[3]屈景辉等.Windows程序设计教程.人民邮电出版社,2009.[4]于永彦等.C++程序设计基础案例教程.北京大学出版社,2008.[5]丁有和等.VisualC++实用教程.电子工业出版社.[6]殷人昆等.数据结构.清华大学出版社.2.可行性研究的前提经过本项目组的两次市场调查，发现了一些和本系统有关的信息。首先，本系统在市场上并非完全普及，有一些公司对安装本系统很有兴趣。其次，一些安装了此类系统的公司也有更换系统的倾向。2.1要求本软件需要通过对程序的编写和对数据库的运用完成一系列的任务。其一，对数据的输入与输出。软件要对数据的输入输出过程加以简化，使其能很快地被没有计算机专业知识的人运用。其二，对数据的保存与修改。数据必须可以长时间的保存在数据库中，并可以随时进行查询和修改。其三，对数据的运算。本软件必须具有一定的运算能力。其四，与网络的连接。本系统必须与网络连接，以方便远程查询和远程维护。2.2目标软件需要实现4大基本功能：a)物品进出管理b)产品分类c)会员管理d)财务管理通过实现此系统的过程，开发出一套用于物品进出管理的软件，帮助企业管理人员方便、安全、高效的进行企业日常工作的管理，并通过此次软件开发过程全面提高自身的综合素质。2.3条件、假定和限制a)工程条件： 1)投资总额：100元2)人力总数：6人3)工程耗时：4个月4)工程时间：2010年9月——2011年1月b)工程限制1)工程必须依托现有软件环境2)工程必须在2011年1月完成2.4进行可行性研究的方法通过调查分析类似系统在现在市场的普及情况，功能及实现的方法来确定主体结构的构成。利用现阶段自己的软件编写能力，以简洁的表达方式，容易的设计方法，边开发边测试，最后设计完成一个初级应用软件。2.5评价尺度利用计算机编程开发一个软件产品，以能够达到提高企业管理工作效率、减少额外人力、物力资源开销为评价标准。3.对现有系统的分析3.1处理流程和数据流程进货员供应商仓库管理员财务部销售部仓库经理发货信息发货详单货物详细数据 图3-1系统的基本的处理流程和数据流程图3.2工作负荷现有系统的工作负荷主要有：a)出入库操作1)根据送货单，做好入库单；2)对新增加的客户，等记到客户表；3)对送货单与入库单进行验收；4)出库与入库相类似；b)仓库管理：1)对于新增加的货物类型进行登记；2)为每一种货物进行区位划分；3)定期盘点库存；c)仓库经理：1)对各个库位的库存进行监视，防止库存过多或过少；2)定期进行统计工作，想总部汇报；3.3费用开支现有系统的费用主要包括：a)固定成本：人员基本工资。b)动态成本：设备维护费用。3.4人员a)仓库出入库人员，负责日常货物出入库的环节；b)验单员，负责出入库单据的核对；c)仓库管理员，负责各种信息登记以及对库存的盘点；d)仓库经理1人，负责对仓库进行全局管理；3.5设备打印机，传真机，计算机及网络 3.6局限性现有系统主要存在如下不足：a．信息标准化、规范化程度低一般情况下，财务部门的成本数据归集都依靠手工操作进行，部门之间的成本数据的交换依靠纸介质进行，无法进行成本数据的统计，分析，查询。目前，中小型企业在项目成本核算工作中面临的一个普遍现象是操作流程不规范，从而造成了企业的隐患。b．信息的及时性、准确性差当前基础数据的采集和处理全靠人工，效率低、速度慢、滞后严重、反馈不及时，严重影响信息的反馈速度和质量，不能有效地、及时地提供基层决策需要的定量信息和上层决策需要的宏观定性信息。手工管理方式下也经常出现信息传递重复交叉，关系复杂，造成基层报表种类繁多，中间出账过多，不利于领导决策。由于库存品种多、工作杂、量大，造成账本较多，查询某种物资的库存量既费时又费力，而且准确性不高，时效性较差，并且一些物资由于长时间不用，长年积压，管理人员也不太清楚，不能及时处理。c．收集的信息多、分析少由于大量的信息是手工收集并处理，因此收集的信息不少，可是没有人力和财力去分析这些信息，最后不能真正地充分利用信息。4.所建议的系统4.1对所建议系统的说明本物流软件集成了物品进出管理，财务管理，会员管理，产品分类这4大模块。后台采用MicrosoftSQLServer网络数据库，为数据信息的安全、可靠提供了有力的保证，并可实现多机协同工作。 4.2处理流程和数据流程信息分类数据分析数据输入数据查询资料源信息分类数据库系统数据成图图标输出文本输出数据管理和更新信息输入信息查询数据数据库数据库窗口图4-2-1处理流程图图4-2-2数据流程图4.3改进之处本系统主要有物品进出管理，财务管理，会员管理，产品分类这四项基本功能。物品进出管理包括物品进出时间，价格，数量和供应商，所有数据系统都会进行分析，以便作财务统计。财务管理可以统计每天，每月，每季度，每年的财务状况，分析盈利的多少，并导出统计图表，用户可以观察图表，预测下一年度的进货方案。会员管理主要包括会员登录，密码修改。产品分类可以将数据库中的所有信息进行分类，数据库系统会根据用户输入的要求进行分类。4.4影响4.4.1.对设备的影响配置低挡计算机即可，如果需要，可添加打印机，打印各类资料，方便查看。 4.4.2.对软件的影响可在Windows98,Windows2000,WindowsXP,WindowsServer2003,WindowsVista,WindowsServer2008,Windows7操作系统下运行，兼容性强，不会和现有的软件有任何冲突。4.4.3.对用户单位机构的影响只要使用该软件的人短时间熟悉此系统，不需要大量培训。4.4.4.对系统运行过程的影响与系统兼容良好，不与其他软件冲突。4.4.5.对开发的影响开发本软件的难点在于解决利润分析那一模块，根据以往的数据导出统计图表是需要解决的问题。4.4.6.对地点和设施的影响对地点没有要求，设施为一台电脑。4.4.7.对经费开支的影响本软件开支较小。4.5技术条件方面的可能性在以上条件下以现有技术及人员，完全可以按时实现预期目标。5.可选择的其他系统方案5.1可选择的系统方案1《商业销售管理软件网络版》5.1.1介绍 相对于手工操作方式，使用商业管理软件进行采购，销售和库存的管理，能够充分利用计算机的辅助功能，大量减少重复的手工操作，并能进行自动统计、历史资料记录与查询、分类汇总等工作，是辅助决策的有力工具。更重要的是，商业管理软件可以进行单据打印等工作，减小出错率，这对于单据的规范管理、提高顾客满意度起到了非常重要的作用。在成本方面，使用进销存系统进行单据管理可以节省大量的纸张，数据的备份非常简单，并且备份数据几乎不需要增加额外的资金投入。5.1.2功能商业管理软件网络版具备商业管理软件单机版所有功能,并能几台机器联机同时使用本软件。5.1.3特点网络版一般用于公司内部。公司内部各部门的几个电脑之间数据可以即时传输，当采购部进货的时候将采购数据录入软件，销售部在他们的电脑上马上就可以查看该货物刚采购的数量以便销售，同理，当销售部销售了商品后，将销售数据录入软件，总经理在经理办公室就可以马上查得今天的销售和采购的详细情况。5.1.4未被采用的原因操作过于复杂，很多功能对于初级使用者不能很快上手。网络功能不健全，在其他工作地区不能通过Internet获取信息。5.2可选择的系统方案2《精诚超市管理系统》5.2.1介绍《精诚超市管理系统》是面向国内中小型超市管理平台，它是按照国内中小型超市的经营规模、组织架构等方面的特点设计，紧密结合中小型超市的管理需求开发的。该系统包括系统维护、业务管理（采购、销售、仓库、应收应付、现金银行、待摊费用等）、业务报表、账单管理及辅助功能（工资、固定资产、会员、前台销售等）等五大系统，实现了对企业物流、资金流、信息流的控制与管理。该系统充分考虑到企业经营者的需要，提供了更加全面的统计分析功能，将企业的采购、销售、存货、成本、利润、应收、应付、现金、银行存款等多方面的运营情况进行全面汇总分析，从而使企业的经营者能够迅速掌握超市的实际运作状况、合理做出战略决策。5.2.2功能当打开软件之后，在系统的主界面可以看到一行菜单栏，内容包括“系统维护”、“基础资料”、“业务管理”、“业务报表”、“帐务管理”、“辅助功能”、“帮助”等七个菜单项，单击某个菜单即可打开一个下拉菜单，本系统的所有操作功能全部都包括在这些菜单里。在输入 7.2用户使用可行性使用本软件的人员要求有一定的计算机应用基础，系统维护员由计算机的专业人员担任，操作人员要求经过本软件的使用培训，并达到熟练掌握的标准。8.结论系统可以马上开始进行，并尽可能做到提前完成。从开发的成本来说，将支出成本降到最低。从软件的功能考虑，需要到具体的场所进行功能的确定以及改进。要保证软件对物品进出数量，运费，所属仓库的记录准确无误。并且可以对软件使用时可能出现的问题进行收集与解决。目前此系统凭借其强大的功能及可操作性，各方面条件都已满足，可以进行项目开发工作了。
