所有杂物予以清除，并擦干净，因为任何附着物都可能造成接口漏水；Cleanrubberring,installrubberring:Clean uptheadhesivearticlesonrubberring;bendtherubberasheartshapeorflowershape(bigdiameter),theninsertinsocketchannelandacirclepressurebyhandtoensuretherubberringinposition,pushedintochanneluniformly.清理胶圈、上胶圈将胶圈上的粘结物清查干净；把胶圈弯成心型或花型（大口径）装入承口槽内，并用手沿整个胶圈按压一遍，确保胶圈各个部分不翘不扭，均匀一致的卡在槽内；MachinesandTools:Usejinchainhoistorwiregripputthemachinesandtoolsinposition,takecareofpollutiontothecleanedpipe.安装机具设备可采用手拉葫芦或紧线器，将准备好的机具设备安装到位，安装时注意不要将已清理的管子部位再次污染；Paintthelubricateagentonsocketsurfaceandrubberring:thelubricateagentissuppliedbymanufacturer,orusesoapwaterpaveontheinnersideofrubberringuniformly.Tackcareofthebrokenareawhenpaintthelubricateagenttothesockettop.在插口外表面和胶圈上刷润滑剂润滑剂用厂方提供的，也可用肥皂水，将润滑剂均匀的刷在承口内已安装好的橡胶圈内表面，在插口外表面刷润滑剂时应注意刷至插口端部的破口处；Pushthepipeintosocket.顶推管子使之插入承口。　　（4）Installmethod安装方法Useslingchain(jinchainhoist)orwiregrip:tiethesteelropeonthefixedpipe,pullitintopipesocketandwelllaythebackbeam,connectandadjustthesteelropeandslingchainrightagainst,pull theslingchaintothesocket.吊链（手拉葫芦）或紧线器拉入法在已安装稳固的管子上拴住钢丝绳，在待拉入管子承口处放好后背横梁，用钢丝绳和吊链连好绷紧对正，拉动吊链，即将插口拉入承口中。　　6.2.2Installvalve阀门安装Priortovalveinstallation,checkwhetherthevalvetype,sizeplywithdesignrequirement.Theinstalledvalveandvalvesign(arrow)shallsameasinnermedia安装阀门前，应仔细核对阀门型号、规格是否符合设计要求，安装的阀门其阀体表示的箭头应与介质的流向一致。　　Thevalvepoleofhorizontalpipingnormallybeinstalledontheupperhalf-radius,thevalvepolecannotbeinstalledunderside.水平管道上的阀门其阀杆一般应安装在上半周范围内，不许阀杆向下安装。　　Theflangeorthreadconnectvalveshallbeinstalledatvalveclosedcondition.法兰和螺纹连接的阀门应在关闭状态下安装。　　6.2.3Installkeypointofinnerdrainpiping室内排水管安装要点　　（1）Installsequence安装程序Preparation---Prefabrication---Installmainpipe---Installriserpipe---Installbranchpipe---Fixtheclips---Waterclosetest---Watertest安装准备→预制加工→干管安装→立管安装→支管安装→卡件固定→闭水试验→通水试验　　（2）Installkey安装要点Prefabrication:Aordingtodesignrequirementandbihesiteactualcondition,measurethepipesizeforpipecut.Thecutsectionshouldbesmootandneat,removethestirbymillingcutterordrawknife,mill15°angleonexterior edge.Takeinserttestforsocketpriortoadhere,normally3/4ofsocketdepth.Ifthetrailinsertqualified,removethewateranddustbycottoncloth.Ifthereisoilstainneedtobecleanedbyacet.Paveadhesiveagentbybrush,socketfirstthenfaucet,thenverticalinsertinbyasuddenpush,alittlerotatetoaveragetheadhesiveagent,theadhereneedsabout30sto1min.Removetheoverflowedadhesiveagentimmediately.PayattentiontothePre-reservedmouthdirectionformulti-mouthconnection.预制加工根据图纸要求并结合实际情况，量好管道尺寸，进行断管。　　断口要平齐，用铣刀或刮刀除掉断口内外飞刺，外棱铣出15°角。　　粘接前应对承插口先插入试验，不得全部插入，一般为承口的3/4深度。　　试插合格后，用棉布将承插口粘接部位的水分、灰尘擦拭干净。　　如有油污需要丙酮除掉。　　用毛刷涂抹粘接剂，先涂抹承口后涂抹插口，随即用力垂直插入，插入粘接时将插口稍做转动，以利粘接剂分布均匀，约30s至1min即可粘接牢固。　　粘牢后立即将溢出的粘接剂擦拭干净。　　多口粘连时应注意预留口方向。　　Installmainpipe:fortheburiedpipe,digtrenchaordingtocoordinate,elevation,slopedirection,slopeandbackfillwithpaction.Iftakesupportorhangpipeinstallation,make supportorhangshelffirstaordingtocoordinate,elevation,slopedirection.Whentheconstructionconditionsready,movetheprocessedpipesectiontotheplaceaordingtoNo.forinstallation.Allpipesectionsadhesionmustplywithcraftsequence.Whentheywereconnected,thepipeshouldbestraightandwithaveragesloping,allpre-reservedopeningsarecorrect.Takeclosewatertestwhenthemainpipeinstalled,itisqualifiedifnowaterlevelfalldown.干管安装埋入地下时，按设计坐标、标高、坡向、坡度开挖槽沟并夯实。　　采用托吊管安装时应按照设计坐标、标高、坡向做好托、吊架。　　施工条件具备时，将预制加工好的管段，按编号运至安装部位进行安装。　　各管段粘连时也必须按粘接工艺依次进行。　　全部粘连后，管道要直，坡度均匀，各预留口位置准确。　　干管安装完后应做闭水试验，水位不下降为合格。　　Installbranchpipe:movetheprefabricatedbranchpipetositeplaceaordingtoNo.Cleanthestainandwaterforeveryconnectpart.Suspendthebranchpipeandpavetheadhesiveagentgraduallythensuddenpushintopre-reservedpipeopening.Adjusttheslopeaordingtopipelength.支管安装将预制好的支管按编号运至现场。　　清除各粘接部位的污物及水分。　　将支管水平初步吊起，涂抹粘接剂，用力推入预留管口。　　根据管段长度调整好坡度。 　　Takeclosewatertestwhenthedrainpipeinstalled,fortheconcealpipeinstallationmustplywithworksequence.排水管道安装后,按规定要求必须进行闭水试验.凡属隐蔽暗装管道必须按分项工序进行.Theadhesiveagenteasyforvolatilize,closethecapafteruseimmediately.Fortheadhesiveworkinwinter,thesettimeis2~3min.Theadhesiveplaceshallbewelldraught,farawayfromopenfire.粘接剂易挥发，使用后应随时封盖。　　冬季施工进行粘接时，凝固时间为2~3min。　　粘接场所应通风良好，远离明火。　　7.Pipesweepingandclean管道的吹扫与清洗Thepressurepipesuitableforwashbywater,suchas,industrial&domesticwatersupply.压力管道宜采用水冲洗。　　如生产生活给水管道。　　8.Waterpressuretest管道的水压试验Whenpipinginstallationfinished,takewaterpressuretestorclosewatertestaordingtodesign.管道安装完成后，按图纸要对管道进行水压强度或闭水试验。　　8.1Testpressure压力管道试验压力Firepipe:1.4MpaIndustrial&domesticwatersupplypipe:1.0Mpa.消防水管道1.4Mpa生产生活给水管道1.0MpaTestmethod:Thetestpressurefalldownin10minshallnotmorethan0.05Mpa,thenfalldowntoworkpressureforstrictnesscheck,thewaterpermeablequantityshallinthe followingscope:试验方法试验压力10分钟内压力不降不应大于0.05Mpa，然后降至工作压力进行严密性检查，管道严密性试验允许渗水量符合下表规定Innerpipediameter管道内径（mm）Allowablewaterpermeable允许渗水量（L/（min.km））1000.71501.05xx.40Waterpressuretestpipelengthshallnotlongerthan1.0KM.管道水压试验的长度不大于1.0KM8.2Closewatertest闭水试验　　（1）Whenthemanholebuiltandupstodesignstrength,takeclosewatertestinsections.Fillinwaterandkeep1-2dayandnight.在检查井砌筑后并达到设计强度后,分段进行闭水试验,管道试验段灌满水后浸泡1-2昼夜进行.　　（2）Takeapparentchecktotheconnectionandpipebodypriortoclosewatertest,thetimenotlessthan30min.itisqualifiedifnowaterleakageandseriouswaterleakage,thetestshouldastheclosewatertestsequence.闭水试验时对接口和管身进行外观检测，时间不少于30分钟，以无漏水和无严重漏水为合格，且应按闭水法试验进行。　　（3）Thedesignedwaterinletsetat2mmoreonthebasisofpipetopinnerwall.试验段上游设计水头不超过管顶内壁时实验段水头应以实验段上游管顶内壁加2m计。　　（4）Closewatertestconditions闭水试验条件Theapparentcheckofpipeandmanholehasaepted,noearthatpipeconnection,nostandingwaterinpipetrench,nowaterpermeableness,excepttheinletandoutletwaterpipe,thepipeshouldbesealed withoutwaterpermeableness.管道及检查井外观质量已验收合格，管道接口处未回填土，且沟槽内无积水，全部预留孔应封堵不得渗水，除预留进出水管外，应封堵坚固不得渗水。　　ReferenceSHANGHAIELECTRONICENGINEERINGDESIGN&RESEARCHINSTTTUTECOV.LTDdesign上海电子工程设计研究院有限公司设计图纸〈GB50242-xxCodeforQualityAeptanceofWatersupply&DrainageandHeatingConstruction.GB50242-xx建筑给排水及采暖施工质量验收规范GB50268-97CodeforWaterSupply&DrainagePipingConstructionandAeptance.GB50268-97给水排水管道工程施工及验收规范9.Pipetrenchbackfilling管沟回填Whenthebackfilling300mmhigherthanthepipetop,startlaborpacttoavoidpipedamage,thenby300mmlayersupside,alsocanbebackfilledandpactedbymachine.Thetrenchbackfillpactingfactorshallplywithregulationrequirement93%.在管顶回填到300mm厚方可进行人工夯实，以免破坏管道，然后每层300mm进行分层回填，可采用机械回填与夯实。　　管道回填夯实系数根据规范要求需达到93%方为合格。　　管沟回填分两步进行第一步为试水前回填，将各个接口露出；第二步为试水合格后进行的全部恢复回填。　　其他回填时采用原土回填，但土中不得有砖块、污土、垃圾、土块颗粒不应大于15mm。　　10.Finishproductprotection成品保护Whenthepipeinstallationfinished,sealallpipeopeningsto 　　（5）ThelaborsworkingonsitemusttrainedbysiteHSE,andobtainedbadges.进入现场的全体施工人员，必须先进行安全培训和工地教育，经考试合格后，报业主批准，办理入场证方可进入现场施工。　　（6）Thelaborsworkingonsiteshouldplywiththeowner′ssafetyrequirementandthisspecification,stillneedplywithrelativetradesafetyregulations,andaeptthemonitoringoflocalgovernment.进入现场的全体施工人员除执行业主的安全要求和本规定外，还应遵守中国的有关工种、本岗位的安全操作规程并接受当地劳动部门的监督。　　（7）Thespecialworkshouldobtaintherelativepermitfirst.Contractorswiththeresponsibilitytounderstandthepermitrequirment,appliedandobtained,andensurethelaborsareplywiththerelativeworkprocedure.现场要求的特殊工作必须在有工作许可证的前提下进行。　　承包商有责任明了所有工作许可证的需要，申请和获得，并确保员工遵守所有程序。　　13.Qualitystandard质量标准Items保证项目　　（1）Thepipematerial,type,size,adhesivepropertymustplywithdesign.管道的材质、规格、尺寸、粘接剂的技术性能必须符合设计要求。　　（2）Thewaterfillingtestresultofconcealdrainagepipeandstormwaterpipeshallplywithconstruction code.隐蔽的排水管及雨水管道的灌水试验结果必须符合设计要求和施工规范规定。　　Testmethod:checksectionwatertestfillingtestrecord,pipematerialex-factorycertificateandadhesiveagentcertificate.检验方法检查区（段）灌水试验记录，管材出厂证明及粘接剂合格证。　　（3）Thepipeslopeshallplywithdesignrequirementorconstructioncode.管道的坡度必须符合设计要求或施工规范规定。　　Testmethod:checktheconcealworkrecordorcheckbywaterleveler(waterlevelruler),tielineandruler.检验方法检查隐蔽工程记录或用水准仪（水平尺）、拉线和尺量检查。　　（4）Pipeandpipeabutment,nolayingonthefrozensoilandloosedsoil.管道及管道支座（墩），严禁铺设在冻土和未经处理的松土上。　　Testmethod:inspectioncheckorconcealworkrecord.检查方法:观察检查或检查隐蔽工程记录.　　（5）Installflexconnectorforplasticdrainpipeaordingtodesignrequirement,forthosenodesignrequirement,theflexconnectorspaceshallnotmorethan4m.排水塑料管必须按设计要求装伸缩节。　　如设计无要求，伸缩节间距不大于4m。　　Testmethod:checkbyinspectionandruler.检验方法观察和尺量检查。
