GB/T2900.59-2002/IEC60050(605)门983o9舀GB/T2900的本部分是《电工术语发电、输电及配电》系列标准中的第五部分。该系列标准由下列五个部分组成:GB/T2900.50-1998《电工术语发电、输电及配电通用术语》GB/T2900.52-2000《电工术语发电、输电及配电发电》GB/T2900.57-2002《电工术语发电、输电及配电运行》GB/T2900.58-2002《电工术语发电、输电及配电电力系统规划和管理》GB/T2900.59-2002《电工术语发电、输电及配电变电站》本部分等同采用国际电工委员会(IEC)出版物60050(605):1983(Chapter605:Generationtrans-missionanddistributionofelectricity-substaisions》制定,在技术内容上与该出版物等同,术语的词条编号也与该标准一致。本部分由国家经济贸易委员会提出。本部分由全国术语标准化技术委员会归口。本部分由中国电力科学研究院和机械科学研究院负责起草本部分主要起草人:魏全才、杨芙、王来。 GB/T2900.59-2002/IEC60050(605)门983电工术语发电、输电及配电变电站1范围GB/T290。的本部分规定了发电、输电及配电领域中有关变电站的术语。本部分适用于电力系统的规划、管理、设计、发电、输电及配电等领域。2术语和定义2.1变电站类型—变电站布置typesofsubstations-substationlayouts注:变电站等同变电所。2.1.1[电力系统的〕变电站substation(ofapowersystem)电力系统的一部分,它集中在一个指定的地方,主要包括输电或配电线路开关设备的终端和建筑物,也可能包括变压器。通常包括电力系统安全和控制所需的设施(例如保护装置)。注:根据含有变电站的系统的性质,可在变电站这个词前加上一个前缀来界定。例如:(一个输电系统的〕输电变电站、配电变电站,500kV变电站、35kV变电站。2.1.2开关站switchingsubstation有开关设备,通常还包括母线,但没有电力变压器的变电站。2.1.3变压变电站transformersubstation用变压器将两个或多个不同电压等级的电网连接起来的变电站。2.1.4升压站step-upsubstation变压器输出电压高于输人电压的变电站。2.1.5降压站step-downsubstation变压器输出电压低于输人电压的变电站。2.1.6牵引变电站tractionsubstation主要向牵引系统供电的变电站。2.1.7换流站convertersubstation安装有换流器且主要用于将交流变换成直流或将直流变换成交流的变电站。2.1.8变频站frequencyconvertersubstation Gs/T2900.59-2002/IEC60050(605):1983能将交流电从一种频率转换成另一种频率的变电站。9有人值班变电站mannedsubstation有运行人员值守的变电站。10无人值班变电站unmannedsubstation没有运行人员值守的变电站。11常时值班变电站permanentlymannedsubstation由驻在站内的工作人员连续监控的变电站12定时值班变电站attendedsubstation在常规工作时间及某些必要情况下,由运行人员值守的变电站。13遥控变电站remotelycontrolledsubstation用遥控装置控制的无人值班变电站。14主控变电站mastersubstation可以控制遥控变电站的有人值班变电站。15子变电站satellitesubstation一种由主控变电站控制的遥控变电站。16单母线变电站singlebusbarsubstation线路和变压器连接到仅有一组母线上的变电站17双母线变电站doublebusbarsubstation线路和变压器通过选择开关可连接到两组母线的变电站。18三母线变电站triplebusbarsubstation线路和变压器通过选择开关可连接到三组母线的变电站。19环形(母线)变电站ringsubstation用单母线构成闭合回路,在闭合回路内仅串联若干台隔离开关的变电站。20多角形(母线)变电站meshsubstation用单母线构成闭合回路,在闭合回路内若干台断路器串联的变电站。21四开关变电站four-switchsubstation母线构成四边形,每边有一台隔离开关或一台断路器的多角形母线变电站。22三开关(桥形)带旁路多角形母线变电站three-switchmeshsubstationwithbypass通常有两回馈线和两台变压器的多角形(母线)变电站,即四开关变电站的第四台断路器用装有一 GB/T2900.59-2002/IEC60050(605)门983c)混相布置①,②—母线;A,B,C—相图4(续)2.2变电站的一次装置primaryplantofsubstation2.2.1母线busbar可以连接多个电气回路的低阻抗导体。2.2.2母线排(通常称作母线)busbars(commonlycalledbusbar)变电站内将几个回路构成公共连接所必需的母线组。例如:三相系统中的三组母线排。2.2.3工作母线mainbusbar双母线或三母线变电站中正常情况下运行的任意一组母线。2.2.4备用母线reservebusbar双母线或三母线变电站中非正常情况下运行的任意一组母线,一般不如工作母线完善。2.2.5旁路母线transferbusbar能与任何回路独立连接的一种备用母线,其回路间隔设备(断路器、互感器)适用任何回路,此回路的控制由另一专用间隔确保。注:在双母线(三母线)变电站中(见2.1.17和2.1.18),旁路母线通常不记入母线数。2.2.6有载分段母线switchablebusbar包括一个用于连接或断开母线段的串接开关(或断路器)的一种母线。2.2.7无载分段母线disconnectablebusbar GB/T2900.59-2002/IEC60050(605)门983包括一个或多个用于无载连接的,或断开该母线两段的串接隔离开关的一种母线。2.2.8母线段busbarsection在两个开关设备(或隔离开关)之间串接或开关设备与母线端部之间的部分母线。2.2.9「变电站〕间隔bay(ofasubstation)变电站的一部分,其中装有与所包含的指定回路相关的开关设备和控制装置。注:按回路类型,变电站可包含馈线间隔、变压器间隔和母联间隔等。2.2.10馈线间隔feederbay变电站内馈线用的或连接发电机、变压器或另一变电站的间隔。2.2.11出线馈线outgoingfeeder变电站内通常用于向电力系统供电的馈线。2.2.12进线馈线incomingfeeder变电站内通常用于从电力系统受电的馈线。2.2.13敞开式变电站open-typesubstation相对地绝缘及相间绝缘主要靠大气压下的空气间隙,而且某些带电部分未加封闭的变电站。注:敞开式变电站可分为户内式或户外式。2.2.14气体绝缘金属封闭的变电站gasinsulatedmetal-enclosedsubstation全部采用气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(组合电器)的变电站。2.2.15户内变电站indoorsubstation为了避免室外大气条件的影响,将设备安装在建筑物内的变电站。2.2.16户外变电站outdoorsubstation设计和安装时考虑了能承受室外气象条件影响的变电站。2.2.17配电小间kiosksubstation通常为成套式,仅用于配电的小型配电站。2.2.18地T变电站undergroundsubstation;vaultsubstation建造在地下的变电站。2.2.19柱上配电台pole-mountedsubstation安装在一根或多根电杆上的户外配电台。2.2.20变电站构架substationstructures用于悬挂导体、支撑导体或开关设备及其他电器的刚性构架组合。 Gs/T2900.59-2002/IEC60050(605):19832.2.21硬母线rigidbasbar由金属管或金属型材组成并用支柱绝缘子支撑的母线。注:母线可以是自支持的桥形结构2.2.22软母线flexiblebasbar由柔性导体组成的母线。2.2.23相间净距phase-to-phaseclearance考虑了各种运行情况下两个邻相带电部分间的最小距离。2.2.24相对地净距phase-to-earthclearance带电部分与地电位的所有构架之间的最小距离。2.2.25作业净距workingclearance正常暴露的带电部分与变电站内作业人员之间应保持的最小安全距离。2.2.26电缆槽道(变电站的)cabletrough(inasubstation)变电站内敷设二次电缆、辅助电缆和控制电缆的通道。2.2.27电缆管道(变电站的)cableduct(inasubstation)变电站内敷设在地下的导管,从管内可以穿过二次电缆、辅助电缆和控制电缆。2.2.28电缆隧道cabletunnel用于容纳大量敷设在电缆支架上的电缆的走廊,或隧道式构筑物。2.2.29电缆架cablerack放置电缆的支架,电缆通常并排布置在支架上。2.2.30泄油池oilleakagesump容纳变压器或其他充油设备所漏油的油池。2.2.31防火墙fireprotectionwall变电站内,在两台充油设备间所建立的防止火焰从一台设备蔓延至另一台设备的一道墙。2.2.32消音外壳acousticenclosure用吸音材料制成的壳体。用它局部或整体地包围变压器,以降低其所发出的噪声。2.2.33接地回路连接器earthcircuitconnector将变电站接地系统各部分连接在一起的装置,该装置有时还包括工作接地用的端子。2.2.34变电站控制室substationcontrolroom设置有变电站所需的监视和控制设备的房间。 Gs/T2900.59-2002/IEC60050(605)门9832.2.35变电站遥控室,ubstationtelecontrolroom设置有发送和接收有关遥控信息所需设备的房间。2.2.36变电站继电保护室substationrelayroom集中设置有保护和自动化设备的房间。2.2.37变电站继电保护小间substationrelaybuilding;substationrelaykiosk靠近间隔开关设备和控制设备的小室或配电箱,其中设置有与该间隔相关的保护装置和自动化装置。2.2.38馈线断路器feedercircuit-breaker装在变电站馈线间隔内并通过它能给馈线供电的断路器。2.2.39变压器断路器transformercircuit-breaker变电站内变压器各侧的断路器之一。通常,其电压水平由变压器对应侧电压水平标示。2.2.40母联断路器buscouplercircuit-breaker变电站中,位于两组母线之间连接两组母线的断路器。在多于两组母线的情况下,母联断路器可与选择开关联合使用。2.2.41母线转换断路器switchedbusbarcircuit-breaker变电站中,串联在一组母线中并且在两个母线段之间的断路器。2.2.42[选择器]转换隔离开关selectorswitchdisconnector双母线或三母线变电站内,用于将一次回路(如线路、变压器等)连接到其中一组母线的隔离开关。2.2.43接地开关earthingswitch变电站内,为了安全目的,用于将相导体接地的专用隔离开关。2.2.44馈线隔离开关feederdisconnector安装在变电站的馈线间隔内,与某一馈线的一端串联,用于将馈线与系统隔离的开关。2.2.45母线段隔离开关busbarsectiondisconnector串接在两母线段之间,用于将它们彼此隔离的开关。2.2.46站用变压器auxiliarytransformer变电站内为辅助设备供电的变压器。2.3变电站的二次装置secondaryarrangementsofsubstation2.3.1控制屏controlboard装有控制和显示变电站运行或系统运行所需设备的屏。 Gs/"r2900.59--2002/IEC60050(605):19832.3.2控制台controldesk装有控制和显示变电站运行或系统运行所需设备的台。2.3.3模拟图mimicdiagram;walldiagram用符号表征变电站(电网)线路和开关设备实时状态的配置,可随情况更新,还可具有控制功能。2.3.4屏幕显示器visualdisplayunit用于显示所需信息并可能兼具应答装置的全套设备。2.3.5不对应显示开关discrepancyswitch显示监控设备的实际状态与指示状态的任何不对应,具有应答功能2.3.6控制用不对应显示开关controldiscrepancyswitch具有控制功能的不对应显示开关2.3.7二次接线wiring(secondarywiring)变电站内连至所有单个保护、控制和测量部件并使其连接到一起的线路2.3.8端子排jumperboard由端子和连接件组成的接线板,使其装配后能按照任何需要的方式相互连接。2.3.9专用二次接线dedicatedlow-voltagewiring变电站二次设备和二次接线的一部分,与某一指定的一次回路(线路、变压器等)相关。2.3.10回路间联线inter-circuitwiring变电站二次接线的一部分,用于在不同回路间传递信息。2.3.11站用配电屏auxiliaryswitchboard装有变电站站用辅助交直接电源的控制、保护和配电所需设备的屏(或柜)2.3.12非重要站用回路non-essentialauxiliarycircuits当系统电源中断时,变电站内可停止供电的站用交流回路。2.3.13重要站用回路essentialauxiliarycircuits当系统电源中断时,变电站内仍需维持供电的站用交流回路,例如从备用电源供电。2.3.14共用蓄电池组commonbattery变电站内向所有回路的控制设备、监测设备和保护设备供电的蓄电池组。2.3.15专用蓄电池组dedicatedbattery变电站内向一个或为数不多的几个回路的控制设备、监测设备和保护设备供电的蓄电池组。
