'中华人民共和国国家标准色漆和清漆词汇第三部分颜料术语Paintsandvarnishes-Vocabulary-Part3:PigmenttermsGB5206.3-86国家标准局批准并发布1986-08-26发布1987-08-01实施 本标准规定了色漆和清漆用颜料、体质颜料及理化性能术语及定义。本标准适用于颜料及有关行业生产、使用、科研、教学、出版、编写技术标准和国内外技术业务交流等。本标准的每一词条包括了颜料术语、术语定义(或说明)、对应的英文名称,并附有索引号〔同义术语并列于术语之后,作为同一词条。其中第一词条为优先使用术语,紧跟后面的词为允许使用术语。术语下方是对应的英文名称,接着是该术语的定义(或说明)。本术语编号继接(3B5206.2-86《色漆和清漆词汇第二部分树脂术语》。4.1天然无机颜料naturalinorganicpigment来源于自然界的无机物,经物理加工而制得的颜料。4.2合成无机颜料syntheticinorganicpigment由化学方法制得的无机颜料。4.3天然有机颜料naturalorganicpigment来源于动物或植物的有机物,经加工处理制得的颜料。4.4合成有机颜料syntheticorganicpigment由化学方法制得的有机颜料。4.5天然体质颜料naturalextender来源于自然界的无机物,经加工而制得的体质颜料。4.6合成体质颜料syntheticextender由化学方法制得的体质颜料。4.7白色颜料whitepigment仆选择性地散射大部分可见光谱范围波长的颜料。4.8黑色颜料blackpigment非选择性地吸收大部分可见光谱范围波长的颜料。4.9彩色颜料colourpigment有选择性地吸收或散射可见光潜范围波长的颜料。4.10珠光颜料pearlescentpigment由透明薄片组成的,由于平行定向多次反射,产生珍珠特征光泽,通过光于涉,产生彩虹效应的颜料。4.“发光颜料54 luminescentpigment能发出荧光或磷光的颜料。4.12荧光颜料fluorescentpigment在紫外线激发下发光,移去激发源后不能持续发光的颜料。4.13磷光颜料phosphorescentpigment经紫外线或日光激发下发光,移去激发源后仍能持续发光若干时间的颜料。4.“防锈颜料inhibitivepigment能阻滞或防止金属发生化学或电化学腐蚀而与纯隔离作用不同的颜料。4.15防污化合物anti-foulingcompound能防止海水中的漆膜表面滋生海生物的化合物。4.16包核颜料corepigment以无机基质或载体(一般为二氧化硅)为核心,在其表面包覆某种颜料而形成的颜料。4.17示温颜料temperature-indicatingpigment随温度变化而改变其晶型、组分等引起颜色发生变化的颜料。4.18透明颜料transparentpigment粒径大部分小于可见光波长一半,分散在漆料中能形成透明漆膜的颜料。4.19金属颜料metallicpigment由金属或合金经物理加工制得的颜料。4.20浆状颜料pastepigment分散在液体介质中的高浓度颜料分散体。4.21色原toner不含无机基质或载体的有机颜料。4.22色淀lakecolour将染料沉淀或吸附在无机基质或载体上形成的颜料。4.23二氧化钦:钦白titaniumdioxide主要成分为二氧化钦的白色无机颜料,有锐钦型和金红石型两种晶型。4.24氧化锌:锌白 zincoxide主要成分为氧化锌的白色无机颜料。4.25锌钡白:立德粉lithopone由不同比例的硫化锌和硫酸钡组成的缎烧共沉淀白色无机颜料。4.26铅白whitelead主要成分为可变的碱式碳酸铅的白色无机颜料。4.27红丹redlead主要成分为正铅酸铅的红色至橙色无机颜料。4.28群青ultramarine主要成分为含硫的硅酸铝钠络合物的蓝色无机颜料。4.29铁蓝ironblue由铁盐和二价或三价铁氛化物反应生成的深蓝色无机颜料。4.30铬酸惚;银铬黄strontiumchromate主要成分为铬酸铭的黄色无机颜料。4.31铬酸钡;钡铬黄bariumchromate主要成分为铬酸钡的黄色无机颜料。4.32铬酸铅;铅铬黄leadchromate近似组成为PbCrO4.XPbSO4的浅黄色和柠椒黄色无机颜料,近似组成为PbCrO4的中黄色无机颜料及近似组成为PbCrO4"Pb(OH)2的橙黄色无机颜料。4.33钥铬酸铅;钥铬红leadchromate-molybdate近似组成为PbCrO4"PbMO04的橙红色无机颜料。4.34碱式铬酸锌钾;锌铬黄basiczincpotassiumchromate近似组成为K2CrO4.3ZnCrO4.4Zn(OH)22H20的黄色无机颜料。4.35四盐基铬酸锌zinctetrahydroxychromate近似组成为ZnCrO4.4Zn(OH):的黄色无机颜料。4.36铅铬绿leadchromegreen由铅铬黄和铁蓝配成的绿色无机颜料。56 4.37氧化铁ironoxidepigment主要成分是铁的氧化物或水合氧化铁,颜色有:红、黄、棕、黑或具有灰色金属光泽的无机颜料。4.38铝粉aluminiumpowder精细粉碎的铝金属颜料。4.39锌粉zincdust用锌作原料,由蒸馏方法制成,用于保护涂层的金属颜料。4.40偏硼酸钡bariummetaborate主要成分为偏硼酸钡Ba(BZOZ)2"H2O的白色无机颜料。4.41酞著绿phthalocyaninegreen由多卤代铜酞脊,经颜料化而制成的绿色有机颜料。4.42酞著蓝phthalocyanineblue由铜酞著经颜料化而制成的蓝色有机颜料,有多种晶型。4.43大红粉pigmentscarlet苯胺经重氮化与色酚AS偶合而成的适于涂料用的红色有机颜料。4.44甲苯胺红toluidinered邻硝基对甲苯胺经重氮化,与乙蔡酚偶合而成的红色有机颜料。4.45耐晒黄fastyellow芳胺经重氮化,与乙酞基乙酞苯胺或其衍生物偶合而成的黄色有机颜料‘4.46联苯胺黄GbenzidineyellowG3,了一双氯联苯胺,经重氮化,与乙酞基乙酞苯胺偶合而成的双偶氮黄色有机颜料。4.47重晶石粉baryte(s)主要成分为硫酸钡的天然体质颜料。4.48沉淀硫酸钡precipitatedbariumsulphate由化学反应制得的硫酸钡体质颜料。4.4,天然碳酸钙;大白粉calciumcarbonate;whiting57
