中华人民共和国国家标准UDC666.155:629.11GB4707-84陆路交通工具用安全玻璃名词术语Landtransport-Safetyglasses-Terms适用范围本标准适用于汽车、火车等陆路交通工具用各种安全玻璃。2定义2.1陆路文通工具用安全玻璃的品种部分2.1.1安全玻璃safetyglass系由无机材料或无机与有机的复合材料所构成的产品,当其应用于车辆时,可以减少车祸中严重伤人的危险,同时对其可见性、强度和耐磨性都作了一定规定。2.1.2钢化玻璃(淬火玻璃、强化玻璃)temperedglass利用加热到软化点附近然后骤冷的方法,提高了强度和热稳定性,一旦破坏,碎片无尖利棱角的安全玻璃。2.1.3区域钢化玻璃zonedtemperedglass分区域控制钢化程序的钢化安全玻璃,一旦破坏,总体上符合安全玻璃对断裂碎片的要求,同时又提供一个不妨碍驾驶的视区。2.1.4风冷钢化玻璃airquenchhardeningglass用快速流动的气体作骤冷介质的钢化玻璃。2.1.5液冷钢化玻璃liquidquenchhardeningglass用液体作骤冷介质的钢化玻璃。2.1.6弯钢化玻璃curvedtemperedglass比一般平型钢化多一个弯曲工序加工成的钢化玻璃。2.1.了夹层玻璃(胶合玻璃)laminatedsafetyglass由两片或两片以上的玻璃用一层或数层有机材料胶合层枯结在一起的玻璃制品。由于胶合层的枯结作用,玻璃破坏时,碎片不易飞散伤人。2.1.8夹层风挡玻璃laminatedwindshieldglass机械和光学性能符合风挡玻璃特定要求的高级夹层玻璃。国家标准局1984-10-08发布1985一07-01实施标准分享网www.bzfxw.com免费下载
