本标准参照采用国际标准ISO4618/1-1984《色漆和清漆—词汇—第一部分:通用术语》。主题内容与适用范围本标准规定了色漆和清漆物化性能的术语及其定义(或说明)。本标准适用于涂料的生产、应用、科研、教学、出版及编制标准等,也可供在国内外有关的技术业务交往中使用。本标准的每个词条中包括术语,对应的英文名称及其术语的定义(或说明)。同义术语并列于术语之后。第一个词为优先使用的术语,二者均用黑体字表示。圆括号内的黑体字表示可以省略;方括号内的黑体字表示可以代替前面的字或词。本术语的编号继接GB5206.3-86《色漆和清漆词汇第三部分颜料术语》。5涂料及涂膜物化性能术语5.]透明度transparency物质透过光线的能力。透明度可以表明清漆、漆料及稀释剂是否含有机械杂质和浑浊物。5.2透明液体的颜色colourofclearliquids透明液体(清漆、清油、漆料及稀释剂)颜色深浅的程度。注:一般用目视法将试样与一系列标准色阶溶液的颜色进行比较,以与试样颜色最近似的标准溶液的颜色号数(铁钻比色法)或单位(铂钻比色法)来表示。5.3密度density在规定的温度下,物体的单位体积的质量。常用单位为千克每立方米(kg/m3),克每立方厘米(g/cm3)o5.4貂度viscosity液体对于流动所具有的内部阻力。5.5动力勃度dynamicviscosity对液体所施加的剪切应力与速度梯度的比值。注:①动力猫度的国际单位是帕斯卡秒(Pa-s),习用单位是厘泊(cP),IcP=1-Pa"s.②当剪切应力与速度梯度的比值既不随时间也不随速度梯度而改变时,这种液体称为牛顿型液体。当这一比值变化很小时,机械扰动(如搅拌)对猫度的影响可忽略不计,这种液体称为近似牛顿型液体。一般清漆和低猫度色漆属这种液体。这两种液体可用ISO流出杯或涂-4杯等测定流出时间(可换算成运动猫度)。当猫度随剪切速率而变化时,这种液体叫非牛顿型液体(如乳胶漆等)。它们可用旋转猫度计来测定。5.6运动戮度kinematicviscosity动力猫度与液体密度之比。运动勃度的国际单位是平方米每秒(时/s),习用单位是厘斯(est)olest二lmm2/sa5.7流出时间flowtime在装满受试液体的流出杯中,试液自流出孔开始流出起至近孔处流束首次中断止所经过的时间,一般以秒(5)表示。5.8流变性rheologicproperty涂料流动和形变的性质。 注:研究涂料的流变性对涂料的制造和施工是必要的。一般可用旋转猫度计测试来绘制流动曲线(剪切速率为纵轴,剪切应力为横轴)(见图1)。牛顿液体的流动曲线是通过原点的直线。乳胶漆的流动曲线朝纵轴弯曲,属假塑型流动曲线。浓的私土悬浮液的流动曲线向横轴弯曲,属膨胀型流动曲线(成品涂料很少有这种流动曲线,但其制造中的研磨料常有这种流动曲线)。剪切假塑型速串牛顿型膨胀型剪切应力图1流动曲线示意图5.9触变性thixotropy涂料受到搅拌或振荡摇动时稠度降低,呈液状流动,而静置时很快恢复到原来凝胶状态的性质。注:具有触变性的涂料可防止颜料沉淀,并可施涂成相当厚的漆膜而不发生流挂。5.10闪点flashpoint在规定的试验条件下,使液体受热,产生燕气,与空气形成可燃混合物,在火焰存在下发生瞬间闪火的最低温度。注:一般闪点被校准至101.3kPa大气压下的摄氏温度(℃)(按每4kPa相当于1℃的比例进行校正,环境气压高时将实测值加上此校正值;环境气压低时减去校正值)。5.11酸值acidvalue中和产品的1g不挥发物中游离酸所需要的氢氧化钾(KOH)毫克数。5.12经(基)值hydroxylvalue相当于产品的1g不挥发物中经基(当量数)的氢氧化钾(KOH)毫克数。5.13皂化值saponificationvalue皂化产品的1g不挥发物所需要的氢氧化钾(KOH)毫克数。5.14胶凝数lacquerthinnergellingnumber稀释剂稀释硝化棉(或过抓乙烯树脂等)溶液的能力。注:即在规定条件下,于以稀释剂配制的硝化棉(或过抓乙烯树脂等)溶液中,逐渐滴人200号油漆溶剂油(或乙醇等),直至溶液变浑浊(硝化棉或过抓乙烯树脂等析出),以耗用200号油漆溶剂油(或乙醇等)的毫升(m[.)数表示。5.15挥〔蒸〕发率evaporationrate;volatility69 挥发性液体与规定的标准液体(一般为乙醚),在同一条件下的挥发速度比。5.16研磨细度finenessofgrind涂料中颜料及体质颜料分散程度的一种量度。即在规定的条件下,于标准细度计上所得到的读数,该读数表示细度计某处凹槽的深度,一般以微米(lAn)计。5.17不挥发物含量;固体含量non-volatilemattercontent;solidscontent涂料所含有的不挥发物质的量。一般用不挥发物的质量百分数表示;也可以用体积百分数表示。5.18涂料水分watercontentofcoating涂料中的含水量,一般用百分数表示。5.1,涂料灰分ashcontentofcoating涂料灼烧灰化后的剩余物含量,一般以百分数表示。5.20耐冻融性freeze-thawresistance水性漆(乳胶漆、电泳漆等)经受冷冻和随后融化(循环试验)后,保持其原性能的能力。5.21容器中状态conditionincontainer新打开容器盖的原装涂料所呈现的状况。诸如是否出现结皮、增稠、胶凝、分层、沉底、结块等现象以及能否重新混合成均匀状态的情况。5.22贮存稳定性。toragestability在规定的条件下,涂料产品抵抗其存放后可能产生的异味、稠度、结皮、返粗、沉底、结块、干性减退、酸值升高等性能变化的程度。5.23相容性;混溶性(产品之间)compatibility(ofproducts)一种产品与另一种产品相混合,而不致于产生不良后果(如沉淀、凝聚、变稠等)的能力。5.24适应性;相容性(产品与底材之间)compatibility(ofaproductwiththesubstrate)一种产品施涂于底材上,而不致于引起不良后果的能力。5.25遮盖力;不透明度hidingpower;opacity色漆消除底材上的颜色或颜色差异的能力。5.26对比率contrastratio施涂于规定反射率的黑色和白色底材上的同一漆膜的反射率之比。对比率=白底材上漆膜的反射率5.27表(面)干(燥)时间surfacedryingtime在规定的干燥条件下,一定厚度的湿漆膜,表面从液态变为固态但其下仍为液态所需要的时间。5.28实(际)干(燥)时间harddryingtime在规定的干燥条件下,从施涂好的一定厚度的液态漆膜至形成固态漆膜所需要的时间。5.29施I性application涂料施工的难易程度。注:涂料施工性良好,一般是指涂料易施涂(刷、喷、浸等),流平性良好,不出现流挂、起皱、缩边、渗色、70 咬底;干性适中,易打磨,重涂性好,以及对施工环境条件要求低等。5.30刷涂性brushability涂料刷涂的难易程度。5.31流平性leveling;flow施涂后的湿漆膜能够流动而消除涂痕,并且在干燥后能得到均匀平整漆膜的程度。5.32重涂性recoatability同一种涂料进行多层涂覆的难易程度与效果。5.33防白性blushresistance硝基漆或其他挥发性漆在施涂后的干燥过程中,防止漆膜光泽减退、表面发白的能力。注空气湿度大的时候,挥发性漆在喷涂后的干燥过程中,溶剂挥发吸热使湿膜周围大气温度降低到露点以下,因此水分进人湿膜使之乳化,最后水分燕发,形成微细的空隙使漆膜发白。涂料中加人一定量挥发较慢的溶剂可以防止发白现象。5.34漆膜厚度filmthickness漆膜厚薄的量度,一般以微米(Pun)表示。5.35老化;熟化ageing涂料或涂膜在环境条件影响下,性能逐渐发生变化的过程。5.36光泽gloss表面的一种光学特性,以其反射光的能力来表示。注:漆膜的光泽可分为有光、半光和无〔平〕光。常用60.角的光泽计测光泽。为提高分辨能力,对于高光泽漆膜(60.角光泽>70单位)可用20.角侧A;对于低光泽漆膜(60.角光泽<30单位)可用85.角测量。5.37平光〔糙面〕光泽sheen仅以大人射角(掠射角)观察表面时,所显现的光泽。注:在正常观察下,呈现似乎无光的表面,常用850人射角观察。5.38附着力adhesion漆膜与被涂面之间(通过物理和化学作用)结合的坚牢程度。被涂面可以是裸底材也可以是涂漆底材。5.3,内聚力cohesion使色漆或清漆膜的颗粒粘结在一起而形成连续完整涂膜的力。5.40硬度hardness漆膜抵抗诸如碰撞、压陷、擦划等机械力作用的能力。5.41柔韧性flexibility漆膜随其底材一起变形而不发生损坏的能力。5.42抗冲击性impactresistance漆膜在重锤冲击下发生快速变形而不出现开裂或从金属底材上脱落的能力。5.43抗张〔拉〕强度tensilestrenth漆膜抵抗张[拉〕力作用的强弱程度。即游离漆膜经张[拉〕力试验而发生断裂或塑变(屈服)时,在单位截面积的漆膜(试验前)上所施加的载荷。常以兆帕(MPa)表示。5.44伸长率elongation漆膜在张〔拉〕力作用下长度增加的百分率。即在进行张〔拉〕力试验时,游离漆膜从开71 始施加载荷至漆膜断裂止,其长度增加与原长度的百分比。5.45耐磨性abrasionresistance漆膜对摩擦作用的抵抗能力。常用的方法是测定漆膜于一定载荷下经规定磨转次数后的失重,以克(9)表示。5.4‘打磨性rubbingproperty漆膜或腻子层,经用浮石、砂纸等材料打磨(干磨或湿磨)后,产生平滑无光表面的难易程度。5.47磨〔抛〕光性polishability漆膜经磨〔抛〕光剂〔砂蜡、上光蜡〕打磨后,其呈现光泽的能力。5.48耐水性waterresistance漆膜对水的作用的抵抗能力。即在规定条件下,将涂漆试板浸泡在水中,观察其有无发白、失光、起泡、脱落等现象,以及恢复原状态的难易程度。5.49耐洗涤剂性detergentresistance漆膜经受皂液、合成洗涤剂液的清洗(以除去其表面的尘埃、油烟等污物)而保持原性能的能力。5.50耐腐蚀性二rosionresistance漆膜抵抗介质作用防止被涂被底材发生腐蚀的能力。5.51耐化学药品性chemicalresistance漆膜对酸、碱、盐及其他化学药品的抵抗能力。5.52耐酸性acidresistance漆膜对酸侵蚀的抵抗能力。5.53耐碱性alkaliresistance漆膜对碱侵蚀的抵抗能力。5.54耐溶剂性solventresistance漆膜对有机溶剂浸蚀的抵抗能力。5.55耐润滑油性lubricating-oilresistance漆膜对润滑油作用的抵杭能力。5.56耐汽油性gasolineresistance漆膜对汽油作用的抵抗能力。即在规定条件下进行试验,观察漆膜有无变色、失光、发白、起泡、软化、脱落等现象,以及恢复原状态的难易程度。5.57抗污气性gascheckingresistance漆膜在干燥过程中抵抗一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化硫等污气作用而不出现失光、丝纹、网纹或起皱等现象的能力。5.58耐盐水性saltwaterresistance漆膜对盐水侵蚀的抵抗能力。5.59耐盐雾性saltspray(fog)resistance漆膜对盐雾侵蚀的抵抗能力。5.60防霉性fungus(mold3resistance漆膜抵抗霉菌在其上生长的能力。龙 注:霉菌生长会使漆膜变色,甚至使漆基分解,引起漆膜破坏而失去保护作用。5.61耐湿热性:esistancetoheatandhumidity漆膜对高温高湿环境作用的抵抗能力。5.62耐候性weatheringresistance漆膜抵抗阳光、雨、露、风、霜等气候条件的破坏作用(失光、变色、粉化、龟裂、长霉、脱落及底材腐蚀等)而保持原性能的能力。5.63天然老化naturalweathering漆膜曝露于户外自然条件下而逐渐发生的性能变化。5.64人工老化artificialweathering漆膜在人工老化试验机中曝露而逐渐发生的性能变化。5.65抗粉化性chalkingresistance漆膜抵抗因紫外线、水气、氧等作用而引起粉化的能力。5.66耐光性lightfastness;lightresistance漆膜经受日光(或人工光源)曝晒后,保持其原来颜色及光泽的能力。5.67保光性glossretention漆膜保持其原来光泽的能力。5.68保色性colourretention漆膜保持其原来颜色的能力。5.69黄变、泛黄yellowing漆膜在老化过程中出现的变黄倾向。5.70热稳定性heatstability漆膜经受规定温度作用后,保持其原有机械性能(如冲击强度、柔韧性等)和保护性能的能力。5.71耐寒性coldresistance漆膜经受低温作用后,保持其原有机械性能(不发生开裂等破坏现象)的能力。5.72耐温变性temperaturechangeresistance漆膜经受冷热交替的温度变化而保持其原性能的能力。5.73耐湿性moistureresistance漆膜对潮湿环境作用的抵抗能力。5.74耐干湿交替性humid-drycyclingresistance漆膜经受干湿交替作用,保持其原性能的能力。5.75水气透过性watervapourtransm二漆膜透过水蒸气的能力。5.76水气透过(速)率watervapourtransmissionrate漆膜透过水气的速率。即对试片〔游离膜等)两面施加不同的恒定相对湿度,在一定时间内,透过规定表面积试片的水蒸气质量,一般以克每平方米天(g/m?"d)表示。5.77耐硝基(漆)性nitrocelluloselacquerresistance底漆漆膜经受施涂其上的硝基漆的作用而不出现软化、渗色、咬起或起皱等现象的能力、) 5.78耐燃性flameresistance漆膜抵抗或延缓燃烧的能力。即防火漆的漆膜能迅速地熄灭火焰或阻止火焰蔓延。5.79抗辐射性radiationresistance漆膜抵抗核辐射破坏的能力。5.80抗放射污染性anti-radioactivecontamination漆膜受放射性污染物沾污后,清除其表面上有害健康的放射性污染物的难易程度。5.81可剥性strippableproperty涂料完成临时保护产品表面(在加工、贮存或运输过程中免于发生划伤,锈蚀或腐蚀)之功能后,涂膜易于剥离、恢复物件原有外观,且不影响物件加工的性能。5.82耐海水性seawaterresistance漆膜对海水侵蚀作用的抵抗能力。5.83防污性anti-foulingproperty漆膜防止因滕壶、海藻等海生物附着、生长而被沽污的能力。5.84渗出〔毒〕率leachingrate涂有含铜系或其他毒料的防污漆的试板,浸于海水中,在一定时间内,自单位面积放出毒料的重量。一般以微克每平方厘米24小时(ug/cm2-24h)表示。5.85防滑性skidresistance漆膜防止人或物在其表面滑动的能力。5.86可洗性washability漆膜经洗涤除去灰尘、污物和表面色斑而能保持其原性能的能力。5.87耐擦性〔洗刷〕性。crabresistance在规定的条件下,漆膜用洗涤介质反复擦〔刷〕洗而保持其不损坏的能力。5.88电绝缘性insulatingproperty漆膜阻碍电流通过的能力。电绝缘性主要指漆膜的体积电阻、电气强度、介电常数等。5.89击穿电压breakdownvoltage在规定方式施加的电压作用下,漆膜被击穿时的电压值。一般以千伏(kV)表示。5.90电气〔介电〕强度electricalstrength;dielectricalstrength漆膜的击穿电压值与漆膜平均厚度的比值。以兆伏每米(MV/m)表示。5.91介质损耗[失〕角正切dielectriclosstangent表示漆膜在交流电场下能量损耗的一个参数,是外施正弦电压与通过试样的电流之间的相角的余角正切。5.92表面电阻surfaceresistance施加在漆膜上的直流电压与电极间表面传导电流之比。以欧姆(口)表示。5.93体积电阻volumeresistance施加在漆膜上的直流电压与电极间的体积传导电流之比。以欧姆(0)表示。5.94绝缘电阻insulationresistance施加在漆膜上的直流电压与流过电极间的传导电流之比。以欧姆(n)表示。绝缘电阻取决于体积电阻与表面电阻。74
