GB/T12922--91次r裂只能巾010203040别印70an90100110120130公称扭转角.%图8力矩与扭转角的关系曲线6检验规则6.1出厂检验6.1.1对于单向旋转的联轴器,应检查旋向标志所指示的旋转方向是否与图纸或技术文件的要求-致6.1.2每台联轴器按5.1条做密封试验。6.1.3产品经质检部门检验合格,并附有产品合格证方能出厂。6.2型式检验系列首制产品或当产品结构、材料、工艺有较大改变,可能影响产品性能时,应进行型式检验。G-2.1检验项目除出厂检验项目外,还需按5.2条做静扭转试验。6.2.2抽样与组批规则联轴器首制批量少于10台时抽取一台,10^-50台时抽取二台,50台以上抽取三台;首次抽验不合格时加倍,再不合格时全数进行。了标志、包装、运辐和贮存7.1联轴器的铭牌上应标出下列内容:产品型号;b.出厂编号;制造日期;d.制造厂名称。 GB/T12922一917.2对于单向旋转的联轴器应有旋转方向指示牌7.3联轴器经防锈油封包装后,按装箱清单发运;包装箱应坚固,箱内应衬防潮纸;联轴器应紧固,防比受冲击后窜动。了4除联轴器外,包装箱内还应装入下列文件:产品合格证;b.使用说明书;安装布置图;d.装箱清单。7.5包装箱除注明一般运输事项外,还应标注“小心轻放”、“防潮”、和“不许倒置”等字样7.6联轴器应保存在清洁、干燥和通风良好的仓库中,油封保养有效期为出厂后六个月。附加说明:本标准由中国船舶工业总公司提出。本标准由国营四川齿轮箱厂负责起草。本标准主要起草人罗贵强。'
